I feel like it has been a hot minute since I chatted with you guys because I was just in Europe for a couple of weeks and so I pre recorded the last couple of episodes. So it has been a good like month since I have sat down in front of this lovely microphone to have a conversation with you. And so I'm excited and I feel like so much happened in the month of August that I thought it would be fun to make this episode a little bit different. And I just kind of want to update you guys on the month of August and talk about all of the amazing things that had happened because there was just a lot, there has been a lot going on and it's all been so good. So, so much fun stuff. And so today's episode's gonna look a little bit different. It's just going to be me kind of giving you an update and talking you through some of the really exciting things that took place in August. Things like my birthday, things like the Powerhouse Women event, things like two weeks in Europe with my best friend. There was so much fun stuff that happened there. And then at the end I want to tell you guys a little bit about a challenge that I put together for the next 75 days that I'm kicking off really as you're listening to this, if you're listening to this live but the beginning of Sept and invite you to join it with me if it's something that you feel called to do. And so there is a lot of good stuff in today's episode and I don't know, I'm just excited to have kind of more of a catch upy vibe with you on this episode and give you a little bit of a behind the scenes scoop on my month of August. So let's get into it. Okay, so first off, I have to admit August is actually my favorite Month ever. And that is because my birthday is in August. I am a Leo. And so I kicked off the start of August with my 29th birthday. My birthday is on August 5th. And I had such a low key birthday. Like I really didn't do a whole lot to celebrate this year. My husband and I went to our favorite seafood restaurant in town. If you're local to Phoenix or you know, the Scottsdale area, Buck and Rider. It has my favorite like oyster vibe. And my best way to celebrate is oysters and martinis and crab legs. I'm a huge seafood girl. That is like my routine, go to meal, especially at that place. And so we went and just had a very low key dinner, just the two of us. We sat at the bar and we just talked about life, we talked about everything that has happened so far this year. And I'm such a dreamer and a goal setter that I just really got to talk about, you know, everything that I wanted my 29th year on this earth to look like. And I am heading into 29 feeling just so grateful for my life and feeling so intentional about how I'm spending my time and where all of my energy is going. I think up until this point I was really, obviously I was working in corporate America at the time for really the last seven years. And this is the first year that I'm entering it focused on my own dreams and focused on my own business. And I just feel like for the first time in my life I'm so in the driver's seat of my future. I have always known obviously that I'm like creating my own reality and everything got me to this point. But for the first time it's just me. It's me and my business, it's me and my goals and my dreams. And it's really fun to be in this position where, you know, my husband and I are now like just really in control. Like we feel like obviously a lot more risk when you're a business owner and you're an entrepreneur and there's a lot more on the line. But it also feels so fun. I just feel so in alignment with where I want my life to go and what I want my future to look like. And I'm just actively building the life of my dreams, the business of my dreams versus building somebody else's. And so 29 just feels so exciting. And also it's just kind of fun to be like on my last year of my 20s, I used to think like probably so many of us did that 30s felt so old in the last, like, year or so, I'm just starting to realize that I'm low key. So excited for 30s because it's so true. As you age and as you, you know, go through life experiences, hopefully you're just getting a lot more confident in who you are and what you want and what your boundaries are and what your expect and what your standards are in life and what you will and you will not accept into your reality. And, you know, I just feel like that's so true for me. I'm just getting so much more clear on who I am and who I want to be and how I want to show up in the world and the people I want to be surrounded by and the types of conversations I want to have. And I'm just feeling so much more confident saying no to things as time goes on and just feeling so much more in alignment with all the right yeses. And so 30s for me is going to be so much fun. And it's kind of cool to be able to have this almost like gap year, you know, corporate world and kind of like this old version of me into this next year. This next year I get to kind of build what I want my 30s to look like and really set the groundwork and the foundation for my business. And so, I don't know, I just. It's so cool to be excited to get older and excited to gain more wisdom and to gain more clarity on who I am and the life I want to live and what I want that to look like and the legacy I want to have, the impact I want to have on all the people around me. And. Yeah, I don't know. So 29, I said, just feels so intentional. Like I just know I'm here, I know what I want. And I'm so excited to put my head down these next 12 months and just kind of see what 29 can bring me and what I can build in these next 12 months. So that is kind of what a lot of the conversation looked like at dinner. I just, again, a dreamer. I love to talk about the future and the goals we have. And so it was a really lovely 29th birthday, being able to just sit down over oysters and a dirty martini and talk about. About what 29 is gonna look like for me and for my husband and for our life and all of that stuff. So a really amazing way to kick off the month of August. And we celebrated a little bit early just because the first week of August also led into one of my favorite events of the year. This is really the second year, I guess I'm going to it. But last year, it was absolutely a major domino for so much transformation, really like a catalyst to who I am today and the business that I've built and I'm continuing to build. And that event is the Powerhouse Women event. It is a local event in Arizona for women entrepreneurs. People travel in all across the country, all across the world for this event. I think this year there was like 750 people, I want to say, they said, signed up for it. And the event is something that. It's just so powerful. Last year, I walked into that event feeling like I knew I was meant for more. I knew I wanted a different life. I knew I wanted to do something bigger and make a bigger impact than what I was currently doing at the time. But I just didn't know really what it was, and I didn't really know if I was worthy of it. I didn't really know if it was something that I could go after. And I walked into that room Last year at PowerhouseWomen feeling like that, feeling kind of small, feeling like I didn't know if I belonged, but leaving that room feeling so inspired and promising to myself that I was going to walk back in the event this year a completely different version of myself. And that is exactly what happened. I remember sitting in the crowd last year listening to all of these amazing women talking about their life and talking about their businesses and talking about how they had turned all of their pain and their struggles into their power and how they had found a way to make an impact and to create a business business that allowed for time, location, financial freedom, which is my ultimate goal in life. And it was just so inspiring last year to be able to hear all those people. But also I sat in that crowd in my very stable 9 to 5 job that was providing for me so financially well, and was all that I had dreamed of at the time. Like, I thought I had made it. Like that was what I wanted, but I still was having that kind of ache inside of just, maybe this isn't all that I want and maybe this isn't what my future looks like. And I remember sitting in the crowd, looking up and hearing these people talk and just kind of having that mentality of like, well, they could do it, but, you know, it probably wouldn't work for me or, you know, they wouldn't, you know, understand what it would feel like to walk away from such stability, which was all I was after in my life was stability, financial stability, and I had had it. And so it Just felt almost like an impossible calling that I was having. Like, no, I would never be able to leave my job. I would never be able to walk away from the stability. And I just didn't have the confidence in myself and in my business at the time to think that it. That I could turn this into a reality and that I could actually go out and, you know, do the dang thing. And so, like, that memory was so vivid, that thought pattern in my brain was so real. And it is so wild to me just how much can change in one year if you just go after your dreams and you figure out how to remove the limiting beliefs that you have that are holding you back. Because ultimately our limiting beliefs are the thing that are standing in the way of us and our dreams, us and the vision of the reality that we want to live. And over the last 12 months, I have spent so much time learning about the subconscious mind and learning about my own fears, my own limiting beliefs and figuring out how to remove them and getting super clear on the business that I want to build and the way that I wanted to make an impact and took action and put myself in really scary situations and put myself out there and started showing up online and talking about who I wanted to be and how I wanted to be viewed and who I wanted to be known as. And it's just, it hasn't been that long. Just 12 months from the last event to this event. In this event, I walked in feeling like I belonged, feeling like I knew that I was worthy to be in that room, that the business I was building was making an impact and was going to continue to make an even bigger impact than I could probably imagine when I started it. And it was just, just so cool and just like almost just like a liberating feeling to be like, damn, girl, you did the dang thing. You really took the action. I just left my corporate job not that long ago. And so to be able to walk into that room and sit down in those seats and have that flashback moment of there's no way I'm gonna be able to leave my job to like, holy shit, I left my job. And now I'm sitting in this room as a full time entrepreneur and a full time business owner and a full time coach and a podcaster. The first time I actually had the idea that I could start my own podcast was in that room at Powerhouse Women. Last year, I talked to somebody who was telling me how they had started their own podcast. And up until that point, I had always viewed podcasters as like, These big famous people. And for some reason, it was just a little click, like a little light bulb moment of like, wait, anyone can start a podcast? Anybody that has a mission or a voice or wants to share a message with the world or, I don't know, just likes to talk about whatever they like to talk about can start a podcast. And it was just this huge light bulb moment for me in that room last year that, like, anyone can do this if you just put your head down and do it. And so, having been able to not only leave my job, but launch my podcast within that year before walking into that room, it's just, again, a reminder of how much can absolutely change in a year if you just believe in yourself and you take the action and you move forward. And so the version of me last year that walked in that room to the version of me this year that walked into that room, like, I wouldn't even. We're just such different people. I have such different views and beliefs and confidence in. I think that's so cool. And I wouldn't have gotten there if I didn't go into that room the very first time. And I didn't make connections with women that were showing me it was possible. I was able to get so integrated into the powerhouse women community. I joined something called Six Figure School, which is a program for people that wanted to turn their ideas into a six figure business. And I met so many incredible people that are my friends now that inspire me every day and believe in me and push me and just help me see a bigger vision. And I think the power of community and the power of putting yourself in those rooms is just unmatched. And so being able to go back this year and have so many friends in the room, it was so cool because I just, again, really wanted to change my circle. I wanted to be around these people and I wanted to feel worthy of being their friends. I wanted to feel like I had value to provide. And again, I was able to walk in the room this year feeling just like that. And I also got to go to the event this year with somebody that I met in that Six Figure school program. We became online business besties because I showed up and put myself out there on one of the very first calls and was asking questions about my business and just kind of like, you know, where I was at and what some next steps were. And this girl saw me on there and was like, I like your vibe, I like your energy. And she slid into my DMs, which I'm so freaking grateful she did, because from there we started just such a genuine friendship and connection. We were able to set up almost like monthly mastermind calls where we met and just talked about our businesses. And our businesses are so wildly different, but we're able to provide such an outside perspective to each other and be able to just give each other, like a little bit of a confidence boost and a different perspective and some feedback on how to go grow and how to push ourselves and obviously hold each other accountable. And there's just so much power in being able to have somebody like that. So, Julia, if you're listening, thank you for sliding into the DMS girl, because we got to meet in person at the event this year and spend some time together. And it was just one of those connections and one of those friendships where like, you meet each other in person and you're like, wait, I literally feel like I've known you my entire life. Like, we have been friends online for about a year now, but meeting in person was just so natural and so just like, I don't know, just so grateful for that connection. So if you see somebody online and you're vibing with them, like, reach out, you never know what it can turn into and you never know how much that other person on the side is also just hoping and, you know, desiring some sort of female connection like that and needing somebody that gets it and somebody that believes in them and somebody that can hold them accountable. Accountable. And I think that's, again, such the power of community and being in those rooms and putting yourself out there and just, you know, following up with people. So if there's that person that you see online and you're like, damn, she seems kind of cool, I feel like we could be friends. Freaking go for it. Send the message, Send the dm, Put yourself out there and, you know, work on making those connections because they really are so powerful. So more about this Powerhouse Women event. It is a two day event. Well, it's an all day event on Saturday, but the Friday night before, the host, Lindsey Schwartz, puts on like a pajama party where you get to come in in cute pajamas. And it kind of just makes this environment makes the room a lot less intimidating. There's a bunch of vendor booths set up. There was a bunch of mocktails all around the room. There was a bar if you wanted to drink. Photo booth opportunities. There was like jewelry, permanent jewelry you could get on. There was a micro tattoo station. There was just so much opportunity to engage with all these other vendors and then do some like, ice breaking. Situations where we got to meet a lot of other people in the room before heading into the all day event on Saturday. And the room is just electric on Saturday. There is so much energy, everyone is buzzing, Everybody's there to make connections, everybody's there to get inspired, everybody is there to just be so friendly. Like everybody you meet there is just there for the same reason and they're the same type of girls. And it's such an incredible event because anyone you bump into is just the nicest person. And you get to make random connections and random friendships with people all over the world. And so we got to listen to a crap ton of really dope speakers. The nicest surprise for me personally was they did a live podcast recording with some really amazing women. And the topic of conversation was all about money. It was all about the power and impact of money mindset. And these are incredibly successful entrepreneurs that have come from nothing and built, you know, million to multimillion dollar businesses. And they all talk about the power of a positive mindset and how if you are going to do anything new or push yourself to a new height or build a business or change your financial situation, you absolutely have to start with your money mindset. Your money mindset is the foundation for everything. It changes your attitudes and beliefs. And if you a shitty, negative money mindset, you are never going to be able to build anything of subsidence. You're never going to be able to achieve wealth. And it was just really cool to be able to hear all of these different women with all of their different business models talk about how the one thing that they focused on that completely changed their entire life was looking at their money mindset. And when they were able to shift their money mindset, they were able to shift their entire life. And so obviously, duh, I loved hearing that. And it was a really cool opportunity because there were podcasters and business owners that I have followed and I have listened to. So to hear their own money stories and just reiterate the fact that like, if you're gonna do anything in life, you can't change your reality without changing your mindset. And it was really fun to just hear all of their conversations. And I swear they were like talking about stuff and I'm like, oh my God, I just talked about this on a podcast episode. I was just in a conversation with someone about this exact topic or this exact example about how this could show up in your life. And so just super fun, super validating and really fun to be able to listen to all these people and Again, I just, yeah, it's, it's so, so important to focus on shifting your mindset around money if you are going to do anything. So that was super fun. It was an all day event. I was definitely so exhausted after my social battery. After a 12 hour day like that where you're just on all day, it was definitely depleted. But at the same time I left feeling so electric and so alive and so ready to see who I walk into the room next year as. Because again, I've changed so much in the last 12 months and I have such an incredible vision for what I want to pour into my business for the next 12 months that I can't wait to walk into the room next year and just see what version of Madison walks in and who I'm able to become and how I'm able to shift and grow and change and evolve. And before the next Powerhouse Women event, they really call this like the New Year's of their community. So again, just kind of like setting your New Year's intention and trying to figure out how much you can grow and who you can be before the next event. So yeah, that was Powerhouse Woman event. And then I immediately left that event to go home and to start packing because 24 hours later I left to start a two week adventure to Europe with my best friend, which was just an absolute trip of a lifetime. It was so much fun. I think anybody that gets the opportunity to go on like a one on one girls trip with your best friend to Europe or to any just anywhere fun it like you should, you absolutely should. Because it's just a little bit more of a vibe like it's just a different vibe. Like usually I travel with my husband, we have so much fun traveling together, but it's just a little bit more of like a silly, goofy vibe. You get to just like obviously spend time with one of your favorite people. The girl I went with was just my maid of honor in my wedding. And so obviously it was just really fun to kind of decompress after all of that and be able to go spend some fun time in Europe with her. So we spent five days in Ibiza and we spent the rest of the trip in Bosnia. So she is Bosnian, she's from Bosnia. I have been promising her for years that I would go back and see her hometown and meet her family that's still over there. And so that was really the base of this trip that we went on was to go see Bosnia and go to explore her hometown. She made me read a book about Bosnia before I went there to have some sort of context about the country and their history and what they've been through. For those that don't know, I'm not going to go deep into it, but there was a major war that happened there about 28 to 30 years ago. And so this book was all about the war and kind of just, you know, what the country went through. Her and her family actually left during the war and came over to the United States. So just a really important piece of history for the country. I love history. I love learning about stuff like that. So it was a really cool opportunity to read the book before going to the country just to have some context. And it really is, you know, that war is really rooted in their history and still something that they talk about today and how it's impacted their community and how, you know, they're trying to learn and grow and, you know, evolve from, you know, being in a war state over those years. But first, before we went to Bosnia, we said, you know, we should also go somewhere that neither of us have ever been that we can just have a little bit of fun in. And we landed on Ibiza for a couple reasons. One, we are not getting any younger and the club scene is already not part of my identity. But I do love a good show, I do love a good concert. And so we were like, let's go enjoy the little piece of the last year of our 20s and go to Ibiza and go dance the night away and just get in the vibes and have a good time. So we kick started the trip with five days in Ibiza. And it was such a cute little island. It was so fun to walk around. And obviously it's got. Got some of the best nightclubs and clubs in the world. And so we got to see some really cool DJs and yeah, dance our little. Dance our little booties off. It was really fun. We got to see Calvin Harris, we got to see David Guetta, we got to see Robin Scholes. So if you're familiar with any of them, we went to three different major nightclubs out there and got to experience, yeah, their shows over there where they have residencies, which was really fun. I was joking that the only reason I was actually able to survive the nightclub scene was because the way that the time difference was, I was still on my normal sleeping schedule in Ibiza as I was back home, meaning that 9pm back home was like 6am in Ibiza and 6am is when the clubs closed. So I was going to bed and waking up at the same time as I normally would back home. Except for now I was waking up at like 2 in the afternoon and going to bed at 6am which again, not my vibe ever. But it's the only reason I was able to stay awake and go through the clubs that late at night, because it, it was just my normal sleeping schedule. And so we never had, we never adjusted. We never like got on, you know, a normal eight to whatever sleeping schedule in Ibiza. We just stayed on our normal sleeping schedules that we had from America, which allowed us to stay awake all night and go to the nightclubs. So that was a really, really great time. When we were leaving Ibiza though, we had a little bit of a debacle where our flight got delayed four hours. We got delayed two hours in the airport, and then once we boarded we got delayed another two hours. So we were stuck on the plane for two hours because our layover destination was in Vienna and it was having really, really bad storms. And so of course we ended up missing our connecting flight out of Vienna to Bosnia. It was honestly just like such a debacle because what I forgot to mention is that on the way to Europe, our nine hour flight from Atlanta to Frankfurt, we were sitting behind this old couple that was so wildly sick. I genuinely don't know why or how the airline let these people board the flight. They were sitting in front of us just like coughing up along, hacking up loogies, sneezing the entire freaking flight. It was, it guys, it was so gross. We were just sitting next to each other and every time it would happen we would just like side eye look at each other, kind of like roll our eyes like, like, are you freaking kidding me right now? Like try and go to the bathroom, try, I don't know, try and do anything but like just coughing in our faces pretty much the entire nine hour flight. Not ideal. Like there was a point where I'm like leaning forward on the little arm tray rest to try and get some sleep in on this flight. And the husband of the couple leans his seat back in front of my friend and then there's like that little gap between the seats so he turns to the side and he's just coughing essentially in my face the whole time. So I'm sitting there, you know, with my good energy and my good vibes and I'm like putting my hands up like, oh my gosh, let me put up like a little energy wall and just try my best to block this sickness out because this is the kickstart to our two week trip. And I'm not about to get sick before I go to Europe. Well, spoiler alert, it didn't work. We got sick. And it really set in during this whole debacle of trying to leave Ibiza and to get to Bosnia. So we miss our connecting flight from Ibiza to Bosnia. We. We're stuck in Vienna overnight. We land, and it's like one in the morning in Vienna, and we're like, rushing to try and figure out if we can, you know, get our bags, if we can get on a different flight, whatever we can do to try and get to our final destination as quickly as possible. So we're sitting in the airport and Amina's on the phone, my friend's on the phone with the airline company trying to get us rebooked on a flight out the next day as quickly as possible. I'm on the phone with the hotel companies trying to find us on a room that we can stay in again. It's like one in the morning. I'm like, is there anything available, like this second to get us in? And I end up finding a room. She ends up getting us on a flight out the next day at like 10:00am Well, I guess not even the next day, the same day, just in a short amount of hours. And we're sitting at baggage claim and we're waiting for our bags to come through. And we're kind of like, are they gonna come through? Because this was just a connecting flight. And we're hopeful that they would give us our bag since we, you know, missed our flight. But turns out they did not. So they held on to our bags for us to check them into our connecting flight, you know, later that next day. And so now we're stuck there with no bags, none of our stuff, and we are trying to get to a hotel room to try and get in a couple hours of sleep. And we're both sitting there like, shit, I think we're sick. We had been kind of denying it for a couple days. We had sore throats, but we're like, oh, you know, travel, sleep schedule. The people, the roomkeepers in Ibiza were keeping our AC at a super, super cold level. So we were like, that's it. It's just a sore throat from that. And it wasn't. We got so sick. And so we're just absolutely exhausted trying to check into this hotel room. We get like four hours of sleep. God bless. She decided to accidentally pack two sets of pajamas in her carry on backpack. So we had some pajamas to change into before we had to before we could get back into our clothes, go back to the airport. After, like, four hours of sleep and check into our flight, we finally made it to Bosnia. And when we finally got to Bosnia, we were staying with her family that lives there. Her grandma, her aunt, her uncle. Like, this is the time. This is the reason we're on this trip, is that I can see her hometown and I can meet her whole family, except we are so freaking sick that we can't keep our eyes open. We end up sleeping for 15 hours that first day we get there, like, just passed out cold. Did not wake up for anything, and we're just. Just sleeping so much. We wake up the next day, and we're, like, kind of feeling a little bit better. And we only have a couple days in this hometown before we move on to the next big city. And so it's like, we got to just buckle up and go try and explore and go try and spend some time with her family. And so her family was so sweet. None of them really spoke any English, so it was kind of funny to just, like, I was really passenger princess on this entire Bosnian leg of the trip because she speaks fluent Bosnian, so she's translating, and she's ordering me all the local food, so I can just try everything. So it's kind of nice, honestly. And. But we got to eat a lot of homemade food. Her grandma cooked us up some nice homemade chicken noodle soup, which was just, like, so good for the soul when you're sick. And, yeah, we got to go out and explore some waterfalls and some, you know, monuments in the town and just explore the hometown of hers, which is what she really wanted me to see. So we did get to do it. We kind of buckled up. We had a great time, despite the fact that we were sick. Like, we were able to just stay in such a positive attitude and start to find ways to get our energy levels up. But. But obviously, being sick on vacation is just, like, absolutely not ideal at all. But needless to say, we spent a couple days in the hometown where her family is, which is Mostar, Bosnia, and then we got to go on a day trip to the pyramids, which, if you saw me post about it online, the pyramids were so cool. Probably my favorite part of the trip. Well, not the whole part of the trip, but favorite part of exploring Bosnia, just because I freaking love this shit. It was so cool to go experience. So these pyramids in Bosnia, Bosnia were just recently discovered in 2005, and they are thought to be the oldest and the Largest pyramids in the world. They are bigger than the great pyramids of Giza in Egypt. They are thought to be 30,000 years old. So if anybody out there follows this guy called Graham Hancock, he is like a archaeologist journalist that is thought to be kind of like, crazy because he has this theory and this belief belief that the evolution and the timeline of human history is significantly longer than we currently believe. And he has this theory that there were actually all these ancient civilizations that were around, you know, 30,000 plus years ago that got wiped out by a flood and a freeze that people just aren't recognizing as truth. But what he's been able to go do is go around to all these different civilizations and all these different areas around the world and start to dig up all these archaeological sites that are starting to prove that he might be right. And so they talked about him here. And if you're interested in that kind of stuff, he has a really good Netflix series called Ancient Apocalypse. But this is essentially thought to be one of the oldest sites in the world, one of the oldest pyramids that would prove that there was human civilization around 30,000 years ago. And the two pyramids there are. The two main ones, I should say are the Pyramid of the sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. And when you get there, you get a chance to actually go into the dig site because they are still digging in these pyramids to try and get to the center of the pyramids. This entire area is all funded specifically from volunteers and from the ticket sales of getting a chance to go in and take a tour of them. And these volunteers are out there all day, every day, like we were on the tour, and these people were wheelbarrowing piles of dirt in and out of the pyramids as they're trying to dig into the different channels and the different canals and tunnels that are being discovered throughout the pyramids. And what they've learned through different soil tests is that the pyramids, while they thought to be built 30,000 years ago, they were actually sealed off about 5,000 years ago. And they can tell because of the different types of soil and the different type of materials that were used to essentially close up all these different tunnels. And so that's super interesting. And what was happening on the tour is that he was walking us through and he was telling us how there are actually water channels that are underneath the pyramids, and there are different labyrinths underneath these pyramids that would connect all these different water sources. And what was thought to be true is that these water sources essentially were a Form of healing. They have done a lot of tests, nests on the water. And there is like an absence of negative radiation. There's super high concentrations of negative ions. And it's like a perfectly balanced ph water source underneath these tunnels. And there was a spot on the tour where they were talking about this famous water study that was done. And maybe, maybe you've heard of it, but essentially it's talking about how water is alive and the words that we speak to our water and if you can actually change like the molecular structure of them, whether they're based, based in like positive things, positive affirmations is a really big thing that they talked about. Like if you spoke prayer and positive words and encouraging words over water, the water would actually form and crystallize in a way that was like very congruent. Like it would form almost like perfect little, like almost what we picture as like these snowflakes, right? Looks very, very pretty. Where you could take the same water and speak negative words over it or play like really loud destructive music that was just like, not, I don't know, not in alignment. And this music would create a really imbalanced formation of the water. And so they were talking a lot about this study and they also did their own test and their own examples with the water that was found in the pyramid. And they showed that the water in the pyramids was just so perfectly formed, like it was forming this perfect crystallization, as if the words were, you know, positive words were being spoken of it. And so it just talked a lot about the healing practices of water and how really, like, obviously, you know, the water that we put in our body is very important. And so it was talking a lot about just the impact of this water. Like it's kind of this crazy phenomenon in this water that's found underneath the pyramids. And then they were also talking about how the water energy that would give off, like throughout the whole pyramid, there's all these crystallized crystals, like huge crystals that had some sort of like cement creation around it to hold the crystals in place. And they would go around and they're testing all of the different frequencies in there. And these different crystals were giving off different frequencies throughout the pyramid. And so essentially what they believe is that these pyramids were used as a place for rejuvenation and a place for healing. What they have done is created different areas of, of the tunnel system within the pyramids that you can actually just buy a ticket to go sit and meditate in, because they have tested the different frequencies in their rooms and Created little spaces that have high frequency or specific frequencies within these rooms that are meant for healing purposes. And so people will just go in and sit in these rooms and meditate for an hour. The ticket will let you go in and just go in on your own without tour guides. And so people were just going in and meditating. And there were really cool areas along the tour where we would sit down. And they had little, like, meditation blocks with these crystals where you could put your hands over the crystals and actually start to feel like a charge. Like, my hands were tingling sitting over these crystals. And it was. It was so cool. So, I mean, pyramids that were discovered that prove that history could be significantly older than we thought and has frequencies and water with healing practices. Like, I was just. I mean, I was really enjoying this tour. It was so cool. It was so freaking cool. And so when you leave the pyramids outside of it, there's also this garden that they have set up, which was kind of like a mindfulness garden. Like, they had all of these different labyrinths and meditation areas that you could go and sit in. They had all of these different. These structures in place, like art structures that were all like odes to the different gods that you could pray to or meditate in front of that were all focused on things like love and health and water and the sun and all of this different stuff. So we got to walk around that after the pyramids and go explore this different, like, meditation and, like, mindfulness gardens. And I sat in the middle of one of these labyrinths meditation areas and sat down in the center of it and just said kind of some of my daily affirmations that I will say back at home, but just obviously in a different energy and a different vibe. So it was really cool to be able to sit down and do that. So I was having so much fun. And then because I've got to support the cause, I went to their gift shop and bought a few things. And one of the things that they sell there is actually the water from under the pyramid. And they say obviously it has the healing properties, so you can drink the water. But he also said that if you take a cap full of this water and pour it into, you know, a normal 8 to 12 ounce bottle of water, and you let it sit for eight hours, it will actually take over and change the entire structure of the rest of the water in the bottle, because this water under the pyramids is alive. And so I just. I had to support them. And I bought some of the water and brought it back and yeah, it's. I don't know, I just thought that that was really cool. So super fun. Little detour on the trip throughout Bosnia to go explore these pyramids. And we probably spent, I don't know, a couple hours there walking through the pyramids and then walking through the mindfulness gardens. And then after that we drove to the big town, the main town in Bosnia called Sarajivo, where we got a chance to just explore the big city and, you know, eat some food, walk around. One of the nights we were there, there was was a rave going on in the middle of the city, as well as like a food festival as well as the Bosnian art film, which I guess is a huge annual event. So that first night that we were in town there, it was absolute mayhem. Like, there were so many people around walking through the streets. Like every corner you turned was just a new pocket of like body to body people, of people partying in the city. But needless to say, it was super fun to explore the city and walk around. And I got got to eat so much authentic Bosnian food and just really get immersed in their culture and explore the city. And it was just such a fun trip. We had so many fun experiences on the entire vacation. And again, just getting the opportunity to experience a trip with your best friend where you get to just like laugh and be goofy and kind of go with the flow. And we were on the same vibe the whole trip. Again, 10 out of 10 recommend. It was a trip of a lifetime and I'm so grateful I got got to experience that. And then on the way back from the trip, I got to experience a real life manifestation of mine of something that I put on my vision board for the year. I had absolutely no idea when or where I would get to experience it when I created the vision board and it kind of just started piecing together where I realized like, oh my God, this is exactly what it was for. This is when I get to experience and it and that manifestation was getting the opportunity to experience a bougie ass first class flight. Like I am talking lay down seats. So on my flight home, she stayed an extra week to spend some more time with her family and I was traveling home alone. And so why not treat myself to just a luxurious VIP day as I'm traveling back from Europe all the way home. The flight plan back was such a long day. I was traveling for 26 hours total across four different flights. So my flight path back was from Bosnia to Croatia, Croatia to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to San Francisco and then San Francisco back to Phoenix. So long day. And I don't know about you, but I couldn't think of a better time or excuse to go and upgrade my flight to be able to experience first class pass on a day like that when I'm flying back by myself for 26 hours across four flights back to Europe or back home from Europe. So I did it. I had points on my credit card, which I absolutely love the credit card I use and I had so many points accrued that it just made sense. And let me freaking tell you, it was worth it, was worth it. It was so worth it. The experience on this flight, the main like lay down seat experience was from Amsterdam to San Francisco which was an 11 hour flight and it was so freaking bougie. And people talk about this all the time. That flying first class is one of those experiences that just expands your energetic floor for wealth. Like it just helps you normalize higher levels of abundance. And I think it's really important to invest in things that help you see yourself as your highest self. And my highest self absolutely flies first class on an 11 hour international flight. And so I was just so excited and so eager and so ready to pull the trigger. And if you have ever flown a United Polaris business class flight, you know what I'm talking about. But if you haven't, let me just tell you how nice this thing was. So first of all, it's like your own little cubby. Like you walk into this little area, there is so much leg room, you could lay your legs out to the side or your entire chair lay down flat. You have it came with like two blankets and two pillows and like a whole little bathroom pack and a sleep mat mask. And it has like a little locker situation when you get into the side where you can open it up and there's a mirror there. And they had, you know, over the ear headphones that were super bougie that you could listen, listen with. To watch movies with a huge screen, to be able to watch like endless movies and TV shows and play games and whatever you want to do. But you sit down and they immediately come and offer you something to drink. I had a little mini glass of champagne because obviously I'm celebrating flying first class on this flight. And actually the visual on my vision board of the first class flight is sitting there out the window with a little glass of champagne. And so when they set this down on my table, I was like holy shit, this is the frickin picture from my vision board. Like this is it. This is actually the moment I was manifesting right here. So it was just so cool. And then you've got just, I don't know, endless options. The food they served on the flight was low key. So good. I had like a salmon shrimp which when they first brought it, I was like, you're serving seafood on a flight. Like, isn't this entire flight just about to smell so gross and fishy? But I don't know, it didn't. And the food was really great. It was a great little appetizer. And then the main meal was like short rib and mashed potato and it was delicious. Then they brought me a little slice of chocolate cake. And then a little bit later in the flight they brought out like a little mid flight snack which was like a grilled cheese sandwich and soup. And then when we were getting closer to landing, they brought us another meal which was this like pesto mozzarella, tomato pasta dish. And then obviously you can, you know, ask for different snacks and they'll bring you drinks throughout the whole thing. But I just genuinely didn't get uncomfortable a single time. Like the seats were so wildly comfortable and you could lay down and just have so much space and I don't know, it was just such a lovely experience and I just was sitting there. I actually ended up getting the WI fi on the flight and was working for a little bit, just trying to catch up on a few things. I didn't get as much done as I wanted to because honestly, 26 hour travel day 11, like, I was just exhausted, but I was doing my best to stay awake because I had this really great idea that if I stayed awake the entire day, by the time I got back home, it would be 9:30pm and I would just go to sleep at my normal time and beat jet lag. That was my, that was my hope and my theory heading into it. And I'm so happy to report it worked. I was definitely tired when I got back home, but I was, you know, on a relatively normal sleep schedule. And so yeah, if I don't know, I just think getting an opportunity to invest in a flight like that, I definitely cannot see myself going back to just a normal flight on these long international flights. So the next time that I fly overseas, I definitely will be making sure that I plan ahead to be able to get, get a seat like this because it just is, it just, it, it's a different experience. I felt elevated. I felt more aligned with my higher self. I was picturing sitting in the back of the plane and like no shade if you're in an economy and you're going on your trip, like that's totally fine too. But like if there is a way for you to elevate your experience and elevate your travel day and just have a more easy, fun experience flying that long, like I don't know why you wouldn't. And I think especially with credit card opportunities and the opportunity to to build up points and be able to use that for your tickets, like it's a no brainer if you plan ahead and you're strategic about your finances and utilize it to your advantage. Like why the heck not? So yeah, I definitely am feeling like that's going to be part of my normal travel routine when I fly long international flights like that. So if you are wanting to check out one United Polaris business, that was a phenomenal flight for me. I've heard that there is significantly better and bougier flights and I want will continue to try and experience those as well as I grow and evolve. But yeah, I just think that you are the only investment that you're ever going to make that has an unlimited roi. And so finding ways to invest in yourself that help you expand who you view yourself as and what you view as possible for yourself is so important. Whether that is investing in, you know, coaching or experiences or first class flights like find ways to expand yourself, find ways to stretch yourself in those experiences. Because I just, you know, you won't regret it and I definitely don't regret that flight. So that was a really cool moment to have a real life manifestation of mine come to life and be able to experience that flight. And then I came home from the trip and was feeling just so grateful because I've had the last couple days of the month after getting home to just relax and unwind. You know, it was not that long ago I would have to rush back in from a vacation and head straight back into work and emails and I have just been in such a state of gratitude the last couple of days being able to just lay low and let my body officially continue to recover from the sickness and do laundry and just get ready to go like I am back from this trip. I feel like that was like my little summer break and I am so excited to see what September holds. So I hope you guys enjoyed this episode. If you like this style of more of just kind of a recappy conversationy vibe, let me know if I should keep it up and continue to do them each month moving forward.
