Embodiment's not doing something with our body. Embodiment's having our soul energy, our consciousness, really inhabiting our full body so that we're really alive through the body.
Hey, Coach, my name is Lindsay, and I'm here to help heart-centered women like you build the money-making coaching business of their dreams. I've been coaching since 2019, and this pod is about So much more than building your business. It's about using your gifts to build a life and business you're 100% obsessed with. I went from working 50+ hours a week as a first grade teacher to building a sustainable business that replaced my job salary and gave me back 30+ hours a week of my time. Tune in to join the ride and learn from other coaches and experts along the way. Welcome everyone to the Aligned Coach Podcast. Welcome back or welcome on for the first time if you're a new listener. We have an interview today with a guest that I cannot wait to dive into our conversation with. We were just chatting a little bit behind scenes, behind the scenes, and I was like, wow, like we have to go ahead and hit record because I can already tell this is going to be a very juicy episode. So welcome to the show, Alicia Halpin. Alicia is an embodiment coach for entrepreneurs and visionaries of the world. So I'll let you introduce yourself, Alicia.
Oh, thank you. Yeah. So I work with entrepreneurs. Leaders, visionaries, changemakers, people who want to make an impact in people's life and in their communities and in the world. And I do that by bringing forward the— coming from an energetic perspective, but what's the energy of the body and your energy field and really getting all of that aligned so that the external and the internal worlds are really in support of each other and we're really living at our full capacity.
I love it. Yeah. I mean, everything aligned. I love that word alignment.
I think it gets us out.
Yeah, I think it gets like a bad rap sometimes. Because like, in or like, as coaches, like we hear it often. Such a good word. Like, it really is so true. All of my programs are like named after alignment because it's so important, you know. So yeah, tell us a little— first of all, thank you for coming on.
Thanks for having me.
Yeah, yeah.
And now just kind of tell us a little bit of how you got here. How did you get to this place? How did you just wake up and say, oh, I want to work with changemakers? Or like, what does that process look like?
Totally. Well, I think that, you know, it started back when I was really young and I was called the drill sergeant. I was Miss Bossypants. So I've always had this real sense of organizing people, organizing people in space. But in my career, I'm trained as a dancer. I'm a choreographer, dance professor. I work with dancers and theater students. On their somatics, on their expression, on performance techniques. And so that's really where I came into embodiment. I've been working with embodiment for about 25 years through my own career and then as a teacher, as a professor. But I was leading a student group. We were abroad. We were doing a creative process course over in Ireland about 6, 7 years ago now. And I was guiding them through this process. And I just kept bringing in more of my psychology background and more of these other things.. And I thought, you know, it would be nice to talk to some people who weren't, you know, between the ages of 18 and 24, have a little bit different conversation. And so I went ahead and got a coaching certificate and started branching out and having different kinds of conversations and really bringing my creative background and my organizing of people, my ability to sort of open up. And then the kind of the final piece that really landed was this intuitive side of really embracing myself as an intuitive channel and being able to sort of see that my, my gift of being able to look beneath the surface or look through the veil and sort of go down to the root of what the soul is calling us for and kind of bringing all of those pieces together is kind of how I landed in this. And it's been really— it sounds kind of funny to say it in a story form— it's been really organic over the last decade to, you know, go on my own journey and then see how my, um, vocation and career and service has shifted around all of that.
Yeah, I love that. I love that journey. And it's so cool how you said, well, I've been working with embodiment for, you know, 20+ years and how you work with dancers and choreography.
And that is it.
That's literally embodiment, right?
Like, yes.
Can you speak on that about like that relation, you know, between like your mind and your body and like, and what that takes, because I will tell, I am not ashamed to admit, I'm not a natural born like dancer. And I don't, you know, I don't think I, I'm sure I could learn it. I'm reading a book right now called Limitless Mind. And in that book, it tells you that you can learn anything. So I could probably learn, like learn it if I tried. So can you tell us like a little bit about that relationship?
Absolutely. Well, the first thing I would say is that many dancers, and if there's a dancer listening to this, you might not want to hear this, Many dancers are very disembodied, and how I came into embodiment was because I was very disembodied. I was an amazing dancer, started very young in my life, had a lot of opportunities to train and excel, but my— I was very disembodied. What that meant was I could do amazing things with my body, but I wasn't inhabiting my body. So for me, embodiment's not doing something with our body. Embodiment's having our soul energy our consciousness really inhabiting our full body so that we're really alive through the body, not getting the body just to do things. So we can do dance from an embodied place, or we could do dance from a disembodied place. We can do yoga from an embodied place. We can do it from a disembodied place. We can run from an embodied place or disembodied place. So it's not actioning our body, it's inhabiting our body. So Embodiment is the beingness that comes before our expression because we can express without being embodied. You know, many of us are doing it every day. But if we want to be really authentic, not having to mask up, not listening to the inner critic, not having that imposter syndrome take over our life, that comes from embodiment. That comes from knowing yourself beyond your personality, beyond your fear-based conditioning, beyond those programmings. Really understanding yourself at an energetic level. Energy is first. We're all energy. More and more people are waking up to that truth and living from that. And the more that we do that, the more that we have to understand there's a part of us that is beyond this personality that's expressing. And we have to get to know that part of ourselves. And so I love working from that kind of organic inside out so that what we're able to express is really the authentic essence of our full, full self, of this huge soul that has this, you know, so much wisdom and beauty and amazing— this light that is each of us. And when we get to, like, get that light into this body, I think that we begin to understand the larger picture of what humanity is here to do, and we can begin to change the cosmology of what we're living as a human family so that things like world peace or, you know, taking care of our neighbors or all of these types of things aren't just lofty concepts that we're arguing about. They're simply truth that we understand there is no other way for us to be whole upon this planet as a people. We just, we would take care of each other if we were taking care of ourselves. Right? So I think if we know ourselves fully, there is no chance that we would not as a human race be amazing and just really lift this planet to a new, just an amazing new story of what it is to be human.
Hmm, I feel like I've just like lifted listening. Like, yeah, wow. Oh, wow. That's beautiful. And I'm noticing something. So for the listeners, we are on Zoom right now. And that's how we're recording. So I can actually see Alicia. And I'm just gonna like point something out, Alicia. Okay, so just like whenever you're speaking to me, like, I can tell that you are like, like, you're like connected with like your words and your truth and like your body. And like, I'm like thinking, wow, like, I need to like sit up and like be embodied with like what I'm saying, you know?
And I can just tell.
Yeah, like you're really just practicing what you're teaching your clients and what you're teaching your community in the world. And like being, what it reminds me of is like being present, like being present with your body and like with your actions and your movements and just all around, right?
Yes, yes, absolutely. And it does, it's like, it translates. I think, you know, body language and body posture sort of that's a small part of it that gets— that's what we can be taught easily, like, in, in when we're learning to public speak and things like that. But it's really that sense of feeling that, and then letting the body take that shape organically. Yeah, yeah. Because it is a presence. You're exactly right, it's present.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's like, like, it's like contracting or like expanding, right? So like, if you're feeling it like in your core. And but then like you're just naturally going to expand from that place. It's going to cause your shoulders to rise, it's going to cause you to put your head up a little bit. Like, this is so good.
Yeah, it is. It is. So, you know, one of the things that I would say, two things I really work with my coaches, my clients on, is that we don't want to fake it till we make it. And there's a lot— and I understand why that mentality is out there. And I understand why people that can be that kind of the lurch that can get us into connection, right? But at some point, very quickly, we need to release this idea that we can fake it till we make it because energy doesn't lie. And if we're trying to lie to the energy, we can't be in an intimate relationship. So I think we have to really understand that if we work from energy first, we're never gonna need to fake it till we make it. And I also think the other thing that fake it till I make it does it doesn't give us the space to actually be with fear. And I think fear is one of our biggest allies. My fear is my best friend. I was just teaching yesterday, I'm running a program this week called Becoming Bright as we move towards the solstice, and I was just saying, you know, okay, sitting right here next to me is my fear of failure because that is my biggest— that she's my best friend because she's— we're together a lot. So rather than being any enemies with her, I've made her my best friend and I listen listen to her. So when fear of failure shows up, I'm like, oh, hey, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me what I'm afraid of. Tell me what's going on. Let's go deeper. Let's meet this. And because I can do that, the other thing that I really work with people on is being intimate with themselves, having a real intimate, naked relationship with themselves so that I'm never going to pretend I'm not afraid if I'm afraid. And because of that, I don't have to mask up. I don't have to fake it till I can make it. I can actually vulnerably authentically lead, which includes admitting my fear is sitting right here, right here, and it's not, it's actually not a detriment. It becomes my superpower because I'm staying in relationship to the energies, which means that energy is never going to come up and kind of bite me in the butt or sabotage me in a way that I'm like, wow, I just tanked that launch or, you know, I couldn't show up fully for that thing. So when we are able to be, you know, really intimate with ourselves and not putting on these masks or faking it till we make it, I think we're able to move from what I would say is a depth of alignment that we really desire, but that we often don't know how to give ourselves permission to get to. Right.
You know, wow, wow, wow. So good.
Yeah. 100%.
It reminds me of a conversation I was having with a client yesterday and she was, we were talking about, um, because I work with coaches and I help them with sales and launch strategy and more of like the strategic pieces of it. And I actually transitioned and I was a relationship and intimacy coach to begin with. So I bring a lot of those aspects in. So we were talking yesterday about selling and about following up with people whom she'd had conversations with and things like that. And it was almost giving her the permission to show up and be afraid, right? To just, it's okay to say to these people, to these humans that are on the other end of these conversations and to say, hi, like this is a little out of my comfort zone, but I just wanted to follow up with you, right? And to just do it like and do it afraid and it's okay. Because we are humans and you're speaking to a human on the other end of those sales conversations, or even like you in your class that you're hosting this week, you can show up and you can say, I have fear right here beside me. She's my best friend, you know, or whatever, like, and that's okay because we get it. We're all in, we're all having a very similar human experience.
We are. And you know, the thing is, is we know when someone, whether we admit it to ourselves or we admit it to them, We know when someone's not authentic. Yes, yes, yes. Right. Our nervous system. Yeah, right. Like our nervous system is designed to be reading the energy. Now whether we choose to act upon it, whether we choose to realize it, that's a different story, but we know it. And the people that we click with are going to be people that we have that kind of resonance with in energy. Yeah, and if you are coming to your clients all masked up, your nervous system is not supple and available, you're not moving from a resilient center, it's really an unsustainable way to do your life, right? And it's really an unsustainable way to try and build a business because you're going to keep burning out, you're going to keep repelling the people you want to attract, and you're going to, you're going to keep actually giving all of that imposter, that inner critic, you're going to keep giving them all the fodder to say, that's right, that's why you can't do this. That's why you need to go back to the corporate. That's why you need to, you know, that's why nobody ever listens to you, whatever our particular story that we get stuck in is. Yeah. So I think admitting, whether we admit that to our clients, whether we do some mirror work, right? I love doing mirror work before I, you know, have to step into something big. And it's like, okay, let's just say it all out now. You know, what's the worst thing you think is going to happen? What's the worst? So if you make this offer and they say no, what, what, what's What are you worried about? What's gonna happen? Right? And just getting really honest with yourself, just having that conversation. And then you start to hear yourself. And what I love taking my clients through this too, and they'll say it out loud, they'll say, oh, that sounds so silly when I say it. And I'll say, it does sound silly, but it doesn't feel silly. And that's what we have to meet, right? We have to be willing to sort of hear ourselves and go, well, that doesn't make any sense, but it feels really scary. And if we can do both of those things, if we can recognize what we're pretending is logic is not logic. It's all feeling. And it— and, and that when we can meet that fear feeling, we can support it. Yeah, right. And that's what we have to do. We have to learn to support ourselves. So I always say I broke up with self-help so I could fall in love with self-support.
Oh, oh, I love it. I, I think it's full of wisdom. Like, I just love this conversation so much.
Me too.
Yeah, yeah, I love it. So, okay, so I would love to kind of dive into, um, how do you know Okay, so you're in this online space and you're checking the boxes, you're doing the things you think you're supposed to be doing, and still things kind of fell off, right? You're wondering, why am I not getting the momentum?
Why am I not—
what, what, it's working for her, why isn't it working for me?
Right?
So like, what would you— I mean, what, where do you go from that point?
I love that question. And this is actually really the thing that has spurred me. So I did work a little bit more traditionally. Kind of keeping my dance and embodiment over here, my intuition kind of work over there, kind of kept them separate when I first began. And I worked a little bit more traditionally in coaching. And, you know, more and more they just kind of came together. But what has really spurred this new iteration of how I'm working is that I saw so many people spending so much money and so much time going from business coach to business coach or program to program, going, I must need more strategy, I must need more strategy, I must need more strategy. And one, they hadn't built the capacity in their own system to be consistent with the strategies that their Coach was giving them. So they were doing the fling it and wing it, right? Like, I'll try this and if I'm not getting immediate results back— so it takes a bit of being able to have a level of resiliency and safety in our system that we can be consistent without expecting that external validation to be so quick. Yes. Right? And so I think that that's one thing is that people, we just have to learn. And you know, a lot of people call it patience, but I don't want to call it patience. One, I'm not a very patient person, but I have learned to be a very consistent and committed person when I'm driving towards my goals. But I now motivate myself from surrender rather than— I used to be really like mean to myself and I would just like, like I told you my nickname was Drill Sergeant. Like that was literal. Like I would just like, go, go, go, go, go, go. So, I have learned to motivate from surrender. That is one thing I teach is like, let's motivate from softness. Let's motivate from love. Let's motivate from support. Then the other thing I think is that we are willing to look at the external. We are willing to do those strategy pieces even when we are doing wing and fling it, right? We are a lot less willing to come into our own self and to admit the truth that everything that is happening in my external world is somehow a reflection of the story inside my body. Whoa. Yeah. Yeah. So our success, we will be as successful as our nervous system is prepared to receive. Right? And so a lot of what we're, a lot of the capacity that we're living at is the unconscious capacity that got set between the ages of 0 and 7. So it's not that we're, it's not that we're keeping ourselves small on purpose. It is not that we are not receiving the abundance on purpose. It is not our fault. However, it is our choice and our nervous system is able to be rewired. Our subconscious programming is able to be— a belief is just something we have been told or we have said to ourselves enough times that we believe it. That is it. So, we can change these belief systems about ourselves. We can really work and we can do this from an authentic place, right? A real organic place. So I think that what, what I desire to see really happening inside of the entrepreneurial world is that there are, you've got your strategy coach, right? And you've got your embodiment and energy coach. And ideally, like I'm hoping to actually, what I would love is to look in 2022 is really partnering with more strategy coaches so that it's like they, somebody's doing the strategy and then I'm working with the energy and the embodiment. Right. And so that we can really get this full picture going so that Coaches and entrepreneurs and changemakers and leaders are getting the type of inner and outer support. It takes both. Yes. We have got a yin side. We have got a yang side. We have to be able to tend both of them. I think that culturally, we are so used to moving in our yang, and that just moves us into a lot of shadow masculine energy where we are just looking for that external validation and we are just going, going, going until we burn out. Yep. And we need to really, we need to support what, you know, in society we call the soft skills, all of those things. And that's really where I love to come in and support people is to really bolster their soft skills of self-support, but also so that they're available to receive. They can be visible from this really authentic place. They can receive abundance because their nervous system is so like, yes, let me just sponge in life. Like I'm so alive. This is all for me. Right? If we are not living in our wealth, our health, you know, good relationships that we are really being fueled by and service, authentic expression, like those 4 categories, that is our birthright. Yes. That is our birthright. So, our job, I believe our job is to continue to unblock ourselves to be in the fullness of our birthright, right? That most of us, I think if you are on this entrepreneurial journey, You have said such a big yes. You have such a contract with your soul to step into that birthright in a huge way that's changing the paradigm of what we think about business, changing the paradigm of what the world is, what the economy is, all of these things. We're changemakers. We want to change the way it's done. We're going to change the way we're living. And that means we have to change the way we feel about ourselves and the way we feel about receiving, the way we feel about expressing. I think it is a beautiful journey to jump off this cliff and be like, OK, I hope the wings start flapping soon because here I am free falling.
Yeah, it is scary. I think it is scary.
It is.
Like, it feels in the beginning like you are relinquishing control. Like you are saying, OK, well, I have got to take, you know, take a step back from the checklist and the to-dos and all of the things that are laid out for me, right? Now I have to like lean into this place of trust and surrender.
What? What?
You know how to dress myself?
What?
And it's so, it is so different. I love what you said. And it's, it's unfortunate that this is the pattern right now about, you know, kind of going from course to course, program to program and sort of implementing one thing to like a very surface level, not getting the results immediately and then hop into the different thing or giving up on that and say, well, that's not for me.
Right.
And it breaks my heart. I mean, honestly, like, this is very vulnerable to share, but I would love to be able to deepen my skills in, in rewiring some of those beliefs and in rewiring some of those patterns in my clients. Because like, my superpower is in strategy. I'm very quick on my feet. I can, I can, you can tell me what you wanted, what you want to create, we can put it together. Like we can make those things happen. But it's like you said, it's like, Well, whenever we don't get that instant gratification and you're not getting that immediate momentum, you can't even take action anymore because now you've created this evidence in your brain that, oh, well see, this isn't for you. You should just keep your job or like whatever. You know? So that's a beautiful idea that you have about coupling with the strategic and having the energy and the strategy and just having like this beautiful, like infinity loop working together. Oh, so good.
So good. Doesn't that feel great? And I think also it comes back to this idea too, that I am so much what I say to— I love to work in community. So even like my, my VIP program, it's one-on-one, but we also come together as community because I think that we have to be able to, first of all, see ourselves through other people's eyes. And also it really is important to remember like, oh, she just said that same thing I was feeling, but I wasn't going to admit that, you know, like we're able to sort of see like I'm not alone. I'm, you know, my pain is not special, my fear is not special, and all of those things. And but I think that even though it's our own journey, and if you're even if you're a solopreneur or whatever you're working on, but that when we keep remembering that collaboration is essential, right? And so, you know, just the idea of bringing multiple kind of different types of working together. Yeah, I think that just keeps reminding us like, I need people. I can't do it. It's my journey and I can't do it alone. Exactly.
We like, like we thrive off of connections as humans are.
That's what we love.
We love connection. Even if you're an introvert or whatever, like you still need connection, right? So that's a beautiful, beautiful piece to add. And we're better when we have ideas from others and we can bounce off of each other and have that sounding board.
And it's always so powerful.
I have a similar program, quote unquote, and it's a hybrid program. So it's one-on-one and group and it's always like whenever the women come in or the coaches come in, they're like, you know, I, they're like a little timid to share at first, you know, with the group. And then one of the girls will be sharing like what they're going through, like, oh, it was so scary to do my webinar. But once I did it, it was fine. And then the other one was like, yeah, it was the same way for me, you know. And it's so validating to like hear that other people are having those experiences, right? And like, you're not just a special case. And you know, you just are terrible at online marketing, right? Like it's actually very normal to not feel comfortable talking to a Zoom screen by yourself, right?
Like, who was born with that skill? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I think it just inspires us because we're willing to be compassionate to others. And, you know, so I think when we're in those kind of conscious communities, then we have to practice receiving what we give. And I think, too, they're so important for Coaches and for Leaders to have spaces where we come together, where we get to take off the mantle of holding our clients or holding the space or however you look at it and be then like, I'm here to receive. And, you know, I think that's important. And I think that as women, which is— I do work with men, but I tend to work a lot more with women. And I think that we're— we just fall into caretaking. Yes. So automatically. That it's hard to sometimes shift that identity to like, oh, I'm a receiver as well as a giver. Yeah. Oh yeah.
So good. I love this conversation so much.
Yeah. Wow.
This is so good. Okay. So for any of the coaches that are listening and they're like, wow, I feel like you're talking to me, Alicia. Like this is meant for me right now. What sort of like take like tangible or like, like what kind of work could they go and like implement like now? Like what could they go and do on their own? Or I'm sure, of course, they could like reach out to you, but what can they do?
Yeah, I think a great way to know if, especially if you're ready, if you're thinking like, I might be ready for deeper work, and I think most people work with mindset these days, right? Like most people have some type of mindset practice, or you've at least heard about it. You've heard about growth mindset. Yeah. So what I encourage people to do is to start with, write out every day your affirmations. So between 1 and 10 affirmations, writing them out as I am statements. Write them first.
Like, I am healthy, I am wealthy.
Exactly. Okay. I— yes, yes, you know. And then close your eyes. Okay. And start breathing in through the nose and either out through the nose or out through the mouth and just kind of settle your breath. Long, soft, and deep breaths. And then repeat the affirmation, "I am healthy," and feel. OK, well, I notice there are some floaters in my heart. I am actually not certain that I believe that I am healthy. I have got that thing going on. So, we want to listen to the story, right? So, we don't want to try and stick on top of what is really going on. You know, the affirmation sticky note is going to just fall off, right? Like, I love sticky notes, but eventually they lose their stick.
Right?
Yeah. So, so we want to listen to what's going on underneath. So if I say, you know, oh, I am able to receive 20 clients this month, and then I go, my belly, you know, nope, no, I'm not actually available to receive 20 clients, right? And so I can start to actually get truthful with myself. So I can both say this is what I'm aspiring to. I aspire to, to work with 20 people this month. And I can notice that my belly is not available. So then I want to listen to that. What's the fear that's there? Oh my gosh, well, I really want to have 20 Clients, but you know, we've got school, you know, this with the kids, I've got that going on. And so we start to notice the real story that's happening because if we don't listen to ourselves deeper, then we're not going to be able to support ourselves. So then once we've listened, so we're breathing, we're listening, we're just meeting with that. We're not arguing with it. We're not going to fix it. We're just listening. We get some information and then we take it into an affirmation, right? So maybe what I noticed was that I really am almost available for 20 clients, but I'm actually just a little bit scared that that's, that I'm just not ready to hold that, that much. Right. And so I might just make that an affirmation. What would it be like be a Coach that had 20 Clients? What would it be like to receive that money? So just turning it into an open-ended question because here is where the first piece of rewiring comes from. Our brain is a predictor machine and it wants to tell a coherent story. So, we put our brain to work for us rather than us thinking we work for our brain, right? But if we put our brain to work for us and we say, hey, You know what? I love red cars. And the brain goes, I know, let's find all the red cars, right? We always start seeing red cars everywhere. So if you say, hey, I wonder what it would be like if I were a Coach who could have that type of abundance? And your brain goes, oh, okay, let's figure that out. Like, I'm going to help you, right? And our brain starts to find the story in the external and begins to weave together a coherent story. So we start with that top-down affirmation. Then we listen to our body. We listen to the energy and feelings, and then we support ourselves to rewire it to the brain in a way that we can tell ourselves a new story that we're able to begin to receive or to hold or to believe, right? And that's a great way to know if you're in those 3 steps, that's a great way to know you're ready to deepen your process and you're probably ready for some deep support around a full rewiring of your nervous system. Of your subconscious so that you can do more. But that's just such a great way to work with yourself when you work with it daily. Or even, you know, I know some people are like, I can't do that daily, but I do it once a week. So I sit down, you know, on Sunday or Saturday mornings, big cup of coffee, and, you know, just really kind of dig into what's the subconscious story of my week that's been, you know, maybe blocking me from taking that step. Yeah. So that's a great way to start.
So simple and so So powerful, right? Like, when is the last time that we really sat with ourselves, you know, and just sat? And I think that you're right, we all do mindset work to some extent, it's, you know, but I love that you take it a step further and you're like, sure, we can put this on a sticky note, but guess what? It doesn't stick.
And I—
it doesn't stick. Yes, yes. And so like, go underneath that. What comes up whenever you tell yourself, oh, of Of course I have $30,000 a month or like whatever.
Of course, right?
Have replaced my full-time income. Like, what comes up underneath that and just listening to it. And I love what you said. Don't fight it. We're not fighting it yet. We're just exploring it. We're just listening to it.
Yeah.
So good. And I know that, that, I know that that was very helpful for the listeners because I have, I've literally felt these things and heard these beliefs and heard these, these same stories and patterns come through on coaching calls and on discovery calls and just my coach friends that I have, you know, and yeah, yeah, yeah, super powerful. Thank you, Alicia.
This was so good.
Yes, yes. So I know that everyone listening is gonna want to come and like creep you and like stalk you down, girlfriend. So where can they find you? How can they connect with you? Yeah, give us the deets.
There, please. Totally. I love to play on Instagram. I'm just elisha_halpin there. Uh, website elishahalpin.com. And yeah, also on Facebook, not there quite as presently at the moment. But yeah, Instagram's a great place to connect social media-wise. Website, always, you know, needing that little extra update, but you can definitely get on my mailing list there. And that's a great way, really, it's my mailing list where you're gonna find out anything that I'm offering and yeah, what's coming up in the next bit. And I'd love to connect and, and yeah, listen to where people are in their journey and, and what might be their next step in embodiment and energy so that they're moving from a deeper aligned place.
Yeah, I love this. Thank you so much, Alicia.
Thank you. Thanks for having me.
Yes, amazing. All right, well, thank you all for listening, and we will see you in the next episode of the Aligned Coach Podcast.
