Design a Day That Pays: The VIP Day Model That Changed My Business

This is a YouTube video titled "Design a Day That Pays: The VIP Day Model That Changed My Business" created in July 2025. It features Lydia Martin hosting a podcast-style interview with Sarah Massey, discussing the concept and benefits of VIP days as a business model for offering done-for-you services. They share personal stories, pricing strategies, client management, and automation tips to help entrepreneurs launch and scale their online service offerings efficiently. The content is educational and motivational, aimed at online business owners and service providers.
Hi, I'm Lydia. In 2020, I resigned from my corporate job and took a big leap of faith. I launched a business I had been dreaming about for a long time. I had so many questions when I first started and zero people on my email list, but I was committed to one thing. Taking massive imperfect action. Within 18 months, I had thousands of students in my courses and coaching programs and was able to retire my husband from his 30 year career to work with me. I'm still pinching myself that we get to run a six figure business while living a life we love. But the truth is this overnight success did not happen overnight. For more than two decades, I let imposter syndrome, fear of failure and perfectionism hold me back from my passions and purpose. What is it that you've been wanting to launch? In the Launch Perspective podcast, we share the mindset and the step by step strategies that will help you launch and scale the online business of your dreams so you can live life with more freedom and impact. It's time for a new Perspective. Welcome to the show. So excited that you've joined us for today's episode of Launch Perspective because I'm super excited about our special guest. If you have been around at all in Launch Perspective or in our Ignite program, you know that we often talk about three things you need to create a sustainable online business. And the first thing is creating what we call that wildfire offer, the thing that you sell. And so many of you have probably heard us talk about courses and memberships and coaching programs, but today we're going to talk about a very different type of offer and it's Done for you services. And believe it or not, done for you services is an offer I kind of stayed away from for a very long time for a very specific reason. As somebody who loves to teach, as a strategist, as a Kajabi expert, I personally just love teaching people how to implement things. But truthfully, the transformation for some people happens most when they work with someone who does it for them. And so one of the things I had been wanting to offer for a long time was Kajabi done for you services. But honestly, it felt so overwhelming because working with different clients, trying to figure out all the needs they have, thinking about multiple clients all at one time, it was so stressful that I couldn't get the vision of how this type of offer was going to give me the life I wanted, which is always a life filled with more freedom and flexibility. So when I first heard about this VIP day or day rate model, I thought oh my goodness. Maybe this could be what makes done for you services work for me. And the inspiration for this idea came from Sarah Massey, who I found online. And when I started hearing her talk about VIP days, a whole light bulb went off. And nine months ago we tested this offer with some new clients. They absolutely loved it. And for the last nine months we've been offering VIP days and let me tell you, it has increased our monthly revenue by 50%. So I know many of you are probably course creators or you have a membership. You may not feel like a done for you service is even something you would do. You're not a copywriter maybe, or a designer or a graphic designer. A lot of those types of people offer services like this. But what I love about Sarah is she can talk to you about how you might be able to implement something like this in your business, even if you haven't considered it in the past. So I'm very excited to introduce you all to Sarah. Sarah, thank you so much for being here today to talk about VIP days.
Yeah, thank you, Lydia. Thank you so much for having me. And I love hearing your story. I think that's the first I really heard your kind of reverse engineered story into vip. So yeah, I am super excited to chat with you all about all the different ways that this can work for all of the different types of business owners that are out there.
Well, and that's what I think was so unique. You know, I've always heard of VIP days, like for people that really come through it through the service provider road. And I never really considered myself that as a teacher, trainer, strategist. I was like, I don't really want to be a website designer. I'm really good at kajabi. I'm really good at knowing what to help people build, but how am I going to create that? And I thought this conversation is going to be so enlightening, I think for people who don't see themselves as service providers and those who do, I just think what you teach is going to blow them away. So I'm dying to hear your story. So tell me what your life was like before VIP days and then I'm going to have you tell everybody what it even means to have a VIP day.
Okay, wow. We can go way back. This could be a really long story, but I'm going to make it as condensed as possible. Really. My, my online business journey started 20 years ago, back in 2005. I mean, we're talking no social media, like nothing was the way it is now. And I Was just looking for a way to work from home. My oldest son, I have four boys now, my oldest was a newborn. And I just hated like going to my corporate job every day. And I knew I had to figure out a way to work from home. And so for five years I kind of grew spaghetti wall, trying to figure out what, you know, what was my calling. I always had an entreprene spirit and I knew that I could run a business, but I didn't know like, what it was. I'm not a designer by trade and, or by, by, you know, I don't have a design education or anything. My degree is in marketing though, so I do have a bachelor's degree in marketing. So business has always kind of been in my bones and in my blood. And so I tried all these different things. Well, five, five or six years into it, two or three more kids later, I finally realized like I had started and stopped so many different, like, business ventures over those first five years. And what I realized was the thing I enjoyed more than anything was like bringing the brand to life and creating the brand. And I didn't really enjoy running it. I just wanted to like, keep building businesses. And so I was like, I need to go into branding and web design for other business owners because then I get to do what I love, which is the creation process. And so that was like around 2011 or so 2012. Four boys into it and I was that, you know, nap time hustler, just squeezing in the client work in between all of those moments with my kids in and out of preschool and daycare and all of the things. Right. And so what I. All of those businesses and all that stuff I'd been doing, I had built a pretty diverse, not necessarily diverse, but a pretty wide network. Right. I. Getting clients was never an issue for me. I had a lot of local mom business owners, I met a lot of other online business owners on like forums, like mom blogs, all that kind of thing back in the pre Facebook days. And I found myself 2012, 2013, 2014, I found myself in this great situation of having like this branding and web design business. And I had more than enough clients, right? But. And I was very busy, always busy, always.
So the need was there. Obviously the need was there and the clients were there. But what was it doing to your life?
Well, the problem was I wasn't charging enough. So I kept having to like, I just was like working all the time but not making the money that I needed. And I couldn't figure out like how to fix that. Right. So that was like mid, you know, the 2012-2016 range, 2017, 2018 comes along. And that's kind of when I had my accidental discovery of having a client just pay me for a day instead of that long, drawn out custom proposal process is so many freelancers get stuck in my. Right. It's like, oh, it's for like six weeks to build your website. And that six weeks turns into six months and then we just get in that cycle. And so, yeah, I had that accidental discovery in 2018 and everything changed.
So you're saying this done in a day thing, and so will you please explain what that really means? What is a VIP day?
Yeah, I did not call it a VIP day at the time. I called it a one day intensive. And what happened was this former client came to me needing a whole list of things she wanted. She just basically had an email with 20 different things she wanted from me. And the time I was like already drowning in client work and projects and retainers, and I had so much on my plate that I couldn't even fathom taking two to three hours to do that customer proposal. So I just replied to her email and I said, how about you just pay me for a day and we'll get as much fun as we can. And she loved the idea. And I was like, oh my gosh, okay, this, this could. I could be onto something. Right? So we scheduled a date like two weeks later. I had her list of things she needed done and we knocked it out in two half days. It ended up breaking it up into two half days. And so that really became their VIP dip. I ended up calling it Book me for a Day. That was my, like, offer name on my website because I did have that one experience with her that was so amazing to just get paid, do the work and be done and not have any lingering anything. Like, I didn't have to think about it ever again unless she wanted to pay me again for another day. So that, in a nutshell really is the VIB day. And the way I.
Well, and let me just say that to me, that is the whole magic of this system. Because I don't know if it's because I'm older, I don't know if I just have undiagnosed adhd. I don't know what it is. But when I have multiple clients in my own business at the same time, my brain is just in constant fire mode and it never rests. So I'm laying down at night thinking, well, what do I need to do for Janice what do I need to do for Wendy? Oh, my gosh, should I do such and such for Kelly? Did I? And I realized there's no rest in my body or my brain when this is occurring. And that is not the life I want to live. I just, I like having that closure. I have. I have completed the work for this one client in the most amazing and efficient way. And when they're done, they're done. And I get to close that little chapter in my head and move on to the next one. And to me, that has been the magic of VIP days. Even I know that you have a lot of different ways people can do them, but just I want people to grasp the concept of being able to be so focused on one person and their task at one time. And to me, it has been game changing. So thank you.
It is that clear. I mean, you slumped it out perfect. That is the magic of it is not having to look at your calendar and see all of these overlapping clients starting, stopping, pausing, restarting, chasing, emailing back and forth. All that that goes on with a traditional. And I'll just speak from a designer's background, like the traditional freelance designer, copywriter, marketer. Like, that is what we're taught to do, is write these custom proposals and have all these clients and all these retainers going at once. And like, you're basically, your reward for success is burnout because, yeah, you're successful, you've got all these clients, you've got the portfolio. So. But you're burnt out that not being able to turn it off ever. And so when I first experienced that one client, like, she paid me, we got it done and I. And then we were done. And then I did it again and again and again. And after the third or fourth one, I was like, this is a game changer and I am never going back to the way I used to work.
And it's truly is what's made done for you possible for us, because I knew I was never going to offer it the other way. And so I call them Kajabi done in a day, VIP days. So I love it. It's just kajabi services done in a day, whether that's launching your kajabi site or building a launch funnel or building your course or membership. And I love being able to say done in a day because it's beneficial for me. But how beneficial is it for your client who's like, what do you mean? You can do this thing for me in a day? Right? Like, you know, that sort of thing. So. But I know that you, you have some really unique ways of doing this though. So it's not really necessarily a list of deliverables, right? You're, it's, it's you being confident enough to say, hey, I have an expertise that's going to help you. We're going to make a list of your priorities and we're going to get, we're going to knock out as much as we can of that in that time period, whether it's a half day, a full day. I know that you have some students, I think, that do VIP weeks or 24 hour turnarounds. I know there's a lot of ways, but what do you think is the best way to work with clients or what do you think the clients are really looking for when they work with us as VIP provider?
Yeah, I mean, I think it's important to know like so many people look at this and they're like, oh, but I could never charge that. I could never charge $2,000, 3,000, that's, I was charging $3,000 for a day. And because they're like, the client's gonna do the math and they're gonna figure it out like eight hours divided by, you know, it's $3,000 divided by eight hours. And that's crazy, right? But you have to look at like what have you. And this, this works best if you are skilled and fast and you have an in demand service, right? Something people want, something that you're good at and something that you're fast at and you can knock out X amount of work in one day. Who cares what hourly rate is the client is getting it in a day versus months or in some cases years. I had projects that dragged down for over a year because there was no, like, there were no built in boundaries, there were no built in constraints, right. And this model gives you that built in constraint. And it's really, it's like Parkinson's law, right? If you give yourself a day to get a project done, you're going to get it done in a day. And so while I don't, I always advise my students, don't guarantee deliverables because never know what could happen. We actually do get to a point where you're pretty confident in what you can get done in a day, provided that the client is prepared, shows up, does what they need, like does their end of the bargain as well, right? And then you get to a point where you're like very easy to say, okay, here's what I think we can get done, or I think you're gonna need two days if we wanna get all of this done.
And that's what I found. You're right. When we first started it was like you, it was kind of a little bit of an unknown. So you work with those kind of VIP people that are in your, I call em, groupies. Right? So you find the groupies in your audience who are just, they will work with you no matter what you have happening. And they're like, oh my gosh, yes, I would love to be a guinea pig for this offer. Let's work together. They give you your list. Cause in the beginning I was like, what could we really do in a day? Cause it's basically me and one full time VA on my team that we work together. And so the two of us, what we learned in just about two to three months is how much we can get done in a day. And we have helped people do things in a day that have been taking them as much as seven years to do themselves. We hear this story again. Again. I've been trying for five years to get my course launched. I've been trying for seven years to get my Kajabi website done. And in one day they're like in tears. They can't even believe what we've been able to help them bring to life. And it, it just makes you feel so amazing to be able to help people in this way.
So yeah, I mean the feedback I got from my first handful of VIP day clients, it blew me away. The testimonials that I was receiving from these one day intensive clients were like, this was the best. You know, one client said, you know, I had many, I've hired many web designers over the years and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a designer. And one of them was just like, I cannot believe I gave you my list and you knocked it out and it was done. I am just that relief for the clients to know that they have someone like you or I or anybody doing ramped up that they can trust to get it done. It's just so, yeah, it's such an awesome opportunity for both us as a provider and the client.
It is. And I would say at least 30% of our clients book a second, third or fourth day. Yeah, I mean they just, they, once they see the magic of it, there's like, it's just a no brainer for them. So we have honestly never publicly announced that we do this. It's all been word of mouth at this point and so, but I'm Curious for those who maybe they don't have a big audience yet, they don't have groupies, they don't have a membership like I do, where they're, you know, they have people just kind of waiting for work like this. So how do you think people could get started? Or what are some things people could consider, especially if they're not necessarily like web designers? Like that's the first thing people I think think of. I don't design websites, so what kind of VIP day could I create or how would I start this?
Yeah, so the base thing I kind of teach. Like when you're first getting started with this, you don't know what's possible or you don't know who's going to pay for it. So you really want to think of there's three kind of key components. I call it this three part sweet spot formula. Right. And it has to be something that is in demand. The one big mistake I see so many people is like come up with this like random creative idea that they think people would like and nobody books it. A VIP day has to be an in demand service or consulting of some sort. It has to be something that people are already actively looking for, right? So it's got to be in demand. It's got to be something that you feel confident that you can do and you can do pretty quickly, right? So I don't recommend this model if you're brand new to your service or your consulting or your offer. Like if you're brand new to business and we're still youtubing how to do this thing right, then you might not be ready for every IP day because you have to be able to work quickly and you have to be able to provide high quality output. Right? So that's kind of the second factor. It has to be in demand and it has to be something that you're good at and best at. And the third piece of it, I mean, it has to be something that you really enjoy doing because we don't want to spend all day selling an offer that we don't have fun doing. So you've got to love it, you've got to be good at it and your clients need are already actively searching for it. So with that said, if you don't have a big audience, I would make sure that you're looking at those three things first. Right. Because those three things are going to determine whether or not we're successful with selling it to a colder audience or a smaller audience. Right. And then I kind of have a list of like, who do you reach out to first? And then who do you reach out to? And then who do you reach out to? So really, like what? Your past clients, clients that you've already worked with, Reach back out to them, let them know you've got this service. You don't need to have a regular list. And to be totally honest, I didn't have any email list when I started this in 2018. I had just client. I just had clients. That was it. I had a lot of clients but no email list. I had no marketing game. I had nothing. Just clients who already knew, like, and trust me and believed that I would do what I said I was going to do. Right. And so I reached out to them. You can reach out to past clients, retainer clients. If you're currently working with some retainer clients, you can kind of show them this new model that might help them. They'll be excited to get something done faster than having to wait. And then another person you can reach out to is like a previous lead. So if someone has come to you looking for your services and maybe previously you did like a custom proposal or you pitched them a course or a coaching program and they didn't want it, well, maybe this is a better solution for them. Maybe they didn't want the course because they didn't want to do it themselves. Maybe they didn't want the coaching program because they didn't want it to take six months. But if you're going to help them get it done in one day, then that they might be like, they might say yes. So those are kind of the main three people I reach out to first to try to find those beta clients. And it really, it really does take like three to five beta clients to kind of figure it out. I think you said it took you guys two months, right? So, yeah, that's kind of where I was.
Yeah. And I do agree, I was very, very upfront with those clients to make sure, you know, like, this is a new offer for us. We're going to test it out. And you know, and it really was a good gauge because sometimes I think, wow, we kind of over, over promise what we could do. Like, and like, probably should have charged like three times what we charge for all that we did. But like you all, we always want to over deliver, of course, but that's part of the learning experience. And I feel like we're still in the learning experience of how to price it. So do you have any quick tips for people who are wondering, like, what should I charge when I Start offering this service.
Yeah, I'll tell you, my first one was $500. And I would like at the time, because I did say at the beginning, remember, I had all those clients, but I was undercharging everyone. And so I was like, $500 sounds good for a day of my time or, you know, six hours of my time or whatever, and ended up paying $1,000. And she got like, two half days, I think it was. But anyway, I did that, and then my coach at the time was like, you really should be charging, like, at least a thousand dollars. And I thought to myself, no one's going to pay me a thousand dollars for a day. Like, that just blew my mind. And so you. You have to. For those of you listening, like, you really do have to start at a number that you can feel confident saying out loud to someone. So for many of my students, that's usually around759.50. It's usually under a thousand, but it's like 500. And that's only for a beta rate. So start with a beta rate, you know, 750 to 1,000. Get tested out, see how it goes. But then as long as it goes well, I think you'll quickly realize that the demand is there. There's enough demand for these days that you can raise your rate. And that's really how I just kept raising mine, is that the demand never stopped. People kept coming back and wanting more. And so I would just slowly raise the rate a little at a time every few months, just enough to get my mindset caught up with that higher pricing, where I felt like, oh, okay, well, I guess this. I guess people are going to pay this. And then I would do that for a few months. And then I became. That became. Became like, regulated in my mind. Oh, okay. Well, I guess if people are paying 1250 a day, I guess they'll pay 1500, right? And so then I pitched 1500 and they kept paying it. And then eventually, over 18 months, I scaled into 3K.
I mean, love it. I mean, that is literally the pricing model I've been following. That same thing, even with courses and things like, it has to feel good in your gut to start. But yes, over time, when the demand's there and the needs there. And it's so funny, every time I think I can't raise my prices, I. Every time I do, everyone pays it without question. Like, if you have built no. Like, and trust. I mean, and that demand is there and you know the value of your work, which comes from experience, you will Absolutely. You may start smaller, but by all means, I can totally see where a. A day. You know, a lot of us are offering services that they may have to hire 3, 4, 5 people to do certain things that we're accomplishing for them in a day. And even if it's not you, like for me, it's my, myself and one team member who's working together to do all the things. And so I wanted to mention that too, because there's certain things in done for you that I didn't want to do, but now that I have a team member that does those things. Well, the fact that we work together and we are just so gelled at this point. So a VIP date can be you and another person on your team working together towards something. It just, it works so well.
Yeah. And I mean, so there's definitely are factors to consider in the pricing of it, like where you want to start. Because, like, if it's two of you, well, then two of you are getting paid. So it has to make sense. Right. Also means to make sense comparatively against maybe your other offers. Right. You need to look at like, well, what are you charging for a bigger package? Or what is your hourly rate if you're charging out? Like, there's so many different factors that kind of go into that pricing. But I think the biggest takeaway here is to start where you feel comfortable and know that as long as you do a good job, you're going to get great feedback, you're going to have great testimonials and case studies, and that's going to support you as you continue.
To rate the right 100%. And I will say, the more systems we put in place, the better the clockwork ran. So I know you are a big systems girl like me, which is why I invited you on the podcast, because I always like to recommend people that I know I can trust with systems. Because it's so important not to just understand the concept of something, but what will help you work with ease. And so what do you feel like are the key, like, systems or automations that have made this whole process not just deliver well, but sell well?
Yeah. I mean, I went from just randomly pitching it to a client through email and scrambling to figure out how to, like, make it happen to automating the entire process, like, to the point where all I had to do was show up on the day and do the work. The thing that I loved doing more than anything was the design. Right. And that's all I had to do because I automated everything from discovery like the discovery call was, you know, there was still a discovery call. I still talk to the client about the day, but from that point when the client said, yeah, let's do it, I direct them to a booking link that puts the entire delivery and process and client experience into an automation. It's like 11 steps on automations all the way through from that booking through post intensive support. So we automate the date, the payments, the contract, the onboarding, the welcome email, the reminder emails, even adding them in what I call the universal client dashboard. Because this is one of the best parts about this model is if you go all in, this being your only one on one delivery offer, like if you dock all the other stuff that you're doing, this is your only offer. Then you only need one kind of client dashboard hub for all of your clients to go into the same hub to do the pre work and to get you like to follow all of your rules and your boundaries and your guidelines, right? So you create the universal dashboard and all clients are onboarded into the same dashboard. Obviously they can't see each other, but they're all in there, right, with their little rules and dates and deadlines and stuff, right? And then the whole thing is automated including those reminder emails like, you know, hey, our day is happening in 10 days. Have you done this? Have you done this? Have you done this? So all of that stuff really just streamlined the whole thing. Point where I got myself completely out of the weeds of admin. I didn't have to do any administration and I was able to let go of a VA who I was currently paying $500 a month to project manage all of my clients. I no longer needed her because it was automated.
That's incredible. And so, and I, I determined that I didn't want a lot of pre work for my clients necessarily. So my onboarding system is we meet and like just make all the decisions, a lot of them together in this onboarding session. And then my favorite tip from you is the whole, the reveal session at the end. So I love it because like we do, we do that full day. I record the onboarding session so they have everything in there they can rewatch as needed. But that reveal session is so much fun where you get to now unveil everything that's been built, what's been done, answer their questions. You know, we do a little bit of training on how they can clone and do and do different things and they have these, this beautiful like packaged up thing and I didn't even have to get a ton of information ahead of time because we're helping them do that together. So there's lots of ways to do this. But I agree, if we didn't have that set up as a system with the onboarding, there'd be so many extra steps and I feel like I just get to show up on a VIP day.
Yeah. And that's the thing. Your model, like you can build in so many different. You can make it be whatever you want it to be. That's why one of my lead magnets and you probably seen is the VIP days 10 different ways. Right. And the big reveal is in there. And it's like there's so many options, there's so many ways you can do it and so many people get hung up on thinking, well, there's no way I can get everything done in one day. We don't have to. You can sell multiple days, you can, you can do add on half days, you can do a VIP week. A lot of my students who are designers will do like a website in a week and so they've got a full week container. So there's lots of different ways. And the baby feel is great for people who want to be able to work on it like a little bit leading up and then just use the day to showcase everything. And you're not necessarily working eight hours in that day.
Right, Exactly. So, like, I love it. I love that there's variations. And we've done that too. We have done VIP weeks because they had so many things and we just did a five day build or whatever it is, and it's still a week versus weeks, which is very refreshing. So I absolutely love that. So I know people's minds are spinning and their light bulbs are going off. So if there was a good resource for them to get started. And I have a link to share, but tell them about your, your book blueprint. Book me in the day. Blueprint, I think is what it's called. Is that right?
Yep, yep. It's the book Wooferd and blueprints and really everything you need to create your beta. Figure out the correct price, where you want to start at. Because I did say there's a lot. There's. You can base it, there's a couple of different variables. So the pricing model is in there, the offer creation is in there, the pitch script is in there to like, how to pitch to your very first few beta clients. That's all in there. We also, I also cover a handful of like myths and misconceptions about this model that a lot of People get hung up on and there's a few other things in there. It's a cool little bundle of goodies to really just get you started with testing out this model to see if it's even something that's going to work for you. Because I would hate for anyone just sit here and think about it and spend all this time setting up. Don't worry about a workman, behave. Don't worry about the client dashboard. Don't worry about the automation. We need to test it first manually. And then once you see that it's going to work, then it's time to move into all of those other fun things like systems and scaling and raising your rates and all the marketing and messaging. So I go into all of that in my bigger programs. But the bookmaker day blueprint is just a really great first step for anybody.
I love it. And so I will say, like, what I love about this getting started thing is, like you said, we didn't create a sales page or a work with me page. Nothing was live, like, as an official page till, like six months in. So six months in, I finally created the page. So the fact that I had worked with so many clients without any of that fancy stuff, I mean, it's literally just that personal invitation explaining to people the value, them jumping in, booking that second, third day. And then finally was like, I really should get this on a landing page. And now it is nice. I can send them to a page and it says done in a day. And so that's great, but it doesn't have to be to start. So I love that. And I think your. Your program is the perfect first step for people, because I agree. I think getting over the myths of what you think of VIP day is. Is part of the process.
Right? Right. There's so many different things that people just get stuck on and just like, no, you don't need to worry about any of that stuff yet. I mean, I think back to my very first one in 2018, when she emailed me and she was like, I need all this stuff. And I was like, how about you just point me for a gun and we'll get that as much as we can. And like, that was the extent of the planning for it. And she said, yeah, but I was like, okay, I guess I'm gonna figure this out. And I figured it out. And little by little, I figured out all of the next steps. But it, you know, took me about 18 to 24 months to really get it all dialed in and get it running like that. Well, oiled machine. And I like to speed up that process for my students, which is where the book me for Day blueprint comes in. And then, you know, back as well, you have like, the more advanced programs for all of this stuff.
All of this stuff. So. Awesome. So I am putting the link to that program that you mentioned below, but it's Lydia martin.info forward/Sarah with an H. Yep. With the H on there. And I think it is a great first step, but I always like sharing these examples with my audience because, you know, creating that offer for you that's going to help generate revenue. It's. There's so many options out there, and sometimes people don't know what's available. Sometimes people aren't sure which to choose. And so I just love educating people on the different types of things that I know have helped us. And I think back, I mean, we were pretty much at the same monthly revenue level, which was a great level for like three years. But I was like, no, I want to go higher.
When, um, I.
My. My main offer is a membership. It's our Ignite membership, which I adore. It is my happy place. But I was like, how can I make our monthly revenue go up quickly before waiting before. My membership has twice as many members. Right. And so adding this truthfully jumped us 50% almost instantly. And over the last nine months, that has been consistent 50% extra every month just by helping people have these transformations in a day. And so I feel like. I felt like it was just worth the. Worth having a conversation about. And I thought you were the perfect person to chat about it. So thanks for being here, Sarah.
Yeah, 100% validate that price that raising revenue too. Like, it was night and day. So awesome.
Well, thank you.
Yes.
