True love starts with accepting every part of yourself, even what feels unlovable. When you reject yourself, you'll find fault in everyone around you. Your deepest conditioning surfaces no matter how hard you try to hide it, like a pen filled with red ink will always write in red.

True love is learning to embrace all parts of you, including the part of you that feels unlovable. If I'm fully okay with me, then I can extend that to others. If I'm not, then I'm only gonna find fault with those that I meet. You pick up a pen that's got red ink in it, it's gonna write in red. Like, it doesn't matter how hard you try. The conditioning of our subconscious will eventually manifest.
