When I took over Verizon in 2018, I spent a lot of time on internal talent, governance, and strategy, way more than the external part. When I was done with that, I spent way more time with shareholders, being on big stages, launching 5G, and all of that. So for me, it's all about how do I serve best. I am super good at certain things, and we are lazy by nature. You tend to do the easy things, but you have always done. this process forces me to do the things that really is where I can make a difference.
