#59: Manifesting what you want with the moon cycles
9 Feb 2022 · 36 min
In this episode of the Aligned Coach Podcast, host Lindsey Badillo interviews moon manifestation coach Tracy Rampling Brown. Tracy explains how women entrepreneurs can use the lunar cycle—new moon, waxing, quarter, full, waning—to set intentions, take inspired action, navigate challenges, and release what no longer serves them. She ties the moon’s phases to personal rhythms such as menstrual cycles (including PCOS), seasonal energy, and astrological placements (rising sign, houses, moon sign) to create highly personalized manifestation practices. Practical tools discussed include journaling, aspirational bucket‑lists, crystal grids, and forgiveness rituals. Tracy promotes her Moon Manifestation Academy, outlining monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing and premium one‑on‑one integration sessions. She also recommends Lisa Lister’s books Code Red and Love Your Lady Landscape for deeper feminine cycle work. Lindsey intersperses a plug for her own Aligned Coach Academy, sharing a client success story that illustrates how structured coaching can translate intention into high‑ticket client acquisition. The conversation blends spiritual, energetic, and business advice, emphasizing that the power to manifest comes from within, with external tools merely amplifying that inner source.

The power comes from within you, and you don't need anything else. Like, all of the other things, they're nice to have, they're amazing to have, but all they do is amplify what you already have from within.

She is here to serve all of us rising entrepreneurs, all of us who are astro curious, and really help us step into ease and flow and feminine energy as we move into this new year of business. So welcome on, Tracy. I'm so excited to have you here.
Thank you so much, Lindsay. I'm so excited to be here as well.
Yes. Awesome. Okay. So tell us a little bit about what that means. What is a moon manifestation coach? I am so intrigued already, like just from the pre-talk before the episode. So I'm very excited for this, but tell us a little bit what that means. What do you help people with and how are you different from like a regular manifestation coach?
Great question. Okay, so I work with astro-curious women entrepreneurs who want to reconnect with their intuition, harness the energetics of the moon cycles, and ditch the hustle and grind burnout business paradigms so that they can align with ease and flow and succeed on their own terms. So what that really means is that we use the cycles of the moon, which obviously happen every 28, 29 days, and we harness that in the way that we focus our manifestation activities. So with the new moon, it's when we set our intentions, our goals, decide what it is that we want to bring into our lives, what we want to attract, what we want to create and birth into the world. And that isn't always just what we want to do for the next 28 days, because there are cycles within cycles. So you might be creating something— not everything manifests in 28 days, right? You Despite all of the business coaches out there that are going to tell you that they can make you 6 figures in 6 days or like $100K in 10 minutes, not everything you want is going to manifest in 28 days. So sometimes you will set an intention to create something that's going to be 3, 6, 12 months into the future, but you are consciously making that decision and commitment to bring that into the world. And so at the new moon, we set those intentions. We create this desire of what it is that we want, and we put that out into the universe. And then through the waxing cycle of the moon, as the moon gets bigger in the sky, we— the energy is building and we're taking that inspired action. We are going out and doing the thing to make the things that we want manifest into the world. Because guess what? Manifesting is not wishing. We don't go, oh, I want to make $100K, and then sit on our asses and wait for it to be given to us on a silver platter. That's not how manifestation works. We actually have to go out and do the things that will help to show the universe that we're serious, that this is something that we want, but also to take us those steps forward in the ways that we do have control over. So we take that action all through the waxing phase, which is about 2 weeks. And at the first quarter moon, which is about a weekend, you have those energetic clashes come up. Sometimes it's when we have those obstacles. And a lot of people find that it's that time when they think, but I'm doing everything right. You know, I set my intentions, I'm taking the action, Why has the universe punched me in the face? Right? Like, why have I suddenly got this massive bill? Why have I had this incredibly big argument with my business partner, my husband, my kids, my whatever? Like, why is everything suddenly going wrong? I thought I was doing everything right. And it's quite common for this to happen at the first quarter and the third quarter moons because it's, you know, a little astro speak for you here. It's when the moon is like half lit up in the sky, right? So it's half lit up by the sun and half lit up by the moon. Half in the shadow of the Earth. So if you remember from back in school, they're at right angles to each other, and so they're squaring off and they're competing for the moon's attention, right? So it's that energetic clash where we're squaring off with other people or other situations, circumstances that come into our lives. But it's also a really great time for us to recommit to our goal because we set our intention at the new moon, we get to the quarter moon Sometimes maybe we kind of procrastinated a little bit. We're a little slow to get started and it's that time for us to say, no, this is really what I want and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. And so then as we go through, we get to the full moon, which is about 2 weeks into the cycle. The moon is gloriously illuminated in the sky. The energy has built to a peak and it's when we start to see things happening. You know, maybe we start to see those seeds that we've planted at the New Moon growing. Maybe things have actually come to fruition. Or maybe the energy has reached that peak where we suddenly have like an explosion of, you know, like energy or, you know, they talk about the Full Moon being when all the, you know, when the crazies come out, right? But it's because there's that buildup of energy and sometimes we just cannot contain it anymore and it's just all gotta go somewhere. And so the Full Moon is the perfect time to do that forgiveness and release work, to let go of what isn't working, to give ourselves the grace and the space to accept that sometimes even when we've been trying our hardest, things don't work out the way that we want them to, or we're going in a different direction than we expected.

So, thank you so much for listening to today's episode. Let's jump back in.
And sometimes we've just got to allow ourselves to go with that flow and release and surrender to the divine that we can't control everything and so it's a really good time to take stuff work of where you're at. Are things going the way that I want? Are they not going the way that I want? What do I want to keep doing as I move forward? And what do I want to let go of and not do anymore? And so then all through the waning phase, as the moon then starts to get smaller in the sky, we are doing more of the internal work. We're doing the internal reflection. It's when we look at our results and analyze what's going on and what we could do better and what we could do differently next time. It's when we take focused forced action rather than inspired action. We're doing the things that we know work rather than trying a little bit of everything and seeing what works. And taking that time to declutter Marie Kondo style. Does it bring me joy? No, forget about it. Don't need it. Okay, let it go and clear out and make space. But then as we come into the next new moon cycle, we've created space to welcome in gratitude, thankfulness, new energy, new opportunities, new you know, the new intentions that we want to set, we've created the groundwork for that. So, you know, in terms of what I do, I help people to harness the different phases of the moon cycle, but also to then look at it from the astrological point of view to see where and how they can focus their energy, in which parts of their life or business, and how they can then get the best results and how they can really manifest what it is that they truly want that is in line with their vision for the future.
So good. Like, I just I took so many notes during that. I'm like, okay, so recommit, quarter moon, what are my goals? Like, I love that. Thank you so much for just giving that like deep breakdown. So about a year ago, I read the book, um, She, it's like this, it's called, it was called She, The Heroine's Journey. Gosh, I can't remember the exact title of it now. But have you read, have you read that?
She, I've heard of it, but I haven't actually read it yet.
Okay, so now I've got to look up what the actual title is. And it's all about like syncing with your own feminine cycles, right? So do you do— do you do like— how do you— because my cycle is not in sync with the moon. I mean, like, I would love for it to be, right? So do you like kind of go with both, or do you like just really harness the power of the moon? Like, how, how do you think the two tie in together? Because I have actually seen where women can like get their cycle to sync up with the moon. I'm like, that's goals, girl. Like, you go ahead, you know. But mine is like usually a 32-day cycle, like I have like a longer span. So how, yeah, like how do you get the two to sync? Do you really just kind of pay attention to the moon more? Like what do you find is more useful for you?
So this is such an interesting question because like you, I have a much longer cycle. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, so my cycle can vary anywhere between about 33 days to like 46 days. On average. So sometimes I cycle with the new moon, but then I might not get it until the next full moon or something like that. So it kind of alternates, but then sometimes it doesn't match it at all. And one of the things that I have been doing for a really long time is I try— I use like a period tracker or tracking app on my phone, and I've been tracking lots of different things over the years. Obviously, when I was trying to have my kids, I was tracking fertility signs. These days, you know, my kids are teenagers, it's not really something I'm particularly interested in tracking. Um, so, but I do still track certain things. And so even though I've got an extended cycle, I can still tell when I then hit past that ovulation peak and I'm on the downhill slide to like the premenstrual phase and things like that. You know, like when my boobs start feeling like somebody's punched them, I'm like, oh, okay, in the next week or two, it's going to be that time of the month. Getting in touch with your body 100% and in touch with your cycle as women is something that we all need to be doing because that changed my life in so many different ways. And it affects your energy in different ways too, because of course, if you're in that waxing moon phase where it's like all about energy building, but you're actually on the premenstrual downhill slide into your period and you're just like, I fucking hate the world and I hate people and I want to punch you in the face and you're so stupid. And I can't believe that you would say said something like that to me, um, or whatever it is. And you're like in that massive Kali Ma rage energy. It's like this, um, it's like the energetic clashes at the quarter moons because your energy and the energy of the moon are kind of in competition. So I do think it's important to also know your cycle so that you can work out where the synchronicities are, like when you're in your energetic phase, you know, like your pre-ovulation phase where you're feeling like really good and you're feeling sexy and attractive because your body is literally saying, you know, get out there and flower and blossom and like get pregnant and whatever. That's an amazing time to be going and doing podcasts, interviews, or like creating video content or doing things that get you out in the public eye. But then when you're in that post-ovulatory stage where you're like going into your premenstrual phase, again, it's a bit like the waning phase of the moon cycle where you want to do that internal work or you're struggling with the self-worth issues that come up, you're like, who am I to do this? I can't do it. I don't know what it takes. And you're just like, oh my God, everything's going wrong. Yep. Um, so I do, you know, like I, I touch on both. Um, mostly I work with the moon, but I do very much encourage, and it is something that I have been doing myself and that I really would love to be expanding into is how holistically, particularly as women, there's also then like the seasonal cycles as well. Like here in the Northern Hemisphere, we're going into winter, which is like the waning moon cycle just before the new moon. So everyone is feeling cold. We want to rug up, we want to stay home, we want to be like cozy and comfy and warm. And so the way that we then show up differently, even though we have increases in energy, is still more of that internal internal or short bursts of energy rather than prolonged, yeah, it's summer. Let's be outside. Let's be doing things. Let's go exploring. Let's have fun. Let's go and do all the things.
Yep.
Because we just really want to cocoon ourselves. So, you know, there are so many cycles within cycles. There's our menstrual cycle, there's our energetic cycle, there's the moon cycles, there's seasonal cycles. And this is one of the things I I love so much about working with women is that when we start reconnecting with all of these different cycles, it is like reconnecting with, with our ancestors, with our matriarchal lineage. It is really the divine feminine rising within us and reconnecting with the knowledge and wisdom that has been lost over so many years. Because, you know, with things like hormonal contraceptives and, and I'm not against it, you know, like I took them for many years. I haven't been I haven't been taking them for like the last 6 years or so, and I wouldn't take them again, but I'm all for women's empowerment and reproductive rights and choices. But I do think that there is something about being in touch with your body that, that when you're on a synthetic cycle, because it's synthetic hormones, it's not actually a true period in the same way. So you're not actually necessarily seeing the same triggers and the same things coming up for you as you do otherwise, or you don't recognize the triggers that you are having. About your cycle because, because we're not taught them because we just aren't taught to recognize that it's okay to feel really ragey. Like people go, oh, she's got PMS. It's like, it's a bad thing. Like it's a disease, like it's something to be ashamed of. And actually there is so much that we can learn about ourselves. Um, I would definitely recommend if you haven't read it, Lisa Lister's book Code Red. Ooh, I've never heard of that. It's freaking amazing.
Okay.
So she is based out of the UK. And so she talks about very much about getting in touch with your feminine cycle, but she does in Code Red also touch on talking about the seasons and also the moon cycles. And then her second book, Love Your Lady Landscape. This is probably not actually hilarious, but she made me laugh quite a lot. And it's not actually just about, it's not a book about masturbation despite the name. I'm just saying. Although she certainly advocates getting to know your But it's kind of like a follow-on from Love Your Lady Landscape and really about like body acceptance and accepting exactly who you are and in your body exactly as you are and that there is nothing wrong with you, right? If that makes sense. So she's been an amazing inspiration. I've really enjoyed reading her books this year. Highly recommend them. Yeah.
I'm going to put a link to those in the show notes. So Code Red and Love Your Lady Scapes, Love Your Lady Landscape.
Landscape.
Okay. Love Your Lady Landscape. Okay, cool. Links in this episode's notes so that our listeners can go ahead and check those out. Those look really good. I started reading— what was it called? See, I'm the worst with remembering the names of books. Like, I'm very like a generalist. Like, I will remember the ideas of books, but like remembering the, like, the nitty-gritty details, I lose. But I remember the ideas and like the bigger picture. Oh my gosh, it's a purple book and it's about like getting in touch with your feminine self. I started it and I never finished it. Like, I think that those type of informational books have to like really like catch my attention. Like they have to be funny, or they have to be witty, or like they have to be like entertaining for me to read, you know, just because I consume so much information, right? Like especially as online entrepreneurs, we consume so much information in a day. Like you got to get my attention, you know, tolerance over here. So anyways, that was off on a tangent. But okay, so this is super duper good. Okay, so I think I think what our listeners really want to know is how in the world do we manifest during the new moon cycle? Are there specific things that we should be asking ourselves? Are there specific questions? Are there certain things that we should be reflecting upon? Like, how can we really take advantage of that? Because I know whenever I know that there's a new moon, I'm like, okay, like, what can I do right now? Like, really like harness it. Like, how can I take advantage of this? Like, how am I gonna make all my dreams come true this month? You So like, do you have any suggestions on like really taking advantage of that new moon power?
Yeah, for sure. And look, it is so common for us to feel that call to do something, and a lot of the time we're like, but I don't know what to do. Like, I know I need to be doing something, but I just don't know what it is. So with the new moon and setting intentions, and this is probably going to sound like a bit of a non-answer, but there really isn't any wrong way to do it. There is no wrong way to work with the moon because when we work, really, whatever we're feeling called to do is exactly what we're meant to do, right?. Now, I also work with the Moon from the Moonology point of view. I'm a certified Moonologist, and so I also work with it from the point of, like, point of view of which astrological sign the Moon is in at any particular stage. Okay. So obviously there are 12 signs of the zodiac, and everybody knows what their star sign is, right? So your star sign is the equivalent of your sun sign because it is the sign that the Sun as a planet or luminary was in around the time that you were born, and it stays in a particular sign for about 30 days, right? Actually changes signs approximately every 2.5 days. And so in the cycle of the month, it actually goes through every single astrological sign. Okay, which means that—
oh, I never realized that. Okay, so like the Sun is going to stay there for about 30 days, whereas the Moon, it's a different— so whenever you're saying like, oh, the Moon is in Leo right now, like Okay, okay, I got you. So that's moving like every 2 to 2.5 days.
Got it. Okay. Yeah. So what then happens is, so each month we have the new moon. So the new moon is when the moon is hidden from the sky because the sun is not shining any light on it because it's in the shadow of the earth, out of the earth to the sun. And so the new moon is actually the time when it is in the same sign, right, generally to the Sun, right? So you've got, you know, let's say for example that the Sun was in Aquarius, which is around the end of January, mid— early to mid-February. And when you have the New Moon in Aquarius, which in 2022 is on the 1st of February depending on where you are in the world— some places it's the 31st of January, so 31st of January, 1st of February— The Moon is in Aquarius, and so that means that depending on— and it's not actually to do with your star sign, it's to do with your rising sign, which is like something I'll explain in a minute. But let's just say you knew which sign that was in for you.
I'm Sagittarius rising, my sun sign is Aquarius, and then my rising is Sagittarius.
Perfect. Okay, so I'm an Aquarius rising, which means we're like 2 signs apart. And so for a Sagittarius rising, when the Moon is in Aquarius, that will mean that for you it's in your 3rd astrological house. So when it's in your 3rd house, it means you get to personally harness it in the areas of communication. You know, like, how do you want to communicate your message into the world? How do you want to, you know, get your message out there? What issues may you have been having with communication and miscommunication that you want to work on improving? It also happens to be the time of, within the houses, that deals with siblings and neighbors and short trips and transport. So, if you're looking at doing some weekends away or day trips or short work trips or whatnot, it's a great time to be setting intentions around that. "Oh, this year I'd love to go and speak at a conference," or "I'd love to do some workshops," or things like that. That's a great time to ask yourself, Hey, what do I want to do in this area?
Hello, it's Lindsay. So I want to share a really, really juicy client win from a beautiful student who came through Aligned Coach Academy. So this is our 12-week signature program to learn how to sign high-ticket paying clients for your online coaching business. So before this student came through, she was all over the place, right? She was focusing on her website and funnels and really just kind kind of skipping from task to task. She didn't really have much clear direction that would bring in clients, right? So whenever she came into Alliance Coach Academy, we put the method that's like literally behind the madness. So now she has more clarity, she has more structure, she actually knows what she's supposed to be doing each day. Like she's never questioning how to bring in leads. If she wants to sign a client, she knows exactly what to do and exactly how to get them in in a heart-centered and aligned way, right? Whenever she came out of Alliance Coach Academy, she told me that she shifted her mindset to working with intention and service. She's confident in claiming herself as a coach. And she's really just claiming her authority in the online space as a transformational life coach. So if you're a coach that's wanting to get your business off the ground, you want to replace your 9-to-5 income, make full-time money online, you want to map out your flagship offer, right? We meet once a month for hot seat coaching where you're actually coached by me. You have lifetime access access to the 12-module course so that you can always come back to it and re-implement and freshen up on any skills, right? And we also have daily Q&A coaching inside of the course itself. So if you know that this is what you want, go to the link in our show notes, join us there, and I would be so honored to support you in our next coaching call. All right, let's hop back to today's episode.
But so the— when the moon— so there are two different energies that you can do. There's your personal one, which is based on your rising sign, and so that means wherever Aquarius is for you in your personal chart. And then there's the Moon is in Aquarius, right? So when the Moon is in Aquarius, Aquarius represents the 11th house of the zodiac, right? So because the zodiac year actually starts with Aries, which is in March-April, so the zodiac year— so kind of almost like around Chinese New Year, but not quite. It's like just a little bit after Chinese New Year. You have the lunar year starts, the zodiac year. So Aries is the beginning of the calendar, and of course that means that Aquarius is like the second last one before that. So it's right at the end of the zodiac calendar. And so that represents the 11th house of the zodiac, which is all about friends and social circles. It's all about groups and organizations. It's all about spiritual aspirations, and it's about wishes.. So you can actually harness the moon's energy as well as your own personal birth chart energy. So for example, for you, Lindsay, you could then set intentions around social circles and groups that you either— maybe you're part of a community organization in your local community and you would like to, you know, or you would like to become a member of a community organization, or you would like to go out and expand your friendship groups, or you would like to, you know, whatever it is that you want to create and bring into your world, you know, in a post-COVID world or something, maybe you've been feeling really isolated from having, you know, friends in your local area and you want to set goals and intentions around ramping that back up again. Yeah. Um, or maybe you'd like to make more online friends and things like that. So, or maybe you'd like to dive more into your spirituality. So with the Moon in that sign, you can harness that energy, but then you can also focus for you on the 3rd house where it's about communication and trips and things like that. So you can blend those two things together to create something that's really personal for you. And so then everybody's Moon practice will be different, but great ways that you can then actually— things you can do with that information, it's amazing to spend some time journaling, really like slipping into that stream of consciousness where you just start writing either what I like to call an aspirational bucket list, which is like all of the things that you would love to do, like just anything and everything, writing with no judgment. It doesn't matter what it is. It doesn't matter how unrealistic it sounds. It doesn't matter how silly it is. Maybe it's little things that have popped up into your memory that when you were a kid, you thought it would be super awesome to learn how to do tightrope walking or something. And you're like, yeah, okay, that's never going to happen. It doesn't really matter. Just write it down anyway. Way and just let all of these thoughts and dreams and things come out of your head and onto the page because there's magic in that. There is magic in the written word. And it never ceases to amaze me how many of my clients, when they do an aspirational bucket list and write down all of these random things, that when they start going through and start manifesting and then go back to their list, they're like, oh my God, I can't believe I 'Oh my goodness, I actually did that. Like, that was on my list and I'd forgotten about it.' Or, 'I never thought that that was a real thing.' It's like, 'I'm going to write a book.' And they're like, 'Oh my goodness, I actually wrote a book this year,' or whatever it is. And so there's something about putting— when you write it down, it does put it out into the universe, whether you specifically intend to set that intention as your goal for this month or this moon cycle or this year or whatever. Still writing it down gives it voice. It creates an energetic frequency. So journaling is one of my favorite things. You can do guided ones where you answer or have specific questions, like if you're working with the moon cycle. So I actually run a monthly membership called the Moon Manifestation Academy, and every month I send out to the members of my Moon Manifestation Academy a guide for the whole month. So they get the energetics for the new moon and then the energetics for the full Moon. And they also have journaling pages and activities that they can do at the quarter moons as well, because it gives them that consistency of just checking in once a week and making sure that they're integrating the Moon into their everyday. And so it gives you that opportunity to find out, like, what is the energy of this Moon that's coming up. It tells you, like, depending on what your rising sign is, where— how does it personally affect you? Like, where is your personal focus focus. And then there's some questions and some worksheets about like, how does this— the energy of this moon feel for me? Or like, what do I need to clear in this area? Or what do I need to— what do I want to create in this area? Like, how could I be more— how could I communicate better? Or how could I be more connected to my local community? Or I think just little prompts to get you thinking about what it is that you want. And then there's free journaling pages and stuff like where you can just write whatever it is that you And then we actually run moon circles. So twice a month we come together for the new moon and the full moon. And as we come together, we do like some guided meditation and then we take some journaling time and then we share like some of the things that we decide that we want to set as our intentions for the month. Or if we're doing forgiveness work at the full moon, sometimes if people feel comfortable sharing, we talk about something that we'd like to release and let go of this month. Month or whatever it is. And just that opportunity to come together with other like-minded women in a safe container where nobody is judging, nobody's offering advice, everybody's just there in love and energetic support is just amazing. Like one of the girls told me the other day, she was like, oh my goodness, this is so transformative. Wow.
Wow, that's awesome. That sounds so cool. That's— what is the cost to join that each month? I'm just curious.
And for our listeners, yeah, so the Moon Manifestation Academy is €44, which is around about just over $50 US a month. Yeah, but you can also subscribe quarterly, which is €122 once every 3 months, or you can subscribe yearly for €488, which I think is about $600 US. Um, and then there is like this—
that's such a steal.
That's so awesome. Yeah. Yeah. I really wanted to make it accessible and affordable for women to come and do that. I mean, there are obviously, there is a premium membership level, which is about just under $1,000 US a year. It's €888. And that does include like quarterly one-on-one half an hour integration sessions where we look at what the moon is coming up for you over the next 3 months in advance, that you can start to plan sort of 90 days out what it is that you want to do. So for example, some of my clients that are launching new programs or planning to do things can look at what their energy is that's coming up and actually be really specific about, okay, I really want to launch my program, when would be a good time for that? And we're like, okay, well, you actually have this amazing opportunity that you're going to get to release all of your fears around how people see you and your fears around money and your fears around the way you communicate. And you get to then set these intentions around the kinds of soul clients you want to bring in and the money that you want to make and, you know, the things that you need to learn or whatever it is. And so all of these things that seem to end up creating this tidal wave of energy that's specific to them and their charts. And almost always, with very few exceptions, I have found that most women are intuitively timing their offers, timing their launches and stuff at times that are auspicious and do match these things without even realizing.
Wow, isn't that something?
That's awesome.
I love that. Yeah, like, like, I'm so glad I'm a woman, you know. I'm just so glad that I'm a woman.
I know, it's so good. I wouldn't trade.
No, I definitely wouldn't trade. We're just so magical and divine, and we just have so much power, you know, whenever we tap into it, like, we are literally unstoppable.
We can do whatever we want. Yeah.
Oh, I love it. Ah, this has been so, so good, Tracy. Thank you for coming in and just sharing this magic, for sharing just the power of the moon, the power of our dreams and our aspirations and, and how we can make those things happen without forcing, right? Like, without hustling, without, like, fighting against the current. Like, how can we use, like, the natural energetics, the natural flow of the world around us, of our own inner workings, to make those things happen, you know, even more easeful, right? So thank you so much.
Oh, I My pleasure. Thank you so much for having me, Lindsay. And I really do just quickly want to say that, you know, it can be as simple as journaling, but if you want to add more ritual and more magic to it, of course you can always layer the extra things in. You can create crystal grids, you can use fire for forgiveness rituals, you can do lots of different things. But the thing I really want to impress for everybody is that The power comes from within you and you don't need anything else. Like all of the other things, they're nice to have. They're amazing to have, but all they do is amplify what you already have from within.
Hmm. So good. Thank you for that reminder. I think that we need that, you know, because I have definitely been like, it would be a full moon or a new moon. And I'm like scrambling on Google, new moon journal prompts, full moon journal, like scrambling outside of myself. And so I think it's so important to remember, okay, well, like, what is it that I'm calling in? Right. What is it that I'm releasing? You know, um, what, what would the ideal, like, aspiration— like, what is it that I'm really leaning into for this next cycle? So thank you so much for just like bringing that back to us, you know, like bringing us home again. That, that just feels really, really good.
So thank you. Yeah, you're so welcome. Thank you so much for having me today. And thank you to everybody for listening.
Yes.
