Lewis Howes reflects on wanting to be a leader and role model for his future children, weighing the desire to be younger against the opportunities and challenges he faces now.

One thing for me is I want to be a leader in my life. And when I'm bringing kids into the world, I want to not tell them what to do. I want to show them what's possible. Now, I Wish I was 10 years younger. I wish, you know, could do all these other things. But this is what is in front of me, the opportunity and the obstacles, and it requires all of me to become a better person in order to pursue this dream.
