This is a YouTube video titled "These People Shouldn't Be in Your Life" created on April 28, 2025, featuring a conversation between Lewis Howes and another speaker discussing how to feel empowered and manage relationships with unsupportive or harmful people.

So how did you learn to feel empowered when people were trying to force you to quit? How did you stay? I guess confident or believing that you were above it.
So there's kind of two lanes. One lane is it's people that love you and care about you but don't support you. And then the other lane is people that maybe envy you or jealous of you, do want your harm. This lane here, they need to not be in your life. And the moment you realize that, you don't have to tell them, but you should start to fade out. Before you know it, they. You're not there anymore. And they're like, where'd she go? I've been gone months.
Right, right, right.
