The thoughts and the daily decisions we make create the environment and the results in our life, the thoughts that we consume consistently, the daily decisions we make and take consistently end up creating the environment we're in. And for me, that starts with, I think you gotta have a dream. The school of greatness. Really? Yeah. Please welcome Lewis Howes. I want to acknowledge you for showing up today, for being a part of this, for signing up, for registering and for giving yourself an opportunity to learn, to grow, to develop something new within you. And a lot of the stuff you're going to hear today you've already heard before, but I want to give it to you in a clear, concise way. So if you're excited, if you're ready, then we're going to go ahead and dive in and I want you to stick around to the very end. Again, if you missed the beginning and I miss out on some good stuff. So make sure you guys, when I, when I do these trainings, which don't happen that often, you, you get in early, you're ready to go, you get out your pen and paper. I've got my greatness workbook right here. You know, you get your pen and paper out and you got your workbook out. You take notes, feel free to take screenshot of images, feel free to share it on social media, some of this stuff if you want to. But I've got a massive announcement, a massive announcement that I'm so excited to share with you. You're going to be the first ones to see something and I cannot wait for you to see this. I'm super pumped, super excited. So make sure you stick around to the end. I'm going to give you tons of great value and information and, and, and I'm going to share this secret at the end that I'm very excited for you to see. So I want to ask you a question. On a scale from 1 to 10, how effective is your morning routine at helping you build the exact life that you want? I wanted you to put in right now, 1 through 10. Where are you seeing a lot of twos? 2, 3, 5, 6, 4, couple of nines. There's a 1, there's a 0, 4 3. So it's a wide range. Some of you, it seems like, are struggling with your morning routine. Others it seems like you're more eight nines, which is great, but I'm seeing a lot under seven and sixes that are coming through. So the thing is, I know that a lot of you are here for a couple of different reasons and we've been seeing your comments and your emails and thank you so much for sending them in all the stuff you've been saying. But you're here for a couple different reasons. Let me know which reason sounds more familiar to you, number one or number two reason. Type it into the chat. You've got a morning routine and you've got a purpose and a deep sense of a meaningful mission, but they're not producing the results you want. So you've got some. Some clarity. You've got some habits already, but it's not getting you the results. You're not creating the relationship you want. You're not feeling a certain way that you want daily or consistently. You're not creating the financial career opportunities you want, or you just kind of feel like, I'm doing these things, but it's not working. The second one being you don't have a morning routine at all. You're too busy. You know, you barely have time to get up and, you know, get a cup of coffee. You don't know where to start. It's not a priority for you yet, but you want one to help you live out a more meaningful mission in your life. So one or two. Where are you guys? I'm saying. So I'm gonna put two across the entire screen. So I'm seeing lots of ones. One and a half. I like the creativity. You're like one and a half in there. So two, two, two, two. Great. Either one, you're in the perfect position because we're going to support you in both these situations that. Did you know that 92% of people with a morning routine consider themselves highly productive and people with a morning routine have less stress. So if you're dealing with stress in your life, and I know the big thing is going to be like, well, I don't have time to create a morning routine or I've got so many distractions. Right. But if you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed in your life, I am telling you, when you give yourself a simple structure in your morning, it can transform the rest of your day. And these things compound over time. So if you never take care of what you need to in the morning and you continue to build on stress every day, it's going to compound. If you start doing little by little, it's going to compound in a positive way. So are you with me? If you're with me and this makes sense, go, go ahead and type in yes right now and make sure you guys are all with me. Okay? Where I see most people failing with morning Routines. Here's the big thing that thinking that it needs to be super complicated. How many of you have been like, man, there's so much, so many people asking questions about morning routines out there. And, you know, there's all these different hacks and biohackers and tools and gadgets and things I need to buy and, you know, the 6am Club, the 5am Club, the 3:30am Club, and I got to work out for two hours, and I got to jump in an ice tub for 20 minutes, and I got to do the sauna, and I got to do a hyperbaric chamber. Now I got to, you know, hold my breath for 20 minutes, and I got all these different things that people say that are so extreme, right? Thinking that it needs to be complicated. Who is with me on understanding that feeling like, there's just too many things? I got to take a cold shower. I got to take a hot shower. I got to do Epsom salt. I got to read, you know, a full book in the morning. I got to write a thousand pages. Like, no one has that type of time to do all these different things if you're with me. I got to meditate for two hours. You see, like, all these monks meditating for two hours at 2:00am I got to get no sleep. I got to get all the sleep. It's, like, all over the place, right? And so we're hot and cold with these kind of, like, healthy biohacking habits. And that's where I see people. They go all extreme. They're like, okay, I'm going to dive all in and do all these things. And then after three days, they realize, this is unsustainable. I can't do this. There's. And then there's a distraction that comes up, right? So they have a lack of vision for the enthusiasm for the day, and they're unable to get up and really do these things because they're not clear on what they want for the day, or they let social media hijack their attention. How many of you let your phone just, like, wake you up first thing in the morning? And then you're there for 30 minutes, you're in a loop, and you're getting, you know, overwhelmed and stressed and already reactive, or you just waste time? You know, I see people fail by just wasting time, right? So there's a lot of different reasons why people fail with morning routines. Which one holds you back the most of these? Go ahead and type it in. Which one holds you back? I'm seeing social media, the dopamine addiction. You know, the phone, the phone. Not getting enough sleep. I feel overwhelmed. Social media, YouTube phone. Now, here's the thing we've tried to do. We've tried to create a podcast to give you inspiring information with the School of Greatness and the Daily Motivation to help you actually get up and start taking action. So that's something we have tried to create for you, to support you. And if you're a fan of the School of Greatness or the Daily Motivation, type in SOG or DM for Daily Motivation. So I'm seeing who's a SOG fan or DM if you're Daily Motivation. Or maybe you're both. And I'm seeing a ton of you for. For both of them. So big thank you to everyone who's a fan of both of those. Now, here's the thing. Feeling if this sounds familiar to you, you're feeling stuck or broken down and barely surviving right now in your life. You're living what most would call a good life, but still feel unfulfilled inside. So it's like, okay, I've got a good job, I've got a good relationship, I've got a good family. I've got a good thing. But I'm feeling like something stuck inside, like some. So I'm missing something. There's something I'm not doing that I know I'm supposed to be doing. And you want to break through that next level and find the edge to what that is. Maybe some of you are living for the weekends and you're dreading the mornings. Like you. You don't want to wake up in the morning. You just wait for the weekends, and that's your life right now. Maybe you're feeling like you're setting yourself up to lose by not winning in the morning. So you feel like I can never get caught up. I feel like I'm behind. I'm behind. I'm always behind. Or maybe you're just highly distracted or frustrated because you don't know where to focus your efforts. You don't know what's going to work and you're not sure. Now, I've done all the biohacking. You know, if you guys have known me for years or even if you just got to know me recently and you're seeing this webinar for the first time. I've done all the biohacking. I've done it all. I've been to Poland with Wim Hof and, you know, trained five days climbing a mountain half naked and jumping in frozen rivers. And you're chanting and, and it's great, right? I loved it. I've hung out with all the top spiritual gurus from Sad Guru and Jay Shetty and, you know, all the, the individuals who live a spiritually filled life. I've done, you know, with all the top athletes and peak performers and working out intense in the morning. I've done all these different things, guys. I've tried 95% of the morning routine, biohacking things that you could do. The, the hot, the cold, the resistance training, the med for, you know, two hours a day. I just did a seven day meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza last month. I've done a lot of these different things. Okay. And I feel like, I feel like we got to start simplifying our mornings. We got to create some structure and simplicity so we can create something that works for us for this season of life, that supports us in feeling centered and balanced in a chaotic world. Centered and balanced in a chaotic world. Even if that's just a few moments every morning to center yourself and feel balanced so that the rest of the day you can take it on. There might be unbalance and out of centerness the rest of your day, but if you don't get that straight in the morning, you're always going to feel like you're on one leg being pushed over and off balance. And you're never going to feel like you're centered and you're strong and you're grounded and you're ready to take on the challenges of life, the adversities that come up with your emotions, the stresses of the world, the economy, the war, the policies, the news, your relationships. You're never going to feel like I'm fully grounded and centered in taking on anything that comes my way. And so my intention, my mission, my vision for all of you is that you create a simple process. And I'm going to Share with you 5 simple, timeless lessons to support you with your morning routine so that you are grounded in a beautiful, aligned way. So that you are centered. So that you feel like nothing can shake you off of your core. Nothing can take you out of your alignment to your vision. Nothing can rock you. Maybe you stumble a little bit, but you're not fully off balance so that you fall over and you feel like you're exhausted and drained. So if you're down for this, go ahead and type in, I'm in right now. Type in, I'm in in the chat. Let me know if you're down for this. Type and I'm in. Because, again, I've studied a lot of this stuff. If you've known me, I've been doing the podcast for over 10 years. You know, I was a former professional athlete. I've run a, you know, coaching business and all these different things over the years. So I studied a lot of these things, and by no means, zero means am I perfect every day with my morning routine. So I'm going to be the first one to put my hand up and say that, you know, I'm not the perfect person every morning. I'm not as most consistent as I like to be all the time. You know, things happen. I get it. But the goal. The goal is to be as simple and consistent as possible so that after your morning routine, you feel grounded and centered to take on the day. I did my morning routine this morning. It got me to a place of centeredness. It got me to a place of readiness. It doesn't mean I'm 100% perfect every day in my energy and my feelings, but it got me to a baseline where I feel really good. So by the end of this training, you're going to have five proven tools, strategies, and breakthrough insights to craft the ultimate morning routine to get more of what you want. This is about you. I want you to craft what you need that's going to keep it consistent throughout each season of life. And things could change season by season. So here's what we got. Season secret number one. Secret number one, I want you to have your pen and paper out. If you've got a workbook, great. If you got a piece of paper, take out your notes, your journal, and write this down. And I want you to have clarity by the end of this training. So thing number one, have a meaningful mission. A lot of people don't have clarity on what their mission is for this season of life. I'm not saying, okay, if you're 25 years old, you got to be like, I'm going to cure cancer. Like, you don't have to have this mission of like, I'm going to change the world for the rest of my life. And I'm clear on my mission. You don't need that. You know, each season of life for me has evolved with a different meaningful mission. When I was playing sports, I was like, I just want to be the best athlete I can be and accomplish certain goals while I'm playing sports. You know, once I launched my first business, it was my. My meaningful mission was to get off my sister's couch. That was my first meaningful mission. When I was broke, living on my sister's couch. Then it kept evolving and shifting. Then I sold a company. That was a mission of mine. Okay? I want to. I want to build it so I can sell it. Then I had to reinvent myself. So it depends on your season of life. But a meaningful mission is. Is what will support you. And for me, greatness is discovering your unique gifts. It's figuring out what's inside of you. And that takes time and lessons and adversity and challenges to figure that out. It's discovering your unique gifts and talents to pursue your meaningful mission and make the maximum impact on the people around you. That doesn't mean you need to change millions of lives or thousands of lives. It can be, I want to make an impact on the five core people around me, the people that I'm spending the most time with, people that I care about, that I love. And then once I've gotten there, how could I give more? You know, that's something you can think about after that. Now everyone has a different meaningful mission, right? And it's depending on what the season of life you're in. It could be, I want to be a great parent. I want to be the best version of myself to show a new model of what it's like to be a great parent to my kid or my kids. I want to break the system from what my parents taught me. Maybe your parents didn't give you the love, the attention, the support, the. The listening to meet your needs. And you say, I want to break that cycle that. The generational trauma, and I want to show up in a new way of how I want parents to show up, and I want to be the example for my kids so they can lead a life that I didn't get to lead. Maybe it's being healthy and fit. Maybe you've been out of. Out of alignment with your body. You've let your temple get out of alignment and out of balance. You've been overeating. You haven't been moving, you haven't been working out. You haven't been taking care of your temple. The one thing that you have forever and your mission is, I'm going to get in the best shape of my life and I'm going to create a game plan. I'm going to stick to it daily. You know, maybe it's, hey, I want to create the next level of financial freedom for myself, and that's a mission that I have. Or maybe it's, you want to accelerate your career. Or maybe it's like, hey, I've got a. I want to be a bigger service right now, and that's my mission. For me, that's the season of life that I'm in. It's about being of service on a higher level. Obviously, I'm trying to optimize the different areas of my life, but it's also being of service at a higher level. And your current season of life and intention, it's. It's going to be a lot about intentions. Moving forward will determine your meaningful mission. So where you're at in your life, what's going on, what your challenges are and your intentions will determine your meaningful mission. So my mission and our mission here at Team Greatness is to impact 100 million lives weekly. That's our mission. 100 million lives weekly to help them improve the quality of their life with inspirational, educational and entertaining media and content. Right. That's our mission. That's something I got clear on about seven, eight years ago. A few years into the podcast, I said, okay, we've reached a million lives. What do I really want to do? What's going to get me excited? What's going to get me fulfilled? What's going to get me to step into the highest version of myself consistently? What's going to get me to overcome my insecurities and fears? What's going to get me to stop doubting myself? What's going to get me to get over my ego and being of service to others in a bigger way? What's going to get me to be proud of myself? What's going to get my future self to be excited about? What's going to get my future self excited? You know, grateful that I showed up for my past self, all these different things, I started asking these questions to get clear on what is my meaningful mission for this stage of my life now, in 2 years, 10 years, 20 years, this might shift. You know, I may reach that goal, I may not reach that goal. And at that point, I might say, you know, I have a different mission. I have a different value system. You know, maybe it's not serving 100 million lives. Maybe I want to, you know, open some other, you know, shop and live a simple life and impact the people around me in a different way. So there's no right or wrong here, but how would you describe your current season of life and meaningful mission at this moment? I'd love for you to write in the comments and see some of you in the comments. So go ahead and type that in. How would you describe your current season of life and the meaningful mission that you have at the moment. Go ahead and type that in. I just want to see a few comments before we get to the next secret. And I'm just like, I'm loving the, the comments here of just the engagement. Some of you say you're stuck and struggling. I'm in 1500 dollars debt. I'm in a transformation season. I'm in a creative season. I'm in recovery from being sick. I'm in starting over season. I'm in a great season. I'm in a healing season. I'm a parent, I'm in between. So listen, I get, I'm in a financially challenging season. Listen, the last two years, the last two years have been a, a big challenge for a lot of people. So no matter where you're at right now, it's, you got to give yourself grace for where you're at. You've got to give yourself some, some compassion for where you're at. And you've got to understand that no matter how bad it's been in the past, you can make a decision right now and start taking different habits towards your morning routine, towards your energy, towards life and start shifting it. You know, the thoughts and the daily decisions we make create the environment and the results in our life, the thoughts that we consume consistently, the daily decisions we make and take consistently end up creating the environment we're in. So if you're in an environment that you're not excited about, then you want you to assess what have my thoughts been and what have my daily decisions been? And if I'm compounding those daily over and over and over again, that might be why I have the results that I have now. There are circumstances and there are adversities and challenges and things that come up, I get for all of us that might set us back. But your thinking and your daily actions can start to shift about that, creating new meaning around it. You know, Viktor Frankl, I loved it. In his book Man's Search for Meaning, he talked about finding meaning in the most horrible adversities and challenges in life. Finding meaning from the tragedies, meaning from the traumas that we've experienced, and allowing ourselves to heal those memories of the past and start visualizing a more beautiful future that we can step into. But the only way we can step into that is by the way we think in our daily decisions and compounding those over time. And for me, that starts with the morning routine. That starts with the morning routine. But if you want to have a great morning routine, we talked about meaningful mission Number one. The secret number two, which I don't think a lot of people talk about, is you need to master your night to master your morning. Now, let me break this down for you. How many of you feel like you have a great evening routine? Go ahead and type in me or no. If you have an amazing evening routine, type in me. If you do not. If you're just, you know, up late watching TV or scrolling on your phone, that is not a good evening routine. Okay? And I'm seeing a lot of you saying no. It's the worst. How many of you let's. Let's do an honest show of hands. How many of you sleep with this thing with your phone within three feet of your head? Within three feet of your head? Just type in yes or me if it's within three feet of your head. So you know, if it's in within an arm's length. Length, right? This is three feet. If it is within an arm's length, if you can reach your arm out and grab it, then it's within three feet. And I'm seeing a lot of you say yes. Now here's a better one. How many of you have it. Have it on your bed? How many of you sleep with your phone on your bed? Type in me if you sleep with it on your bed. That's the. For me, that's just crossing the line, right? It's too much. Some of you have it in your hand. It's probably like down by your side in your hand, waiting, just vibrating all night, keeping you up. And that's. That's one thing we just got to cut out. You know, we just got to cut that out. It's got to be more than three feet away. But the secret that I think a lot of people don't talk about is mastering the night so you can master the morning. So here's why this is so important. And this is something that I learned years ago that has really supported me in my life. Feeling peace, feeling calm, feeling love, feeling abundance, feeling rest. Two out of three people who prepare their morning routines the night before report having lower stress levels. So if you're feeling like, again, going to type in me. If you feel like you have a lot of stress or some stress throughout, you know, the last few months, like, yeah, I feel stressed out. I feel a little overwhelmed. I feel a little burnt out. I feel, like, out of balance. Okay, so there's a bunch of you who are saying, yes, that's me. So if you're not preparing the night before for the morning, Routine that might be one of the reasons why you're feeling stressed. I'm not saying that's the only reason. There might be other, you know, things at stake here, but this will support you in that process. 44% of people with a morning routine report preparing the night before. Huh. Okay, so we're adding things up. You know, two out of three people prepare the morning routines the night before record having lower stress. Interesting. So why don't we start doing that more? And then 44% of people with morning routines report that prepare the night before. So when you prepare the night before for the next morning, you're gonna have less stress, you're gonna feel more prepared. Are you with me? Are you with me so far? Is this resonating with you? And hopefully it's. It's getting you to unlock and start thinking a different way. Now, I'm not. I'm not telling you you need to freaking do an ice tub for two hours the night before. I'm not telling you you need to meditate for 60 minutes. I'm not telling you you need to do a Epsom salt bath or do a sauna or. I'm not telling you to do all these crazy things. I'm just saying you want to prepare the night before, and I'm going to give you the process of what I do the night before here in a second. Tricia Hershey, she's the founder of the NAP Ministry, who said, rest is generative. Rest gives you clarity, right? So we need to sleep well, but we need to do something right before we sleep. And I think if we do these things, these three things right before we sleep, you're going to sleep a lot better. So how many of you want to get a better night's sleep? How many of you want to feel more restful? Type in me if you want to feel more restful and get a better night's sleep. See, a lot of people want that. Three things that I do before the night. One, I reflect on the day. I think about what worked today, what didn't work today. So this is. Doesn't have to be an hour, right? This is a few moments, I think in my mind, how did I show up today? Did my highest version of myself show up the way I wanted to show up? In the good moments, in the challenging moments, and everything in between, did I. Was I reactive or was I kind and compassionate? Did I show up someone to be proud, proud of myself? And I'm not saying I got to be perfect every day. It's just A moment to reflect on what worked and what didn't so I can have that in my bank for tomorrow and make sure. Okay? And I got stressed out today, so why did I get stressed? Well, I didn't get enough sleep. I didn't do my morning routine. I didn't do this. All right? So I need to do that tomorrow. It's just a mental note. The next thing I do is I really prepare the next day by setting myself up for success. So I like to write down any notes that I'm thinking that are, like, cluttering my mind. If I'm like, God, I got to do this thing. I want to do this thing right now. I write it down and know that I'm going to do that tomorrow. Okay? I look at my calendar and see what I have going on tomorrow. And then I start to prepare, to make sure I have everything I need. Okay? I'm doing my workout first thing in the morning, So I put my shoes out. I've got my gym bag. I've got everything ready the night before, so I'm not waking up fumbling around thinking, where is my clothes? Where's this? I've got things packed in my backpack to go to my studio, my gym bag packed, Things ready and organized so that I can declutter my mind and care, rest. And then at the end of the night, you know, I. I lay down with my girlfriend Martha, and I say, what are three things you're grateful for? She'll share three things she's grateful for. I share three things I'm grateful for. And that puts me in such a peaceful state. It's like this blissful energy. You know why? Because it's hard to be angry and grateful at the same time. It's really challenging to be both at the same time. And if you feel stressed and overwhelmed in the day and you step into gratitude, your energy automatically starts to shift, and you take a moment and you do it yourself. And you ask someone else, a friend, hey, what are you grateful for, partner? And both of you start to calm and relax, okay? It's going to set you up for a better night's sleep. And Shawn Stevenson from School of Greatness podcast talks about 21 secrets to sleep your way to better health. And he says, it's all about having a great sleep if you want to optimize your health. Okay, so this is. This is the thing. But I get it. I get it. You're saying, louis, well, what about the challenges and the. You know, what if the kid gets sick and I'M not gonna be able to do that. And what if I'm in a bad mood or overwhelmed or had a bad day? Or what if there's some unexpected news at work or personal life like, listen, I get it, life is going to happen. And that's why it's so important to prepare the night before for the next day so you're not feeling behind and stressed and I don't know where everything is at and losing my keys. And where's this? You prepare yourself, you ground and you set a clear intention of how you want to show up. So what's one thing you'll do at night to start mastering your morning routine? We haven't even gotten to the morning routine yet, right? We haven't even got into that. We've talked about a meaningful mission. Because if you don't have your, your mission clear, then it doesn't matter what you do in the morning. You want to do the things in the morning that support your meaningful mission. You don't want to just do whatever you think is you're supposed to do. You want to do what serves your meaningful mission right. So getting clear on who you are, what you stand for is key. Then you want to make sure the night is ready to go so that you can take action in the morning with your morning routine. Right? We haven't even gotten there yet. Most people say step one, you know, 30 minutes of ice cold shower and meditation and reading and writing and all these things.
No.
If you don't set the foundation for yourself with your, your mission being meaningful and then the evening routine setting you up for success for tomorrow, you're not going to get restful sleep and you're going to wake up tired and then you're not able to do the morning routine. Does this make sense? Is this resonating? Are you guys, is this connecting with you guys? Just let me know if it is. I'm seeing a lot of yeses. So what's one thing you will do at night for yourself? You know, you can do one of the things that I talked about, one of the suggestions, what is one thing for you? And I'm seeing a lot of people. Get my clothes ready, get my coffee ready, get my outfits ready. Journal. Talk about gratitude. Do a meditation, reflect, schedule the day. Awesome. You guys are getting it. I love this. I love when we get great people on here, great audience. You guys are amazing because you show up, you're passionate and you're committed. That's what I love. And the more you show up and engage in your life like this place, the more you're going to do it in your actual life with these actions. So I'm very excited for you. Secret number three. Setting your intentions. Setting your intentions. This is huge. One of my favorite books, the Power of Intentions by Wayne Dyer. I don't know if anyone's read that book. I read that book when I was like 23 and it really transformed in a big way for me. Setting your intentions. So a clear intention helps you go into your day already feeling accomplished and it gives you clarity. So when you wake up and you are clear, like my intention for today, like when I wake up, I do a couple things. I already know what my intention is from the night before, right. Based on what's happening. So I knew I had, I had this training today. I Knew there are 20,000 people registered from all over the world and that you are all super going to be passionate and excited. So I set my intention last night. I'm going to be ready for this training. I'm going to be of service. I'm going to add value. My intention is to show up clear, peaceful, energized and giving as much as I can to support and sharing whatever it is that someone needs to hear in that specific moment. That was my intention last night, that was my intention this morning. And my morning routine reflects reflected on my intention for today. Okay, so I'm going to talk about that here in just a moment. But we need this clear intention in the habit to help set daily intentions, something that I like to do to set daily intentions to make sure I'm showing up from a space of intention. Because when we intend something to happen, it happens more frequently than when, when we don't intend it to happen. If we just wake up and say I want to show up and just, you know, go through the motions, then we're going to get results that happen from going through the motions. But when I set an intention and say I'm going to show up full of energy, full of love, full of clarity, focus and giving in a big way my heart of service to the 20,000 people that register. And whoever shows up, they're going to get exactly what they need, then I'm going to be more clear on how I communicate, how I show up, how react, how I respond to these situations. So you can meditate and or move your body to relax your nervous system. If you're waking up stressed. I know a lot of you raised your hand for that. I wake up stress. I wake up feeling overwhelmed. I woke up this morning I put on a meditation, I got about a 20 minute meditation that I put on this morning that got me into my body, that got me thinking and putting the signal of what my thoughts are out into the world. So I had a thought of what I wanted to create today. I sent it out into a field of abundant possibilities. This thinking potential that we have, send it out into a field in the world around me of abundant possibilities. Set an intention out into the world. Then I felt the feelings. I felt this feeling as I was doing the meditation. I felt myself being on this presentation, looking into the camera and feeling like I was speaking to you specifically connecting with you. I felt the feeling of, man, people from all over the world are going to be on this, going to be communicating and typing in the chat and excited about learning this. I started having the feeling about this surprise that I'm going to share with each one of you at the very end of this presentation. And I was like, man, I'm so excited to reveal something for the first time to this audience who's never seen it, very pumped that no one's seen this. And I started feeling it. So I was thinking it, I was feeling it, and I was calming the nervous system down through my meditation. Then I did a little workout. I normally do a longer workout, but I needed to prepare for this. So I did a little workout as I was listening to actually the Daily Motivation. So for me, I'm. I'm a big fan of the Daily Motivation Show. I'm a big fan of the School of Greatness. But the Daily Motivation supports me If I've got seven to 10 minutes to listen to something while I'm working out to keep me inspired and activated during that time on my vision, on what I want to create. So I did that, did a little workout, then I made my bed. For me, I think having a clean space physically allows me to have a clean space mentally. A clean space mentally allows me to create a space physically clean as well. It's a cycle. So I make my bed and allow myself to reflect on a positive thing that I accomplished. Simple thing, right? My intention was to not check my phone this morning last night. So I didn't have my phone next to me. And when I woke up, I got up and I put it on the meditation right away. And then I did the meditation. So that was my intention and I followed through with that intention. And then I also wake up and I say thank you. I wake up and in my mind I say thank you. I talk about what I'm grateful For my girlfriend Martha, you know, we usually say, man, it's so good to be alive another day, what a blessing to have another day to express and experience this life. That is not guaranteed, that is not guaranteed for another 100 years, 50 years, 20 years. We don't know the day we're going to go. So I'm so blessed and grateful to be here today. That's what I set my intentions for this morning with the actions that I did. Again, we have a couple of things in our life. We have our, our thoughts and what we think about and we have our daily actions. You know what we do, our thoughts and our actions. And if those are not in alignment of your highest version of yourself, and I'm not saying you got to be perfect all the time, but they're not alignment, you're going to feel off balance, you're going to feel stress, you feel overwhelmed. So what can you intentionally commit to that you can complete on a daily basis? I'd love you to write in the comments. What can you intentionally commit to? And maybe you can't commit too much. Maybe it's, I can commit to waking up and saying, thank you, thank you for another day, thank you for another lesson, thank you for another breath. Maybe it's, I can wake up and I can, you know, do five push ups and I can set the intention. I'm going to do that or five minutes of walking or 10 minutes of meditation, whatever it is your goals are of this season of life. If it's, I'm going to read for 10 minutes, I'm going to write for 10 minutes, I'm going to do some action to support the vision I have, the mission I have. It's not about I need to do the extreme biohacking stuff. It's setting the intention and the actions that will support you in your meaningful mission. Is this making sense? I'm seeing a lot of you sharing what this is. Prayer, journaling, CrossFit, you know, all these different things. These numbers compound. So if you say, okay, my goal is to learn more. So I'm going to read 10 pages in the morning. These 10 pages turn into 70 pages a week, turn into 15 books a year. If you do 10 pages a morning, that's 150 books in 10 years that you'll read if you do 10 pages a day. These things compound over time. If you see this, it's about the small daily actions around the intentions. If you're working out, okay, I'm gonna do one workout a day, I'm gonna do seven workouts a week. That's 3,650 workouts in 10 years. If you're trying to get in shape and it's hard to. It's hard to beat you if you're trying to get in shape. And you do this every morning, right? If you're like, okay, I'm trying to build my business, okay, what's the first thing? And maybe your intention in the morning is to start getting up early and start working, and I'm gonna start creating content early on social media, and then I'm gonna do it weekly, yearly, and annually. Look what I've created. Right? It all depends on what the intention is for you. The season of life and your meaningful mission. Okay? So you got to figure out what that is for you and start those actions. This is not. Make sure you meditate for two hours and ice bath for 30 minutes and, you know, hold your breath underwater for as long as you can and do the most extreme things. I don't think Those work for 95% of people consistently over time. I think those things only work for extreme personalities consistently over time, which is great. I think it's awesome what all these people are doing with extreme. You know, I'm going to wake up and run an Ironman every morning and do that for 100 days. Cool. That works for you? That works for you. That doesn't work for me.
Right.
I need a simpler, easier routine that I can manage to keep me balanced and centered. And for people like that, that's what keeps them balanced and centered, and that's okay. But that doesn't mean you need to do the most extreme biohacking thing every morning. What is the least that you can do to keep you centered? Start there and start building from there. I want to see you thriving and being grounded and balanced in your life. Not feeling like I tried something and then it didn't work because I'm exhausted and life happened to my kids and I'm stressed and I got sore. Now I can't do it. I don't want to see you with some extreme case for two days and then up. It's unsustainable. So I'm going to go back to overwhelm and stress. That doesn't work. Do not do that. Please tell me you're not going to do some extreme thing and think that you can sustain this every day for the rest of your life. It's just very challenging to do. And only a few people that works for. And for most people, that doesn't work for me. Guys, And I'm a pretty intense, extreme human being, and it doesn't work for me. Okay. Sweat more in training and you'll bleed less in war. You know, there's another quote out there. It's like a proverb or something. It says something like, it's better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war. Right. It's better to train for experiencing stress and pain so that when stress and pain shows up in life, it doesn't affect you as much. Being prepared for what's to come. How many of you know that the last couple years were challenging and it's still challenging for people? How many of you have a feeling. Before we get to this exercise, I'm curious, how many of you have a feeling that the next year is going to have some challenges in the world? I'm not saying it needs to be challenging for you, but type in yes if you think or believe that in the next year, as we go into the next year, there are going to be some extreme challenges for certain people, that there's going to be adversities faced in our economy. And it's already happening in a big way in our economy. And it doesn't look like it's going to get any better anytime soon. From what everyone's predicting that there's going to be some other adversities in society around social justice. I haven't seen a lot of good things happen in the last two years. It doesn't seem like there's peace in that area. It seems like something new keeps coming up and one adversity is talked about, then a new one, then a new one. If you feel like people are going to feel more trauma than ever and they're not going to understand how to manage the trauma that they experience. If you feel like health and people is going to get worse, I think it's. 40% of America is obese right now. There's a lot of people with type 2 diabetes. We've got the biggest healthcare industry in the world. We spend more money than any other country in the world, and yet we are some of the sickest people in the world. Right, with our conditions. So there's a disconnect. There's an out of balance there. And I think there might be challenges for some people next year if they are not setting themselves up for success. And I want you to set yourself up for success in a big way. I don't want you to say, well, I was. I struggled these last two years and I'm just not going to Be prepared for next year. I want you to be prepared. I want you to have the tools and training, the support, the accountability you need to support your life. That's what I want for you. Okay. You know, Glennon Doyle, I'm a big fan of Glenn. And she woke up early in the mornings to work on her craft before she started, you know, she started working up and writing, and then she started launching all these books, but she was writing them in the morning and really getting it started. And this daily practice helped her go viral online. So she had, you know, she had work, she had kids, she had a lot of stuff going on in her life. She was married, all these different things. So she had responsibilities to take of care, care of. So she got up early and started taking different actions would help to really create her life in a big way. Right. She's been on the show and talked about this. So for me, the lesson of this is making daily deposits. What you're thinking, the intention you're sending out in the morning, the feelings you have around that intention, and then the daily actions that you take, they will allow you to weather whatever step of storm is coming your way. We all have different storms coming our way, internal storms, external storms. It allows you to have more balance when that occurs, so you can take on opportunities when those come. Because it's really hard to take on new opportunities to create. It's almost impossible to be creative and create from a place of abundance. Thinking. When we are in stress, overwhelmed and out of balance, it's really hard to create something. And that's why you got to focus on that first secret number four. Now, we've talked about the first three. It's not some crazy biohack, right? It's not some extreme thing. Secret number four is simple and consistent. So many people ask me this question, Louis, how do you have one of the top podcasts in the world with, you know, half a billion downloads, and you've done over 1300 episodes, and you've built this. This massive media thing, and you've got this great team, people from all over the world who support, like, how did you build this? And it wasn't some fancy, you know, software that I was smart enough to build. It wasn't. I didn't have a lot of money. You know, I started with $1 and turned that into $2. It wasn't like I had something funding me early on. It wasn't, you know, I didn't get straight A's. I was in the bottom of my class. The bottom four of My class all through high school took me seven years to graduate college. You know, it wasn't like I had some extreme advantage of building this. I didn't know how to launch a business. I wasn't an entrepreneur when I, you know, after college I wasn't, I wasn't clear on these things. But what I did from, what I learned from sports is I always went back to the fundamentals. I went back to training the fundamentals and every single day and being simple and consistent. And how can you hold yourself accountable to following through on your daily intentions? It's really hard when you have extremes that you want to do every day. I'm going to do four hours morning routine where I wake up at 3:30am and train for two hours and then do this thing and then this thing that is so challenging to sustain. And that only works for a very small personality type. Right. I'm not saying that couldn't be you, but I don't think it's necessary to be successful. What I did over the last 10 years is I was simple and I was consistent. I showed up every week. We do three episodes a week for almost the last 10 years. We just show up. I work on the fundamentals, I try to keep it simple. I try to keep working on myself. I have accountability with my team, with my coaches. I invest in all these different areas to support me in being simple and consistent. I try new things, I fail, it doesn't work and I keep moving forward. I don't let it hold me back. I've learned how to overcome the insecurities of failure and self doubt by developing myself by investing in workshops and webinars and trainings like this. I've got coaches. Last night I worked with my therapist. Every two weeks I meet with her and she asked me, what was your intention last night? She said, what's your intention for our call tonight? And I thought about it and I told her my intention which was about continuing to stay balanced and centered. And then at the end of the the session, she always ends the session with gratitude. This is my coach. She said, what are you grateful for today after this call? And I told her three things I was grateful for. And then I added a fourth. I usually just say three. I added a fourth. And I said, you know what I'm grateful for? Me for constantly showing up to prevent challenges from happening and stress from happening. You know, we go to the gym to prevent injury, sickness, disease, right? We meet with our financial advisor to prevent from going bankrupt or getting in debt and being sound Financially. But how often do we meet with someone for our emotional well being, for our spiritual well being and really get coached and process to prevent injuries emotionally, to prevent traumas emotionally. So I was like, I'm really grateful for me for showing up and doing this every two weeks, even when my life feels really good. You know, you don't stop going to the gym because you're in shape. You keep going to the gym to prevent getting out of shape and being healthy and being strong and doing something that you'd be proud of and feeling confident in. So I have accountability built into my life so that I can stay simple and consistent with all these different things. The key is making healthy habits simple so you can be consistent with them. I know I'm doing three episodes a week of the podcast, right? Okay. I need to show up a certain way every week and I don't do too much. If I feel like I'm doing too much, then I'm going to get out of balance. And you can only do that for so long until you need to get back to your center. Okay? So simple habit, time away from your phone. Two out of five individuals who check their phone upon waking up reportedly have higher stress throughout the day. Oh, and I know a lot of you, I know a lot of you are picking this thing up first thing in the morning and checking stuff. I've been guilty of it many times. But I'm telling you, when I take time away from my phone I put into another room and I do not touch it for hours or days, incredible things happen. What can you do? Can you do an hour away from your phone a day? Can you do. Put your phone in the other room when you go to sleep? What can you do to set yourself up for success around that alone? Because that's one thing that's causing stress in so many people. So what's one habit you can make more simple to be consistent with? Go ahead and type in. You don't have to commit to this for the rest of your life. Go ahead and type in one habit you can do right now to be. That can be more simple so you can be more consistent with it. Stretching, reading for two to five minutes instead of 50 minutes. Right. I'm seeing it's just a smaller, you know, if you just say, I'm going to, I'm going to do a five minute meditation once you get started, then you can extend this 10, 20 if you want to. You don't have to commit to. I'm going to do an hour a day of this it's starting small, simple and consistent will set you up for that sustained success. Secret number five. I'm excited, guys. I'm about to share the fifth and final secret and then I'm about to share and reveal something brand new that I've been working on for a while that no one has seen yet that you're going to be the first to see. Okay, so secret number five is to practice a greatness mindset. Now what is a greatness mindset? Practicing a greatness mindset is the foundation for everything. It's the foundation that will help you overcome all of your insecurities, all your fears, all your self doubt. It's the thing that actually holds people back from taking the consistent, simple actions. It's the thing that keeps people not believing in themselves on their meaningful mission. It's a thing that makes you doubt yourself at every step of the way. No matter how much success you have, no matter how much you've accomplished, no matter how many accolades you have, no matter how much money you have, no matter how many people love you, the greatness mindset is the thing you need to overcome all insecurities, all fears, all self doubt, all traumas, all pain, anything that has held you back in Your life from that feeling inside. How many of you would love to have the feeling inside of your chest, in your heart, in your throat and in your head and in your stomach? You want to have this feeling of peace. You want to have this feeling of abundance, of expansion, of calm energy, of like your chest is an environment of a beautiful rainforest, not a hot desert with no water and no life. How many of you would love to have that feeling? But there feels like, man, I just feel stuck. Or something's off and you're thinking to yourself, but I've, you know, I've been successful. I have. I've got a great relationship. I've got a partner in my life that loves me. I've got kids and family. I've got, you know, this great job or I've got this, you know, business or I've made a lot of money or I should, you know, but why am I not feeling fulfilled inside? What is that reason that something is off and I'm seeing a lot of you saying, yes, you would love to have more peace? It starts with the greatness mindset. And the greatness mindset is something I want to talk about here in a second. It's something I've been working on and developing for a while. It's something for the last 10 years I'm developing through the School of Greatness podcast. But I want you to think about that's something you want. What type of person do you want to become? You know, I've heard a lot of you talk about and type in the challenges over the past two years, the things that stress you out, the things that hold you back, the things that are keeping you from creating that peace inside, that abundance and expansion inside. So what type of person do you want to become? I want you to type this in the chat and then I want you to write it down for yourself. If you don't have your journal or your pen and paper out, write it down for yourself the type of person you want to become and be in this moment moving forward. And take a screenshot of this if you need to so you can go back and reflect on these questions. What type of person do I want to become? What do I need to let go of to be that type of person? This might be a longer conversation for yourself and reflection moment. It might take a few days for you to think about this. Some of you might already know. I know I need to let go of my ego. I know I need to let go of this toxic relationship. I know I need to let go of of people pleasing. I know I need to let go of abandoning myself. I know I need to let go of making excuses. I know I need to let go of whatever conversation that's in your mind that you need to let go of. Right. So some of you already know, but you're resistant and you're, you know, you're bullheaded. I get it. I've been there before. Don't let go of stuff because you're familiar with it, but you know, you need to let go of it. Okay, and what's, what's the thing that's going to support you in getting there faster? So seeing a vision of the person you want to become and bringing that into you right now or into you in the next few days or into you in the next few months, what is going to support you bridging the gap and bringing it closer into your mind, into your existence right now? What do you need to let go of to be that type of person? Who do you want to be first? What do you want to let go of? And what will support you in getting there? You don't need to have all the answers right now. It's something to reflect on and type in. And I'm seeing a lot of people saying their responses to this. So I love it. Before you have something, you've got to commit to being who your dreams and goals are that you need to be before you have. It's. It's be, then do, then have. Because if we have something, we're not being it. We're going to feel like, ah, why is this off inside? I've got these things, I've accomplished, I've made the money, I've got the relationship. But why is something off? Why, you know, why is it not working still? Why is it stuck? I live that Life for about 30 years, guys. That's the. It's the, the worst thing you can feel having everything you want and feeling stuck, lost and trapped inside, still and unfulfilled. It's the worst feeling ever. And about nine years ago, I went through a journey, you know, my healing journey for those that don't know me. You know, I was a. I grew up with different challenges, you know, not better or worse than anyone else, but dealt with sexual abuse as a kid, Dealt with my brother being in prison for a number of years when I was a kid, my parents fighting on and off and being divorced and just, you know, feeling like I was never smart enough because I was dyslexic growing up. And in the bottom of my Class. So this is not to say like, I have some worse story than you or, you know, you're better than me or this and that. This is not a comparison of. Of stories of the past. But there were challenges and traumas that. That were my personal experience that I had to learn to overcome. And I know you have gone through your own challenges, traumas and experiences that have affected you, that have shaped and molded your life, and you get to overcome those things to step into the person you want to become. For me, it started with nine years ago. I went to a workshop, an emotional intelligence workshop and training here in Los Angeles that got me to unlock some of these things. Now, it didn't mean I was perfect overnight or healed overnight or any of that. It meant that the journey started there and I started to feel. Feel a lot different about myself because I let go of certain things from the past I was holding on to. And I was so resistant to letting those things go. But I finally let those things go. That allowed me to step into a greater future within, I don't know, nine months after this, I launched a New York Times bestseller. The podcast started taking off. I started feeling better. I started attracting better people into my life. I started being less resistant and less reactive. It didn't mean I was perfect overnight. I still had many, many years of things to overcome, but it unlocked a new level for me to step into, and that allowed me to just keep showing up in different ways in my relationships, with family, with friends, with my team. And again, I'm still on the journey. It's not like I have it all figured out. I'm still showing up. The reason I do my podcast and interview five, six people a week is because I want to keep investing in my personal growth and learning. Even though I feel like I've figured out a bunch of stuff, I know there's always more to learn. I know there's always, you know, a level that I need to stay consistent with. And just because I've trained at one thing for a certain years doesn't mean you're going to stay with it forever. If you don't use it, you lose it, right? So I keep showing up for myself. So who are you ready to become and what's helping you get there and stay there? For me, that is having coaches, mentors, support staff, and a great partner that I. That I ask for support from and to keep me accountable. This is having a clear, meaningful mission. This is having a clear morning routine for myself. This is having goals that excite me. This is about, you know, seeing things in the future that I want to work towards. You know, I just did the New York Marathon and that was a challenge for me. So it was like this thing that I could work towards, towards all these things that support me and help me becoming that without having those things, without having a meaningful mission in developing the greatest mindset and in the goals and the environment and the intentions, then my life is not going to feel fun. It's going to feel exhausting and feel overwhelming. So these things support me and listen. It's all there for you guys. If you've been listening to how many of you again, listen to the School of Greatness or you've listened to at least one episode, just type in yes, if you've listened to at least one episode. I'm seeing tons of people. You know, We've got over 2,000 hours of podcast content. Free content. This is F R E E, right? There is an enemy that surrounds all of us. It's the enemy of greatness. This enemy consumes some people. It consumes them when life is challenging. It consumes them when life is good. It holds people back. And this thing really is the thing that we need to learn how to conquer on a daily basis. The Enemy of Greatness There are three main fears that we all face in life. Three fears that hold us back from living a beautiful life. The fear of failure. The fear of success. The fear of judgment. Other people's opinions. And at the core of these fears is a little thing called self doubt. And at the core of any of these things, which is self doubt, is I am not enough. I'm not good enough. I'm not lovable enough. I'm not smart enough. I'm not pretty enough or beautiful enough. I'm not talented enough. How many of you just type in me if you have ever felt not enough in your life, not enough at school, not enough with your parents, not enough with your siblings, not enough with your partner, your spouse, your kids, your friends, your job. Type in me if you've ever felt not enough at some point in your life and go ahead and type in me if that time is right now. Maybe at this moment you don't feel like you are not enough I'm not doing enough, I'm not creating enough, I'm not showing up enough, I'm not talented enough, I'm not smart enough, I can't do these things. If you are feeling this, I'm telling you it's one of the worst feelings in the world. I felt it for about 30 years of my life and it crippled me. It crippled me from love, crippled me from peace, it crippled me from self love. I didn't love myself, I didn't know how to love myself, I didn't know how to enjoy my own company. I just felt insecure and overwhelmed often. And I used masks, success, working hard, achieving to try to fill the hole of I am not enough. And it never worked. It never worked and it never will work until you learn exactly how to be enough. And we talk about the entire process. Guys, I've had the privilege of sitting down with the top therapists, psychologists, neuroscientists, doctors, physicians, world class athletes, billionaires, authors, speakers, social justice, individuals, people leading in the world. And what we did is we brought it all together in the most simple package to understand the process of where you are to where you want to be healing. And it starts with understanding where you are not enough. So if you don't know which one of these failures hold you back and how to overcome them through knowing where you're not enough, it's going to be so hard. It doesn't matter what morning routine you do, you need to have this first to optimize, optimize everything else. So we talk about finding and reinventing your new identity. Because our identity shapes our environment, our personality creates our personal reality. As my friend Dr. Joe Dispenza says, then we'll give you the game plan for greatness. And it's been a 10 year journey of developing the greatness mindset. Over 2000 hours of content to siphon out clearly the steps and the processes from the top leaders in the world. I think it's 27 or 28 bucks right now. Again, if you just click on the link. Lewis, how's the. Someone said they ordered 10. Margaret, thank you so much. Ordered. I'm buying five books. This will be the book that I will continue to read myself every year because it's the thing that I needed when I was 15, it's the thing I needed when I was 25. It's the thing I'm going to need at 40, it's the thing I'm going to need at 50. It's not about me and my wisdom and my, you know, expertise. It's about what we've curated in the last decade. And you can go through and listen to 2000 hours of content from all these experts, and you can go listen to it for free. We have that for free. But we've now reinvented it and organized it and structured it in a clear, concise way. I mean, for me, this thing is beautiful. It's a work of art, in my opinion. It's the best thing that I've ever created, hands down, the best work I've ever done. My team, team Greatness has spent a lot of time and energy. They have put their efforts, their energies, their time into this in so many different ways around. The content and the design and the layout and the structure is a full team effort. That's why I'm so proud of this. And it's only, I don't know, 28 bucks, 25 bucks, whatever it says on your Amazon. I'm not sure what it's saying right now, but it's less than 30 bucks. And I'm telling you, this will be the best investment you make of $30 now or next year. For next year, you know, I don't know if I think that's what, five cups of coffee at Starbucks, right? So it's five cups of coffee at Starbucks. I'm telling you, if you make this investment right now, you will say, God, it was so worth those five cups of coffee, right? I'm so glad that I made this five cup of coffee investment here in this book. And instead of those five cups of coffee, I'm telling you, I have never been so excited and so proud of something. And for anyone who's written a book, you know how much time and energy it takes. This is 10 years, by the way. I haven't written a book in over five years, guys. Five years ago was the last book that I wrote, the Mask of Masculinity. So it's been five years of knowledge, of wisdom, of experience. Of lessons of people that we've interviewed that is now infused into the best examples in this book. The Greatness Mindset. Unlock the power of your mind and live your best life today. So again, I see people typing in the order numbers. Do you need a receipt? Can I get this on audible? All these are the questions. Is this a scam? No, it's not a scam. Again, if you go to the link, you got to buy one book, right? Buy a physical hard copy book. And if for some reason you bought the Kindle or something else, okay, then type in the order receipt number, whatever you bought, type in the order receipt number and put it in when you go back to this page. So you got to go back to this page and get this link up. You got to go back to Lewishouse.com TGM and when you go there, you're going to see this step right here. Okay? When you go there, just take the order receipt number and put it right there with your first name and your email address and then we can send you the bonuses later. If for whatever reason, you go back to this page and step two is not working. So again, to recap this, you're going to get this emailed to you in audio and ebook form. The Millionaire Morning. You're going to get this sent to you via email in EBAC and audio format for free when you buy one book right now. You're also going to get the first couple chapters of this. This might come a little later, we're still formatting and optimizing this. This might come a little later, but you will get this as well. You're getting a masterclass with me. We will send you the dates for when this will happen in the future. You will also get access if you want to be, you don't have to be to the private launch team. This is going to be people that want to support this message, that want to serve, that want to give, that want to show up and spread the message about the book. You'll get more access to me and my team that way as well. And you're going to get the audio and ebook digital version of the Millionaire Morning. And I know this information will support you and serve you in such a big way throughout next year. Again, next year is going to come with challenges for so many people and I don't want it to hurt you and affect you. I want you to have the tools. Something happening in there. I'm so grateful for this. Will there be a book signing? I will be doing a book signing around the book launch time. So I will be doing a book signing around the book launch time. This is the first announcement I've made with the book. The, the, the finished book cover with this experience and the link on Amazon. Good to see you all. Go ahead and type in in the chat, if you can type in. The biggest takeaway from that. From that. I think we talked for about an hour and a half. Biggest take away from those kind of five things or just anything at all that you took away from that, that session, that webinar that training. Would love to see some of you guys thoughts. And also mastering your night to master in the morning to need an intention, preparing the night before, being consistent. Okay. Keeping it simple. And there's more people still coming in from the waiting room, so we'll just give a minute for them to get in. Aspire to start over. Okay. Master the night. Mastering the routine night before, night before was a big thing for people, huh? How many of you have an evening routine? Just raise your hand if you have an evening routine already. I see one hand, Christina, and then a couple of wigglers in the middle here. You know, a couple of couple wigglers in the middle. A few other hands going up. Okay. Just curious, where is everyone at in the world? Go ahead and type in where you're at. What is city or country you're at? So I Can see. Okay, good to see you all. We got Madrid, we got Germany, we got Colorado, Netherlands, Naples. Appreciate you guys. Appreciate you one for showing up for the free training and then investing in the VIP coaching. This is a place where I can just kind of connect with you guys more. So I appreciate you guys making that investment and you know, getting the book and all that stuff. So it means a lot to me and I've. And I don't do, I don't do many of these trainings anymore where I'm coming in and just kind of live coaching. So I've kind of pulled back from doing a lot of these. But this book is a big, a big mission of mine. It's really like a 10 year. This is the book that I wish I could have had for my like 16 year old self and 25 and 33 when I was struggling in relationships and just everything. Like so for me, this is the book that I wanted to read my entire life. And so it means a lot to me and I want to give back to you guys and support you in a big way and coach you this way. Let me see. I think we got most of the people coming in. There are probably a few people still coming in here. Can't wait to read the book. Thank you. Thank you. One thing I wanted to start with before I open it up to some questions is I think you guys are invested in yourself in a big way, right? Anyone that spends 10 bucks, 20 bucks, 50 bucks, you're willing to go the extra mile more than just signing up for free for something and getting some, some free value. So for me, when you, you make that investment, it's like you're committed to something more for yourself, even if it's 50 bucks. And the more we pay for, the more we pay attention to it. That's what I've learned. You know, it's always like, I've got a coach that I pay a lot of money to and I'm always like, gosh, is this worth it? Like for an hour of a call, you know, I pay people thousands of dollars for an hour sometimes. And before I do it, I'm like, oh my gosh, like it's a lot of money. You know, I'm like, geez, that's a lot of money. And for whatever reason in that session, I get so much value. I get like 10,000, $100,000 worth of value. Because I'm so focused and present on everything. I'm clearer about the questions I need to ask. I really risk the conversation in a Bigger way because I've invested. So the more I, you know, pay for things, it doesn't mean I'm just going to overspend. You know, I try to get a deal on stuff, but the more I pay, I typically pay a lot more attention and I take a bigger actions. I'm like, okay, I really want to get results from this then. So I just want to acknowledge you guys for showing up and making the investment. And I think, I truly think, you know, as we close out the year, and I'd love to get all your feedback on this in a second. As we close out of the year, I want you guys to be prepared, not, you know, the day before New Year's, getting clear on like what it's going to take for you. But that's why we did this in November. I wanted you to really start to think and give yourself the full month of readjusting certain things, not taking some extreme actions overnight. And I'm going to do these 17 new biohacking things in the morning and, you know, commit to two hours a day of this. Like that doesn't work for anyone unless that's your whole life. But to really adjusting and testing things for this next month to figure out for the next year what the season is going to feel like this next season for you. Because I listen, I get access to a lot of these people. You know, I just had Dr. Mark Hyman in here yesterday. I get these billionaires in here, I get these, these different leaders and I'm asking them, what do you think is going to happen about three months before COVID Three, four months before COVID happened? I guess it was like October of 2019, I went to Fiji with Tony Robbins and did like a little 20 person kind of mastermind with him, right? Invested in this process. And he said like, winter is coming. He said this, he goes, prepare for winter. Winter is coming. And I remember being there. We're in his island. Now imagine we're in a. He's barefoot. We're all hanging out barefoot in this kind of like little cabana looking out into a sea of nothingness in Fiji, on the beach, right? And the guy had, you know, one of his biggest years ever. And he's like, listen people, winter is coming. I don't know if it's coming and next year, but it's coming in the next couple of years. And then four months later or something, three or four months later, Covid happened. And you know, a lot happened, right? And I'm sitting there thinking, okay, I need to be Prepared. I need to be prepared. And I felt like I was really prepared, actually. So I felt really good and solid, but a lot of people did not feel solid. And I just feel like there's going to be another wave of something. I don't know what it is, you know, and it sounds like it's going to be the economy, you know, the stock market, the economy, crypto housing, like all that is, like happening. And I feel like that's going to affect people in a big way. That might be the thing. I don't know what it is, but I want you guys to be prepared. I know how powerful it is to have a balanced, centered day. And that starts with the night before and the morning of being balanced and centered, to be able to take on the chaos of the day. That's why I invest in coaching. That's why I go to courses. You know, I went to a seven day meditation retreat last month with Joe Dispenza, invested my time, my money, my energy to be there. And I didn't have my phone on me for the week, right, except for about 20 minutes every day at night. And I'm preparing myself in every way possible to invest in learning, in growth and the tools for internal balance, for internal peace. And it's a constant process of emotional intelligence training, right? This doesn't mean like, okay, I've learned the tool of transformation. I've got it. You know, we've got to constantly be sharpening these tools. So I really acknowledge you all for showing up whether you're, you know, in California or you're in, you know, Germany, right? And it's midnight or whatever time it is there in Madrid. So thank you guys for showing up and I'd love for you to type in each one of you to type in the three biggest takeaways from the year for you. The three biggest lessons for you. Just take a moment, you know, think about. It doesn't have to be perfect. You can type one of them and if you want to, or three of them, but like type in up to three. The biggest takeaways of the year so far for you. The lessons, you know, think back into January 1st. Felt like it was just Christmas for me. I feel like this year is gone by, but I've also created so much in the air. So think back. What was that season of life like? What was the springtime? What was summer? We're going into fall, winter now. What. What are the biggest lessons from the whole year for you that you know will be important to take on next year? I do this at the end of the year with, with all my friends. And I was just texting a friend of mine yesterday, and I asked him this, and I thought he had a great response. But I'll let you guys type it in first what yours is before I share mine. So let me just see some of your responses. This is what my friend said. He said, that was good. I said, what's the three biggest lessons from the year for you? Again, I asked this. All my. A lot of my friends, I'll text them, I'll ask them this. My team, we just did a team retreat last week. We did this awesome retreat. I want to tell you about it real quick. I had my coach, Chris Lee, come in and lead a full day on emotional intelligence and leadership training. Powerful stuff to get your entire team, your family, your friends, your partner in the same conversation of language and having the same language based on what you want to create in your life, the vision you have for your company, your team, your life, your health, speaking into the same language. Very critical for me. We did that day one, day two, we took them to Cesar Milan's dog park and did a full day training with Cesar Milan where they got to walk the dogs and learn calm, confidence, and all these different things. Leadership training with dogs was really cool. And so I asked everyone there at the team, you know, what opened up for you guys? What was the big takeaways? I think it's important to take moments to reflect and not just create do, do, do, and then move on. It's important to reflect. That's why I want to ask you guys this. I asked him. He said, this is the happiest. This is the happiest year I've ever had. The lessons I've drawn from it are, number one, less is more. Protect my time and go deeper on less projects instead of shallow on many. How many of you feel like you have 10 different passions you want to take on? You want to do them all at once, and you want to start this project and this thing and that thing, and then it's like you do it for a while and you're like, but none of them are great. I remember I was with Tony a few years ago, maybe this is five years ago. I've done a lot of different masterminds with Tony Robbins, and I was with him, and he asked me that question one time. I go, what's, like, what's the biggest challenge? And I go, I feel like I'm 80% good at a lot of things, but I'm not good at, great at one or two things. And he goes, what type of life do you want to have? Do you want to be a, you know, 70, 80 percenter? Do you want to be great at a couple of things? And I was like, I want to be great. And he goes, you got to let go of certain things then. And I was trying to do so many things in my business. I was trying to be great at all these different things. And I literally cut so many of them out, did a whole self analysis and a process of seeing which ones give me joy and give me energy and which projects don't. So I did a whole thing. I listed them of every project that I had. I put it in my journal. I literally put everything that I was working on, I was currently working on. And I put 1 through 5 scale. I recommend you guys do this. A 1 through 5 scale on each one being the joy and energy giving scale. Now, there are certain things that made a bunch of money for me that was like big revenue generators, making seven figures a year for me, but it was like a one or two on the scale of giving me joy and giving me energy. It was like the hardest thing. It was a lot of work. It was taking time and energy from me. And I was like, man, but what do I want to live into? You know, do I want to live into doing things at a 5? Like, if I do a scale of 1 to 5, 5, being it gives me the most joy and most energy. We want to do more of those things on a daily basis. It doesn't mean everything's going to be perfect and easy and effortless every moment, but we want to be doing more of those things that give us more joy and more energy. We don't want to be spending lots of our time on 10 things that give us half joy and half energy that take our time and energy. We want to be more focused on things that bring more joy and learn to optimize them financially. So I literally cut out an entire program that was making about $1.7 million a year. I said, no more. It was one of the scariest things to do. I said, like, I don't want to do this anymore. I'm not going to do it. And it was extremely successful. People loved it. It did really well. But it took a lot of my time and energy and thought process and was like a wait, right? And after three years of it, I was like, I'm done. And what happened as I shifted that energy and over about a year and a half, I started to the podcast, like, exploded. So the thing I really wanted to do, the podcast, which was a five in terms of joy and fun and energy. I was kind of doing like part time. Like I was showing up consistently, but I wasn't giving my full energy to maximize it because I was doing like seven other things at once. Then I said, I'm going to go all in on a couple things and a podcast started to explode. My energy came back, all that stuff. So just something to think about. His lesson was less is more. Protect my time and go deeper on less projects instead of shallow on men or many. If you want to do 10 projects at once, I'm not saying you can't do that. You know, if you've got team resources, if you got systems and people are building those things, cool, that's possible to do, to do it at a high level. I just know for me that I needed to do less, go deeper on less things. Now it doesn't mean I'm not doing more with less. Like, I'm doing lots of projects around the podcast, right? So it's. I'm not taking on new projects that don't support the podcast, but I'm taking out like this book is a to support is a big project, but it's all also going to support the podcast in a big way. It's a part of the ecosystem that drives back to it as well. So again, less is more. That's why I like his thought there. Number two. This would be my number one. Is his number two. Put your health first, he said, I felt out of shape the past two years. I don't know if anyone else can relate to that. I know I've felt that on and off. And he said, as of the past 60 days, we've been really upping our workouts and eating habits and I'm excited to getting in amazing shape again. I just think, you know, health is number one always. It's always number one. My girlfriend knows that's my biggest priority in life and sometimes I'm not in the best alignment of my priority and I do too many other things and it makes me get back in balance on health first. Number three, I love this one. Said don't wait, make the memory, take the trip, buy the thing, make the investment. Whatever you want to do later in life, do it now. And I think that's just a beautiful reminder, you know, we're not guaranteed. I was getting lunch the other day at one of my local spots that I get lunch at and there's. It's Mostly there's one gringo, one, one white guy. And the rest, the rest of the crew there is Mexicans, Guatemalans, El Salvador, and a bunch of them, you know, know who I am, they've listened to my show, or they know my girlfriend or Martha, right, who's a famous Mexican actress, writer, producer. And so, you know, I go in there, you know, once every couple weeks and I try to speak Spanish to them and have fun and we talk about their, their lives and you know, what their kids are up to and just kind of chat while I'm ordering and hanging out. And the gringo, the white guy who is always super nice to me too, Huey. I was just like, I just said, what are you grateful for today? I usually ask a lot of people when I meet them, what are you grateful for today? He was telling me what I was grateful for about his son. Got a 30 year old son. And I go, oh, that's awesome. I go, are you married? And he goes, he had his wedding ring on. This makes me very emotional just thinking about it. He has wedding ring on. He said, my wife died last year. She went in to the hospital for something else. And then she got Covid at the hospital and she already had an underlying heart condition and she passed away like seven days later. And so I was like, I was just really emotional talking to him, you know, even though I'm just getting an order for food with this guy. But I just said, man, I really acknowledge your courage for showing up. And he goes, she's the love of my life. And you know, I miss her every day. And I was losing myself after she passed. And my son said to me, this gives me chills just thinking about it. He said, my son said to me, dad, I already lost one parent, I don't want to lose another one. Because he was just depressed at home all day. And he's like, dad, you got to get back on your life. He's like, I've already lost one parent, I can't lose another one. And so I said, man, you got a lot of courage. And he goes, it's because of my son. If my son didn't tell me that, I wouldn't have come back out to work. I wouldn't have like shifted my attitude, my energy around it. I wanted to found meaning from it and tried to find the joy of life again. He was married for 30 years and he was like, this is the woman of my dreams, the love of my life. I was like, oh my gosh. And the last lesson about like, do the Thing, do the thing you want to do, like buy the trip you want to go on. If you've always wanted to go on a trip, like please plan it and buy the flights and block the dates for whenever that is going to be next year or this year. Like take the adventure. Go do the thing you want to do. I thought that was a really powerful one. And the reminder I got yesterday from this man who lost his wife, the love of his life, you know, you never know. He. She went in for one thing and then got Covid. She had a. She already had a underlying heart condition, you know, like multiple different heart surgeries. I guess before that he said, so she was susceptible to it, but you just never know. And I was looking at some of your lessons here, so I appreciate you guys showing up for that again. For me, health is number one. Investing in myself and my constant continual emotional and spiritual growth is a huge thing for me. It was, you know, last two years I invested in that and I feel like it's really what supported me staying stable under times of stress and chaos. And when you run a business, you, there's things that just come up. You know, there's challenges with customers or employees or challenges with product or money or whatever it is that just things come up in life. And if you're managing a business or building something, you've got to face every day is about problem solving. And if we don't take care of our emotional, spiritual needs internally, then we're going to feel a lot more overwhelmed and reactive. So for me, I'm finding ways to invest in more coaching and sometimes it's not fun. Like, sometimes I'm like, I feel great. Like, why do I need to show up for this coaching call that I paid in advance for for the year? I pay advance for the year every two weeks because I know I want to stay committed because I know myself too well. I feel like if I just sign up for like one session at a time, I'll be like, eh, I don't need a session this week. I feel pretty good. Like life's good. I'm, you know, doing well. I feel healthy, like got a good relationship. And. And for me it's more about like preventing any future stresses that might occur that are unnecessary, knowing there's going to be challenges that come up, how do I prevent them? And so that's why I pay in advance for the year because I know my mind will trick myself and say, like, I'm good tonight, I don't need this. Or this week has been Great. Why do I need a coaching call right now? And it's doing it when things are well is the best way to do it. It's one of the reasons why I told Martha when we started dating, I said, martha, the only way this works for me is a non negotiable is if we start in coaching, we start in therapy coaching together, the start of a committed relationship. And I go, I've always wanted to do this, but no, no woman has wanted to do this with me. And I was just like, it's just not worth it anymore. It's not worth waiting two years to create stress. Like thinking it's all good and then realizing, you know, things weren't said. Like I want to say everything up front and figure it out and process it. Not. It doesn't mean it's all going to be perfect and work out perfectly, you know, or. But the goal is to minimize the pain, future pain by addressing everything now and going all in on it now and taking the time. So you know, that's, that's really important for me to have coaching on my inner world, to have coaching on my health, to have coaching on my relationships, to have coaching on my business, you know, my spirituality. I just did a meditation retreat for seven days. Like I'm still investing in these things and I'm a big believer that you can never invest too much in your own skills and in your own development. I'm a big believer. I'm not saying you need to try to find as ways to spend money on going to every course every week or month like that, that's too much. But finding a system that works for you. Every two weeks I do a coaching call. Okay, great. You know, once or twice a year I try to do some type of experience experience to support my spiritual growth. I went to meditation retreat. You know, I do different things like that. I try to have an accountability system for my health on a consistent basis. So it's just figuring out what works for you for this season of life. What are you guys hearing me say that's resonating so far? Go ahead and type in what you're hearing me say. County system for health life is now invest in yourself regimens preparing for winter. I, I just feel like, I don't know guys. I don't watch the news because I just don't think it's good for my mental health. If I, if I watch the news, I want to be informed. So I'll get a newsletter that gives me information. But I don't watch fear based Entertainment to tell me what's happening in the world, to try to make something more than is really happening or try to inflict fear in my mind if we are the result of our consistent thoughts and our consistent actions, I just don't want to put fear based thoughts in my mind more consistently. I want to be prepared, aware, you know, responsible, but not tied into the fear. And you know, but I, but I do follow different experts that I, you know, trust or think are tapped into the zeitgeist of their industry. So I follow a lot of different real estate experts, I follow different stock experts, I follow, you know, relationship experts and health experts. Just had Dr. Mark Hyman on again yesterday, which I was talking about in the webinar. And man, especially in America, like people are sick, people are physically unwell based on their actions, based on their thoughts and their actions and their constant decisions. And it's just, it's not getting better. You know, the health system's not getting better. So we need to make these decisions for ourselves consistently. I feel like people are sick in relationships. You know, I talked to so many people that are in toxic relationships or they're lonely or they don't know how to love themselves and they don't know how to love other people and they're trauma bonding. Right? This is something I did earlier in my life. So it's not like I was perfect and had all the answers. I had to learn the hard way many times, repeating things the hard way many times to find, you know, some solutions to that pain. So I just feel like we got to prepare ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically and financially for what is to come. And best case scenario, nothing goes wrong, right? Best case scenario is like, okay, everything's good next year, in the next two years, there's no stock market doesn't crash more than it already has. The housing market doesn't crash more. You know, everyone gets healthy, like great. But that's just not human psychology, you know, that's just not society and human psychology right now when, when Instagram and celebrities and Hollywood tends to influence certain people, certain demographics. Right. So there's just more extreme. So something to think about there. Wow, just reading some of your comments. I love your guys comments. I want to see if there's any questions you guys have. I just wanted to kind of ground you with that before actually before I get to the any questions, let me make sure I see what else I need to share and hopefully it's okay. You're hearing my kind of like inner thoughts and inner world of how I'm just viewing things right now and how, how I'm choosing to show up and prepare for next year because I, you know, like I said, I'm not doing a lot of these private kind of group sessions anymore unless we do another webinar where we, we have a VIP session. But I'm not doing a lot of these from my other programs. So I want to, I wanted to let you guys know about something else actually. How many of you were at summit of greatness? Just curious, show of hands if you were at summit of greatness. Okay, cool. Seeing a couple people here. What we're doing for. I just want to announce this because we've got a few people who are aware of this, but if you weren't aware of this, we have a, a bulk order offer where if you want to get a one day session with me with a group or if you want to do a private dinner with me, you know, a lot of these things I'm not doing anymore. I used to have a mastermind where, where people were a part of a mastermind and they would meet me three times a year, that type of thing. But I don't do like a lot of in person stuff except for the summit of greatness, let alone like one day kind of coaching, you know, retreat type stuff. And someone was saying earlier, like, are you doing any retreats? I'm not doing like a full like five day retreat thing, but I am doing a couple offers around this book because it's really important for me to get this out in a big way. So I just want to mention this for a couple minutes and then we can go into some questions for anyone interested in getting, you know, more access to a community of people who are investing in a bigger way in their business, in their lives, who are going to be at this dinner and at this one day workshop with me in person. So I want to give you guys this, this link so you can just see what it is. And for anyone interested in spending more time with me, my team and some other entrepreneurs like yourself, there's a link. Let me see. Okay, here it is. Jamie, just put it in Lewishiles.com bundle just so you guys can see this really quick. If you go to that link, you'll just see it. And if you scroll down, there are some different opportunities to connect in person. So if you look at the two on the left where it says first 10 people to get 250 books and the first 100 people to get a hundred books, we'll start with the 100 books. If you guys, if anyone here wants to buy a hundred book package, we're going to do a private VIP day with me and my good friend Rory Vaden, who's the guy that I go to for strategy, that a lot of people, I've had him on my show a bunch of times. I think he's really brilliant around personal branding, around course creation, around book writing, around all these different things. He's the guy I go to to get, you know, wisdom from on strategy, on bigger picture things. So we're gonna do a private one day workshop with me. I'm also gonna bring in probably a couple other people from the school of greatness brand, other personalities, other, you know, people I've interviewed. I'm probably going to bring some surprise guests. It will be in Los Angeles. It will be early next year. I don't think we've got the date figured out yet, but there are going to be, you know, probably about 100 people who invest in this who come and it's going to be a community of other like minded people, community of leaders, entrepreneurs, successful people who show up for this. Okay, so this is going to be, you're also going to get two preferred seats to someone of greatness next year. So we're going to add a bonus for you guys. You're going to get access to a lot of other stuff, Greatness Academy, you're going to get another course as well, all these other things that are come for it. So it's about 4, 4999 bucks for a one day with me with Rory Vaden. And essentially we'll give you a bunch of other bonuses to incentivize you as we're looking to make a big splash with the book launch. So that's for, if you buy 100 books, you get a one day with me and the whole group. And I don't know if I'm doing like any other workshops all next year. I'll be doing, you know, speaking gigs and things like that. But I don't think I'm gonna be doing like a full, full one day workshop that I'm going to be selling somewhere. So that's just for anyone who's interested. We've only got limited spots there. We're going to try to keep it a tight room. So make sure to click on that. And you can do that also if you want that plus a private dinner with a smaller group. We're only going to do this for 10 people. So the left option, the first 10 people, if you get 250 books, you'll get the one day and you'll get a private dinner. We might do it that day or at the summit of greatness. So I'm not sure when that private dinner will be. It'll either be that day or like the day before that or something like that. Or it'll be at summit of greatness, which will be in Columbus, Ohio, in, I believe, September next year. So this is for anyone you know, we're offering this right now. Also, there's a couple other options. If you buy 40 books, you get some great stuff. Stuff. You buy 10 books, you get some great stuff. But I wanted to let you guys know about this. So have that up on the page. Let me know if you're interested in the hundred of the 250 books for the private one day workshop with me and Rory Vaden. And the private dinner as well, which will be only 10 people at. So it'll be, you know, we'll be able to hang out more there. Check that out. Okay, so. And anyone curious, just raise your hand if you think you're interested in either of those options. Just so I can see who would be interested in, you know, 100 books or 250 books. So I'm curious. A couple hands. Okay, cool. No one wants to see me in person. That's cool. No one cares. It's all good. We'll just do it virtually. Wanted to bring in some questions. Okay, let me see. Christina, if you can share with me where you're at in the world, what you're grateful for and the big question you have right now. Okay. I am in the winter of South Bend, Indiana. All right? It's snowing outside. I'm a senior at Notre Dame, so I live here. I am grateful for being here, for hearing your tips on how to perfect the morning routine and just hearing more about your story on being with so many people who have the intention of just kind of like, finding more meaning in life. And it's. I think it's beautiful to connect with people who have, like, that same curiosity or drive. And then the big question in my life, I guess, is how can I make a career?
Or.
Yeah, how can I make a career? Find, like, a way to profit out of things that I find passion in and that I. I'm naturally good at. I mean, well, thanks for being here. You know, being a Notre Dame student, it's pretty cool that you're showing up for yourself outside of the classroom and learning other things. Things that I don't think they're really teaching at school. One of the reasons I started this, because it was like everything I wish I would have learned at school that they didn't teach me. So I acknowledge you for showing up. I'm just going to give you the best answer I know around this, which was first, you know, if you already have things you love, it's like mastering those things and helping people for free with those things. So my friend Rory Vaden says that you're perfectly positioned to help the person you once were. So if you struggled with your health and you lost weight, you're perfectly positioned to help someone else in the world who is that person right now by teaching them how you did it. If you wrote a book, you're perfectly positioned to help someone who struggle, wants to write a book, and struggle with that. You know, we. We have skills, we have talents already, and we can help other people in that space. If you want to be a coach, consultant, facilitator, you know, route. Not everyone wants to go down that route, but it sounds like maybe you would want to. When I was in college, I had no clue how to help people. I just wanted to play sports and be a pro athlete. So I think you're farther along being in college. The challenge you'll have is needing to master the skills that other people need. That'll be the first step and figuring out how can you develop a skill and be really, really good at it. And that takes time, that takes energy, that takes learning, that takes failing forward, all these different things, but mastering certain skills, and it's probably going to be more than just one. You know, I. After school and after playing football, I had to learn many skills, and a lot of them tied to my biggest insecurities and fears. So I was afraid of speaking in public. And so for a year, I mastered overcoming the fear of public speaking until it became a superpower. Every week, I showed up to public speaking class. I recorded it. I failed miserably. I was humiliated. I felt like I wasn't as good as anyone in the room, all these different things. But I kept going until I felt confident and comfortable in front of a room of 10 people. And then that room expanded to 100 people, and then a thousand and then 10,000 people. So I started by mastering the skill every week and overcoming the fear. So whatever fears you have right now, I would make a list of these fears, and I would do this for everyone here right now. I would literally make a list of your top three to five fears. Most of the fears are social fears that we have, you know, I'm afraid. I was afraid of public speaking because I was afraid of being judged and being laughed at and thinking that people weren't wanting to think I was smart. I was afraid of dancing because I couldn't dance. And I loved watching salsa dancing, but I was so intimidated. I was so terrified. I could not step one foot on the dance floor because I was so. I was like, I'm going to humiliate myself in front of these people that are masterful at this. And I know nothing. I was terrified of speaking Spanish. That's something I'm currently investing time in every day I practice it. And I'm still not, you know, good at all. You know, I'm not good at all. And it's been like a year and a half of every day, and it's like, it's frustrating, but I keep showing up, and I feel more and more confident of at least understanding it and being able to reply in English and tracking a little bit. You know, it's like, I show up daily for that because that's an insecurity and a fear that I have not mastered. So the thing is to figure out the list of the three to five biggest fears you have, figuring out which one scares you the most. If you can overcome and cross that fear off your fear list, you will start to feel so confident abundantly. When I made my first $500 speaking in front of people, I was like, I'm the richest man in the world. Not only just because I made 500 bucks when I was poor, but but because I wasn't crippled and I could speak in front of an audience for an hour. And that inner confidence gave me so much, so much abilities in every area of my life. And so that one fear turned into a skill that I. That I started to overcome the fear. Then I spent a decade of mastering it at different levels, whether it be live speeches like this on a webinar, in person, at a workshop, live interviews, facilitation, curation, conversations, to speaking in front of 10,000, right? So you learn to master that one skill, that's a fear in multiple different ways, and then you can. Through that process, then I was able to charge people for my knowledge. So you're once. You're perfectly positioned to help the person you once were. So I became perfectly positioned after a couple of years to charge people who were just getting started. And I would charge $500 for a few hours, right? Then I would charge $1,000 for two hours. Then I would charge $1,500 for one hours of coaching. Then it was 2500, then it was 5000, then it was 10,000. Now it's $25,000 an hour for a coaching call. With me. That's just what I charge. And it's $200,000 for a speech, right? So from free speaking to $200,000, you know, it's been, I don't know, 16 years now, I guess 2008, what is that? 14 years, 2008, when I could not speak in front of five people without stuttering and, you know, being humiliated. I couldn't speak for five minutes. In Toastmasters, they have you do five minute speeches. I didn't know what to talk about for five, five minutes. I go, how am I going to remember my speech in five minutes? I don't know what to talk about. It was terrifying. Now I can speak for hours with no notes, no nothing. And that's just 14 years of diving into mastering one skill. And by no means am I the best speaker, am I the most talented speaker, am I the funniest speaker. Like I'm not. There are so many people way more talented than me. But that confidence allows me to build brand and impact over 14 years and position myself to be able to charge more of a premium every time because I don't need it anymore. I don't need to speak anymore. So I charge what will get me to get on a plane and go somewhere, because otherwise I don't need it. I wanted it for a long time. So I hope I'm, you know, I'm speaking to you, but I'm speaking to everyone here about whatever it is going on. Because I want you to think about yourself and say, okay, how do I make more money in this thing? How do I do what I love? How do I go for what I'm passionate about? This is the solution, actually give this entire process in the book as well, which is called, you know, writing down. If you want to become fearless, you've got to write down your fear list. So this is an exercise in the book, the greatness mindset. And this is, you know, I had Edith Egger on, who's a Holocaust survivor. I just had her on again recently, and she went through a horrific experience watching her parents get killed in the gas chamber in Auschwitz during the Holocaust. And she talks about how she learned to forgive the man that took her parents into the gas chamber, how she learned to forgive herself, how she learned to overcome her fears. And she told me on the previous interview, she said everyone needs to write down their list of fears and start knocking them off the list because that's what's holding everyone back. And I said, 100%. I've got that in my book. And here's a woman who has got joy in life, peace in life, after she went through one of the most horrible things that humanity has ever experienced. And she is able to find peace and overcome challenges and create the life she wants based on writing down a list of fears, making the fear a superpower. Public speaking was a fear. It was like, I'm never going to be able to speak in front of an audience now. It's a superpower. Salsa dancing was a massive fear. I was terrified from the first time I actually danced. It took me three months. I would go out to the salsa club every week for three months. I used to live above a jazz club in a one bedroom studio apartment that cost 250 bucks a month. And I split that with someone else. So I paid $125 a month, and I could barely afford the rent. Okay, you have to imagine this. This is 2000, 2007. Okay, 125. What was it? Yeah, $125. So it was, it was 250 bucks a month. I paid 125, he paid 1 25. He's also my business partner still today. So we were splitting a $250 apartment studio room in Columbus, Ohio. Downstairs was a jazz club. And once a week they'd have salsa dancing come out, right? They'd have a salsa band. And all the salsairdos in Columbus, Ohio, would come out. And I was mesmerized and terrified in the corner. I was like, this is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. And yet I could never do this. And I would go down there every week and watch. And I remember just saying, gosh, this just makes me nervous being here. Because every time someone asked me to dance, I'm like, so terrified. And I was just like, I don't want this feeling ever again. I eventually went out and tried it after three months of watching. Took me three months to try it. Trembling on the dance floor with this girl who like, drags me out there. I finally try it and I'm like feeling humiliated. I'm looking down, I'm stumbling over myself. And after a few minutes, she goes, look up. And I looked up and something beautiful happened. I realized no one was looking at me, no one was laughing at me, no one was making fun of me. Maybe they were, but I wasn't seeing it right. And they're too Focused on their own lives. They're enjoying the moment, they're having fun. And maybe they had a moment where they're like, what is this guy doing? But good for him, you know, whatever it was. But no one really cared. And I was like, okay, I'm all in. And for the next six months, I was all in on learning this. For the last 15 years, I've traveled around the world to the top salsa clubs in the world. I'm talking Paris, Madrid, Barcelona. I've done it in Ireland. I've done it in Australia. I've done in New Zealand. I've done it in Canada, Mexico. I've done it in Brazil. I've done it all over the world. I did it in Thailand. Where else did I do? I did all over the world. I traveled to find the top salsa clubs. I did it in Buenos Aires. So many different places. Published a list of the top salsa places. Well, there's a. There's a site. It's called salsacities.com and I went to the top places on this site. And I traveled around the world for years. And I remember I would make it a mission of mine. I would enter the salsa club, a new place that I didn't know. And I would go in there and I'd say, okay, I'm here alone. No one knows me. I'm out of place here. I'm this tall white guy, you know, I'm a foot taller than everyone else. There's a language that I don't speak in this country. And these dancers are really good. And I said, I'm going to make it a commitment to myself to look and find the best female salsa dancer and go ask her to dance first. This is terrifying. This is not fun to do. This is, like, scary. Most of the time, she rejected. They would reject me. Most of the time. That doesn't feel good. Rejection does not feel good for anyone. But I knew I was building a muscle because this was a fear and insecurity of mine. I said, it's okay. We've asked the next person. A lot of times. I would get rejected over and over again. Again, I'm like this new guy. No one knew who I was, and no one could think I could dance. But then I would find someone. I would dance with them, and I would take them right next to the person who rejected me, and I'd dance right next to them. And by the end of the night, they would usually ask me to dance. And I would do that for years as some way to help me overcome this Fear. Keep overcoming this fear. And now I'm doing that in Spanish, right? This has taken me a little longer to learn, but it's something I'm doing consistently. And I'm telling you, when you start to do this, you start to master these skills that will translate in your career or in your business and bring abundance in other ways. If you have a list of fears, I would love for each one of you to write down your list of fears by yourselves. You don't have to put this in the chat if you want to. You can just write it down for yourself. Think about it. If you have a list of fears right now, whatever it is for you, maybe it's public speaking, maybe it's writing a book, maybe it's starting a podcast, a YouTube channel. Whatever it is for you, write it down. And I want you to look at that fear really quick. Just hold it up and look at that fear in the list and ask yourself, who could you be if this was not a fear, but this was a superpower? What would you create if you were able to master this? What would you have in your life? What would you overcome if you could step into this? I'm telling you, there's so much freedom and abundance on the other side when you master that fear list. So if you want to become fearless and really step into these things, I would start there. It worked for me in so many different ways. It continues to work for me because I have new fears that I get to overcome and master. It worked for Edith Egger, one of the final Holocaust survivors who was a mentee of Viktor Frankl and has lived a beautiful life after extreme tragedy and loss of her parents in the Holocaust. And I'm telling you, it's worked for a lot of other great leaders. It's one of the things I talk about in the book is overcoming one of these three fears that hold all of us back. So I want each one of you to think about this today and think about what is on my fear list. And if you wait longer and longer and longer to put it off until you start overcoming it, it's always going to come back to the fear. You know, you're going to be like, well, why? How do I launch this thing? How do I create this thing? How do I do this? I'm telling you, when you start knocking those things off your list, you start taking the action and just failing forward. Because I have made so many mistakes in the last 15 years, like when I launch something new, when I start a podcast, when I start a business. Whatever it is, it doesn't all work perfectly, smoothly right away. I've lost a lot of money, I've made mistakes. You know, people have come and gone, all these different things. It's not like it's going to work out perfectly right away. The process is learning how to fail forward, how to learn from all the energy you put into the thing you're creating and then to keep moving forward with confidence even when you fail miserably in your own world. That is the ultimate skill that we all get to develop to be able to sustain the lives we want, to be able to live passionately, joyfully, abundantly. It's knowing we are going to fail because failure is the only path to success. As every great athlete knows, the only way you learn how to succeed is by dropping the ball, missing the shot over and over again until you get better at it. There's no instant success. Its only path is failure to success. So we must learn to overcome the opinions of others, the insecurities and the fears in order to get there, even when we fail. So hopefully that answers a question for not only you, but for everyone who might be asking a similar question or around that. And I'm curious what opened up for you guys in this response. Go ahead and type in what what you're hearing me say. Is this resonating for you and if so, in what way? And as I look through the comments, let's see. Jamie, if you can bring up the next question. Jose. Where's Jose at on here? There he is. Okay, cool. Go to unmute yourself. What do you where are you at in the world and what are you grateful for? And what's your big question right now?
Hey Louis, thanks for having me. Well, I'm in Orlando, Florida originally from Puerto Rico, living here for over 20 years. I am very grateful for really just I have everything that I need at this very moment and I'm where I need to be right now. Especially being here on this webinar. I think this has been very eye opening for me as far as my question. I am a business owner. I've been a business owner for the past seven years. Really made it legit this last year I've been on on this journey. Now it's been ups and downs but it's I've really kicked into another gear this last year in January. Re changing my morning routine, meditating, journaling, following you, following Dr. Joe Dispenza. Just really trying to soak up the best minds in the business and the entrepreneur space and mindset space and my block that I'm running into right now is that all these years of work that I'm starting to put in, I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But now that I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, I'm starting to feel some imposter syndrome, like I'm not supposed to be here. Like all these great things are starting to happen for me. And I understand that, and I know that I've worked hard for it and it has always been a part of the plan, but now that I'm getting here, it's like I don't feel like this is me. I know I worked hard to be here, but it doesn't feel like it's real.
What would it need to feel like in order to feel like it's real? Honestly, I just. And before you answer, before you answer, just show a hands or type in me. If anyone feels a sense of imposter syndrome right now in your life or in the last couple of years in any area of your life, just type in me or give a raise of hands. Okay, cool. So if you're seeing all that, Jose, of saying this, so what would it need to feel like in order for you to not feel like an imposter?
I think for me, the way that I have it in my head and how I write it down every single day when. When I'm reflecting on my goals is like I see it clearly and vividly in my head, but it's not in my physical reality right now. And I think it. It's going to take. I don't know what it's going to take, Louis. I really don't know. I feel like when I see it.
What does a non imposter feel like?
What does a non imposter feel like? It feels genuine. He feels authentic.
Okay, so are you feeling inauthentic with the results and the success you've worked hard for your entire life in this moment? Is that what you're saying?
No, I don't feel unauthentic with that.
I'm not feeling authentic. Okay, so that's not it then, is it? Just you don't feel like you deserve the results you're getting?
No, I do feel like I do deserve the results.
Okay, so you're not inauthentic. You feel like you're deserving because you've worked hard your entire life to get here is what I'm hearing you say, right? Yeah. Okay, so why do you feel like you're still an imposter. With the results you're getting, with your being authentic towards the results, I mean, it sounds like you're. You got a big heart, especially from Puerto Rico, maybe too big. You're. You're passionate, you're driven, you're kind hearted, you've worked hard your entire life to get here. So it sounds like you've earned it is what I'm hearing. You say you don't feel like something was handed to you where you didn't deserve something. You're deserving of it. So what. What would need to happen in order for you to not feel like an employee imposter? And again, is this helpful for everyone else to hear this conversation? Just so I'm sure this works, There.
Was a comment that I just saw. Are you afraid of success? And I think that maybe subconsciously I might be afraid of success because I know, I know deep in my core the work that I do is good. I run a media company and I do Spanish content for a lot of different brands. And I know that my work is great and I know that the team. The work that my team does is great. But I think maybe success, my main. I might be afraid of success. Because when it all comes is like, am I going to be 100% ready for that?
Okay, let me write down. So I'm so glad you're asking. You're talking about this because literally there's an entire section in the book that talks about this specific question and this topic. Because this is one of the things that so many people have been telling me over the years about what's holding them back. So there's a thing we created and it's in the book, but I'm just going to give it to you now. Thing created called. Let me see if I can draw this. I'm not the best drawing this. Okay. Okay. This is going to be a big eye opener for many of you, I think. So here. I don't know if you're able to see this. Let's see if I can shoot. I've got it too far away. My camera doesn't work. Okay, let me see if I can change this. Hold on.
I can kind of see it in the, like, at that angle.
Let me see, Let me see. I'm gonna try to. Does this work? Okay. All right. There's this thing called the doubt diagram. Okay. This has been part of my thesis for the last decade and it's what I. It's a big part of what's in the book. And I would ask all these experts for the last 10 years, all of them about this. How do we overcome doubt? How do we overcome imposter syndrome? How do we overcome fear? And there are three main fears. We mentioned this quickly in the training, but I want to dive deeper in it because I think it's going to not only help you, it's going to help everyone here identify which one of the main fears causes them people to doubt themselves, and then how to overcome it. The doubt diagram. If you draw three circles, failure, success, and judgment. The three main fears that all of us had to have. One of them, two of them, or all of them, and then maybe even some more. But these are the three main causes of doubt. Okay, so fear of failure, fear of success, fear of judgment. So let me ask you a question. And everyone feel free to type in, because I'm not just speaking to Jose, I'm speaking to everyone here. So, Jose, you can respond. Everyone else, type in. Before. Before I ask you to type in. Let me explain this. And after I wrote my last book, I went around the country speaking and did a tour, and I asked people in all these rooms all around the country, and the same things came up. So this is not, you know, doesn't matter how old you are or what, you know, class you're in or how much money you have or don't have. Like, the same three fears came up for everyone everywhere. And this continues to happen. So there are three main. Three main fears. Fear number one is the fear of failure. If anyone's ever been afraid to fail, just type in me right now. And Jose, have you ever been afraid to fail?
I failed multiple times.
Louis, have you been afraid to fail? Yes. Is that a fear of yours?
No, not anymore.
Okay. But it was, it was. It was. A lot of people fear failure right now. Why was it a fear for you? Go ahead and just say a few reasons why failure was a fear.
It was a fear because I was afraid to be judged by others.
Okay.
You know, I was afraid to, you know, be a disappointment to my family, to be a disappointment to my friends, to my wife. You know, it's.
Yeah, okay. Can anyone else relate to that? And does anyone else have any other reasons why they fear failure? Go ahead and type in why you fear failure if that's one of your biggest fears. Probably means I don't trust myself. Afraid to be judged. Looking bad to others. Okay, overthinking, ruminate. What will happen if I fail? So most people, you know, ruminate because they're like, what happens if I fail? It's just like, what will happen if I fail? Which means you're already signaling into the world this is going to happen. When you're ruminating and thinking about what happens if I fail, what will happen to me. You're already ruminating and putting into the world failure, failure, failure, failure. So it's that you're manifesting it just by thinking about it and ruminating on it. Now I think about to prepare for failure. You know, the Navy seals talk about preparing for the worst case scenario, but they have an objective that they want a mission they want to accomplish, right? But they plan for anything that could go wrong in order to overcome the objection to accomplish the mission. So it's different. They're not saying what's going to happen if I fail. They know it's not going to go perfectly right. They know it's not going to be this perfect shot of their plan. So let's look at the 13 other possibilities that will potentially happen and plan to overcome those many failures in order to accomplish the mission. So it's not what's going to happen if I fail. And this is life and death, right? It's planning for success, knowing it's not going to be perfect. So here's the thing. Failure is a big one, and most people are afraid of failure. I never was afraid of failure because I knew that was the path to success and I wanted to succeed. So in sports early on, if anyone ever played sports, you knew that you just had to make mistakes every day in order to get better. And then it was just coaching and feedback. And so failure was feedback for me. It was information that, oh, you didn't do it correctly yet, so you need to adjust this and practice here and adjust your form and all these different things to succeed. So I learned early on that failure was feedback. It's not like this horrible thing that was trained in sports. So I didn't have that as my big thing. I had another one. Now, how many of you and Jose have ever been afraid of success? Success was your, like, fear. And it was interesting for me because when I would go around the country and talk about this, about half the room would put their hand up as a success being a fear. Now, Jose, is that one for you or no?
Well, I mean, I think subconsciously it might be now that, you know, we've been talking about this, and I think that I might be a little bit afraid of it just because.
Tell me why. So I want people to hear the specific words, why you'd be afraid of success and see if this resonates with.
Anyone else, I, I'm just, I'm. I'm afraid that it might change me to the person that I don't want to be.
Oh, so listen to this. It might change him to the person he doesn't want to be. Because who are successful people in the world to you?
I mean, powerful, well respected, wealthy people.
Okay, and what are powerful, well respected and wealthy people? Who are they?
Who are they?
I mean, what are their characteristics?
Someone who has presence.
Someone.
Someone who's respectable. Like, like a CEO, a millionaire billionaire, head of a company. Someone like yourself, Louis.
Are they, are they credible people? Are they dishonorable people? Are they.
Yes. I mean, yes, there, there are high vibrational, positive beings.
That's interesting. So you have a belief system that successful people are high vibrational, powerful, respected, credible human beings.
Absolutely.
But you're saying that you're afraid of that because you think it'll change you. What do you think it'll change you into then? Not a powerful, respected human being or something that you need to step into that you haven't yet done fully.
The latter, to be honest, and this.
Is one, and I don't know if that resonates with anyone else here, but when I started asking these questions years ago and realizing that the fear of success is almost bigger for most people than the other two because you're leaving the tribe when you become successful. When I, When I became more successful, right, let's say I went after my goals and my dreams. It's not more successful or not, but when I went after these things and I left college, I had all these friends, I was. Had brothers, you know, on these different sports teams. And then I left the tribe to go after a different dream, to go play professional. And I remember when I got the contract to play professional football, I was so excited, I started calling all my former teammates and people weren't calling me back. And I was like, what? These are guys that I like, bled with for four years and all of a sudden, like, guys aren't calling me back. Guys aren't excited for me. And I was like, it was really sad and hurt for a while and I didn't understand it. And. And I. And I later reflected back and realized it's really hard for a group of people to see someone leave sometimes if they're not confident in themselves, if they're not excited for them, if they feel like they're doubting and insecure in their own way, it's hard. So you might have to leave a pack and they may not be excited for you. That's hard to do. People could be family members, could be spouses, could be friends for life. That's challenging. Also, the weight. There's an amazing documentary. If you guys haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. It's called the Weight of Gold. It's about Olympians who win the gold medal and then go depressed and have, you know, no direction in life afterwards. Not all of them, but some of them. It's documenting some of them that commit suicide after they win the gold. There is this. For some people that. Who have not learned the lessons again, this is why I was like, I wanted to share all these lessons in this book to help people overcome it when they are successful, because there is a weight. You see these young TV stars or musicians make all the money, then lose it. There's this pressure. They go into addictions, all these different things. There's a pressure of sustaining success. Okay, I've done it once. Can I do it again? And if not, am I lovable? Am I enough? What's it going to take to be enough in this world and with my friends in society, right? There's a pressure of people needing things from you now, now you're successful, you've made money, you've got access, you've got influence. Everyone's going to come and pull from you. Everyone's going to want something from you. And that is hard for people to take on. So there is a weight of success, of being powerful, respected, a leader. These, these qualities. You said that it. It requires you letting go of an old version of yourself. Like you said, Jose, it requires you letting go of someone you currently are to step into a new identity. And that is scary. Any type of new identity is scary. So success is a big fear for a lot of people. And again, just show hands. If success is one of your fears or if it's ever been a fear of yours, so can see. Cool. There's nothing wrong with being afraid of failure or success. It is challenging. When I launched my business, when I, my, my. You know, I had no following on social media 10 years ago, right? Except for LinkedIn. But now it's 8 million followers around all these platforms. You know, all this different stuff, top podcast, New York Times bestseller, you know, billboards and all that stuff, right? And you learn a lot about people when you become successful in society's standards, when you, you know, have more money, have more audience, have more whatever access you, you learn a lot about people around you. And that's challenging. Sometimes it's challenging because then you have relationship challenges that you need to face. You got to create boundaries. You got to, you know, all these things you got to overcome that are different challenges than where you're at right now. So I hear you. And there's a. There's a price to pay. There's an investment to learn to overcome. And it can be extremely challenging for a lot of people. And you see people crash and burn over and over in the. In the limelight. With that, you get criticism like no other. When you become a light in the world and you attract an audience, you know, you're. You're becoming a magnet, so you're putting out value and you're a light to so many people. That means everyone becomes magnetized to your light in whatever you're talking about, right? You have an audience now. Some of those audiences, hopefully 80, 90, 95%, are excited about it. You know, support you, celebrate you, you know, appreciate it. All that stuff. Probably 5 to 10% that is not excited about it, that is going to criticize you, going to attack you, going to pull you down, going to try to find a way to knock you down. You know, if there's anyone Australia on here, they taught the. The tall poppy syndrome, right? They don't like people succeeding past a certain level. They try to knock them down. It's kind of like the analogy in Australia. And that's not fun. You know, I've been attacked many times in the last 10 years in different ways and criticize and all this different stuff. No one likes to be criticized and try to be taken down in whatever way possible. It is not fun. So that also creates hesitation for people for wanting to be successful because you see all these other people out there getting canceled or knocked down or criticized and stressed out, and you're like, I don't want that. So there is a general awareness around why people are concerned about success, the fear of that. Okay, and. And the third one, Jose, is judgment. So for me, I was never afraid of failure because I knew failure was the road to success. Success is what I wanted. You know, I wanted it for the wrong reasons. Growing up, I wanted it to, like, be loved and liked and, you know, have, like, peers that liked me and, you know, whatever and respected. Like, I was like, I need to be successful so that people like, like me when I was, like, a teenager, sir. So I was going after for the wrong reason. So when I was successful, it still didn't fill me up. And so it was never enough. I needed more and more of it. And never gave me what I needed. The judgment was the thing that crippled me until really in the last decade when I learned how to process it. And it's still something that is there from time to time. It's not like it's. I'm perfect and I've got it all figured out. No one likes to be judged. No one. I don't know anyone that likes to be judged. So I was making decisions in every area of my life up until about nine years ago to be liked, to not have people, you know, not like me, to be accepted, to be all these things. And so I would abandon my true nature to please other people, say yes to everyone else, you know, do what they want in this opposite. What I needed, all this stuff. So I was crippled by the fear of judgment. What are people going to say? What are they going to think? What are they talking about me? Do they like me? All that stuff until about nine years ago when I started this process. Process of the greatness, mindset, of unlocking, healing, transforming in these ways, in a bigger way. And so what I'm hearing you say is judgment is the biggest one for you. Is that right, Jose?
Yeah. I mean, you know, after we talk through it, it seems like that is the biggest one for me because it's like I. I really shouldn't care about what other people think, but I do.
I don't think it's not caring about what other people think. I think it's because I think in order to live in society, we need some people's approval of us to thrive, to be successful in relationships. You know, we need some intimacy. It's not about not caring what anyone thinks about us. So I think it's relearning how to communicate this language. I think it's one. What I care about myself. It's like doing the thing that I care about the most based on my meaningful mission. Again, we have the whole process in the book about meaningful mission. It's what we talked about in the webinar. And based on values. So based on meaningful mission and my values, so not caring what anyone else has to think and just say, screw the world and I don't care what anyone thinks about me. We do care what people think about us. But if we neglect how we think about ourself, that is the problem that is going to hurt us more than anything else. So it's learning not to abandon our values and our meaningful mission. And this is extremely hard because we are wired to please other people. Is there anyone else who is a Current or recovering people pleaser in the house, please raise your hand. I was there my whole life, up until maybe like two years ago where I've had to learn the uncomfortable experience of not saying yes to someone, hoping they're not going to be upset at me just because I want to please them, but in the process abandoning myself constantly and my value, my meaningful mission. It's learning the process of being there for you and your mission and your values and your needs first so that you can over deliver for the people around you and serve your mission at the highest level. I believe spiritually, emotionally, physically, we're here to serve the mission of our season of life. That season might be six months or a year or four, five years or whatever it might be. And if we are not in alignment with our calling to serve in this season, whatever it is that we're doing, you know, for me was to get off my sister's couch, was that season was like I got to do whatever it takes for that season. Each season is different now. I have a different mission and if I'm not in alignment of doing the things that serve that, then I'm going to be discounting why I'm here. I'm going to be disconnected to my alignment of my season of this mission currently and I'm going to feel off balance and I'm going to be giving to everyone else except for serving my health and the mission first. And I just think it's a very hard decision to make and to grip with that because we are so conditioned to please everyone else around us first. I am included in that and know the suffering that I had inside of me through that process for I don't know, 36 years, until about two years ago when I really started to heal that people pleasing need inside of me that comes from a wound that we all have from somewhere that is holding us back and this desire to please everyone but then we discount our true desires. And so it's learning to navigate that. And I'm not saying like I've figured it out perfectly and I'm like, you know, I still show up. I had to cancel something this morning and I felt like, but maybe I can make it happen. And, but I was like no, it's going to, it's going to throw me off and I need to let this, you know, be willing to risk letting someone else down in order to serve the mission and the integrity of the alignment of my health first as opposed to giving, giving, giving, giving, giving, giving. I got to make sure I'm Centered first. And it's not like this big thing, but, you know, the, the PTSD of being a people pleaser, it still shows up. We're like, ah, should I just say yes? And. And then, you know, get rid of what I care about for this person, all this stuff. So judgment is the thing. And I'm hearing a lot of you have judgment as well. So judgment. I can't see that. I gotta change it. Hold on, let me change the video. How many else? Go ahead and put in me if judgment is one of your things. So I can see. And then I'm seeing some hands here. So the doubt diagram again, this is all in the book. And then we have a whole process, a whole chapter of how to overcome each fear and why each fear is in your life. So at the center, center of this is a thing that none of us like. So this is the thing that none of us likes. Center over here. Where am I? Over here, Right here. I am not enough. I am not enough. At the center of all three of these fears. Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of judgment. The doubt diagram is I am not enough. Somewhere I feel deep inside, or I have felt deep inside that I am not smart enough. I am not talented enough, I'm not loved enough, I'm not smart enough. My parents don't. Unless I do this, then I would be enough unless I do this. And how many of you have done, you know, have done this, this and this, and it still wasn't enough, you know, unless I graduated with honors, unless I get this career, unless I do this thing, unless I make this much, unless I marry this type of person, unless I live this way, it's not enough. And then we realize, oh, I did all these things and I still don't feel enough. I don't know if that resonates with anyone else, but that was me for a long time. And so I started to say, well, what's the root of that? What's that root of I'm not enough ness? Where's that coming from? And this is why for me, this is, you know, I wish I learned all this stuff when I was 12, 15, 25, 33. It would have helped me overcome so much more inner suffering and live my true meaning and purpose and essence in the world in a bigger way. It's not about accomplishing more things. It's about living my authentic life of this season of life. And that's why we broke it all down with all the experts about how to do this and when you can get to the root of why you don't feel like you're enough. Jose, and anyone else here, I'm telling you, life becomes completely different after that. Your energy completely shifts when you start the journey of healing the I am not enoughness, you really unlock a different version of yourself. It's something I've been noticing in myself in the last year and a half. And you start to see people around you saying, huh, man. It's amazing that you're not reactive the way you once were a few years ago. It's amazing how you respond differently in these situations. It's amazing how you show up in this way for people. It's amazing how you give abundantly to others in a different way where you're not attached to results. It's amazing how you show up for your health in a different way. It's amazing the way you invest in yourself. You start to hear from the people closest to you saying, wow, it's amazing what you're creating and how you're doing this. And it's not like you need to brag about it like, yeah, I'm doing this. And it's not about that. It's about showing up. Jose, the way you talked about. I see these individuals as leaders, as credible, as powerful, as respected, the words I heard you say. And in order to become those things, you need to be this daily by letting go of these feelings of I'm not enoughness. And that starts with figuring out what are my biggest fears and diving in to the bat cave and letting the fear of bats swirling around you until you're not afraid of the bats hitting you in the face and pooping on your head and being in darkness. Right now, you've got to live in a bat cave with the bats constantly scaring you until you feel like, these are my friends. These are like puppy dogs. And I love the dark. And once you can embrace those things. And I had. I had probably 10 times the amount of fears that anyone here has. You know, growing up, I felt like everything was. I was insecure around everything. And that's why this became my mission in life, because I was like, I just don't want to feel like I'm suffering anymore. I don't want to feel in pain anymore. I don't want to feel scared anymore. To. I don't want. I don't want to feel like I'm limited in this life anymore. And I have these dreams and I have these goals, and I have these people that I admire, that I respect, that have overcome so much. I want to be like that. And I visualize these things as a kid. And I said, this is why I've been on this journey for so long. And so this is my recommendation to you, Jose, and to everyone else who this is related to, which looks like everyone has put their hand up that has some type of fear that when you can figure out where you don't feel like you're enough and feel free to write a list down of all the things where you don't feel like you're enough at. I'm not a good enough partner in my relationship because this, I'm not smart enough because this, I'm not talented enough to launch this book because this. Feel free to write down every insecurity you have and why you think it's holding you back. I'm telling you, you're gonna, you're gonna write a whole story of reasons why you should never be able to do anything. And then what you need to do is say, okay, that's a nice, that's a nice story of self pity and not enoughness. And I, again, I'm telling you, I had the list longer than anyone here about all the reasons why I was stupid and ignorant and not talented enough and not good looking enough and not athletic enough. And you know, woe was me. I had that for about 20 years. And then I said, okay, how do I make these not enoughness a superpower? And that's why I went on all the fears. And once I started tackling these fears, I was like, oh man, I feel a little more confident. Oh, I actually can overcome this huge insecurity I've had my entire life. And maybe I'm not perfect at it and the best in the world, but man, I can dance with anyone. You know, it's like, okay, sweet. I can speak at any stage.
Your dance moves are killer.
You know, I'm saying it's like, maybe I'm never going to be like the best salsa dance in the world, but I can dance with the best salsa dancer in the world and make it look good. I'm never going to be the best speaker in the world, but I can make a full time living speaking and I can speak in front of 100,000 people if I need to, but I'll never be the best, you know, I'm not going to be the best Spanish speaker in the world, but eventually one day I will be fluent enough to have a conversation in a small town, small village, in any Spanish speaking country and be able to communicate. Para mi seguro.
I want to say thank you, Louis. Thank you so much for that.
Thank you for your words.
I appreciate you and I'm grateful for you. Thank you.
Of course. Of course. So, again, this is not unique to you, Jose, and I'm speaking to you, but I'm speaking to every person here, because I think this is the thing that holds a lot of people back. It's one of the essences of my book. This is why I wrote it. Because when people get to the core of this. This imposter, not enough thing, when you can get to the root of that, then you can be free and set yourself free. So, Jose, I'm curious to wrap it up with you. What would it need for you, from you, to not feel like an imposter with the results you're getting and where you want to get to?
I'm sorry, I was reading something.
Can you hear that, Lewis? What would it take from you to not feel like an imposter and to receive the results you are getting and to be able to step into the next level of results? What will it take from you to not feel like an imposter in this process?
That's a. That's a hard question. To be honest with you, if I'm. If I'm being honest with myself, I think accepting who I am as I.
Am.
With all my faults and all my. And all my qualities, that makes me enough.
Interesting. That's. That's pretty profound. So do you not accept yourself fully yet?
I'm sorry?
Do you not accept yourself fully in this moment yet?
Oh, no, I do. I mean, after the way that you explain it and. And reflecting off of it, I'm the greatest of all time in my paradigm, in my head, and I am. And I am enough. And I am worthy.
Well, I think it's. You know, I think it's a process because I think you spoke the words that I was hoping you would, which is acceptance. And this is not like, okay, I'm gonna be lazy and, you know, eat whatever I want all day and just accept myself. It's acceptance of where I'm at in my life right now and accepting where I'm at and saying, this is not what I want. So I'm going to overcome the things that are keeping me from being where I want by accepting who I am fully and knowing that it's not exactly where I want to be. And it's okay to accept yourself, have compassion for yourself, have love for yourself from where you've been, even if you've made mistakes and even if you've messed up. And even if you've fallen off the wagon on all these different things, and even if you've hurt people and even if you've been out of shape, it's okay to accept and have compassion for yourself and still say, but this is not what it looks like to be a leader. This is not what it looks like to be the thing that I want in my life, the person I want to be in my life. So in order to do that, I need to shift some things. I can accept who I am. I don't need to beat myself up every time I make a mistake, which is what I did pretty much every day for 30 years. I would just beat myself up emotionally and mentally. That doesn't work. It might get you results and make you feel unfulfilled. So part of that is acceptance, which I think is great that you acknowledge that. And just knowing, like, where do I want to step into and what's it going to take? For me, it starts with the acceptance and then the fearless, and then just seeing the results happen consistently, you're going to build that confidence. And two years is going to go by. Five years, like the last 10 years has flown by for me since I started the podcast. And if I look back, like, I was just on a billboard in Times Square this last week, right? I saw that and I found that. And if I look back, I'm like, this thing started with one idea to just see. Let me just try this experiment. I was already interviewing people. I just wasn't recording it. And these conversations I was having with people were so profound. They were helping me so much. I said, let me just start recording these things and see if I can figure out how to do a podcast. Ten years ago I did this, guys. And what started as an experiment, which I wasn't good at for the first year, is now like 10 years later. Is this kind of like global thing, right? Like half a billion downloads. One of the number one interview show on YouTube, inspirational interview show on YouTube, top 100 in the world on audio out of 2 million podcasts. A billboard in Times Square, New York Times bestseller selling book, you know, multiple books. Now this, like, event that happens every year, all these different things that started with no following on Instagram, started with an idea and trying something new. And so. And I wasn't good at. So it's 10 years went by like this. So I'm telling you, when you have an idea in your head of what you want to create and you get started, time is going to fly. That's why I go back to the lessons in the beginning of this conversation. It's like, do the thing now you want to do. Take the trip, launch the book, start the thing. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't and it's okay either way. Accepting yourself. And at least you did it. At least you tried, at least you went for it. I think it's a beautiful thing. So, Jose, thank you for being real and honest and opening up. And was that for anyone else? Was it powerful to hear Jose's conversation? Just go type in yes if it was or you know, nod your head so we can acknowledge Jose for opening up Because I think you spoke into what a lot of people are feeling. Maybe there were fear isn't judgment. Maybe it's. Or success. Maybe it's failure. But I think that resonated with a lot of people. I want to do one final question. Thank you youu're welcome. One final question. And again, if I didn't get to your question, my goal is to speak to everyone through each question. So let's do one final question. About to lose my voice here after two and a half hours. Want to make sure I keep delivering without losing my voice. Who's next?
Sub Lewis.
Who we got?
Joseph, you know me from last year. New Haven food crew.
I can't see. Oh, where we are. Where we at here? Let me see on the screen. Okay. Joseph, my man. Oh, wait. Up in Jersey. Jersey or where are you at?
Connecticut.
Connecticut, that's right.
Well, I have.
What do you. What are you grateful for? Yes. All right. What are you grateful for?
Today I had to put that on a break. I had a health issue, so I had to not eat what I was eating. So I had to take my passion and put it to the side.
Yep. You're asking for.
Let me just get. I'm grateful for. Well, I've been grateful for actually a lot of your community. I've been part of the school of greatness for over a year now.
Nice.
So I've kind of dove into all of your classes every month. Jamie's been great. So that's been a. It's a. It's just like you're saying when you're investing more, you want to show up for it.
Absolutely.
So it's still a great investment. It's. It's not unaffordable. So you feel like it's getting you. I've never done any of this coaching. This is like insane to me. Like we're kinds of people where we do all this stuff by Ourselves, like, we don't ask for outside help. It's like almost insulting that I have to have someone help me. That's that old school, you know, it's.
That old school mentality. Who else has that mentality? Or it's having to overcome that mentality of like asking for support or looking for coaching.
Yeah, I mean it's, it's. We're, we're immigrant families, so like, that's like unheard of. You're not supposed to ask anybody anything.
Yeah.
So. But yeah, your, your whole greatness kind of thing has been great. Showing up every month, doing the all the webinars with Jamie talk. Um, so. But my, my thing is.
What's your big question, big challenge?
Well, I'm actually signed up for a America's next top public speaker. There's like some contest, so I saw come through like a tick tock or Instagram and I was like, you know what? I'm signing up for it.
Okay.
You're saying get over your fears. I'm not afraid of talking.
It's. It's not an issue talking.
It's just a matter of I need to get myself out there now.
All right, so what's your big challenge?
Well, it's really preparing for. It's preparing for a one minute speech. So I have to. Basically I have one minute to say why I should be the next tops public speaker.
Okay. So you're by the best.
Got to ask, since you don't want to do $200,000.
You don't want to do those. Here's. Well, here's what you know the best, Coach Lewis. Here's what the best coaches tend to do. They put the question back on you. Okay. Before they try to give you the answer. So go ahead. If you were giving yourself advice on how to prepare to Give the best 1 minute speech in order to be included in this, what would you say to someone else? Wow, that's. You're so good at this. It's crazy. What would I say to someone else to get ready for a speech? I would probably say.
Figure out who. I mean, try to say figure out who you are. What, like you were talking about your values, like your mission based on your values. So I guess I would start off with figuring out my core values are. That would probably be my first advice, like hearing all the things I've heard today. Knowing what you're trying to convey. I mean, I have a lot of great information. I've been helping people as. For as long as I can remember, like as a kid Great.
How would you coach yourself? That was a story. But I know you're an inspiring guy. I know all your story. But how you coach yourself. How would I coach myself? I like the idea of starting with your values. If you don't have that yet. Get that clear.
Yeah, starting with my values.
I mean, what would it take from you to prepare to create this one minute speech?
Just carving out some time during the day.
Okay, how much time do you need? Um, let's.
That's for a one minute speech. I mean, I could probably bang it out and like a good hour. Okay, I think I could.
So you need an hour of time. Okay, and how much. How much time do you need to prepare to write down the. What it's going to be the outline, the story.
Probably a good five to six hours.
Okay, so we got the time down. So when can you make that time?
Oh, heck, I can.
I'm going to.
Well, here's the thing. Thanksgiving is next week, so I mean, we work all the time, so. But Thanksgiving holidays, we do try to.
Take what day and by when.
Okay, what day and by when. I'm supposed to go to New Jersey the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The Friday.
Saturday.
So why not say Sunday the 27th?
Okay, Sunday the 27th, you're going to spend four to six hours to come up with the concept for the speech. And then. When are you gonna film the speech?
No, I'm actually gonna. Well, there's virtual. There's virtual ones this Saturday, but I want to go in person in New York City. I don't want to do it over virtual.
I think.
Feel.
I feel like. Okay, feel like me in person would probably be a better.
Great.
Since then, me doing it on video.
When. When are you gonna go in person?
They haven't scheduled that yet, but I'm thinking probably sometime in January.
Okay, half time.
All right, track time to practice. Like you were saying, record yourself.
Okay, I like that. So you're. Record yourself. How many times you got to practice the speech recording yourself?
Here's. I mean, I probably say at least a dozen or more times.
Okay, so 12 times minimum. You're going to practice recording the one minute speech, then watching back the game film and then judging myself. And then who are you going to show it to in your life to support you with feedback.
That's a tough one. Probably my wife.
Okay, great.
Probably a good friend of mine who's an older. An older woman who's a really good friend of mine.
Great.
I'm probably. You're probably going to say as many People as I possibly can.
Like, I mean, not everyone. I think you want to find a few people, you know, someone that's probably better than you or someone who's done public speaking. Yes. Who can give you some actual critical feedback. And then some other people that just say, oh, is this interesting for me to watch? You know, just people that aren't speakers.
So you want viewers and you want people with experience.
I mean, I'm thinking if you were to coach your. You're coaching yourself right now. So if you're coaching yourself, what would you. What would support you in giving you the best chance at being prepared and having a chance of winning this thing?
Yeah, I would definitely.
This is how I'm hearing you, coaching yourself.
Okay. Well, it sounds pretty good. I didn't think it sounds so good in my head, but it sounds better.
It's pretty. You're pretty good coach, man. You're pretty good coach. Sounds pretty good.
Well, it's been a lot of. It's been a long time of. You know, I was just on your call on Wednesday about the last one that Jamie did, and it was like, I'm tired of having no boundaries with people.
Yep.
Like, people walk in, don't care about my time, ask me a question. I. I give them the best advice. Doesn't mean they always take it. But I'm like, that's like $300 worth of advice just gave away for free.
Well, that's people pleasing in there, you know what I mean? So you gotta learn to create boundaries, you know?
So that's been my big thing. So in terms of getting out, getting ready would just be probably, like you said, figure out my mission, what are my values, Doing all the rehearsing and judgment of it, probably presentation. Am I going to cut my hair?
Am I going to shave? Right.
Because I'm sure that's all part of the look. I've been learning how you got it, man.
You got it.
How you should be physically showing yourself.
Like, you got it. You're gonna get all that feedback when you record yourself and shouldn't be down.
Here, should be out.
You're gonna get all that feedback when you record yourself. Okay. So you got it.
Yes.
You know the time of when you're gonna practice? Yes. Now that you know when you're gonna go. So you're set up, man, you're good to go.
Okay. I just wanna. I wanna just get that extra kick. I was glad that Jamie put me in because I was like, man, I'm signing up for this thing. I hope I Have this one question answered, because it's like a huge leap of faith for me. Like, I don't know what's gonna happen. Nothing might happen. One people might see.
I don't really. Well, there's never. Never. Nothing is gonna happen. Let's say, let's. And this. I'm speaking to everyone here. Let's say. Let's say there's nothing. There's nothing that's never gonna happen. If you. When you do this, five hours of training, when you record yourself, when you have other people look at it, when you put yourself out there and do this virtual or live, let's say it's a complete failure, like your last place, there's not nothing that happens. You did something, you overcame something, you prepared for something, you got better at, a skill that maybe you're good at, maybe you weren't good at, maybe you don't know. But you failed forward, right? Even if you're a last place, if everyone laughs at you, if no one cares if you get the worst comments ever, that's better than not doing it at all. So you failed forward. You got feedback again. As an athlete, I've fallen on my face and been humiliated in front of thousands of people watching games. Does that mean I stop and give up? No. I went on to be an All American in two sports. I went on to be a world record holder in football. I went on to represent USA National Team for nine years with team handball. And I could have stopped many times with humiliation and failure by getting laughed at and dropping the touchdown pass and all these things so many times. But I got feedback. I learned about what wasn't working, and that feedback supported me by watching game film and repeating. Getting better at practice, then the practice. I had more confidence in the next game and the next thing. So this is all preparation for something bigger. Whether you win, whether you get last place or somewhere in the middle. It's not. It's not for nothing. You're gaining a lot of experience. My first public speech after school was in Toastmasters. It was a five minute speech and it was called the Icebreaker. Has anyone ever done Toastmasters? Just curious if I can. So your first speech in Toastmasters, which is a public speaking group. Group. It's a club all around the world. It's called the five minute Icebreaker. Toastmasters members will know. And it took me two weeks to prepare for this. I wrote, I had a cast on at the time, so I was in a full arm cast from here to here. In this position. I had to have A cut off shirt. I stood in behind a podium by my hand, up like this in a form cast and I looked down the entire time because I didn't have the courage to look anyone in their eyes. Wow. So I was in this cast like this and I wrote down word for word my entire speech and I did not look up once. And I felt humiliated. This sweat just pouring out of my armpit here. The cast is smelly, I look like a fool. Everyone's in suits. I'm going to cut off wife beater, tank top shirt because the shirt didn't fit over the cast. I'm 24. Everyone's in their 30s and 40s. They're all professionals and suits. I'm a joke and I show up there and I can't look anyone in the eyes. But I completed it. It could have seemed like a complete failure and humiliation. For me it was. But for some of them, they were inspired. They were like, here's this young kid who's completely in fear showing up, who looks like a fool, but I respect him for being here in his current condition. He could have waited till the cast was off, he could have waited another year till he was ready. But he wasn't ready. And he showed up to prepare himself to overcome these things. So I gained respect for myself for showing up and not waiting and waiting and waiting, you know, and you start to. And maybe there are people like, man, this guy's really bad. He's got a long way to go. And I did have a long way to go, but that long way is going to be even longer if I wait. So whatever it is, we got to take the actions now and the things we truly want and desire. Otherwise it's always going to feel like a failure not even trying. So hopefully that answers your question and I'm excited for you to do that. I want to leave you guys with this. You know, we talked about in the beginning of this, you know, kind of the three big things that opened up for you from this last year. And I think it's really important for us to reflecting all the time. I reflect every night about what opened up for me that day. I reflect at the end of the week, the end of the month. You know, when I do team calls with a team on every Monday, we do a team call. We talk about what opened up over the weekend for people. I think it's really important to constantly be reflecting on what we're learning, what's in the way. So it's a constant part of my habitual process of Just daily life, you know, Each one of you that come on with a question. I asked you what you're grateful for, and all of you also shared in the beginning what you were grateful for. In the beginning, in the chat. That's something I do every day. I wake up in gratitude. I end the day with gratitude. It's a part of my nature. It wasn't always a part of it. I used to complain a lot about life. Now I try to find things to be grateful for. And it's kind of interesting, the more I do that, it just seems to be things that show up that I'm even more grateful for. Isn't that interesting? What I focus on? It starts to appear. So my. My request for you, my. My call of action for you is. Is to continue to reflect on what's working and what's not working. Just be aware. Continue to be grateful as often as you can. It doesn't mean it's got to be fake gratitude. And you got to, like, act grateful even when you're going through a horrible time. My dad passed away earlier this year. It was. It was sad. It was a lot of sadness and a lot of healing and a lot of, you know, going through the process. Like, there's. There's moments and times where you got to go through all the emotions. But eventually I was like, man, at least I'm really grateful for the memories, for the moments, for the things. So it's eventually getting back to gratitude with whatever's happening in life. I talked to the, you know, this guy yesterday who lost his wife, 30 years, love of his life, lost her last year and a half, and he was like, gave up. And then his son said, dad, I don't want to lose two parents. You got to get back out there in your life. And he said, I'm grateful for my son. You know, I lost the love of my life. He still wears the ring, lost the love of his wife. She passed away. And he said, I'm grateful to my son that I, you know, they encouraged me to go out and live a positive life, even though I lost my wife. And I think it's just. We get. We're blessed to experience life in the full range of it. It doesn't mean it's going to be always easy. It doesn't mean tragedy doesn't happen. It doesn't mean some of us haven't gone through horrific things. And I know some of you have gone through extreme suffering and pain in different stages of your life, and I acknowledge you for enduring those things. And being here today and showing up in your lives the way. Way you do, because I know some of you put on a happy face and there's been a lot of pain and suffering you've gone through. I know so many of you have gone through different things. So I acknowledge you for showing up and wanting to learn. And I would love you to finish this session today and to reflect on this today, tomorrow, this weekend about the three things you really want to step into for next year. We talked about the lessons. We talked about some reflection from this year, talked about what you're grateful for. Well, I want you to say three things that you want to step into. Maybe you haven't fully committed to these things yet. You've dabbled in them for a while, but you haven't fully stepped into it. Maybe there's a fear of yours that you really want to overcome. You want to step into that. Type in those three things. Right now, I'm just curious. I want to see some of those, type them in and then write them down for yourself, yourself afterwards on your workbook, your piece of paper, so I can see and type in those three things. I appreciate everyone saying what you're grateful for. And I will leave you with this also. We've got essentially a month left, right? A month left of the year month and a week or whatever it is, Thanksgiving if you're in usa. This is a time to. I, I believe I'm a big believer. You know, people remember the way you start and the way you finish. No one remembers in the middle that much. They remember how you start and how you finish. So start planning now, this week, how you want to finish the year and start planning for how you want to start the year. So this is not the last week of Christmas. Right now you've got a little time to think about this and strategize. Think about how do I want to show up for myself, for my future self? If the best version of myself three years ahead was standing right in front of me, who did I become? Who did I step into to bring that person closer to me? Maybe this person is unrecognizable in front of you and it's going to take you overcoming yourself again and again to step into that best version of the highest version of yourself? What's it going to take to start the process? You don't have to do everything overnight. Start the process in December and continue the process in January. People remember how you start and how you finish things. This is why people remember how you start a relationship. And how a relationship ends. They remember this things, you know, I don't know about you, but I've been through relationships where people did not end it well with me or when it ended. You saw the true colors of someone on how they ended something. And that's how I remember those people. You know, I always try to be positive and kind and wish people well and you know, people, certain people have not responded as, as the same way, let's say. And I remember that and it's like, okay, well that's who those people are. So people remember how you start and finish. I really encourage you to finish strong. That doesn't mean burn yourself out. That doesn't mean over commit to everything. That means realign yourself with your values and your vision. Realign yourself to centeredness. Realign yourself to overcoming anything that's been holding you back. Realign yourself to your mission, your meaningful mission. Create that list and say, what do I want to tackle first? And you don't have to tackle every fear in one day. What I want to do first. And again, this is, you know, all these things that I wish I knew earlier. I've been asking these questions for a decade and we put it all in our book, the Greatness Mindset. So I appreciate you all being here in the VIP section. I appreciate you guys for. If you guys bought a copy of the book or five or ten copies, whatever it is, I appreciate, appreciate it. If you haven't yet, I encourage you to take a look at it and get a copy. It would mean the world to me. If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message over on Instagram. You can DM me over there a question. I'll try to get back to some answers over there and if there's questions that come through there, I might even start doing some episodes and some of these questions on the School of Greatness or the Daily Motivation. So hopefully you've been enjoying the School of Greatness or the Daily Motivation. Both free. A lot of great content over there. A lot of great. That's kind of where I give my coaching and my wisdom over there as well. So appreciate you all. Thank you guys again for supporting with the book. Thank you for being here in vip. We'll get this recording to you sometime early next week, depending on when my team can do it. I know it's Thanksgiving, so I'm going to try to see if they can get in early next week. But other than that, you guys are amazing. Love you. Appreciate you. You matter. You guys are making a difference in the world. World means a lot to me, and I'll talk to you guys soon. Thank you, guys. I want the world to change around me. Maybe I ought to start with changing myself. And people don't want to change. We don't want to change. Because what's gotten us here is familiar. And again, there's nothing wrong with that. But that's going to hold you back from what you want. And so if you want different results, you got to first look within. You got to first learn what is the fear that holds me back?
