Looking at nature on a computer screen can have benefits. Listening to nature sounds can have benefits. People that are getting some painful procedures in hospitals, sometimes they bring in, like nature posters or use virtual reality where they show people nature stimulation and that helps with pain management. It's not going to be as good as the real thing. The real thing is the best. But it's good to know that for a lot of us that don't have easy access to nature, these simulations can be beneficial.
