So the other day I'm swimming and I'm in the pool. I'm doing my typical workout and I start to think about all the things that I have to do. And then I started to think about, oh, God, I don't have the right resources to get these done. And then I was like, oh, and I didn't respond to these five people who are waiting. And so what I started to think about, I have a 17-year-old son who is amazing. I got all these awesome things happening with work and community. and I started to swim again more powerfully, stronger than I ever did before. And I started to say, okay, when you focus on the positive and the outcomes that you want, your body response.
