This is a YouTube video titled "The BIGGEST Blocks To Manifesting and Achieving More..." created on October 27, 2023. It features a discussion between two speakers about the mental blocks that prevent people from achieving their goals and the importance of following personal enjoyment as a guide.

What would you say is the biggest thing that blocks us from achieving and manifesting more?
I think almost believing that we are all the same as other people. And then you see someone else's success and you go, I want that. And then you try to get there the same way that they've gotten there. The things that light you up are not random. That's the universe literally speaking to you through that enjoyment. But the mind goes, oh, it can't be as simple as just doing what you enjoy. Or the mind goes, no, because you should feel guilty for sometimes not doing things you don't want just to benefit other people. Right?
So.
So the mind is getting in the way. Whereas actually, when you understand the mechanisms of how your body is guiding you and directing you, then your mind is free to become a genius.
