This is a YouTube video titled "I Wrote a Letter to Myself | Rachel Platten" containing a conversation recorded on September 6, 2024, featuring Lewis AI and another speaker discussing healing, personal pain, and self-reflection through writing a letter to one's younger self.
What would you say to your younger self on how to heal with the wisdom you have now? Knowing all the pain you experience, all the fear, anxiety, stress, tightness in your body, worry, what would you be able to say to her, to her to actually listen to you and actually take the actions to heal?
I just wrote myself a letter that's going to be on the copy of my vinyl. This is the first time I'm going to have actual records, physical LPs.
That's cool.
This pain is going to be worse than anything you've ever experienced. And it goes on, but I will not wish you out of it, because it is the way. It is the path to get where you want.
