I have Kelly Adams, aka the Mary Poppins of mindset, here. Kelly is— Kelly really has been such a phenomenal piece of my own growth journey, which I'm sure that we'll jam out on this, but Kelly was a mentor for me. And we still, we still work together and jam together now. And I'm just so excited to bring her into our community and to really let you all soak up her energy, her knowledge, her leadership, her expertise, because she is making frickin' waves in the online space and the entrepreneurial space. So welcome on, Kelly. I am beyond honored to have you here.
Whoo! I'm so excited. Thanks for the invite.
Yay, I'm so excited to jam out on all the things. So I remember like first meeting you back in like 2020, like it seems like forever ago. And I remember like, I think I saw it somewhere like the Mary Poppins of mindset. I thought that there was no other better name for you. Like literally, like it just stuck. It's you, so much you. What does that mean? Where did that come from? How did you get here, Kelly? I know that you started out in the fitness coaching space. And yeah, just tell us a little bit about you.
Well, the Mary Poppins Mindset came because we get to co-create magic. And so, so that's where it comes from. But I did start as a fitness and mindset coach, but even here, I think, cause like all of my story actually goes back to when we owned brick and mortars to even bring me to the online space. So I've actually studied mindset since 2006, when we started our first company, I had my first mentor because I was 26 years old. And we bought a bunch of assets, started a company from the ground up. And it was— we started in 2006, and the recession hit in 2008. So it was like we had this huge investment. And then we had a big balloon payment that was due. So basically, someone gave us like maybe a leg up, but we paid for it, right? Like, up with a huge balloon payment that was due in 2008. And because it was a 2-year, so it was in that point in time where I was like, holy cow, I have to pull out all the stops. I'm there. I feel— I mean, I feel like a young baby chicken then.
Like, yeah, yeah.
So long ago, because I was 26, 42, almost 43 now. And here I am. No one would give me a loan. They kept saying that loan, and then they wouldn't. So I had to end up selling myself. I called the president of the bank, from the bank we did business with, and I, and I had them call a board meeting. I remember we had no money then I went to Target, bought the most awesome leopard dress I could find because I had to look professional.
Yeah.
And go into this boardroom with 8 bankers.. And I remember my accountant always said, bankers— oh, sorry for you bankers out there. My accountant always said, bankers have so much power over you. And they truly do. So I was like, holy cow, like, here I am, this young buck, and I have to go sell myself because the board already had disapproved or denied my loan like 2 times. And I was like, this isn't working. Like, we're gonna lose everything. So then I called a board meeting and I had to get 6 people who were older VPs of every branch, 50, I'm sure they were probably 45, mid-50s at that time. And I had to convince them that I was worth taking a chance on. Wow. So the mental game to even prep myself for that was insane. And I was like sweating bullets, looking the part, talking all the things. And it was like, finally, 3 days later, the banker who is like, really, she's another blessing in disguise, went to bat for us, said, They said yes. They said yes. I was like, ah, yes. So, I mean, cause no one was giving money and we, I mean, we had committed to this big balloon payment. So if you don't know what that means, that means like we have a $10,000 a month loan payment that somebody gave us a leg up, but then that means a huge sum was due in 2 years. We didn't know the world was going to be what it was in 2 years. So that started and then gosh, building through the recession, I had to take the mindset and invest when everybody else was pulling out. So I mean, there's time after time after time that my mindset is like what got me through because then a couple of years later we bought another company and we began growing. And as you grow, that means more employees, more people. And that also leads me to part of my journey means more money, which is when things took a turn and I started chasing things for the wrong reasons. Oh yes. Every banker, every accountant, everybody's in my ear, grow, grow, grow, because our expenses were so much larger. So I'm like, well, I guess we have to grow. So like everyone was pushing money down my throat.

Okay, now back to today's episode. And so that really took us to 2018 when we did grow. We had like a 10-year plan to sell the company before my husband turned 40.
He was like, remind me what type of company, like tell, tell everyone what type of company you had.
Yeah, so first we had an event management firm where we like all the biggest events in the city of Indianapolis. I lived in Indiana then, so like, you know, you think of the Indy 500 events, all the downtown, the big weddings. We may— we managed and operated the canal downtown, which is where all the run walks in this city took place. Um, and then the company we bought once we started that was basically we had all the tents, tables, chairs, all that. We were doing all the planning, producing, but then we bought like a bounce house company and an amusement park basically company. Because when we started doing big corporate events, we started subcontracting that part out. So we bought it, but kind of honestly looking back, probably grew too fast. And that was probably the downward slide of, you know, keeping your operations afloat with big expenses.
Yeah, yeah. So then you sold the company in 2018, right?
Yeah, my husband was ready to sell it 2 years before that though. Yeah. And so he basically had stepped out. He was burnt out. It was very labor intensive for him. He had been doing this since college.
Yeah.
And so at that point in time, he was mentally and energetically checked out, like literally like on his deathbed checked out. So I stepped into a very masculine role. I had to still run the company and run the front and back end now. Like if he listens to this, he'd say he did some, but he'd also admit that he peaced out, you know, and, and it put a lot of strain on our marriage, a lot of strain on our family, a lot of financial strain. Like one year alone, our sales went down $150,000. And like, that's a big deal for when you have to make enough money over a 6-month period to float the boat for a year, the whole 12 months.
Yep, absolutely. Wow. I love that. I love it so much. So whenever you came into the online space, it was basically like, I'm taking all of the mindset stuff that I've learned over the years. I'm taking— which you didn't even come into the business space, right? Like it was fitness and mindset. So did you just say like, peace out, I'm done? Like, like what was that transition like? Like how did you come into the online space?
I actually had a big health crisis. And I had a lot of brain issues I was struggling and going through. So I actually had to kind of— and this was all in the midst of everything else going on— that I had to— I had every test you can say, and everyone's like, you're fine. I couldn't even open boxes at work, which was a very basic task. My driver's license, I wasn't driving for 2 weeks. I forgot how to get my daughter to school, like on a major highway. So like I had all these tests being done and everybody said, everybody said I was fine and I wasn't. So I had to take a holistic approach. And through me healing my own body, it's like God put that in my back pocket because he knew that the sale was coming. So by me healing my own body, naturally people started, you know, I was holding on the baby weight. I was still getting asked when I was pregnant, like 2 years post-pregnancy.
Oh, isn't that the worst?
But it's like I found out the root cause and I had to overhaul my diet, my lifestyle, you know, come with growing a business, it also came with a lot of fast food, not taking care of myself, burning the— Go, go, go. Yep.
Every single day. We are never resting.
Yeah, yeah. Long hours and like my health took a turn and it really scared me and shook me up. But then over time, everyone started to notice and started to ask me about it. Then I started randomly training like fitness Clients that would come in for business that wanted to get in shape for their wedding.
OK. Wow.
So then, so then mindset has always just been a part of it without even knowing if that makes sense, because it was all the— my clients would get really good weight loss results, but it wasn't that I was doing anything magical. It was the mindset shifts I was making that kept the weight off. So then when we sold the business, it was like, well, holy cow, I'm 39 years old. I'm starting all over. What am I going to do? And there was a program on the market that called Faster Way to Fat Loss at that time. And it's, I mean, she, she smashes like a million dollars a month now. She's killing it. But I was one of the first original like 5 coaches from Faster Way to Fat Loss. So I got certified, started running these 6-week programs, charging $199 for 6 weeks. What?
What? That's crazy.
And then I would like do mindset work. I'd put them in a group and I'd cheer them on and all the things. And then it was my first business coach actually, that was like, actually no, it was my second business coach because my first business coach was a fitness coach. And then my second business coach I just was, we were just talking and then long story short, she's like, what the heck are you doing? Like, why are you not a full-time mindset coach? Because I started coaching her by default. And she was like, you're the first person that ever made me want to slow down. Because she was also a very high achieving entrepreneur, a lot of go, go, go. And she was interested in my life because I had already went on a huge kind of awakening from 2018 to going online because everything was falling apart when we sold the business, my marriage, the kids, my health. And so it was like a year of like literally meditating and healing and like going so deep that then gave me the courage to get a fitness certification, which gave me the courage to go online. So it all kind of stair-stepped me back.
So good. I love hearing about that, Kelly, and just knowing like the power of the work that you're doing now, how it all adds up. You know, like how now, like I remember in our sessions, which, you know, to those listening, like we really worked on like mindset, but also like some past healing and such. But like, I remember, I remember like asking you about health questions. Like you're like, yeah, just get some apple cider vinegar. And like, yeah, just, and I'm like, oh my gosh, it's just a plethora of like just holistic healing and like just good, good feel-good, you know, knowledge. So Yeah, yeah. Okay. So tell us, I really would like for our listeners to hear about the process that you take your clients through. I think that it's a very unique process. Like, we did this in our work together. And I know that you talk about— I don't really know exactly what you call it, but how you go down, down, down to go up, up, up, you know, it's like we have to descend and we have to ascend. So I would like for you to just kind of just kind of riff on that and tell us why you work that way, what the power in it is, because I firsthand, I feel like I'm like pimping you out right now. I feel like I just firsthand know the power in it because, I mean, quantum leaps have happened, you know, in the last 2 years or the last 18 months or so. Um, just quantum, quantum, quantum. It's so real. It's so good. It's so juicy. So tell our listeners what, what, what that journey is about.
So I do, I, I call it a Kelly, a Kelly concoction because it really is a plethora of everything I learned from back in the day when I did Mary Kay full-time to owning the businesses to being fitness to taking— I minored in psychology in college. I don't even know if you knew that. So it's like all these different entities that showed up together and then over time finalizing a process that was like, like smashing time, collapsing time for women. So what I like to do, usually people find me when they're feeling off, so tired, something's wrong. Is this as good as it gets? You know, they're high achievers, they're Type A, but they feel like something's off. And usually that first initial feeling of something is off, it kind of forces you to slow down. You either slow down by choice or you're forced to because you're burnt out. And, but usually along the way there's these red flags that begin popping up. You know, I like to call them adult versions of temper tantrums. We're pouting, like we're comparing ourselves to everyone else. There's imposter syndrome. We're scared all of a sudden to use our voice when we've used it our whole life, like all these things. And so what I like to do is literally start from where you're at and go all the way back to 5-year-old version of you. So the series, what I work through is like Release, Reset, Rewire. But what I like to do is connect the dots so it makes sense, because people are scared from what they don't know. But when you realize that those are parts of you that are unprocessed, unhealed imprints made at such a young age, so Something as simple as me seeing my parents sitting on the waterbed wondering what bills to pay gave me a scarcity mindset in adulthood. And I had to connect all those dots. So I like, I first like to bring the awareness and it's like these aha moments. Oh, that makes sense. That's why I do this. I never thought about that. So, so much of what we struggle with isn't really current reality, but it's like there's a whisper and you don't hear it. And I'm getting full body goosebumps. It's like, there's a And then it gets a little bit louder and then it becomes a roar. And then next thing you know, you're like, you either have to figure this out or you're like going to lose it. So I like to, um, we start in inner child, then we move on to outer child and then we become what I call a fully integrated CEO. That's where you've done the healing, you've done the work, you've done the processes, you've leaned into what's not working. You've brought your shadows up to the light. So I do say that you have to, I always think of our bodies as an energetic wealth container and all the way down to our cells hold stories and imprints and trauma. So, I like to clear you from the inside out and that journey is hard at times and we cry happy tears, we cry sad tears, but it is like each week, it is like if you hit a dashboard, it shatters. Each week you get to put a piece of the glass, a piece of you back together and it is like the whole goal is by the end, anything that you have ever feared, not processed, not leaned into, with someone, you've talked about, you brought to the table, so there's nothing else to fear. And you know, I always say this, but I always like want people to walk away feeling like a naked, raw-ass baby chicken. Like, holy shit, everybody's seen every part of me now.
I've been plucked. Yeah, that's it. It doesn't scare me anymore. Oh my gosh, that is the truest thing. Like, so true. It's like, I've done— I've faced those demons. Like, I have went there. That, that's as rough as it gets, you know. Um, and yeah, and then from that place, you're so right, like you can shine and you can use your voice and you, you are fully integrated. Uh, because I think what holds us back is like, especially in our business and especially in like speaking our truth into the world, it's like, well, what if they find out this? Or what if they realize I'm just this or whatever? So it's like, that's why we use these sessions. And that's why we like literally set up a safe container to go into that. Well, like, let's pull it to the light. Let's be the raw baby butt naked chicken, you know? So that now you can show up and you're like, I faced this, like, I'm good now, you know? So yeah, so, so powerful.
You said something good that I want to lean into. Yeah, is I like to take you back home to yourself. I want you to remember who you were before the world got a hold of you, before people, partners, friends, bosses got in your head. And we're so programmed to push it down, push it down, push it down. Do this, don't do this, don't do this, that we forget who we are and the gifts we were given when we were born and our innate abilities. That I like you to go back to that pureness, that inner child, that feeling of freedom.
Yeah.
Like I said before, the world gets— got a hold of you.
Yeah. Yeah. That's so true. It's so true. That's something that I've been like really leaning into is like all of the conditioning, especially around money and like around what we are deserving of or like what we're capable of creating. And just like, dude, you can have whatever you want, but like, you got to believe it first, you know? Like, you, you have like sovereignty over your decisions now, but like, you have to believe that you have that, you know? And, and we've— and you're right, like, we— the world has told us to play safe, or they've told us, um, you have to work really hard in order to achieve. Or like, one thing I've realized has come up for myself is like, um, slow, slow growth like, like slow and steady, like slow growth is the way to go, like slow and sustainable. And it's like, I agree, but why not quantum leap? You know, like, why not like frickin leap and jump and like just, you know, run, right? So, so yeah, I just think it's so good to like, you know, look at those conditionings, like look at those things that keep us playing small and, and rewrite it, you know, rewrite the story.
Yeah, when you were talking about quantum leaping, my personal opinion is until you clear out and create space, you don't even, you might be talking all day long that you want to hit $10K, $50K months. Your thoughts are boomerang going out. But if the belief system, the operating system, and all three mind, body, and spiritual aren't in alignment with that, then it's like you're blocking yourself over and over.
It's like torpedo, it's self-sabotage.
Yeah. So the minute you clear it out, then it's like game on. Let's go. What do I want? What do I want to receive? Because A, you have the space. B, you're not spending your precious time thinking and worrying, trying to solve everything subconsciously. So that is so much of the work is the subconscious.
So much of the work like that. That's the work, people. Like you, anybody can implement and like not to knock strategy, y'all. Like I'm a strategic business coach. Like don't get me wrong, but it's like you will stay stuck and you will keep doubting yourself and you will keep overanalyzing everything like until you like address that shit, you know, like until So you take a look at like, oh, these are the patterns that keep repeating themselves. Oh, like, okay, then you're going to move forward. So, so good.
So good.
I know, we could just like jam out on this. Alright, so you were one of the first people— actually, you were, you were the first person that introduced me to breathwork. And yeah, so like, can you riff on that and tell us? And I'm sure that some of our listeners have experienced breathwork before. But those that haven't, can you just kind of tell us about that? And like, do you still— I know at one point you were offering um, like group breathwork sessions. Do we still do that? Like, would we have like a, like, container for that?
I haven't done one in a while, but actually mass pop-up, like master many minds, are part of my 2022 calendar.
Um, so good.
But breathwork, spiritual orgasm, let's go! Let's talk about that. Yes, yes. In all reality, um, without getting too science-y, scientific— I like to keep things simple— basically It's a way of healing unprocessed emotions. So our energetic bodies hold on to trauma, past imprints. And so the breathing literally— let me think of a way you could explain it— almost like a squeezing, you know what I mean? Like if— what, what? I don't know what I could be— sponge? Like, like a pumper-upper.
Like, I imagine I'm thinking of like my— like your, like your intestines, like stuff down.
That's good. So like most people, it's twofold. One, it forces the body to release things that's holding on to, but more importantly than that, it forces your ego to shut down. So your ego has a voice but no longer a vote. So most people can't get from where they are to where they want to go because they're stuck in their day-to-day and they don't get down past their ego. So ego's like the, ego's like the, um, Outside the bar, the bouncer, he's like, I'm going to keep you safe. You're not getting in here. So it's like, so it's like breathwork. Literally, you cannot breathe and focus on your BS at the same time. It is physically impossible. And then the way I like to do it, depending on the pattern that I'm doing, it forces you into a space where you can receive new ways of thinking, new ways of operating, and simultaneously can release literally down on a cellular level toxins, things your body's been holding on to, trauma. So it's, it's like the silent healer.
I love it. So good. I remember feeling like, one, I think you're so right, it shuts down your ego. So like, I remember being like so antsy in the beginning. I'm like, oh my God, it's so boring. Like, when is this going to be done with? You know? And then whenever I finally got my ego, like the bar, the guy, the bouncer at the bar to shut up and like to sit down somewhere, then it was like I was able to go so much deeper into the visualizations and like the meditation, into like the rewiring part that we were doing, you know. Hey gang, it's Lindsey. If you enjoyed today's show, it would mean so much for you to take 1 to 2 minutes and leave us a review right here on your podcast platform. You can click directly on the link to our podcast page page, scroll to where it says reviews, and leave us a 1 to 5 star review— 5 star preferably— to really be the gold star student. You can share with us what episode or what episodes you've enjoyed most and what you'd want to hear more of. I personally read every single review, and I would love to be able to share your review on one of our next episodes. So thank you so much for listening, and I will see you in the episode. So, so yeah, and, and on like another like physiological note, think about how, how like shallow our breaths are throughout the day. Like literally right now in this moment, I'm sitting at my desk, I'm a little hunched, like I need to sit up, like I'm taking in like shallow breaths. And so it's like you go days and weeks and months without taking those breaths unless you're intentional about it, you know, like opening your body up, like, and then we're able to take up space and then we're able to like move more freely, you know. So it's like we can do that with our bodies and we can do that with our businesses, you know.
Yeah, baby. But yeah, so anybody who's listening or tuning into this, you should pause right now and literally take some deep breaths in through your nose. If you're a mouth breather, you, you are like— not to scare— no, I'm not going to scare you, but you're basically taking minutes' time off your life every single time. If you're focusing through your nose, it actually activates certain things. It gives you more oxygen to the brain.
It's, it's—
you need to be a nose breather. So even have Siri remind you on your phone a couple times a day to take some deep breaths through your nose. And there's so many different ways to breathe. That's why it's so sexy. It's like you can do different patterns to do, heal different things, or bring different things in. But breathwork, like, yeah, that's like, that's like meditation. It's, it's like painful in the beginning. I remember when I couldn't even meditate for 1 minute, and now I can go for like an hour, and I'm like, whoa, where'd that come from? But it's like reps and sets. You don't join the gym, start at 50 pounds the first day. You join and you're like maybe doing 1 set of 10. So you're like maybe sitting there literally taking a few deep breaths and you're like, oh, okay, this does feel a little bit different.
Yeah, I'm doing it right now. Like, ah, it just feels good, you know, just to like ground, just to ground yourself.
Yeah.
All right. That's so good. So good. Thank you so much for sharing on that. So do you like— I have recently, and you saw me do it right before we jumped onto the— right before we hit record, like tapping. I have like recently started doing this. I actually did it by accident. So I was like super— like it was just like one of those days, you know, you have kids, like they just want stuff all the time. They're like, mama, mama, mama, mama, you know, they're 5 and 3. And like my head was just like getting to that point. And I had like this urge to just like tap my forehead. I'm like, I just need to like tap it, tap it. And you know, it was like, it was literal, like literally on accident. And then afterwards, and I just kind of like went around like my temples a little bit. I went like, like on my sinus area a little bit. And then before I knew it, I was like, I feel better. And it was like by accident, you know. So then I get on YouTube, I found this like doctor on there, and he like shows you how to actually do it. I'm like, oh my gosh, like this is so good. So do you tap? Like, are you into that? Like, is this a thing?
So it depends. I use that more for people a lot of times because tapping again is a modality that is kind of— if you're not used to slowing down, it kind of feels more annoying for people in the beginning. So like, for example, one client right now who is more like addictions, okay. So if I've done love 1, 2, and 3 and I can't get to level 4, I will integrate tapping at the end of the breathwork because really what that's doing is resetting your meridian fields. So it's like, okay, if you're— if you have that many walls up and you're struggling, I, I have to break through and I have to go even farther just to push the energy out. So I use it. It's not something I do every— with every single client, but it's like specific clients that I can't get the movement I need to through the other modalities that I use. I will end a healing session with that.
I love it, I love it. So good, so good. Yeah, it was just interesting that I like recently found this and why— I wonder if Kelly uses that.
But you know what else? It's setting an anchor in too. If you create— if you take it to next level and you have a symbol and like a sound and a feeling, you can do all those things to anchor it in. It's bringing you back to a feeling, so you can actually have like a built-in anchor when you do it correctly, that the tapping will shift you out of wherever you're at into the anchor you set into your body.
So it would be like an anchor of like peace or like an anchor of like calmness, right? Like if that's what you associated with it, like that's where it would take you. Yeah. Yeah.
I think I would be pleased. For money mindset blocks, it does work really good for money mindset. Um, and calm, tapping it calm or tapping into like this next level version of you. You can anchor that better feeling where you're headed, you know?
I love it. Yes. So good. So good. All right, Kelly, this is so juicy. If you could tell our listeners anything right now, what would you tell them? Like, give them some magic sauce. What would you send them with?
Okay, magic sauce in regards to what?
Their own journeys, their own, like, I mean, I would say like, let's, like, let's just picture like, the woman who's like in her car right now, she's driving to work, she's really trying to make her business work. Like, things feel tough, she's feeling pulled in multiple directions. Like, just kind of what comes through to you? What's the message that comes through for her?
It's not your fault, number one, because so we just, we just think if it's not working out, it's not our fault. A lot of times it's more of an alignment issue. You're trying to create a recipe of someone else that you saw that exuded success that is not meant how you're to show up in the world. So I would say it's not your fault, um, and that just because it's always been this way doesn't mean it has to stay that way. Um, link arms with someone, you know, start the journey, start the process And the beautiful part of healing is, is because that's like my whole modalities, that's everything I teach and lean into. And the part of healing is everybody benefits. Your partners benefit, your kids benefit, your, your employees as you're growing and scaling, your business benefits. You become and step into a, a better leader, you know. So when you go through these things, then you get to be a teacher of them to everybody else that you impact and come into contact with. So healing is your obligation. It's your right. It's your birthright to show up in the world like a sweet raw baby chicken.
I love it. And there's nothing left to pluck from you. You've done it. You've done the work.
It is scary. So I would just say, like, I mean, it can be scary because, you know, I've said people are scared to sit in their shit, but I always say you have to sit in your shit short term instead of chucking it in the fucking bucket. So think of it, it's short term. So where do you want to be 5 years from now? Do you want to slow down? Because you have to slow down to speed up. If you want to scale, if you want to go to the next level, you have to do the work so you're mentally, physically, and spiritually ready for that next level. Yeah.
Oh, so good. I feel like this is the perfect opportunity for us to share on Luxe Leadership and Luxe Leadership Collective. Oh, so juicy.
Holy cow. That's like, that's like next level. Like healing, I even feel like, because the online space does not promote collaboration. It's all I, and I'm, I'm moving into we. But to be honest, that's a lot of the work I had to do on my own stuff. So you've seen, you know, you know everything, Linds. I've taken time off. I've had to slow down. I've had to integrate. It makes me emotional. I got emotional yesterday talking about it. Because if you think about it, I'm cutting myself out of so much too. You have to think about it. I'm creating connections. We all are connect— creating connections with other people. So I have to make sure that I have such a trust in knowing, and that's, that's like the next level leader, that the soulmate clients will always find me because I am such a connector by heart. But I'm also human. That feels scary to pass business to everybody else. Like, that's a real thing. So I think the Luxe Leadership Collective, I'm glad you brought that up. You're in it, so you know the value of it. You've, you've healed, you've done the work. Not that we're not on ongoing journeys, but you have to be excited about seeing other women rise around you.
Yeah.
And excited about introducing them to your other people and also being okay if they're drawn and want to do business or life with one of them. It's almost like giving babies away over and over, like, okay, this is my baby. I've loved on you, I've worked with you, but I also am entrusting you to somebody else. And that is, to me, that's been one of— it's been a long integration period because I knew I was called to more this year. So I had to do a lot of my own work and healing to make sure that I could lead and be a light that is comfortable lighting others. That's— I don't know, don't you feel like that's next level?
I feel it is so next level. They're like— we're like— it's like tapping into something that's so much deeper than the me, like you said, you know, like more than the my business. Like now we're healing sisterhood wounds. Like now we're cultivating like relate, like real friendships and like, real relationships with other women. Like, not because you— not because there's like a business benefit, or like there is obviously there's, there's a lot of benefits, but like, not because you want something or you're trying to sign a client, but because you're like, like, no, like, we're here to support each other. Like, we are here to lead with each other, right? Like, can we co-lead? You know, like, can we do this together? And you're so right, it is next level. I have also felt those those things come up where it's like, oh, that's scary to like come into this group of women who maybe in the regular online way, like you could see them as prospects or see them as leads or what. And so now you're in this, now we've, now we're breaking down the hierarchy. Like now we're breaking down that pyramid that says I'm above, you're below XYZ, right? So now you're all showing up vulnerably right now. You're all sharing like, well, this is what's happening for me. And like, and you're still entrusting each other, like, to work with each other, to collaborate, to send each other references and stuff. So, so good.
So go ahead. I was just gonna say the beautiful part and what, what brings me back to that all the time. I mean, I'm, I know that I'm probably gonna make some people mad when I say this, but there's a lot of people that is a lot of smoke and mirrors online that aren't giving the service that they're projecting that they give. And so there's no— there's no— what's the word— there's no censorship, there's no anything. So like, what has to bring me back to remind myself over and over again is I'm only one person. Like, say I'm working with you, I can only heal you individually. But if I heal you and then you're healing 8 people Now all of a sudden our healing is wider. I always have this vision of like going over California. I've never even been there except for like a business expo, but all the lights, you know how you can see all the vision? It's like, that's what I really see, the bigger picture. Because me alone, little Kelly, I can only reach so many people. I only have so many hours, you know. I've got 3 kiddos too. But if I heal other women who get to go heal other women, It's like, game on, bitches. It's like, it's like we get to go wider, faster, and we get to be a collective that is a healed collective encouraging other women to rise with us. I mean, it could even take my breath away thinking about it because it is so like out there. It's so like against the grain.
So good, so good. So if you want to join, if someone is like, oh, Kelly, this sounds sexy, like tell them logistically how to come in. You can come in as a guest, like kind of riff on that for a minute.
Well, I would say reach out to Linds or myself. Any of us could invite you, sponsor you into the community. Every Wednesday from 12 to 1 Eastern, we have— that is where we're doing lead generation and we're learning from each other. You can sign up to speak in the community so other women can see your magic sauce and share it. So it's speaking, it's being vulnerable. We're doing our Zoom breakout rooms, and then we're hot seat coaching each other, each other, which is different itself. So Wednesday is more of the networking and teaching. And then kudos to you, Lindsay. Lindsay and I are going to be heading up on Thursdays, 3:30 to 4:30 PM, literally a true co-work space that if you're in the collective, you have access to. And the power of, of having multiple leaders, cause they're all leaders in there. So multiple leaders giving insight into feedback from everything to your IG bio, to your next launch, to like, do you think this is marketable? Would, what would you do for this? There's nothing like it out there, like to lean into each other and have 2, 5, 20 people giving you an opinion and feedback.
Boom.
That's like built-in market research.
Yeah, yep. Yeah, absolutely. I love it so much. So if y'all want to join, if you want to come in, come be our guest. That's the way it works. Let one of us know, like Kelly or I know. And you just come in as our guest one day, you'll hang out, meet the other, other powerful freaking souls in there. There's business coaches, we have network marketers, there are holistic health coaches. We have— we, we learned yesterday, we had one of the speakers, or one of our leaders that are in there, speaking on Reiki and like the power of like the light codes, like just so much magic sauce happening inside of this group. So if you want to come in, just personally reach out to one of us and we will like personally bring you in as our guest on a Wednesday. So I love it.
