Excuse me. Excuse me, sir? Yeah? How much do you pay for rent in la? I pay a lot, actually. How much is a lot? About a half a million dollars a weekend. What, do you like live in a mansion or something? It's not a mansion, but it's actually something a little bit more unique. Can we take a tour? Potentially kind of busy, but you want to check it out? Yeah. All right, let's go check it out. This place is huge. Where are you taking me? You'll see in a moment. This is literally the middle of Hollywood. Has anyone ever lived here before? Yeah, actually some of the biggest in the world have been here and actually performed here. Oh, dude. Literally. Where are we? We're at my place. This is it. This is it. Take a look. Welcome to my crib. You live here? Yes, I live here. No, I actually don't live here. But this is where I'm hosting an event for two days, September 12th and 13th here at the Dolby Theater. This is where I like to recline and just kind of, kind of kick my feet back and relax and you know, take it all in. Take in the, the sounds and the sights, you know. Looks comfy. It is comfy. So I don't have refrigerator, but right here is where you're going to be nourished with all the best information from the biggest speakers in the world who are going to be performing to fuel your mind, your body and soul for these incredible two days. So how many bedrooms are in this place? Well, there's technically no bedrooms in here, but there are 3,300 seats. So there's going to be 3,300 heart filled entrepreneurs, conscious achievers, people from all over the world who are going to be sitting in these seats. You're not going to be sleeping, you're going to be dancing, you're going to be having fun. It's going to be a crazy experience. But 3,300 people in one weekend. So what's your favorite and least favorite thing about this place? Favorite thing is the location. I mean, it's the heart of Hollywood. This is where all the stars are. This is where people come to chase their dreams. But the least favorite thing is probably. I mean, the property taxes on this thing are crazy. You don't even want to know how much I spend on that. So do your guests like stay here? Well, you can't actually stay the night here. It's going to be a couple days here, but there's some hotels nearby. There's tons of food options. It's going to be enough accommodations for everyone from all over the world, but for two days, you'll be hanging out with me and amazing people right here.
