Hello! I’ve been working out using NML for a couple years now and had to stop because of constant injuries. I’m 53, perimenopausal, and unable to strength train 5 days a week. I just need more recovery time. I worked out with another YouTuber but I REALLY missed the NML team and their energy and enthusiasm in all the workouts. I joined hoping there would be curated 3 or 4 day splits. I love the idea of just going to the day and choosing the workout using the calendar. Any thoughts on whether we will see different splits in calendar format in the future?
