Did you know THIS about SUGAR

Sugar addiction is harder to quit than crack or cocaine because you can't just stop eating. Hidden sugars hide in yogurt, teriyaki sauce, even salt, making avoidance nearly impossible.
Sugar is harder— sugar and flour and food addiction is harder than drug and alcohol addiction by so much, it blows my mind.
Wow.
It's the hardest drug for sure. Food, sugar.
Sugar, flour addiction.
Yes. And it's harder— More than crack, more than cocaine, more than alcohol. Well, think about it, Lewis. Like, you can't just quit, first of all. You have to eat. And so you have to figure out— like, it's— It's really clear, and you know as someone who does it, it's really clear how to not drink.
Yeah, for me it's simple. I mean, yeah.
It's simple, and it's the brightest— You don't need it to survive. You don't need it to survive. It's the brightest of bright lines. It's like, I know what the first drink is, I'm not gonna take it, right? But if food is your drug, right, okay, so you could say sugar, but now what? Like fruit on the bottom yogurt, teriyaki sauce, you know, now they're putting sugar in salt now, so you're gonna not eat table salt? Like, it's, seriously.
