It's just about. I think a really important skill in this is to be able to identify it for what it is and to be able to recognize it and label it and then be able to find all of the proof that that thing is wrong.
Okay, y', all, I'm not even going to lie. It has been so long since I've had a guest on the podcast that I just told Madison. I mean, spoiler alert. That I was like, how do I even do a guest int. Like, it's been so long. But all that to say I'm so excited to bring my bestie gal, Madison back on the podcast. And fun fact, we were talking right before. Well, we actually just recorded an episode for her podcast, but, like, seven hours ago when we started recording, we realized that last year when we recorded our first podcast together, when she was on the Worth podcast, it was October 8, 2024, and now it's October 2, 2025. And it's been a who of blissful friendship and growing and laughing and crying together. So, Madison Aldini, welcome to. Welcome back to the Worth podcast.
Thank you. Thank you for having me. Happy one year anniversary. To the initiation of our love. I can't believe how far we've come in one whole year.
I know. And like, one year ago, I hadn't even decided I was moving to Scottsdale. And then right after this, I was like, hey, by the way, I thought. I thought you lived in California.
I know. When I was on that call with you, you were like, it didn't click right away. You were like, I'm going to be closer to you. And I was like, yeah, like 10 minutes away. And you were like, wait, what? You live in Scottsdale? I thought you were in San Diego. And I'm like, no, you about to be in my backyard, girlfriend.
And truly, I have been in your backyard, so.
And then you. You moved here, and I just don't know if I've, like, let you out of my sight since then. It was like instant, instant BFFness. So I love that for us.
I love it, too. But, y', all, I'm just gonna be completely honest. I. I don't have a script for today, so Madison and I. Madison, actually. Madison, do a little intro for us. Like, what do you do? What are you launching right now? What did you just launch? Give us a little background, and then we'll. We'll jump. It'll give us more context. So jump in, girl.
Well, I am a personal finance and money mindset coach for women, so I like to help you learn to love money and to build a plan that supports the life that you are trying to create and demystify things like getting out of debt and investing and just having a new level of confidence when it comes to managing your finances because it really is such a domino into everywhere in your life. And I just like to be, you know, your bestie girlfriend, your biggest hype women, and just help women feel confident with their finances. Right now I am officially in my launch era for my very first group program, which is all about helping women get out of debt. It is Debt Ditcher Academy. And the whole purpose behind that is just bringing women together, taking shame out of something that is traditionally really hard to talk about, and letting the women that you're in this group with inspire you to recognize that it's just a chapter, it doesn't define you. And we get to have fun while we're getting out of debt. And just. Yeah, I just wanted to bring a community together to make the journey feel a little bit lighter, a little bit less lonely and just create what I wish I would have had when I was buried in $70,000 worth of debt. Late night Googling, shame spiral and just feeling like I was the only person that was carrying that weight and thinking that it was just this, like, embarrassment almost. And it wasn't and it isn't. And now I'm so grateful to be able to facilitate something to, yeah, make that journey less lonely for other women. So that is me and that's kind of the chapter that I'm in right now.
Ah, I love it. And I actually just said this on her podcast, but I'm like, I wish I had this when I was getting out of my dad because it is such a lonely road and the thoughts get so dark. Especially just, you know, being in debt, feeling like it's so heavy sometimes, feeling like there's no light at the end of the tunnel and just, I mean, just having you in their back pocket, like with your mindset around money and abundance and, you know, your, your portfolio of, your portfolio of like, all the things you've done with investing and like, you are the girl to go to. So if you are in debt and you are curious about this, I'm going to drop all the, all the details in the show notes for. But one thing that I have absolutely found such a blessing is like, me and Madison met at Powerhouse last year and not even like, we ran into each other and met each other. Like, like, my friend Amanda talked to you and then she introduced us and was like, oh, like Madison's trying to get on more podcasts and I was like, met, like, come jump on mine. And so it wasn't even like a.
What are they called?
Cute. Cute Meats. Cute.
We were cut when we met.
I think so. But it's just, it's one of those things that it shows people are placed in your life for a reason. And you coming into my life in that way just proved, you know, me moving here was like the stars truly aligned. And so being able to grow our businesses together this year, we've had so many conversations of just what it actually takes to grow a service based business in 2025, going into 2026. And so I want to start with the first question. She actually has no idea the questions I'm going to ask because I didn't even know the questions I was going to ask. So fun, fun times. But what would you say is the biggest myth to growing a business in 2025 based on what you see on social media?
Oh my gosh. Well, I've had like many multiple meltdowns about this topic, so you knew what you were asking. Don't even try and play play cute over there. You know, I think that. So I, I guess to back up. So I was in corporate sales for seven years and left my full time job in June of 2024. So it's been a little over a year and a half for me. And I think that a lot of entrepreneurials type women get into the space, you know, because we are high achieving women, we can get shit done, you know what I mean? Like I was in corporate sales. Like I was gr. Little booty off for years, making good money, you know what I mean? And so I think I got into. Well, I eventually left my job. I was feeling really burnt out. Kind of had like a pain to purpose moment where I realized like, oh, everything I've been through, I can, you know, do exactly what I said, make this journey very easy, much easier for other women. And so I left my corporate job, left the stability, and now it's been about a year and a half full time into entrepreneurship and I think the veil has definitely been lifted. I think that we live in a time where social media is. I don't know, how do I say this? Like, I mean, it's definitely a highlight reel, you know, like, it's definitely a really great marketing engine and there's just a lot out there of just how easy it is to build a business online. And I do think we live in such an incredible time where it is easy to build a business online and easier than it has been in the past in a sense that like, we have so much technology and we have so much access and resources to people. And at the same time, entrepreneurship is hard as fuck. There is just no way around it. It is, it is. You're learning so much, you're learning so many skills that you don't have. You're learning about yourself. Like, I think, you know, we always talk about how entrepreneurship is such a personal development journey and so it is still hard. And so I think that the biggest myth is just how quick it can be, right? Like anything, anything good takes time. And we know that. And you've, you and I have had conversations about, you know, where I thought I'd be from a monetary perspective. One year into the business and now looking at it, just how naive that felt and how disillusioned my reality was of like, I'm a high achieving person. It's going to be so easy for me to come in here and crush it. And you know, there's just a lot of narrative online right now about, you know, make a million dollars in 12 months or like build a six figure business in six months. And it's like, it's just, it feels so fake. And I think it's kind of a dangerous narrative for people that get into it because there it just building a business takes time regardless. We do have so much opportunity at our fingertips right now with technology and it is easier to do it and at the same time it is still really hard. And building good things do take time. And entrepreneurship is a game of trial and error and learning about yourself and not letting your quote unquote failures meet anything about you. And I think that that's all tied into like actually building a business. So I think, you know, I'm pretty fed up with the look how easy it is and if you're not making $10,000 a month within a month because you haven't figured out the perfect way to leverage AI and yellow, like, it's just, it's not real. You know, it's not real. It's a journey that takes a lot. It takes time, it takes energy. And also again, like, we do have so much access and I think that that can also start to be overwhelming and have access to so many ways you can run a business now and so many technologies that you can use that it's really easy to get into this. Like, well, should I be doing it this way or that way or should I be doing this or maybe Should I be further along? And I should have already figured this out. And so there's just, there's so much in that I feel like wrapped up in the narrative, but I would say that that's definitely been something that getting into it, I was like, oh, my God, I'm going to be building a six figure business in six months. Like, no big deal, like, I fucking got this. And then you, you get into it and you're just kind of like, oh, there's actually a lot more to it. But, you know, I'm grateful for it. I am grateful. I feel like there's a lot of growth and a lot of learning that comes through that. So.
Yeah, well, you. So I've heard you speak a couple times and you spoke at this event back in April. I think it was like the first event that I ever heard you speak at. And you obviously are a money coach, but you also help people's mindset around money and abundance and so kind of give us a little insight of what that looks like, especially understanding, you know, how hard it is to build a business, but still staying in the mindset of abundance. How, like, speak to that person who is, is listening to this right now, nodding their head off like a little like a bobblehead doll. But also like, okay, like, I understand, like, how hard it is to grow a business and to make the revenue I want to make, but how do I stay in that abundance mindset when things do take longer?
Mm, yeah. Such a good question. I think that you. A couple things, you have to, you have to develop a growth mindset. And when I say a growth mindset, you have to be able to look at the world and your life and every chapter that you're in as an opportunity to learn something. And I think that when you can approach life as a lifelong learner and realize that you've got all these years ahead of you to master all of these things, and you're only going to be in this chapter once, right? Like, I'm only going to learn how to launch a podcast, launch a group coaching program. Like, I'm only going to learn these things. Of course you're always learning, but like, for the first time, you know, like, you're only going to do these things once. And so when you can really start to look at life as just like, this is the chapter that I'm in and how do I master it? Like, I'm such a fan of gamifying life because I really think that we live in a game and like, I could go deep Here, like, are we living in a simulation? Like, I don't really know, but like, some days I think yes. You know what I mean? So, like, if life really is a video game, like, just viewing the level that you're on as the level that you're on and trying to figure out, like, what's the cheat code to beat this boss? Like, what do I need to XY jump, double X, click, whatever. I don't know if you're a video gamer, but, like, you know, like, what are we trying to learn here and what is this chapter trying to teach us? And I think once you learn that, you get to move on to another chapter. So I think that's a way to look at it is like, this is just the phase that I'm in and how can I learn this? And again, just learning to fall in love with that and also delay gratification. Right. I feel like I sometimes feel like a broken record because I always talk about this. But we just live in a society where instant gratification is so rampant and it's, it's, it's rotting and rewiring our brain to have a really hard time focusing on longevity. And I think, you know, from a neuroscience perspective, and this is where, you know, guys got to hear me just really geek out about the brain. Because on top of money, what I actually really love is human psychology. And why are we the way that we are and how are our brains? And, and if you, once you learn this one stat about money, you'll understand why. And that's 90 of the decisions that we make from our finances are actually rooted in emotion and not logic. And that really intrigued me. And so I, you know, took it even deeper and it's like, well, what controls our emotions? And that's where we have our belief system and our thoughts. And the power of mindset is the foundation of everything. And so when you can start to get really clear about your beliefs. So, like, if you are in a hard chapter, learning about business, and your belief is like, this is so hard and it's not going to work, and I'm, you know, all of this, like, that's going to be your reality. But if you can have the mindset and the belief that I am learning a new skill right now, right, And I get to be a beginner again, and that's just the chapter that I'm in. And eventually this will feel super easy to me, right? Like I've been using an analogy or just, I guess thinking back to my corporate job a lot recently, and at the very beginning of that job, I felt like a fish out of water, right? And I think we can all probably relate to starting something new, starting a new skill, starting a new job, starting new business. And everything feels so foreign. By the time I left that job, I could do it backwards, upside down, in my sleep, right? And when I think about it, that's kind of why I started feeling burnt out and not liking it because I had mastered it. So now I'm in this new era where I'm learning everything new and I'm just starting to learn the. Learn to love the fact that everything is challenging. And that's kind of what the fun part is. And if everything came super easy, you'd probably get bored of it. You probably wouldn't be enjoying it. So just learning to recognize that for what it is and just love it.
Oh my gosh, that is, that's a bar, as the kids say nowadays, such a bar. But it really is. And I feel like there's so much truth in that because I don't know, I think you just made my brain combust because I'm trying to think about, like, I'm trying to process everything you just said, even though I heard it. We've had these conversations over and over again, but you know, like the, the instant gratification, the, the wanting things now, but, you know, still being able to be like, no, it's possible, and like trying to find abundance and you know, the psychology around it. Like, I am the exact same way too. Like, I love, I love trying to figure out how the brain works and like how people buy and what, what persuasion methods and how people interact in relationships. Like, it's all so fascinating to me and I think for so long. And I want to ask you your perspective on this too. I tied so much of what didn't work out to my worthiness instead of what was actually happening, like, psychologically to the other person and like involved in the situation or what the business. Relate this to whatever you want, but tying it so much to your worth. So I love to hear your perspective just because, you know, you did just hit your, your first year in business. Like, like, have you struggled with that piece of like, yes, you understand abundance. Yes, you understand like the money mindset and all the things. But has worthiness ever come up in building this business and it taking a little bit longer than you expected?
Oh my God, 100%. I think that this is something that is just. It's constantly like, I guess I would say worthiness of results, worthiness of all of these things, you know? Yeah, absolutely. It's tied into that. And I don't know if it's, like, as deep as. Like, I'm not worthy, but it's almost like, do I know enough? Can I make this happen? Like, I guess that is worthiness, right? Like, do I have what it takes to make this a reality? There are absolutely moments where I've been like, oh, my God, should I really have left my job? Like, am I crazy? Am I batshit crazy? Which the answer to that question is, yeah, I am batshit crazy. But not for that reason, but multiple other reasons. Yeah, well, maybe, like, leaving the stability of a corporate job to go in on a business like, that kind of is crazy pants. Especially when I thought that that job was all I wanted at some point. You know, I think what I've had to really look at here is, like, I was making a lot of money in my corporate job, and I was super unhappy. And now I'm, you know, I'm not making anywhere near what I was making my corporate job. But I'm so much happier because obviously, we're working towards making that money and more, but it's. It's tied to a bigger purpose. Right? And I think right now that is kind of what's grounding me is being able to have a bigger why. Right? And that why is making my story make a positive impact on other people. That is getting to just be a light in other people's lives in an area that felt so dark for me. That why is creating a business model that allows me the flexibility to be the kind of mom that I want to be when I get to that chapter. So I. I think that. That it's like, those are the things that keep me going on the hard days. Right? And, yeah, I think that we all struggle with doubts and we all struggle with that imposter syndrome feeling. It's just about. I. I think a really important skill in this is to be able to identify it. It for what it is, and to be able to recognize it and label it and then be able to find all of the proof that that thing is wrong. Right? All of the proof of that. And so I think that that is definitely, like, what helps me through those seasons.
Another thing my therapist has taught me that has changed my life is just being curious about your feelings and the thoughts that come up. She was like, kezzy, if you can just get in the habit of being about a feeling or, you know, a thought that comes in that, you know, like, I don't know where this came from, or I don't know why I'm triggered right now. Like, I don't know why I'm. Obviously, I'm all of a sudden activated. Like, just get curious because that's trying to tell you something. And I feel like if I could have gone back and just been a little bit more curious, a little bit more aware of, you know, this client didn't book me, and now I'm feeling like you feel it in your soul. Like, I. As women, we're so intu. And just tapping into that curiosity of, like, okay, like, where is this rooted in, like, what old belief that is instilled in my brain? Is this rooted in. And how can this curiosity catapult me to the next level? Like, you were talking about, like, a little gaming. I'm not a gamer. I think I played, like, the Star wars game. Like, back in the day. I was obsessed with that game. Like, the little.
Played the Star wars game. You're such a Star wars nerd.
The pod racers did. I was, like, crushing those levels. But, yeah, like, and it is. And that's what catapults you onto, like, level two or level three of, like, okay, curiosity. Like, is it worthiness? Is it scarcity? Is it fear of failure? Is it fear of what people are going to think? Judgment, like, whatever. It is. Like, just being curious about that. So, you know, talk to us. Like, actually, let me. Let me back up. I. Like, if you could go back. I remember this day so vividly because it was the first time we ever worked together. We went to Global. It was my first time ever at Global. I remember I paid $20 for parking because I didn't know that you get your ticket validated for parking. And so I was like, dang, that's really expensive parking. Why does Madison come here? This is crazy. So I remember that day and, like, having that conversation that we had about, like, what we were going to do. Like, we were both kind of feeling confused in different areas. Like, if you could go back and sit at that table with the two of us, what would you tell?
Actually?
What would you tell both of us?
Well, I mean, like, what first comes up is, like, you don't even know how good of a friend you're about to make out of this girl. You know? Like, I think I'm just so eternally grateful for, like, you talked about, like, the. The universe just colliding us in the most perfect way. Like, our relationship to me is such an example of, like, divine intervention. You know what I mean? Just, like, Placing us in the perfectly right way. Like, we met because me and Amanda did a truth and dare, and I was like, I don't know. I dare you. I. I dare you to ask someone to let me on their podcast. I don't know. It was, like, so silly. And then it was like, oh, actually, so I feel like I could go back. Like, oh, you just don't even know how good this relationship is about to get. That's, like, one thing. And also how important having a relationship like we do when you are trying to do hard things. And I think that a lot of times we try and carry things on our own, and especially the doers, the high achievers, which I know is every single person that listens to your podcast because that's all that you att. Just like women trained to do good and be their best, right? And so when I think about it through that lens of, like, finding those people and, like, leaning into it, and I think that conversation, like, we just challenged each other and we had, like, really good conversations about where we were at and where we wanted to go and what we wanted out of life. And I just. I think those conversations are so important. Being able to have people that you can be so real with. And again, going back to social media and, you know, we all use. We all use social media for our businesses, right? And you're a business owner on social media. You got to show up as the authority, and you got to show up with the answer. You got to. And not to say that social media is not a place to be vulnerable and that social media is not a place to be honest about what's going on. But there really are two sides of being a business owner, right? And me crying about not having a new client in a month is not really going to be supportive of me trying to get more clients into my world, right? So it's not being fake on social media. It's just that. But there are times and place for different conversations. And I just. I think that that conversation was one of the first times that I was really open and honest about, like, how I was feeling behind the scenes about things. And so I don't know. And I don't know if that's, like, kind of the answer you were looking for here, but it just. It's like, God, lean in more. Like, I just. I feel like, be okay being vulnerable and find the people that you can be so real with that you can be. You can be so honest about. I have no idea what the fuck I'm doing. I'm feeling so overwhelmed. I'm feeling so lost. Am I making the right choices? Am I this is a good idea or not? And just the importance of having people in your circle that you can be that version of yourself with while you were trying to run this business, while you're trying to show up to have a springboard and God, just having people that, it's like, you know, like there's zero competition between us. And I think that that is, I don't know, I don't want to say that's unique. I think that we need, there needs to be more of those type of relationships where like, you and I are both building communities in the Phoenix area. Do we view each other as competitors? Absolutely not. Like, if there's an I'm pimping your work, your walks out all the time, like there needs to be more of that. So I don't know, I think find, finding those people and I think the importance of having those relationships when you're doing hard things is just like, it's got, it's non negotiable. You got to find those people in your life.
Well, I think what's so funny that you mentioned that. And I mean, I love the, the truth. Like, I mean, I wasn't looking for any specific answer. I wanted that to come from your heart. But what you said though, is so fascinating because it was at that event, it was that event that, that work day, coffee, whatever we did that day. Yeah, the whole time. That was the day that you decided that you were going to start building your own community. And that was the day that that idea was born and own coffee meetup was created. And like, you being in that space honestly was like one of the driving factors to me reopening my own community here in Phoenix. And so just like seeing all that unfold and watching you experience like, like that community grow and finding the value in community and relationships and not doing business alone, I think that's like, you know, I can preach it all day and I don't even think I had told you that I had communities at that point. Like, I was just like, oh, this will be fun. Like, I was still in the mindset of like, I was still, you know, in the failure trenches of like, mine failed back home. So like, why would I even talk about it, you know, which, which is kind of crazy, but that, you know, it is what it is but, you know, just understanding the value of community 100%.
That's so funny. I don't even think I realized that that was the conversation where that sparked from. But that makes sense because I'm just thinking about, yeah, how do we make this less lonely? And it is community. And you and I are both obsessed now with being that, creating that, because we know what it feels like to not have it. Yeah.
I mean, that's why I originally created it in Augusta, was, hey, I don't like being alone. As a business owner, there has to be at least one other person that doesn't feel that or that feels the same way. And it's, you know, it just comes and comes and comes. And now you have a community. I have two communities, and this thing is just blasting off into the stratosphere. So I wish more people, like, if you are listening to this and you don't have a community, I would challenge you to, if you're here in the Phoenix area, go to Madison's coffee medium. We do it. We were a partnership at this point.
Is it every single one?
It's that global third Friday of every month, and the Worth walk here in Phoenix is the first Wednesday of every month. Also, if you're in the Augusta area, it's not on a set Thursday, but normally it's second to third Thursday of every single month at Drift. It's an incredible time. And so just get plugged in. Even if you meet one person at a coffee shop, that can be your. Your sounding board or just help you feel a little less lonely, like Madison, like, I just wrangled you into this. This from the beginning, but we're in it to win it now, and you cannot get rid of me. So I'm just. I'm so thankful for you.
Duck like glue. Like PB&J, baby girl.
PB&J. Absolutely. Okay, one last question that I want to ask before we wrap this up, because I feel like we could honestly just. I could yap with you all day. The hardest. And I actually may have asked you this last, last podcast, but I want to ask you again, because I feel like life is so much different than it was a year, exactly a year ago. But if you could go back to the version of yourself that did not see the light at the end of the tunnel, what would you tell her now? Knowing everything you know and everything you've experienced.
I feel like I'm gonna steal your answer, but not on purpose from when you were just on my. My podcast. But it's just that everything works out, you know, like, it's so true. And I think sometimes when we're in the depths of it, it can be like, but is it gonna work out this time, you know, like, I don't know, the situation's kind of different, but like, it really does always work out. And again, I just think that like you're gonna live life no matter what, right? Like we're, we're all here on this planet for however much time we're blessed with and then we all die. And that is a definitive, non negotiable. Nobody has quite figured out how to be immortal yet. So like we will all die one time, you know, sorry if I'm breaking that news to anyone, but I think it's like, how, how would you want to be spending your life? And how, what kind of legacy do you want to leave? And I, and I think when I think about those hard times, it's just like I would rather be getting challenged and getting an opportunity to grow through these hard times because we know that the lows are where we get the most personal growth from and where we learn the most about ourselves, right? We do not learn our, we don't learn as much about ourselves when everything is going smoothly, when everything is working out perfectly for us. So it's, you know, I just, I, I feel like I look at these moments now through the lens of like the law of polarity, right? Where it's like you get to experience really good times and you get to know what that feels like because you at some point also felt what it felt like to really struggle in this area or to have things not going your way. And without getting to experience the bad, you don't actually know what good feels like. And so I think it's just remembering that like, hey, you know, that lesson is teaching you something. There's an opportunity to grow from this. There's an opportunity to learn a lesson here, to apply it to you mo forward. And if you're feeling so frustrated, that just means that there is a moment in time where you are going to feel so elated about what it is that you get to experience now. And I think that that is, that's really helpful of just like, okay, I'm just going through this season right now. There's. And maybe we know what the lesson is and maybe we don't know what the lesson is quite yet, but there is something to be learned there and there is also good on the other side waiting for you as long as you just keep pushing through and keep showing up. And I've just been thinking a lot lately about like, you know, how, like, what's the alternative, right? Sometimes it's like, this is so Da da da. Well, okay, well then what would my alternative be? Is my alternative going back to corporate America and trying to bring someone else's dream alive? Like, listen, I'm a big fan of Never say never, but like right now, no, like that's not what it is. So that means the challenges in front of me are non negotiable and I just need to learn how to work through them. And so sometimes I think that's helpful too. It's like, well, what else would I be doing if I wasn't dealing with these challenges? And like, I'm not currently in a season or a chapter where like, that sounds enticing to me. Me. Like, I would rather see what I can do. I'd rather bet on myself right now. And so with that comes challenges and with that comes an opportunity to learn and grow. And I would rather get all the way to the end of life and know that I gave it my all.
You can always figure it out. Like it's always, if you're able to just find the hole in your business, like whether that's, you know, how you attract clients, it's, you know, it's your content, it's your messaging, it's your sales process. Like it really is, is the longer I'm in this game, especially in the service based industry, like coaching, like where you're basically just selling yourself, like in.
Like in a non hoary way.
Yeah, like $10. Like it really is a rinse and repeat, repeat cycle of the foundational things, which is like what I help clients with. And so like anybody that feels like, oh, this isn't working or whatever, I guarantee you it will work, work. We just have to find what that hole is and fill it. Like, because trust me, I've been there too. Of like, maybe it's me. Like, and gosh, you nailed it on the head when you were like, what if it doesn't work out? Like that thought that I like over the last month, I was like, I refuse to even think this anymore of like, like, what if this is the time that it doesn't work out though? Like, what if all the other times worked out but like, you're so delusional that like it just took this time and then it all fell apart. Like it's actually the biggest lie that you could ever believe because it always works out. And so I have just been so freaking like, I refuse to let that thought come in whatsoever because I'm just like, it's gonna work out. I don't have to see it in my external world to believe that I already. In the future, whether it's tomorrow, whether it's a week from now, it works out. And I'm gonna. And I'm gonna be able to see that in every single freaking time. Like, there's been situations over the last couple months once it just works out. All I had to do was wait. So crazy concept. We hate waiting. We don't have to wait for much anymore, but it always works out. But all that to say, too, of, like, you just find the hole of what isn't working in your business, and you fill it and you keep going. Because you can't tell me that there's people out there making a million dollars an hour making something work, and there's something wrong with me. We all put up, like, what is the old saying? Like, we all put on our pants the same. Like, one hole at a time or one leg at a time.
They're. They're not.
They're no better than me.
They're not. They're not.
They've just figured out exactly what their client wants. They figured out exactly how to sell it to them, and they've created an offer that is just like Alex Formosa says, it's so good, you would feel stupid saying no to it. And they have a strong sales process that is freaking it. So, yeah, I don't know why I just went on that tangent, but all that you said, I was just like. Like, we all want to give up at some point because it doesn't seem like it's working or it doesn't seem like it's going to come together, but it always will.
You just have to be willing to.
Keep going and find that hole and patch it 100%.
And I think is the more you go through this and the more that you learn about yourself, like, you start to develop more. Maybe not like. Like, like self confidence, right, of this might not work out, but, like, I'll figure something out. You know what I mean? And I think that the more that we can learn to believe in ourselves and our ability to figure things out, even when things change around us, even when things aren't working out, it's like, you know, we're building these businesses, and it's like, I'm betting on the business, but more than that, I'm betting on myself, right? And it's like, the business might shift and change around me, and it probably will, but at the end of the day, like, I'm just gonna keep pouring into me and keep showing up in the best light and Know that, like, I am gonna have the ability to figure it out because look at all the other shit that I figured out in my life. Right? Think that that's really important. Sometimes we just, like, we forget about all the cool shit that we've done in our life and all the things that have made us the version of ourself that's got here. And we just. Now we feel like we're brand new again and we don't know what we're doing. But, like, no, like, you have a track record. So, like, look at that and remind yourself what a boss ass bitch you are, you know?
Right, right. I know. It's like we. We think that we're just this baby little chicken that just hatched and we haven't done anything and we're like. I'm like, what? Like, look at the. Look at your resume, girl. Like, that thing's a CVS receipt. Like, what do you mean? Like, you're on a. Like you've done all these things. And so if we can just keep leaning into that and just knowing that we've always figured it out.
And you have been such a positive reminder throughout those hard spots. Like, you have such a good mindset and such a good, grounded way to just. To just pull me out of that spiral sometimes. So grateful for you.
Thank you. Well, you do the same for me when I'm spiraling, so, I mean, and that's the beauty of community.
That's why you need a friendship like this. You got to be like, I'm down bad. I'm down bad. I'm crying. Can you FaceTime and pull me off this ledge, please?
And then give me a sandwich and a pat on the head. Thank you.
You're going to be just fine, girlfriend. Thank you. I'm just a baby.
Well, Madison, thank you so, so much for just giving us a little insight on, you know, your world, what it's taken to get to this point. I'm so freaking proud of you. Like, I. We watched each other just go through it this year because, like, we're figuring out so much. We're getting so freaking clear on who we're serving, how we're serving, what we like to do, how we like to structure. And all these things take time, but it does take having those people that you can. That you can lean on. And so I'm just so thankful for you and this friendship and all the things, all the things that we talk about. It is crazy.
All the plans we have coming down the pipeline. And I. What I love is like, we both get in these spurts where we're like, are you feeling like you're locked in right now? And I'm like, yes, we're locked in. And we're Both heading into Q4 right now with the motto all gas, no brakes. Like, we are just ready. We got some fun ideas, and we can't wait for the world to see them. So I can't wait.
Absolutely. I still have my hat. I literally. It's, like, right across from me. It says, can't talk right now. I'm currently locked in.
Like, I got cousin. I'm matching locked in hats. Like, let's go.
I wear that to bed. Wake up in the morning. Like, what is that? That Kesha song? Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy. Like, that's literally how I've been waking up every morning. And I'm like, I don't know what I'm smoking out here in Arizona, but I love it. I love this air. It's all about the pollution, like this bul hole that we're in.
But. Oh, is it the haboob? Is that it? The dust storm coming through? Get hit by a haboob.
Dude, these storms here are crazy. But I love it. I. Y'.
All.
Y' all hear it here first. I don't see myself moving from this place for a while. It is literally not.
