I definitely know what it's like to be cloaked in shame and almost feel like you're suffocating. Someone told me shame is discouragement about what other people are thinking about you. It's. It's. It's external. That's one definition of it. And once you can get over that. And guilt. There is such thing as healthy guilt, where you realize, I'm wrong and I feel terrible about it and it's going forward. I had to really find that avenue quick, because shame takes you backwards and it suffocates. And conviction is, I was wrong. This is what I did, and this is what I'm going to do to make amends. There's power in that.
