#3: Alexandra Morris, Holistic Life Coach & Healer
2 Feb 2021 · 38 min
In this live interview, host Lindsay (Speaker B) chats with Alexandra Morris, a yoga teacher, energy healer, and holistic life coach based in St. Croix. Alexandra shares how a decade‑long path of yoga, meditation, and energy work transformed her from feeling lost to becoming a coach. She describes the evolution of her practice, the launch of a structured 6‑week "Soul Boundaries" course, and the deep transformations clients experience. The conversation also covers her low‑tech marketing strategy—building an email list, word‑of‑mouth referrals, and a DIY website—while expressing reluctance toward traditional social‑media branding. Alexandra discusses overcoming imposter syndrome, the importance of authentic, simple communication (elevator pitch), and the role of journaling and reflection in personal and business growth. She emphasizes the holistic nature of her coaching, which blends physical movement, mindset work, and energetic boundaries, and highlights how relatability and trust attract a supportive community. The interview ends with practical details on how listeners can contact her and a mutual desire to collaborate again.

And then finally I was like, Alex, what are you doing? Just, just do it. It doesn't have to be perfect. And it wasn't, but it didn't matter because it was enough.
Hi everyone. So after like 10 minutes of tech technical stuff over here, finally live. Um, we have Alexandra Morris, or Alex. Um, of course I'm Lindsay, so I'm super excited to have her here today. Girl, I've been like creeping your profile and seeing your awesome pictures and just like this whole, um, you know, holistic lifestyle and stuff. I cannot wait to dive into our interview today. Yeah, so thank you for being here.
Yeah, so thanks so much for inviting me. This is actually my first time going live on any platform, really.
Yeah, love it.
From social media a little bit, so yeah, I'm a little nervous.
It's okay, I, um, it'll be, it'll be a good first time, right?
Yeah, yeah. I'm just gonna get out of the sun here. Okay, there we go.
All right, so I'm sure that everyone had the same reaction that I had whenever they first saw your background, that everyone wants to know where you are because it's literally beautiful there.
It's so beautiful. I am in the Virgin Islands. In a little tiny island called St. Croix. It's US-based, so we're about 80 miles east of Puerto Rico, and this is where I'm from. This is my home. Yeah, I was, I was in the States for a couple years, and this summer I decided that I needed to move home, so I moved back.
That's awesome. Yeah, what part of the States were you in?
Boston.
Okay. Yeah, that's a huge change.
Two winters in New England. I have so much respect for, for the snow in the winter, but I couldn't, couldn't do it anymore.
So yeah, and, and like with, with days that look like that in December, I don't blame you. Yeah, that's awesome. Okay, so Alexandra, yeah, this interview is super chill, super casual. We're just gonna chat you know, tell people about what it was like coming into your coaching journey. Tell us what you do. Yeah, give us, give us, give us your background. Tell us your story.
Okay, man. Well, coaching kind of just happened. My life evolved into doing this. I, about 10 or so years ago, I was just lost. I was really, really lost and didn't have a support system to lean on and was spiraling, kind of not the good spiral. And yoga. And yoga really brought me to this point of stillness within that I'd never experienced before. And then over the years, my yoga practice brought me to meditation. Meditation brought me into a more, like, spiritual lifestyle. I really tapped into just some natural psychic gifts that I knew that I had but masked and pushed aside because I couldn't I just couldn't handle life. And over the years, I found myself, you know, doing teacher trainings, and now I teach yoga and doing energy healings and card readings. And it just— my one-on-one sessions are like one-time classes with students. It just never really felt like enough because so many people will come to me and, and want my advice or hear my story, you know, my personal life story, and see the transformation that happened there. And I realized that I was actually coaching people. So I went through a program that kind of helped me cultivate what I was doing because I knew that I had all of these skills. I've had a decade's worth of, you know, actual trainings and certifications, but I didn't really know where to begin with it. And that program really helped me. And so here I am. So now I have like a nice structure. Of how I work with people. I offer— I'm offering a 6-week, like, deep dive course on boundaries. So I'm just finishing up my, my course now. This is our last week as a group, and then I start another one in January. And it has been so beautiful to actually get to witness people from point A all the way to point B and just hold space for them and see the transformation in 6 weeks, which is so much different than just one-on-one sessions that I was having. Like actually getting to see the transformation has been probably the most joyful aspect of doing this.
It's just so rewarding. Like you can't even put it into words. Like it's like the money's cool. Yeah, it's great to have this life of freedom. But it's like, you can't even put into words how it feels whenever you know that, like, you helped change someone's life, you know, like their relationship, their career, like their confidence level, the way that they, like, trust themselves. You know, you can't even put that into words because that's something that lasts them forever, like their entire life, you know?
Yeah, it is. You know, there's, there's a few people speckled throughout my life that made lasting impressions and lasting change. Without them knowing that they did. And one of them was my first yoga instructor. And I still talk with her. I still tell her like, you— she was the reason why I do what I do today is because she showed me another path and she really taught me how to look at life objectively and view myself differently. And I always said— this is before I even dreamed about coaching— was, man, like if I could just help or inspire just one person the way Laura inspired me and changed and shifted my life, like, then my life is good, you know, just if I could just help one person. And I can confidently say that I've helped a lot of people the way that Laura has helped me. So, yeah, it is. You can't put real words on what it feels like to see that, to see how things shift for people.
Wow. That's beautiful. How, how do people find you? I know that you said that, like, you're kind of like on social media. How did you build, you know, because did you do like yoga in person? Do you do in-person stuff or is it all online? Um, one of the reason why I ask this, yeah, like a lot of women that I speak with are like, oh, I'm just kind of afraid of social media, or I'm just not very good, like I don't, you know, really like to show up and, you know, I'm nervous. Um, so how do you market and how do you like put yourself out there without being like so techie and like into social media and stuff?
I talk to people, anybody. Stranger and you message me and I was like, sure, I'll talk to you. Yeah, of course, I'll talk to anybody. You know, I've been teaching yoga for, oh, maybe like 4 or 5 years now. So I've had students and I've had a following between, you know, here in the Virgin Islands and then when I moved, you know, to the Northeast. And I would just kind of collect email addresses and put them in a Mailchimp account. And I never ever sent out newsletters. It just— I just had these emails in case one day I decided to do something with them. And one day I decided to do something with them and just started sending out these newsletters of— and this when I decided to do some online yoga classes and take my healing sessions and my card readings to like an online platform and so that's really how it began is I haven't done really any marketing on a social media platform. It's all word of mouth, you know, my business cards, my website, people that referred me to other people and then that email list that I really just have been collecting over the years and didn't know what I was doing with it. Knew that I was going to put all of these email addresses in my pocket. One day I would have something to share with them and that's— I filled up my first like big, you know, my first 6-week course on boundaries. I filled that one simply from those email contacts. My one in January is full already. So it's— and I'm just starting to break out into the social media aspect. It's not so much that I'm a afraid of it. It's just, man, I had to learn how to build a website, like, yeah, you know, how to find the right lighting. Here I am struggling with it right now. Um, so I just haven't really taken the time to learn how to properly use social media outside of just a pretty picture and a post. Um, so if anybody wants to teach me, hit me up.
The simpler you can keep it, the better. Like, I was on a call this morning and the, the girl asked me, or the woman asked me, she said, well, like, you know, should I worry about my, like, aesthetics of my page? And like, should I like try to find some, you know, the matching colors? And I pulled up my profile and I was like, do you see this? Like, it is so mismatched. I have words all over the place. I've got different colors. Um, and I'm— probably some branding experts would disagree with me here, um, but I feel like it's just all about you showing up authentically as yourself. And I know it's so cliché, like, yeah, live your authentic life, but it's like, I just literally show up with whatever my message is and whatever I feel like posting, you know. So I mean, of course you can get all fancy and like have this coordinated grid and like perfectly groomed posts and stuff, but I think that it's like consistency and authenticity over like authority, over you being the best at it and over you being the perfectly matched profile or whatever. Like I think it's just you showing up and just doing it.
So I'm sure— Completely agree. Yeah. It really, And I think, yes, I aspire to have, you know, one of those beautiful social media platforms, um, maybe one day. But right now it's just me and my business, and I do it all myself. And my, you know, my Instagram page is a pretty direct reflection of my life. Sometimes I'm on the beach, sometimes I'm drinking coffee, but ultimately it's the things that I, I say are you know, real thoughts that I have. And, um, I don't plan— I can't plan a month in advance of what my post is going to be in 2 weeks because I don't know how I'm gonna be.
Yes, yes. So scrap the content planning. Like, scrap the planning it out in 2 weeks. I am the exact same way. Like, I just— if I try— I've tried this. Like, I tried to plan it out like a few weeks in advance so I could feel prepared. It was a disaster. My content sucked. I hated doing it. It felt like a chore. Um, yeah, it's literally like whenever I share something, I'm usually writing it like in the moment, or maybe I, you know, it's like I had like a download come to me and then I'm gonna hold it and I'll kind of tweak it for like another day and then I'll share it, you know. But it's usually very much in the moment and like what I feel like the world needs to hear, you know, or my audience needs to hear.
Yeah. Yeah, I so agree. And I have peers and friends who do very much that, like planning, you know, in advance and sit down on Monday and plan for their entire week. And that works well for them because that is a direct reflection of who they are as individuals. You know, some of them are a little more Type A, they're a little bit more structured in their day, and it reflects them and it comes off as authentic. I am not. I just kind of go with it. I, you know, whatever comes up comes up. Planning really, you know, I have like a loose plan, but, you know, actual planning, it's not authentic for me. So when I try and do it, it comes off as inauthentic.
Yep. Yep. I love that. Totally. And that's you. That's who you are. And your vibe will attract your tribe. Like, who you are, you showing up that way will attract the people that are meant to be in your, in your atmosphere. You know, I'm sure like whenever you decided to take that, that email list that you had been like hoarding, you know, that whenever you did send out that email, that it wasn't like perfectly groomed and perfectly polished and like everything was perfect. No, you just showed up and you were like, what's up, y'all?
Pretty much. I'm pretty sure I started it like that as well. And the same has gone for my, with my website. You know, when I, I had this, I put it off for years, like years, because I was like, I don't know how to build a website. I need someone to teach me or I need someone to do it for me or I need to take a course. And then finally I was like, Alex, what are you doing? Just do it. It doesn't have to be perfect. And it wasn't, but it didn't matter because it was enough. And then it's, you know, it's a labor of love. I'm always adding and growing it and, you know, changing things around, but it was the same exact thing with the website. Like, I sat on it for so long holding myself back, telling myself, you know, all these excuses why I couldn't do it, and then finally just did it, and it wasn't, it wasn't so bad. Yep.
Do you feel like that same process happened? Because you mentioned, um, that you knew that you had these gifts, but you kind of pushed them off, and it didn't really— like, it took you a while to kind of step into those into that, like, psychic ability and, like, able to read people and this, like, intuitive knowing? Was it sort of the same process?
Oh my gosh, it shows up across all aspects of my life. You know, the way you do one thing is the way you do all things. So I see this pattern, I see this trend all the time. Um, it's getting better now that I have an awareness of it, and now I, I have these tools and I know how to navigate it. But yeah, absolutely. It was just this voice in my head that was making up all of these excuses, all these fears. Well, you know, that imposter syndrome, like, who do you think you are? You haven't been doing this that long, or, oh, you're young. No one's going to take you seriously, or, you know, all the things. And once I kind of pushed them aside, like, none of this is accurate. None of this is true. This is all just these, you know, this little voice in my head, this little ego self, this hurt version of myself that is like, you know, but yeah, I learned to just step past that and it does show up in my daily life sometimes, especially when I got so comfortable saying, yeah, I'm a yoga instructor. I can say that with my eyes closed and not even think about how people will view me because it's— I've been saying it for years. And then when I made that transition and really started to promote myself as like a healer or a psychic or someone who can read on that level, I had that same like, oh, well, what if they have this misconception of what that means? Or I don't want to be associated with 1-800, like dial a psychic and all of these things. I'm like, what are you doing, Alex? Like, just do it. And then it was really well received. And then I did the same thing with coaching. It's like, you know, it's still got a little lump in my throat when people ask me what I do, and I'm like, I'm a coach. You know, I'm learning to like say it louder.
Yeah, that's so true. And, and I, and I felt that too. Like, I was a teacher. I was a first grade teacher last year, a first year first grade teacher at that. Um, I felt like I was doing the right thing, doing what everyone like you know, everyone was proud of me for doing. Like, it was, oh, good job, Lindsay, like, that's a really good career to go into, you know. And it was like, all the while, like, I knew that it wasn't true. So whenever I started going into like this personal development world and like, um, you know, and the limiting beliefs and like all of this, like, this just, just like meta stuff, you know, um, there was— I had the same feeling, like, well, what will people think? Right, it's this online business, like they're gonna think it's some type of like pyramid scheme or that it's some type of like— and that's— and, and those thoughts come up for me sometimes. Like I was at a family gathering, um, Thanksgiving, and my cousin was like, oh, like you actually make money from what you do? I thought it was just a hobby. Or they're like, oh, do you enroll people up under you? And I'm like, no, like no, no, no, no, no. So I think that it's we have these feelings, you know, um, because anytime we do something new, it's gonna be— it's, it's got to become a habit, right? Like, we have to figure out how to word it. We've got to become comfortable with it. But also, people just don't know, right? Like, um, I don't know if you have family or friends that don't really get what it is that you're doing. Yeah, so like, they just genuinely don't understand, you know? So, so for example, like, we're going live right now on my personal Facebook page, and I have a ton of family and friends on there, and a lot of them just don't get it. So I hope that by me showing up in here with you all, with all the women I'm interviewing this month, that they're, you know, like I'm broadening their horizon just by showing up with you all and saying like, hey, like this is possible for you. Like, you know, one of these people could change your life. Like you could learn something, you know. Um, so I like, I think that whenever we show up and we just spread our message, we spread our light, you know, we put our light into the world. Um, then, then that's how it's like a ripple effect, you know. So maybe someone watching this today is gonna say like, wow, like, you know, look what Alexandra did. Like, she said this about being afraid, so that means that I can go and do this. And even though I'm afraid, like, I can still do this, you know. Um, so I hope that even, like you said, like, people have been speckled across your life that have left, um, lasting impressions with you. And sometimes it's just like these short little impressions, you know. Sometimes it's the short— it's like the little encounters that make a really big impact on who we on who we are and on our journey.
Yeah, yeah. And I lost my train of thought just there. I was like so agreeing with you in the moment.
I was like, yeah, yes.
But yeah, one of the things is I learned for myself when, when I'm kind of met with those questions from people or that confused look in their eyes or that little bit of criticism in their voice, is I no longer recoil. I no longer take on that, "Oh wait, are they right? Is this, you know, what am I doing?" I've really practiced how to explain it to them like I would a 5-year-old, like, "What do I do? This is what I do. I help people do this." And I've realized that the simpler I make it and I just can explain it as simply as I can, you can see like the glass in their eyes kind of fade and like, "Oh, okay." And so that was something that I've really— and I still work on, I still practice like, "Okay, how—" you know, I guess you can call it your elevator pitch, but I just, you know, "Okay, how would I explain this to my niece if she asked me what I did for work?" And that's how I tell people like, "Oh, this is what it means when I say that I'm a holistic coach. This is what it entails." I love it.
So what does it entail? All right. So if we're going to break it down, we're going to tell our audience, what does it entail? What transformation do you help your clients achieve? Oh man.
Now you're going to put me on the spot like that. It's okay. I help people just redefine who they are and how they view themselves. And I use different avenues. I use yoga or some type of physical aspect because getting into your physical body really helps with that self-awareness. I incorporate mindset work and like limiting belief work and mental and emotional mastery work, and that really helps like navigate to the roots of why we have some of these thoughts that we have, and then we get to make this conscious choice. Does this thought serve me or does it not serve me? And how do I want to change that, or what do I want the thought to actually be? Which ultimately starts to affect outwardly. It affects your relationships, not just with yourself or your immediate family, but how you, you know, how you speak with the person at the bank or how you speak with a stranger on the streets. Just by navigating yourself and all the things that go on internally first, using those holistic approaches, you know, movement. I like yoga, but not everybody's into it, but some type of physical movement. Self-awareness and mental and emotional mastery, you kind of get in here first and then it just radiates outward. Wow.
I love it. That sounds similar to what I did as a relationship coach. So it was like, it wasn't necessarily the relationship with your partners, but it was like your relationship with yourself. Like, I remember whenever I was trying to figure it out, you know, that phase of like you starting your business and you're like, what is it that I actually do? Like, who do I help? And I just remember so bad. Like, I just want to help people like get themselves and like love themselves and like just get really deep, you know. And that the way that I was able to translate that message to others was by a relationship coach, like that label, like, um, you know, it's healing the relationship with yourself, with your other— with others, with your partner, with your family, with your kids, right? Because it all starts here and then it radiates outward. Yep, absolutely.
Yeah, we're the center of our own universe, you know, like we are the most important person in our life. And if if our relationship or our self-awareness or lack of self-awareness with ourselves, if that is skewed or fogged or the lens is dirty, then how you view any type of relationship is going to be through that same filter.
That was so good. That was so good. I hope everyone just heard that. Have you ever read the book The Dark Side of the Light Chasers?
Oh, no.
Oh, it's so good. So it's, um, by Debbie Ford, um, and it's all about shadow work. And it's all about, um, I'm sure you know what shadow work is, right? Okay, so this— I didn't really get it honestly before reading this book. I was like, oh, okay, like, yeah, what I don't like in others is probably a reflection of myself. But like, this book was so, so good, um, and just like really simple exercises for you to do, like meditation exercises and just like journaling stuff, um, you know, whenever you get triggered by other people. Even people that, like, like you said, when you ever— whenever you see them have that, that look of like, what is it, you know? And it's like, why does that bother me? Wait a minute, it's because I have that look about it myself sometimes too, you know? Um, so it was a really good way to see all of the things that like I needed to work on so that I could talk about my business freely, so that I could show up without you know, judgment against myself so that I could, like, be the best coach, right? And lead others unbiased and just show up as the best leader, you know? So definitely a good book. Put it on your list.
I will check it out. Um, yeah, yeah. And I love, I love it when people assume that because We coach, we have all of our shit together. Am I allowed to say that? All of our stuff together. You know, I try and be really, really transparent with my clients and with my students like, you know, this is going on for me. This is how I'm feeling and this is how I'm navigating it. You know, it's not just, oh, you know, I'm having a bad day. It's like, oh, I'm having a bad day because this was triggered but I did all these steps, and I know the trigger, and I, I'm gonna sit with this until I decide how I want to move through it. Um, but really trying to be transparent with people, like, I'm figuring this out too. Yep, exactly.
And that's what makes human, you know, like, that's why people are— what I have found, it's kind of what we touched on earlier, like, people are going to come to you because you're relatable, because they trust you, because you're closer to them, right? So like, one way that I put it is like, You know, my clients could easily go to like the Marie Forleo website, and I love her by the way, like they could easily go to her website, learn how to set up their business, you know, invest into her programs. But it's like people enroll with you, people trust you because you're like, you're closer to where they are, you know, and they feel like it's more achievable. And it's like, oh, like she's human. Oh, like she's had a similar experience. Oh, she's steps ahead of me, and that makes it, you know, that much more feasible for them, you know, and obtainable.
Yeah, yep, absolutely. Yeah, you know, I mean, the same thing with some of like the, the really big name coaches and, um, just business people in general. You're like, oh, I'm not— I can't relate to that, you know, I'm not there yet. Um, but then you look at someone who is just a few you know, has been doing a couple years longer than you or just a few steps ahead of you, and you're like, oh, like, I'm so close. Like, I, you know, I can do it. Exactly.
Yes, I love that. Okay, so if you were to like— and I just like this question, um, if you were to like look back or if you were able to have a conversation with yourself from like 5 years ago, what would you tell yourself?
Ah, take more notes. Oh, why? I just had this conversation with my group last night actually about journaling and because journaling is part of, you know, part of the program that I'm teaching and how there's— if you just brain dump, if you just get it all out and just write it all down, it gets it out of your head and, you know, gets it on paper. But then if you look back and reflect 6 months, a year ago, 3 years ago, you're like, oh my gosh, there was so much in there, so much insight that I didn't realize that I had, or, or, you know, flashing lights of lessons that I, you know, ignored for a long period of time. I would take more notes. I could have that conversation with myself, like journal a little bit more than I did because it comes and goes in my personal life. And there's parts of me like, man, I really wish I had wrote all of that down or audio journal. Everyone can just do audio notes now. It doesn't have to be— or if you're comfortable with the screen, I guess there's video journals too, but that would be my conversation with myself is write it all down because there's so much wisdom and there's so much knowledge we just don't see it when we're like in the thick of it.
Yeah, I was, um, I have like several this, this past year. Oh my gosh, just the growth has been exponential. And so I filled up like 4 journals, literally. So I'll, I will flip through them sometimes just, you know, to reflect. And you're so right, it's like, wow, like I was there just a few months ago, I was there a year ago, and then because sometimes we don't take time to even reflect on how far we've come, you know, whether it's like leaving a job that we didn't like or leaving a relationship that was unhealthy. Like, we don't even like sit in— we don't even like sit in the pose long enough to realize that like, hey, we've overcame that, you know. It's like, all right, did it, on to the next thing. All right, check that box, on to the next thing. Um, even the same with like our business, you know, building our business and like getting, um, your first client or sending out the email. It's like those are huge, huge steps, and sometimes we just kind of skim past them and then we're on to the next thing, you know. So I like that, I like that journaling, writing it down, documenting it somehow. That way, um, even whenever you get in those funks and you like get to that place of like, what am I doing with my life? Like, you can always flip back and say, wow, look where I was 3 months ago. Wow, look where I was 3 years ago. Yeah.
And giving yourself the space and the permission to daydream and like not journal like what's going on in that current moment in your life, but like what you're working towards. I pulled up an old journal entry from 3 years ago and was just looking through it and realized it was like a writing prompt of kind of visualizing myself in the future. And I realized that everything that I wrote down 3 years ago is exactly what I'm doing with my life today and didn't realize 3 years ago that that's what I was working towards. It was just kind of this writing prompt of, you know, rough, you know, what's your ideal workday? What's your ideal life look like? And then, you know, I was like, I'm actually doing this and had no idea 3 years ago that this is what I was going to be wanting to do or be doing. Yeah.
Wow, that is so cool. That is awesome. I did a— I did a— I think y'all probably did this too. You were in Ali's program, right? So the current vision and like the ideal vision, did you do that like on one side of the paper and on the other side of the paper? I think so. This is the same thing I had from a year ago, right? It's like on my current reality, it was like, great, it's draining. Um, I feel like my life is put on hold for nights and weekends. I don't feel present. And it was like everything was like current, right, a year ago. And then my ideal vision was that, um, I have a beautiful business where I empower women. I draw boundaries for things that do not serve me. I'm living an aligned life. I have more time with Daniel. And it's like all of these things. And I keep this on my desk because it's like whenever we're in the thick of it, whenever we're zoomed in and we're just like, you know, we forget how far we've come, I have this there because I'm like, holy shit, I've done everything that I wanted a year ago. Everything on this list, I did it and I didn't even realize that I was doing it, you know? Yeah, yeah. So for anyone watching, like, write it down, write it down, take out your journal today. Like, I am using just a regular like composition right now. This, this is the journal right now. It's just a notebook, anything fancy. Write that shit down. That's it. Yeah. Yeah. So I— this is so good. This is so juicy. Okay, so, all right, so you're in your coaching business now. You're doing, um, you're gearing up for your next program that starts in January, right? Okay, so Alex, if someone wanted to work with you, if they wanted to explore what it would be like to, you know, really get in tune with themselves, to fill and flow with their life, to integrate this like holistic experience. How could they do that?
How could they get in touch with you? My website is the easiest platform. So that's Sol, S-O-L, like sun in Spanish.
I think I can put it in the chat.
Let me see. Yeah. So Sol and Flow. Um, and there's ways to like email me. You can like drop into a yoga class from there. You can schedule a just like a 20-minute call just to kind of explore and see, you know, if what I offer is right for you. Um, you can book a reading with me if you want to explore that avenue. Um, I'm gearing up to like kind of post my 2021 calendar, and I've got some like spiritual development courses. I've had a lot of my students want to explore more of their like psychic side and intuition side, so I have a spiritual development course if anyone's interested in that. So if they're like, I want to learn how to read tarot cards, so that'll be part of it. Um, but my biggest course and the one that is like really, really dear to my heart is my My Soul Boundaries, and that's the 6-week course that starts in January and/or we're finished. I'm in my last week now, then my other one starts in January and we go so deep. So we explore the different types of boundaries, personal, like physical, mental, energetic, emotional, different avenues in our life like family, friends, coworkers, strangers, ourselves. We tap on like the energy body and energetic boundaries, different ways to kind of keep your energy body safe. You also get a session of whether it's like an Akashic reading or something, just some soul energy work. We do some of that like one-on-one. Yeah, we go really, really deep. It has been like I said, I've was on my call last night with my guys or my girls, my gang. And just to see the transformation from like call 1 to last night was just— it was like bringing tears to my eyes. I was getting all emotional and choked up because I'm just so happy and so proud to see how all of these people have like faced themselves and have put in the work and dove deep into this process and are actually seeing the results. Wow.
And it shows up not just like in their head, but it shows up in their life. Yeah.
Across the board, you know, their personal lives, their, their work life, you know, relationship, like intimate relationship, friends, family. And it's, it's been really beautiful. And I am excited because I get to use all of these. I've spent the last decade kind of collecting all of these tools and all of these techniques and now I get to put them all together and just share them with people. It's like, where was this? Like, where was this course when I was 18? You know, I saved myself like 15 years of headaches, but I have it now and I get to, you know, do all the processes myself. It's a nice reminder for me.
Navigating things that come up. Wow, that is so beautiful. I might have to check it out myself. That's awesome. I love that. I'm so happy for you. Like, I can tell you, you just have this energy that I think that you bring women into your life that need it, you know. And, and I know that you're helping so many people, so that's awesome. Super happy.
Yeah. And, um, For all of the yogis that are watching, yoga is part of it. So I have like an unlimited yoga membership that you get as part of the program. So it's just another way to kind of self-explore is coming to like virtual yoga classes and they're live there, you know, and you get this, this view. Hello. Sometimes you can hear the waves in the background. So that's like a nice little bonus too. Or even for people that are— have— haven't dabbled in yoga but want to try it, it's just an added bonus that they can be a part of it if they want it.
Wow, that is so cool. Oh my gosh. Okay, so I'm gonna put your website in the chat. I can't do it while we're on here, so as soon as we end, I'm gonna put your website in there so y'all can check it out, um, if you want to explore working with Alex. Um, so we had just met, y'all. Like, we were not connected before this. We just met, and I have really enjoyed this conversation. So, um, yeah, thank you for being on, Alexandra. I've really enjoyed it, and I think that, um, we should do something else together.
Yeah, thanks for inviting me on this. It was so nice, nice surprise.
Yeah, so you're so welcome.
All right, I'm going to more trusting because I used to get all these DMs and like, I'm from strangers, like, I'm not, I'm not answering this. Like, who is this weirdo? And now I'm so much more open and I realize it's— I'm not attracting weirdos. I'm attracting people like you and people like Allie who reached out to me because that's what I'm putting out, you know? Absolutely.
And that's part of like receiving, right? It's meant for you, learning to receive, and, and that opens up so much more. Yes. Yeah. Yes. Okay.
All right.
This has been awesome and we will see you all later. Bye.
