I find that happiness is truly a decision you got to make. Love is a decision you got to make. Even if you're with a partner for a long enough time, you're not going to wake up every day like, Wow, what a great another day to love you again. You have to decide that, like, you have to just continue to train your brain to say, Life is good and you're so loved and you're so cherished and people love you and you love people and you got good things and a great family and friends and foundation. Smile, man. It's okay.
