I'm wealthy because of my knowledge of sales. I got to learn from a guy named Harry Rosen, who was a legend in Canada. Owned Harry Rosen. It's a multi billion dollar company. But I went there to buy a suit and it was like $1,200. And I'm like, oh my God, I can't afford $1,200 more money than I'll make this month. And the salesman said to me, you know, if you work here, you get to buy one suit every six months at 50% off. So I got a part time job. He says, show up at 7 because the store opened at 9, and I'll teach you everything you need to know about how to sell to men. And I'm like, so excited. I show up on Saturday. Nobody there, nobody there. So it's just him and I. Wow. So I say to my buddy, hey, how come nobody showed up? You know what he says? No one's paying me to show up. What I heard is I don't get paid to learn. And I always thought, I'll learn for free. I'll pay to learn. Yeah. I would have paid him to teach, teach me. Whereas he taught me everything. He taught me how to dress, how to spot someone with money. Then I worked for Warren Avis, who started Avis Rent a Car. And I've just been really fortunate to have great role models who are good human beings.
