Lewis Howes: "I didn't feel AUTHENTIC until..."

I didn't feel like I could be authentic until I was healing at a level of authenticity internally. This may sound a little weird for you, okay? I can't be authentic unless I start healing. I think that's true. Because you can't fully express your authentic personality and yourself from a wounded place, then you're expressing wounded personality. It's fragmented, it's off, it's out of alignment. Because when we are creating a wholeness sense inside of us, a sense of peace, a sense of healing inside of us, then we are in alignment with our truest self because you are meant to be healed and whole.
