Karamo Brown talks about the tools and support systems that help with healing, including books, podcasts, and trusted people in your life. He focuses on personal reflection and finding resources that work for your emotional growth.
You know, when I.
Think of healing.
I think of sort of this triangle.
Of like, I'm at the bottom supporting it, but I do need sort of this support that's going to cover me from tools that you can receive from people like you and I, books, and also people in my immediate circle who I can trust. And so I would focus on like, okay, what are my tools? What book can I read? What podcast? What can I go to to tell.
Me how to deal.
With conflicting messages?
Then what can I do? What people around me are going to be able to identify them? Because I'm not, I don't have the best identifier.
I don't have the best identifier. Because if I did, I wouldn't spend the last 15 years allowing this to affect me. So who could help me. I think if people could just take the time to do that, I think that's the first step on going on that journey.
