It is rainy today, and whenever you're going through a rainy season in your life, whether it be some overwhelmed stress, some anxiety, some uncertainty, or a lack of clarity on what's happening in your life and why things are happening to you in your life, it's good to think about three things. 1. Think about something you're grateful for. Even if you're overwhelmed and stressed, even if there seems like the world is falling on top of you right now, there's something you can find to be grateful for. So. So look for the gratitude. The second thing is to look for someone who's helped you or inspired you. The best thing you can do is start getting out of yourself. When you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed and anxious, or uncertain, look outward and say, man, this person really inspires me right now. Let me message them, let me send them a voice note. Let me call them and say thank you and acknowledge them. Get out of yourself and put inspiration back on someone else. And the third thing is to look into the future. Start thinking about the goal, the dream, the inspiration you have, even if you're not 100% clear on what that is. Don't look in the past about the things that have bothered you, the things that you've made mistakes on. Look towards the future on what you want to create in your life, the goals and the dreams, and put your emphasis on that instead.
