And I was like, we have to get you onto the podcast because it's going to be so good. So yes, welcome to the Align Coach Podcast, Seven. Thank you for being here.
Thank you. So awesome to be here. I'm happy to be back. That's a good sign, right?
Yeah, that is good.
So thank you so much for having me. I really appreciate it.
Yeah, yeah.
Thank you.
Thank you. Awesome. So yeah, yeah, Seven, go ahead and introduce yourself. Tell our audience who you are, kind of what it is that you do. I know that manifestation is like a hot topic in like the online space, especially most of our audience are coaches or entrepreneurs. So I think that they have some idea of what that means and especially mindset, but tell us, you know, what you do specifically and, and the magic that you create into the world.
Yes. So, um, I am a mindset manifestation coach. I have been working with the mind, I'd say for about 20 years. So 15 years I spent in the world of psychology and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health disabilities. So kind of of high-level schizophrenia and such. And then took a break from that and went into business planning. And then after that, just kind of saw the parallel of those who were starting businesses and those who just had an idea or plan that they wanted to have for themselves and kind of understanding the importance of the mind and how, how we have to have a healthy mind in order to do these things. And then also being able to look at like visualizing things that we want and being able to pursue those things and have those things right in front of us. So I've spent quite a bit of time in the mindset field, manifestations, and then most recently in herbs. So really been excited. I've started— my husband and I are in the process now of starting an herbal garden so that we can focus primarily on stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. And so we are taking all of this in conjunction with the knowledge we have on mindset and then providing people with, um, like really stress management solutions that incorporate mindset, mindfulness, visualization, and herbs. So putting it all together and kind of working that out for people.
Wow. Wow. That, that's so phenomenal. Like that work that you're putting into the world, that is so powerful, especially how you're I love that your journey was not just like, oh, I'm just gonna wake up one day and become a coach. Like, no, you have like been working towards this. You may not have known that this is where you would be.
Right.
You know, it was a journey. It was like, hey, this is where I start working with people with like disabilities or, you know, things that were a little bit more deeper traumatic things like that. And then it was like, okay, let me go to the business world. And then, and then you said that you found like the connection and found like that sweet spot of where you could really serve. So that's a beautiful journey.
Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. It was, it was definitely a journey and you're right. Um, a lot of it, I did not see the connection to, um, but you know, once you, once you're going along your journey, you're like, oh, that's that. Oh, and you see how it all works together. And so now I'm just at a place where it's like anything goes. I know what it is that I want. I know what I want to put out into the world. And I trust and believe that all of the things that have happened to me in the past and that are happening for me now is going to align with what I want for in the future. So I go with the process.
Yes, yes, that assurance. I love it. I love it. And especially the herbal piece, that is so interesting to combine that because, um, yeah, tell us about that journey a little bit. I'll let it come straight from the source.
So the herbal journey is, is quite interesting. I was at a space where, um, I was just like, okay, I'm not sure where to go next. I was just at a spot where I was like, what do I do next? How do I use my skill? And there was this prominent voice that just kept coming to me that says, if you don't know what to do, start a garden. And this is a person, you're talking to a person who has never planted a single thing. I didn't grow up in a home where there were plants. My mother had fake plants. In places, right? So I just didn't have any experiences with live plants. And so I just remember sitting out in my backyard and being like, I don't know what that means, but that's just not something that I could see myself doing. But it was— the voice was just so like, if you don't know what to do, start a garden. The voice became so loud. It was actually around July 4th. July 4th, I went to go visit some family members and the family member brought out some seeds and was like, "Oh, I have these seeds." And the first thing that popped into my mind is, if you don't know what to do, start a garden. Because the way I look at it, there was no way that a person like me was gonna go do anything with that, right? So it had to be kind of like that push in order for me to have those seeds. So when the seeds were placed into my hand and I was just like, "Oh, I think this is serious. I think I'm really supposed to start this garden." garden. And so I went home and I planted the seeds and I haven't stopped, like I just haven't stopped. I didn't know that I had a green thumb and being able— and then like classes started coming into like throwing into my lap, like, you know, take these herbalism courses and then I just started. It's just been a ride, it's just been a ride. So I tell people that you got to follow that voice because I'm not the person that would have just said, "I'm going to go start a garden." It was literally told to me, the seeds were put into my hand, I went home, I started the garden, and now my husband and I are in the process of clearing about 4 acres in South Carolina so that we can take the knowledge that we are having in our backyard and making it a much larger space to create a healing center for people to go to with the conjunction of all the things that we talk about. So mindset, mindfulness, visualization, and herbs.
I literally have chills right now.
Me too. It's like, it's amazing. And the herbs that we work with, they're like holy basil, peppermint, rosemary, lemon balm, ashwagandha, gotu kola, brahmi, like Mints, chamomile, lavender, like, it's— they're all herbs that have to do with like mental clarity or like stress, like relieving stress and anxiety, because that's the cause of so many things, which goes also back to my understanding of working with those with mental health issues and realizing that stress was the precursor for a lot of their illnesses. It may have existed, but stress kind of pushed them over the edge, so it's kind of like It's like, oh wow, I'm just seeing all of this. So yeah, it's, it's a beautiful journey. It's one that, again, not something that it was in my notebook to do at all because I never picked up, never watered a plant. I promise you guys, never watered a single plant. And now we're in the process of like clearing 4 acres of land. So all is great and good. Follow the voice.
If you don't know what to do, start a garden.
Started a garden, right?
Wow. And like literal seeds. Like it was like, sometimes we speak metaphorically about planting seeds, but no, we're talking like literal seeds were placed in my hand and you were like, oh, oh, this is right. Okay, God, I see you.
Right, right, right.
So cool. Yeah. And that healing center.
Yes. Yeah. Yeah, it's, it's, it's, it's what I— it's what I've probably at one point kind of like pushed back against. But I'm really realizing that that's, that's the work that God has for me. You know, a lot of it, a lot of it has to do with mindset, helping, helping people quite literally change their mind and see like where they are and how their thoughts kind of keep them where they are and how to, how to redirect those things. And then how to, how to visualize what it is that you do want and how sometimes we kind of, um, we kind of stop the things that we want because we're thinking negatively about it. And so like being able to recognize that and like, um, you know, just kind of recognize it and know how to redirect it and kind of pursue the things that you want by visualizing these things. And it will come and it will happen for you. You must— it will happen. It will happen. Now what you do with it What you do with it, you know, is what you do with it. But it will happen. And I like, believe me, you guys, believe me, believe me, believe me.
Wow, that's so powerful. I know. I remember. So I remember on our manifestation call that we had within the group, we were writing down what we wanted. We were writing those things down. And I know I'm like a very big goal setter and like I'll set intentions. But there was something that you mentioned of like writing things down that they had already happened. Or like just— and so I started doing that. Like I started a grateful list. And it was like, I'm grateful for things. These are the things that I'm grateful for that have already happened. And then these are the things that I'm grateful for that haven't happened yet. And I kid you not, the first day I did this, I'm not going to share what it was. But they were pretty big deal. They were a pretty big deal. I wrote down 3 things. 2 of the things came true within 48 hours. Like, like, not kidding. I like straight up, like, they're in my journal, right?
I believe you. That's how it works.
And it didn't even dawn on me that like I had written them down until I went in to go back in a few days later to like do my grateful list again. Because I'm not— I don't do it every single day, just to be totally honest. We're human, you know. So I go back in to go again. I was like, Holy crap. Like those, those things already happened, you know?
And it's so cool.
And then the third thing, it's happening, like it's going to happen, you know, like I'm just like, it's going to happen. It's, you know, it's cool.
Right.
There is some power to that. So that is crazy.
Absolutely. You know, the also beautiful thing that has come through the process of gardening has just been the idea of literally taking the seed and placing it into the ground and watching it blossom and just how that parallels in life. What is it that you want? Taking this seed, selecting the seed that you want and placing it into the ground and nurturing it with education or people or just whatever it takes for that seed to grow and watching it blossom at its own rate. Like, like it's, yeah. Yeah. I'm happy for you, Lindsay. I'm really happy for you because that's, that's how it works. And that is your testimony. And I love the fact that you're not like telling what it is, because I always say like, it's like, you just, it's yours. Like it's, that's literally your testimony and it's your business. Thank you.
Thank you for that. I appreciate it. And it's not that it's a secret. Like I would tell it. But I think it doesn't even matter what it was because I think that like, like our logical brain could go and say, oh yeah, well, that could have happened anyways. Or, oh yeah, like, yeah. But it's like, it doesn't matter what it was like that, that logistical piece doesn't even matter. It's the fact like I wrote it down and then like literally within, within 48 hours it happened, you know? So I'm going to, I'm going to roll with it. I'm going to write those down.
Like, yeah, I'm just going to stick with what works here. So, right.
So good. So good. So I have had this weird— not weird, that's not the right word. I have had the idea to start a garden, and but not really for herbs, because honestly, I wouldn't know what to do with herbs. But for vegetables, I— we eat vegetables like every single day, like bell pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes. Like, we eat tomatoes like literally every single day. So I have this urge to start a garden. So maybe this is like my sign that like, it's like a life lesson, like But you know, like go start a garden, like just go do it, you know? Yeah. Yeah.
If it's calling you, do it. And there's a lesson in it and you never know where it's going to take you. Like it may just be for health or it may be for other people. Like you don't know, but if the urge is there, do it. And there's a lesson in it because the urge isn't there for any, for no reason. Like, yep.
You're so right. Oh my gosh. Sometimes I feel like, and you can probably relate to this, like starting your own business. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in like, the goals and the intentions, like the thing that we're doing for business and income and clients. I just need like an outlet sometimes, you know, like I need to— because I love what I do, I love this work, you know. And I also need like a creative outlet that is not monetized also, you know what I mean?
Right.
Yeah, I saw a quote on Instagram, it was like, if you It was like something you don't have to— just because you can doesn't mean that you should monetize it. Like, just because you can monetize it doesn't mean you should.
Right.
You know, I just want to grow some vegetables. So maybe I will.
Don't maybe, just do it.
Just do it.
Okay.
So then maybe you can tell me, is it too late to like start a garden right now?
Absolutely not. Absolutely not. I mean, you just like— there's— now we do have some food, but I primarily start with— I primarily have herbs. The leafy things are what we have. Like, we eat a lot of spinach and kale and stuff like that, so we did that late in fall too. Like, yeah, there's— you're in Florida?
I'm in Georgia.
Georgia, Georgia, Georgia. Okay, I'm sorry. So I guess you have to look at your zone and kind of see what is appropriate for your zone, but it's definitely not too late. Like, just, yeah.
I'm like, I'm so motivated now.
Please do. Please do it. Yeah, it's a beautiful thing.
That's so awesome. Okay, so I want to touch on the piece about mindfulness. Mindfulness, like, that was a really hot— that was a buzzword too that I think sometimes got glazed over, sometimes it got watered down, just because we're like, oh yeah, we're all mindful. My earring just came out, by the way, so find me with one earring on. I think that mindfulness, sometimes we're like, oh yeah, I'm being mindful, when in actuality, like, I think that sometimes we're not and we like to think that we are. So can we speak on like what that really means and how we can practice that?
Yeah, so mindfulness is really just about being present. Like being fully present in the moment of whatever it is that you're currently doing. I know that seems hard to do, but there's so much going on around us. So one of the things that I like encourage everyone to do, I think I even did it with your class, is the art of breathing. I am, I am like, when it comes to breathing, I'm like the huge advocate for it. And I'm not just talking about like the regular like breathing that we do on a regular basis. I mean like the long inhales, holding it for like 2 or 3 seconds and then letting it go because it kind of centers you in that space, whatever space that you're in, especially if you're kind of stressed out and it kind of gets you back in line with whatever it is that you're needing to be focused on at the time. But yeah, mindfulness is just, some people use yoga, some people meditation. I'm one who's for breathing. There's also like some people bathing practices or journaling, drinking teas, like whatever it is that you can do in, in a moment to keep you focused on the thing that you need to be doing or that you want to be doing. Just being present is what mindfulness is. Yeah.
Yeah, I remember you said on our call about drinking tea and why it, why it was so good was because you can't do it fast. Like you have to slowly because it's hot.
Right. Right. Yeah. Oh, that's why.
It made so much sense to me. So at night, this is something that I'll do. Like if I'm feeling like anxious or if I have like a lot of energy and like I just kind of need to calm down, I will make, I have, I think it's like made by Teazo.
Is that it? Is that the name? Yes.
Yes. I have the Teazo chai packets and I'll just like make some chai and then it's so hot I have to drink it slowly. And so like, just like that small practice that can kind of, that can kind of like center me, you know, kind of like bring me down, bring me down for the night because I do have just like naturally like a lot of energy during the day and stuff. So that, yeah. Is effective, so thank you, Seven.
I'm glad to hear that. Yeah, it's a, it's a thing, and the beautiful thing about the herbs that we grow are that they are herbs that also promote like reducing stress and anxiety, so not only are you like sipping this tea, but it's also like if you have issues with sleeping, like we have fresh chamomile that we've grown in our garden, we've taken care of, so we know we know what the whole process is from growing it. And then we also know that it's a great sleep aid. So it's, you know, it's like you're drinking hot tea, but you're also drinking it for its medicinal value. And then it's just, it's just leading the way. We're letting the medicine do its work and it's leading the way.
Do you sell those products?
Yes, I'm in the process. Well, I do right now. I go out to like vending places around the city and I've been like doing it that way, but I'm in the process of Putting it all online to be able to— for people to take part of, do tinctures and teas. Yeah, and just listen.
Yeah, so I wouldn't— so like, so if we— so like, okay, just for an example, because I have to— like, I don't know how the process works. Like, if you wanted to— like, whenever you go to the vending places, like, or the vendors, and you go set up locally, do you take, um, like the actual herbs and you're like, here, buy some chamomile, like buy this bundle. Like that's how it is, like you're literally selling the herbs themselves.
Yeah, yeah, that's so cool. Yeah, because the focus, it's not like, I mean, there are thousands of herbs, right? But I'm focused strictly on stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. And so like if you come to our table, that's what we're focused on. I have like stress management consultations, and that's what, again, when we talk about mindfulness, mindset, visualization, and the different types of herbs that can help reduce stress for you. And it's just like, it's just all of me in one thing, right? All of me in one thing. And then for my, like, the thing that I do, I know as you were saying, like, the thing that you do that you don't actually have to get paid for, I host monthly open mics. So people come in, they're poetry open mics, so people come in and they just you know, release and talk about whatever things that are on their heart and on their mind, and they share with other poets and other people who've come in to watch these poets, and it's just a beautiful exchange of energy and space and time.
So you're so interesting. Like, I wish that, like, we were closer to each other. Oh, that's so cool. Have you ever done blackout poetry?
Uh, not for me. Blackout poetry, tell me, tell me.
I love it. Okay, so This is, this is one of the things, those hobbies or those things that I will do that is not monetized. I don't share it with many people really. Like, so what you do is you take like a book, a book that you don't ever want to read again, basically. I use the book. Do I have it in here? No, it's not in here. It's like an old classic. I don't, I don't remember the name of it. Let's, I'll have to tell you later. I can't remember the name of it, but it's like an old book. It's like very thick. It was written like early 1900s. Anyways, and you go through and you basically take the words on the page and then you like black out the other words and only leave the words that you want to be in your poem. Does that make sense? It's like you kind of go like you use the words that are on the page and like you use those words to like create a verse or 2 or 3.
Oh, that's nice. That's cool. Yeah.
Then you would like black out all the words around it. So I'm gonna have to share one with you. Like, I'm gonna have to like send you a picture of one that I've done. They're just so like centering. It's almost like a— like, it's, it's good. It's really good. It's almost like a word search sort of because you're like creating. Yes, like you're creating like whatever's on your heart, sort of like through the words that are on that page. And then it's also like you're having like hunt for like what you want to do. I don't know. It's really, it's very stimulating and very calming at the same time. If that makes sense.
Yeah, I've never heard of that, but that sounds pretty cool.
Yeah, I actually found it on Instagram like, like 5 or 6 years ago. Like you can probably look like hashtag blackout poetry. I don't even remember how I found it, but I found like the practice on Instagram and I tried it and I'm like, wow, this is so much fun. So yeah, I'm a nerd like that though. That's really awesome though. Poetry open nights. Oh, and tell us about your organization. The IOSCA, did I say that right?
IOSCA, yes, you said it perfect. So IOSCA is an acronym for the Institute of Self-Knowledge and Awareness, and it really incorporates all of the things that we just talked about. So there's a strong focus on mindset, and then we've taken herbs and practice and kind of placed it into there. So that's the mindfulness and visualization and the herbs that we've incorporated into it. So we work with men and women who are at a space where they're either, they have an idea that they want to kind of pursue and they don't kind of know where to go with that. And then we just work with people who are like, hey, this is where I am mentally. I'm trying, I want to, I want to change my mind. I don't like where I am. I want to go onto a new path, um, which always starts with mine, right? And how do I shift my mindset so that I can be able to achieve those things? So that's, that's kind of the work that I do. And I, I, it's I love it. I know, I really do. It's a— just to see that spark when someone, um, realizes that, oh, I, I have been thinking this way, or this is the thought that's kind of like been, um, cycling in my mind that I needed someone to help get me out of, like, and then you help them see that and they can move past that. It's such a— it's such a beautiful, um, a beautiful experience. And I'm always happy for those that kind of see that spark and kind of move past it.
So it is so beautiful, like, to see them walk away with those, those breakthroughs and, right, like, literally life-changing shifts, you know, and, and to change, like, the patterns that they've had for years, probably even their lifetime, you know. Yeah, go out and change that, change those cycles, and take the step or make the decision or whatever, you know. I know it is, it's the best job or the most rewarding thing that we can do with our gifts.
Yes, absolutely. You've seen people, I've seen people like start new businesses or people who've just like created better relationships with other people. Like, you know, they had maybe a bad relationship somewhere and they're like, oh, I see, and was able to change that. You know, what, whatever that change is for that person, because, you know, it's, it's, it's their, their thing, whatever that thing is for them, watching them kind of break through that is just, it's, it's the work that I've been called to do. And I just do it.
I love it so much. I'm reading the book Limitless Mind. Have you read that?
I haven't. Nice.
I like literally just started it two nights ago and it is about like, you know, in school, I think it's getting a little bit better, but it's definitely still very alive and present. Like in school, we're taught that, oh, girls are not good at math. Or, you know, we like students are tracked, like tracked in school by giftedness or like in remedial classes and things like that traditionally. And basically like we like society says that, oh, like your brain is born a certain way. So like, oh, you have a fixed capacity or like a fixed mental capacity, like a fixed mindset, like a fixed amount, like you're good at these things and you're bad at these things, right? You're left or you're right-brained, right? And this book is like taking all of this research, like this actual like evidence-based research and saying, actually, if we can rewire those neural pathways and your mind is actually very like basically, like neuroplasticity, you know, like it can be molded. Like, we just have to like practice and, and rewire those things and reshape it and reframe it, you know, and then you can go out and start the business and then you can actually memorize all, you know, numbers and things like that. It's a really interesting book. I'm excited to like, literally, I just started it. So I'm excited to see like what else comes from it. But I think it's really important, even for like the listeners on here when they're starting their business and they're like, oh, well, I'm just bad at I'm just bad at social media, or I'm just bad at sales calls, or I'm just bad at going live or speaking publicly. And well, no one's born good at those things, you know. We're not coming out of the womb knowing how to create captivating content, you know. So it's such a good read. But I think it has to do with us rewiring those things and practicing. And, and really, like the work that you do, having the— even knowing from the beginning that it's possible, you know, visualizing it and then taking the steps to make it happen.
So yeah, and a lot of people think that just because I, you know, I went to school for it and spent so much time in the industry that I was in, that I that I didn't experience it, I'm just kind of like reciting stuff from school. And the truth is that's far from it. Like, I've had my own experience with it. I went through a very bad depression era where it was just I couldn't gather my thoughts and I was in a really, really bad place. And then I had to kind of like remember who I was and like retrain my mind, like quite literally retrain my mind. And that's why I'm like, no, no, no, like I understand the scientific basis on everything. Yeah, that's one way, but let me tell you for real. Let me tell you how, you know, I didn't see any of this. Like I just didn't, I just didn't see it. And again, kind of at a place For me, I think the place has always been at a place of surrender, like, God, I don't know what to do, help me out. It's just like, God, I don't know what to do, help me out, start a garden. It was like, God, I don't know what to do. I'm listening to all these people in the personal growth industry, and I'm just going to try it out because at this point I have nothing else to lose. And then just kind of retraining my mind to a totally different experience opened up so many different doors for me. You know, for some people, I, you know, I don't want everybody to be at a place of like, I don't know where, like, I don't know what to do, but, but, you know, but at some point you do have to surrender yourself to something greater than yourself and be like, you know, help me out here and just trust that that's going to happen because that's, that's what's going to happen. Yeah.
And you have to like be ready to receive that, you know, and listen. So when those seeds were put into your hand, you said, okay, I'm listening now.
Yes, yes, yes. And also, I don't know if anybody else is like this, but I used to think like the message had to come from like a specific person or something, right?
Yeah, we put like the constraints on it.
Yeah, and then I had to open myself up to be like, you know, I put the question I put out there, or the, you know, the request I put out there was like an intimate thing between myself and God, like no one else knew about it. And so the response may come through a television show, might come through a YouTube video, might come through somebody I'm watching on like internet, like a book. I think that that inspiring message can come from anywhere. And, um, can I give a short story?
Please do.
Okay, so another, another one of those moments where I'm like, hey, I don't know what to do, God help me out. And I was watching a YouTube video and, um, I think it was like when Will Smith, it's like the Say Yes Boys, Say Yes Guys or something like that. And there was a video where Will Smith went to go skydiving, I believe. And it was from the Say Yes Guys. And they were just talking about just saying yes, just saying yes. And I got a phone call literally that night that was asking me to kind of, um, they kind of framed it in the work of doing what I was doing. And I, my immediate response was like, I'm not, I don't want to go back in the mental health industry. I don't want to do that. And the thing that popped in my head was say yes. Yes. And, and from that, it wasn't what I thought it was. I got to, I had in my journal, like, I want to work in the personal growth field. I want to help people do these things. And that position was quite literally like an open position of pick your own title. Um, you get to work with these people, right? Right. And it was just like, follow, follow the signs. If I was waiting for that sign for someone else to come to me in a way that I wasn't— that I thought it would have came, I would have missed the opportunity. Right. But it was like, say yes. I'm going to say yes to this opportunity, although my first mind is telling me no. Something within is saying yes. I'm going to say yes. And then, you know, wow. Yeah. Follow that voice. I'm like, I follow the voice. Whatever the voice is for you, follow it. The message, however it arrives to you, it may come through. It may come through a person that you don't necessarily like that much, right? Sometimes God uses people that you may not expect. Expect, but receive it because it's yours and then move with it.
Oh my gosh, so many nuggets in this. Like, oh, so good. I love it. You're so right. Like, you— we try to put like our own— well, I'm going to manifest this, but like it has to happen this way, right? Otherwise it didn't work, you know?
Right. I love that. Yes.
Say yes. And if you have that like inkling or that like feeling in the pit of your stomach and you're like, Oh, should I, you know, should I do this?
Just say yes.
Oh, I love that. Within safety, right? Like, don't, don't be ridiculous.
Right, right.
Whatever. Right.
But, but also know that God's not going to put you in a dangerous situation. So if it's within you and it's telling you to say yes, or whatever, whatever your belief is, whatever, whatever, whatever you call your higher calling, it's not going to put you in a dangerous situation. So you have to, you have to trust the yes and do it. Wow. And do it. Yeah, it's never led me wrong and it's never led anyone else wrong. Fear holds us back, um, all of the time, and fear will have us saying no in situations where we definitely should be saying yes. Just, you know, you know what fear does? It holds you back. Just do the other thing. Do the opposite.
Oh my gosh, this is so good, Seven.
Wow.
Okay, so I know that people are going to want to come and like soak up your presence and they want a piece of this. Where can they get to know you more? Where can our listeners find you? And yeah, where can they connect with you?
So I am most often on Instagram. That's Ioska. That's I-O-S-K-A. K-A-I-O-S-K-A, and that is an acronym for the Institute of Self-Knowledge and Awareness. And I've also just like recently started an Herbs in Practice Instagram page. That's H-E-R-B-S dot I-N dot practice. So that's where you can find me. That's where I'm most active. You can DM me. We can chat. It's not a big deal. I love talking to people.
It's not a big deal. Oh my gosh, thank you for saying that. It's not a big deal, just DM me. Yeah, yes. Oh, so good. I haven't followed your herbs and practice page yet, so I'm gonna go do that as soon as we hang up.
Yay! It's like relatively new, so you guys are gonna be like, what's on there? But I, but I promise you, I'm more active on Ayosca, and I even post a lot about herbs in my story. So not only follow the page, but I'm most active in my story, so Go, go there. Yes.
Yes. To the stories we go. Yes. I love it. I love it. Okay. So thank you. Thank you so much for this. This has been phenomenal as, as expected, right? Like so good. So thank you.
We appreciate it.
Thank you for coming on.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. It's a pleasure and everybody, you know, just go follow, follow whatever it is that's leading you to do something. Go do that. Go do that.
Yeah, love it. Thank you, thank you, and we will see you all on the next episode of the Aligned Coach Podcast.
