I'm here at the CFP Connections Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Aria Hotel, and one of the things that has inspired me the most is seeing so many young people and students preparing to become Certified Financial Planning Professionals. Now, I've had several young Latinos come up to me and tell me that they followed my career path and that in some small way I've helped them, inspired them to choose this profession. And I can't tell you what that means to me because this is bigger than a career. These young men and women are going to go back and help their families, their communities, and a whole new generation build better financial lives. And seeing them reminds me that the future of the profession is in very good hands.
