Do you think we need to forgive in order to heal? Then yes. Yes, I do. And forgiveness is taking your attention off that person or problem. The only way you do that is overcome the emotion. Because the stronger the emotion you have to some person or some past event, the more you pay attention to it. So you're giving your power away, your life force, to that person or that problem. Lower the volume to that emotion. And I don't care if it takes a whole day. We have people that have been raped and abused every day of their life. Physically, emotionally, mentally. One moment their heart opens and all of a sudden they see their betrayers. They have nothing but forgiveness for them. Their body heals, their mind heals. They have another opportunity in life.
