You need to go out there, be bold, and build the life you can't stop daydreaming about. It's time to get busy, babe. Busy getting better. What is up, you guys? Today we are talking all about millionaire energy. And I'm gonna be breaking down seven habits to help you start living your life like your wealthiest self. Listen, habits are the foundation of of who you are. What you do every single day is who you are. And what you continue to do moving forward is who you are going to become. And you absolutely cannot change your life without changing your habits. Habits are so important. There is this quote that I feel like I keep seeing on the Internet that's like, if you don't know what to work on, work on yourself. Because changing your habits changes your life. It's a domino effect of being able to open up doors and be able to shift things. And when we're talking about changing your financial reality and stepping in and owning millionaire identity, millionaire self, you've got to shift your habits. Because what we have to know and recognize is that the habits that got you here are going to get you exactly where you are and the habits that are going to get you there are probably different habits than you have right now. And so I want to go through all of the habits. These are all things that I really focus on in my life. And I want to preface this conversation with I don't do every single one of these things every single day. And also, it's taken me an incredibly long time to build all of these habits. I started getting serious about changing my life about five years ago. And so while these habits are now second nature to me, they might feel overwhelming. It might be like, holy shit, this is a lot. Like, don't get lost in the sauce. I don't want to be running through this list and have you feeling like, oh, my God, this is a lot like, I have to do all of this. It's like, you don't have to do all of this today. And also your life could look so much different than Mine, like, you don't need to adopt all of these habits that I'm gonna list, but I just wanna be honest with you and share what has shifted things for me. What has really helped me embody a new level of me and has made hitting millionaire status and inevitable inevit. Inevitability for me. That was hard to get out. Inevitability. Not even a word now. I've said it too many times. Is that right? Yeah, inevitable inevitability. Okay, well, anyway, making sure that you know that you're on the right path and knowing that your goals are inevitable is the goal. And that comes with an identity shift. That comes with an up level. That comes with building habits that support the life that you are trying to make and who you're trying to become. And so if I'm going through this list and you're like, yeah, that ain't me, cool. Take or leave, whatever you want. But again, I want to be honest with you about what the things are that have helped me shift what the habits are that I have adopted that have totally transformed my life. So you can maybe start to think about, yeah, I'm doing a lot of these. Or, oh, my gosh, I'd love to integrate some of that stuff. Or like, wow, okay, this makes sense because I talk about this all the time. But changing your money, like, you can't just come in and, like, change your finances. Like, you've got to change. You. You've got to change how you view money and how you look at money and who you are. And are you the type of person that can. Can be a good steward for your finances? Who has the confidence to hold and to grow the level of wealth that you need in order to build a life that you want? And that all comes down to what you do every single day. And I feel like I'm always, like, plugging books I'm reading on the podcast. And so I have to plug a current read of mine, which is called the Slight Edge. And if you have not read it, I'm telling you, you should read it. It's such a good one. And in there, they talk about how really, like, the simplest things that we do every single day. Like, it's so easy to do these things, and it's also so easy to not do these things. And in the moment, it might not necessarily feel like these small habits matter, but they do. They build over time. Our habits compound, right? We talk about compounding a lot when we talk about our finances. We talk about compounding as the eighth Wonder of the world and how impactful and important compound interest is when we're talking about growing the wealth. But compounding works with habits too. Compounding works with identity shifts and identity changes. It feels really small in the moment, right the first time you invest a hundred bucks, like, a hundred bucks ain't gonna change your life. But you consistently put in a hundred bucks every single week or every single month for 30 years, for 40 years, and all of a sudden, like, you're rolling in the dough. It's the same thing with changing our habits. It's the same thing. These little. These little things that we do every single day might not feel important, they might not feel significant, but it is what changes your life. It is what compounds over time and takes you from a version of yourself that is based in scarcity and living in fight or flight and buried in $70,000 worth of died eating macaroni and cheese for every single meal and just feeling like, oh, my God, am I ever gonna escape to a version that is cool, calm, collected, is knowing, is grounded, is confident, who puts herself in rooms, who pushes for expansion, who just knows that she's worthy and she's going to get everything that she's after. Like, there is two sides of the spectrum here. And what takes you from point A to point B is what you do every single day and how you show up for yourself. The commitments you make to yourself are the most important ones. So let's kick it off. The first core habit that I really want to talk about is really starting your day with that wealthy girl energy. How you start your mornings, I think are a really big foundation. I feel like there are people who, like, ride or die, like, screw a morning routine. Like, I don't need that. And it's like, you don't need to necessarily have, like, a rigid morning routine. I have talked about how when I first got into personal development, like, this was one of the first things that I really started to shift was my morning routine. And I went from having no morning routine, like rolling out of the bed after hitting snooze five times, just enough time to, like, brush my hair, put makeup on and run out the door to work, eating, like a bagel and drinking a nice coffee with no time to myself in the morning, to I read the Miracle morning and like, 5am Club. And I was like, I'm gonna wake up at 5am and I'm gonna do all six of these activities every single morning. And that led to me feeling like a failure every morning that I did not get to all of those activities. So now my morning is very fluid. There are some set things. Like I wake up every single morning. I say every single morning. I wake up four mornings a week usually, and I go to the gym first thing. So that works really well for me. Waking up and mo my body. I find that kind of like the first domino of like, okay, I said I'm gonna do this. I started my morning with something hard. Honestly, the hardest part is just like getting out of bed at this point. Like, once I'm up and ready, put on my cute little gym clothes and get to the gym, like, the workout's great, I have a great time, and then by the time I'm done, I'm like, yeah, let's take on the day. So getting up and moving my body is really, really great. But that is, that is one of the things I do. Like I said three to four times a week. Um, the other things that I do are very fluid. So I don't do all of these every single day. But I usually pick one at least, if not, if not a couple, to weave them in. Some mornings I just have more time. Some mornings I'm feeling like a little bit more flow. Some mornings I'm like, I have a meeting, I gotta get to work. But weaving these things in through your day and through your week are really important. And some of those things are journaling. I talk about journaling all the time because it's a really great way, way for you to really tap into your subconscious mind and get really clear on like, what is going on in your brain and being able to like, brain dump some of that stuff. It's also really good for expressing gratitude. Developing a gratitude practice is something that is absolutely life changing. Being able to see the good and everything. What you do when you start your morning with a gratitude practice is you start to ask your brain and for. To, for help to, to go out and see all the good in the day. That's really what you're doing. You're saying, oh my God, I'm so grateful for all of these things. And what you're utilizing is your reticular activating system, part of your brain, to actually shape the filter of the world that you're seeing. And so gratitude practice is really, really great. You can do that out loud, you can do that in your head. You can do that via journaling. Journaling is also really great for like vision casting. Like, okay, you know, what am I working on? What do I want to work towards getting my goals out, starting to brain Dump all that journaling is so good for, so you can use it in so many different capacities. So being able to just have a journal ready. And again, I used to be so rigid on like three gratitudes and three affirmations and three goals. And now I'm at a point where like whatever needs to come out is going to come out. I am currently in a state of just like free flowing two to three pages in the morning of just life. Where I'm at, how I'm feeling, the emotions I have maybe something that was challenging or maybe a win or maybe the future. So like just kind of letting my mind go sometimes I'll really dial in on the goals I'm working on. But it just depends. There's so many ways you can do it, but it is such an important habit. And again, being able to, to shift how you're utilizing it I think is really important. Another really big tool that I absolutely am obsessed with is visualization. Visualizing your goals is such a hack. Like if you can't see it, you're not going to have an easy time building it. And when you can see it and you regularly show your mind what it is that you're working towards, then it's going to just be that much easier for you to build it. I talk about this all the time, but our brains fear the unknown. And your brain can't tell the difference between something that you're visualizing and something that you're experiencing. So if you can have a really solid visualization, you're normalizing that experience to your brain, you're normalizing that experience to your nervous system. And it's going to be a million times easier for you to take action in that direction because your brain's like, oh, we've already done that, right? Athletes use visualization all the time. Entrepreneurs, business owners, like every, everyone uses visualization. It's such a powerful tool to tap into your brain and be able to help you get clear. And also like the more you see it, the more you taste it, the more you feel it. I don't know about you, but like the more I want it, so the more I'm gonna take action towards it. Cause I'm like, oh my gosh, that trip, that life, that freedom, whatever it is on the other side of that visualization that you have, like I want to experience that. So let's utilize that to light a fire under your ass, to move you forward towards that life, to help you remind you what it is you're working so hard for and what the goal is and what the objective is and what it can feel like. And when you take those actions and you move forward. So super, super powerful tool. And then affirmations again, love these. It is a really easy way to just remind yourself what it is you're working towards every single day. Remind your mind what kind of opportunities it is that you want to find out into the world. If you're constantly remind and reminding your brain that you are looking for more financial opportunities or new networking groups, or a new friend connection, or a new coach or a new podcast or a new book, whatever it is that you're like, yeah, this is the life I'm trying to build. Or these are the things that I want to call into my reality. You gotta tell your brain because your brain is sourcing through millions and millions of bits of information every single day. And you get to utilize that reticular activating system to control the filter. You get to train your brain, you get to create your own algorithm with your brain by telling it what it is that you want to see. This is why when you know you're based in scarcity thinking and you're like, oh, the world ending, nothing good ever happens. Bad things always come my way, Nothing ever works out for me. Like, guess what, you're right. Because your brain goes and finds all the proof to make that true. But if you tell your brain that everything is always working out for you and there's always opportunities, like, eventually, like, your brain gets better and better and better at finding those opportunities for you and revalidating that statement and that belief and that it just fuels the fire and you keep on going. The other thing, really big here that I, I wanted to include here is just like, letting yourself dream big. Like, what? Who's keeping us small? Why put a cap on your potential? Why put a limit on the life that you could live, on the person that you could become, on the experiences that you could have, the memories you can make. Like, why let yourself dream big? I think one of the most powerful things that I do for myself is just let my mind wander and I'm. And not shut down the, oh, gosh, no, like me. There's no way me, right? Like, that's too big. That's for other people. Like, no, I'm like, yo, if my brain is showing me this, it must be real. It must be for a reason. And I am going to choose to just really own that. I'm going to choose to believe that these desires that I have are for a reason. Like, that's so big to me. So dream big, sister. Dream big. Okay. Habit two is really tracking your money like the CEO of your finances. I'm just going to give it to you straight. Wealthy women know their numbers. They don't avoid their accounts. They also don't micromanage them, but they know what's going on. Having some sort of process, having some sort of routine where you were tracking your finances and you know what's going on, you cannot achieve an unmeasurable goal. And so if you're trying to change your finances, but you don't actually know where your money is going, what are we trying to change? What are we trying to do? Like, you've got to know what's going on. So building some sort of system for you that lets you know what the heck is going on with your money. This could be a spreadsheet if you want to track your finances that way. I personally love an app because I really like an app. That's really it. Like, I track all my finances in an app called Copilot. Not sponsored or anything, Just really enjoy them. And it lets me go in and I will just, like, tag where my money's going. I can see how much I've spent in each category every single month. Again, it's not about micromanaging or feeling so restricted. It's just about having a pulse on how you're spending or and not letting yourself just, like, open up your credit card statement every single once in a while and being like, what the is going on in here? Like, who spent all this money? Who took my credit card and swiped it? Right? Like, you've got to know what's going on. You've got to be in control of your finances. And knowing that every dollar that you spend is going towards something intentional. Yeah, I did want to go out that night and have drinks with my friends, and that was such fun money. And that was there for that. Like, cool. Good for you. Like, you can do that. I'm not saying it has to all be, like, invested in stock market or, like, really, really good. But, like, did you know that? Did you intend to do that? Or were you just like, oh, my, I spent how much on eating outlaws, Right? Like, we gotta have a pulse check. We gotta know what's going on, and we got to know the direction of where we're spending our money so that we can know if we're continuing to spend in alignment with the goals that we have, with the values that we have for our life, with the vision of where we're at, and where we are wanting to go. So tracking it again, it's not about restriction. It's about respecting your money. You worked hard for that money. You deserve to know where it's going. And also it deserves attention. It doesn't just deserve to be thrown on a credit card and like never thought about again. Like, love your money like you love yourself. Love your money like you love your friends. Love your money like you love your family members. Love your money like you love your best relationships in your life. Because guess what, it is such an important relationship in your life and if you treat it like shit and you just forget about it and you don't give it any attention, like it's just gonna leave, it's just gonna be gone. It's not gonna be where you want it to be, when you want it to be there, right? You've gotta give it some love and attention. So we need to know where our money is going. So find a system that works for you. Find a tool that makes it really easy. You don't need to like obsess and check every single day, but do something. Do something that feels good to you on a regular cadence. Like maybe once a week, every single week, you get paid. When you get paid, you're checking. Okay, how did, how did last week go? Am I doing good? That's why I like the apps. They make it super, super easy. Spreadsheets are way more in the weeds, but also a wonderful tool that you can utilize too. So just figure out something that works well for you and make sure that you are appreciating and respecting where your finances are going. Habit number three, fuel your body like it is a wealth building asset. Because guess what, honey, it is, it is. When I'm talking about fueling your body, right? I obviously already mentioned like movement, waking up and going to work out. So like, you've got to be not only working out and moving your body regularly, but we've got to be drinking water, we've got to be eating well. And for me personally, a major thing that I have really focused on in the last, I don't even know, like for sure, maybe two years now, is really cutting out alcohol. Like, I think it's probably just like where I'm at in life, right? Coming out of my 20s, I turn, I turned 30 in a couple months. Crazy. But you know, like, I'm not 21 anymore. I'm not drinking, I'm not partying, I'm not in college. And I think that those habits followed me for a while. I think we all probably fell victim to just drinking a lot during COVID because what the out were we supposed to do? And was the world ending? I don't know. But this bottle of wine sounds really nice. And so that for me, like, cutting out alcohol and not cutting it out totally, but I drink if I go to a social event or like a friend's birthday or like a girl's ketchup, like very sparingly here or there. And it's one or two glasses now. Verse, God knows. God knows. Listen, we still have a good time, but it's just. It's reduced. And what all of this does, the movement, the eating healthy, the kind of cutting out, the alcohol, it really is like a base for being able to regulate your nervous system. And nervous system regulation is major. If your nervous system is out of whack, like your life is out of whack, you've got absolute chaos running your body. When your nervous system is out of whack. You're operating from a place of fight or flight. And I spent so long operating from a place of fight or flight. And I feel like I'm like just now realizing, like, how grounded I am and how out of fight or flight I am, because I'm like, oh, shit. Like, I was heavily operating in fight or flight for a very long time. And it's so interesting to look back and see my habits and my mindset and my thoughts when I was clearly in survival mode, just trying to get by and what that did for my brain and my decisions and all of that stuff. And so the goal, if you were going to be someone who, you know, wants to become a millionaire, build millionaire multimillionaire status, go on to do big things. Like, you need to be able to make sure that you are making decisions from a place of calmness, from a place of groundedness, and from a place of being able to really touch into your intuition and your gut and make clear conscious decisions. And when you have a dysregulated nervous system, you are making decisions out of fear. You're not making decisions out of anything else. You are scared. You're scared, okay? And so your body's scared because your body, when you have a dysregulated nervous system, thinks that it's like surviving. We're wired to survive. And so it's just like trying to find all of the threats. It's, I don't know, scary. So you're just in a place of fear when you have a dis. Regulated nervous system and you're not able to make clear, conscious decisions. And you need to be able to do that. If you are going to take the risks needed to do the big things that are going to be required to build the life that you're trying to live. You are going to have to put yourself in situations that are going to be scary. Maybe you need to ask your boss for a raise, maybe you need to apply for a new job. Maybe you need to put yourself in a new room, put yourself on a stage, start a podcast, leave your job, build a business, like you name it, whatever it is that you're going to do that is going to already put you into. Like, holy shit, what am I doing? This feels scary and big and expansive. You gotta be able to counteract that with a calm nervous system. So being able to move your body, stay grounded, meditate, all of that stuff and being able to give your body the fuel and the source that it needs to be grounded is huge. The wealthiest version of you is not burnt out. She's embodied. She is embodied in the things that make her feel like her millionaire self. So calm nervous system key. It is key. Okay, number four, making decisions from your future self. Every choice that you make is a vote for the life that you are building. And so what do I mean by this? You need to be able to think about who that version is of you that you are trying to step into. Who easily holds the wealth, who naturally attracts all the desires, who just has the life that you're working towards building. And one ask, who is she? What would she do? Would she want me to say yes to this opportunity? Would she want me to say no? Learning to say no to things. Oh huge you guys. Learning to say no to things that don't align with where you want to take your life anymore. Being able to say no to hanging out or going out and partying or staying out late. Like I am. Like, it takes a lot for me to want to stay out past 9pm nowadays. Like, I got to really love you if I've been out past 9pm with you. Like you're a real one. Because I love my sleep and I know that my best version of me goes to bed and gets a full ass eight hours of sleep. She needs that. I should have put that one in the fuel your body, get some sleep. Sleep is so major for nervous system regulation. It is wild being able to say no and not let it mean anything. Like I don't feel the need to go out and be at every social event anymore. Like I don't need to say yes to Things because it's going to fill my ego knowing what is misaligned with who you are in the life you're trying to build and just confidently being like, no, thank you. Thank you for the invite. I don't want to do this. I'm just being okay with that. Like, I think we live in a society where it's really hard to say no to people. Especially if you're someone who, I don't know, like, I guess if you have people pleasing tendencies or FOMO or like, you are. I don't like wanting to be in the know. I for so long. This is like such a side tangent. But I grew up moving every two years. And so I was always the new kid at every single school. And being the new girl is not that fun, just ain't that fun. And so I grew up being like, never having my circle, never having my clique, like, never having my girls. Like, I was always the new kid every two years. And so for a while, like, anytime I got invited to something, I was like, yeah, I'm there, I'm there, I'm there. I don't even care. I just liked that I got the invite. That was feeding my ego. It didn't care that I like, didn't actually like these people or these people just gossip to talk shit the whole time. And that's like, not my vibe. Or had really unhealthy habits and like drinking and partying and staying out late. But it was just like, I wanted to be in. I wanted the cool invite. And so for me personally, like, learning to say no and recognizing like, that was filling my ego. And me saying no is actually fueling my future and doing what's best for me, that was a big step. So be okay saying no to the things that don't align and understanding that, like, we're all on our own path, we all have our own goals. And if something aligns for someone else, like, it's okay if it doesn't align for you. And this could even be like a positive thing, like a networking event. You're just like, I'm tired. I need to check in with my energy. Like, I don't want to go. I have too many social events on my calendar already this week. Like, just be okay saying no to things that don't align with where you're at or what you need. And with this trusting your future self, like, trusting that your desires that you have that the vision that you have on your heart. Like I said before, like, you've got to trust that it's for a purpose. The version of you that's in the future. Like the reason that you have desires is because there's a version of you that already has it. There's a version of you that could be living that life, could be having those experiences, could be in those circles, could be making that money. Like there's a version of you that has it. The desires that are placed on your heart are not on accident. They are a 100% on purpose. And it's a disservice to you and to your future self to not believe that, to not trust that they're there for a reason. I feel like this was another big moment for me in my own journey, was like, oh, everyone must want these same things, right? There's nothing unique or special about what I'm desiring. And it's no sister. Actually, everything that you're desiring is unique and special to you. Because of your past, because of your purpose, because of your potential. Your desires are for you. And your future self is counting on you to follow them, to trust them, to lean into them, to invest into them, to do the things that you need to do in order to make those desires your reality. You can't manifest a wealthy life while constantly choosing the version of you who is scared to grow. You just can't do it. So you've gotta be able to trust that those desires, no matter how far away they are, they're pushing you in that way for a reason. They're helping you grow for a purpose. And you've gotta lean into that. Otherwise they're gonna get louder, they're gonna get harder to ignore, or you're gonna get to your end of your life and you're gonna be like, damn, maybe that path was for me. What would have happened if I would have followed it? So tap into your future self. How does she want you to show up? Who does she want you to be? What desires does she want you to lean into and follow? And how can you show up for her today? How can you show up for her every day? Okay, habit five is get in rooms that stretch you. Obviously this comes off of that, right? Like you are going to have to do new things. The habits that got you here are not going to get you there. The person that got you here is not going to get you there. You've got to get in new rooms, you've got to get exposed. You've got to learn about what other people are doing. You've got to see what other options are available for you. We talk about all the time, about you are who you surround yourself with. So if you're surrounded by a bunch of people that are not living the life that you want to live, like, how are you going to change that? You've got to get into rooms. I have invested in so many masterminds over the last five years. Masterminds and mentors and coaching programs. And I've shown up to events where I've known nobody. And it's scary. You eventually do get over it because you're like, I don't care. My higher self told me I need to be at this event, so I'm gonna see why. I wonder who I'm supposed to meet. I wonder what idea is supposed to get planted into my mind. I wonder what connection I'm gonna make. I wonder what aha moment I'm gonna have. That's the mindset I have now. But I recognize that being, like, putting yourself in rooms for the first time can feel scary. But recognize that everybody's there for a reason. And again, you were drawn to that experience, into that reason, or to that room for a reason. And the best way to get ahead and to change your life is to sit with the people that have already done what you're trying to do and let them show you the way. Learn from them. Gosh, every room I have been in, like, everybody is so willing to help, so willing to answer the questions, so willing to share the things that have worked and the things that have not worked. Things to look out for. Like, everybody genuinely is usually trying to help you get ahead. Especially like, when you're in these rooms, when you're in these environments, right? So, like, just don't be scared of stepping into the new networking room or joining the coaching program or signing up for the mastermind. And what you really want to make sure that you are doing is you don't want to wait until you feel ready. Because spoiler ready is not a feeling. You don't just, like, feel ready all of a sudden. You decide ready is a decision. You decide you are ready to change your life, and then you do it. You decide that you are worthy of being in that room, and then you get in it. You decide that you are gonna figure it all out, and then you do it. You don't just feel ready. If you just wait until you feel like, okay, I think I'm finally ready to do this thing. One, you probably waited way too fucking long. If you're sitting there and you're like, I finally feel ready. You waited too long. You need to jump before you're like a hundred percent perfect. And just trust that you're gonna figure it out and trust that it's gonna get there, right? If you wait, so much time's gonna go by, who knows what opportunities you could have missed out on? And just remember that wealth is built through expansion, not isolation. You do not have to do it all alone. You do not have to figure it out by yourself. I actually recommend that you do not. It's a lonely journey. And that growth doesn't come from being the smartest person in the room. It comes from getting in the rooms where your dreams feel normal. Like the amount of times I've stepped into rooms and I'm like, oh my God, my dreams are so big, I'm kind of afraid to say them out loud. And then the person before me goes and they say their dream and I'm like, holy fuck, I am dreaming small. Like, what? Put yourself in rooms where your goals and dreams are not only normal for other people, but that's like a starting point. It makes you recognize the fact that you. What you're working towards is inevitable. It's so achievable. And then you surround yourself with the people who have already figured out how to do it and it's like, show me the way, right? That's the power of coaching and mentorship. It collapses time. You sure can figure out everything you want. We live in a wonderful age right now where all of the information you need is on the Internet. It's all out there. You can piece things together all you want. The power comes from being with someone who's going to shorten that time frame for you and surrounding yourself with people that are going to help you dream bigger and help you stay accountable. Accountability is so huge. And also just having those people around you that are on the same wavelength are on the same goals. Like, there is nothing more powerful than building friends that are also trying to do the things that you're trying to do and achieve what you're trying to achieve. Because they pick you up and surround you. Like, you just gotta shift who you're around if you're going to make changes. You can't continue to just try and change your life surrounded by people who working towards similar goals. You're going to feel crazy. You're going to feel like it's just not worth it. You're going to not focus on those habits every single day. But you get around the other people you get in the room that are making that their reality, that are fully embodying this work on a daily basis and you will change, I promise you. There's just no way you couldn't. There's just no way you couldn't. Okay, number six is learning something every single day. I can't remember the exact quote, but it's something like, you die when you stop learning. I thought, I feel like maybe it was said a bit more eloquently, but, like, that's the gist. Like, we have gotta keep learning. I also just heard in a book that something like 55% of the population who doesn't go to college, who just goes to high school and then doesn't go to college, never reads a book again in their entire life. What? Never? That's crazy. That's absolutely crazy to me. You've gotta keep learning. You've gotta keep growing. Your brain needs to know what's possible. There's so much out there. Endless amounts of opportunities, endless amounts of ways that you could build your life, endless things that you could do. You've gotta continue to learn and grow. Like, you can't just stop where you're at. And I'm. You don't have to go back to school or do anything but listen to podcasts, listen to books, take online courses, invest in coaching, go to seminars, listen to webinars, like, learn. You've got to learn. If you cap your, like, knowledge of what is possible, you're going to cap your knowledge of what is possible. Like you, once you understand how big the world is and you start to learn how other people are doing things or living their life or what they did to get there, you're like, oh, shit. There's the famous example of the, the mile runner, right? The guy who finally broke the four minute mile. Up until that point, nobody thought it was possible. So everybody training was like, they had the mindset and the belief, like, this is impossible. Physics, science, my body can't move that fast. It just simply cannot be done until it was done. And the guy who did it, who broke the four minute mile, quickly after that, a bunch of people started breaking the mile. What changed? The fact that they knew it was possible. Once your brain understands what is possible, it starts to figure out solutions. And you can start to wonder, okay, well, if this person did it, if this person's living life this way, if this person accomplished this goal is like, how could I make that possible for me? But you can't get to that point if you're not getting educated on things. So get educated. There's so much stuff out there, right? This could Be learning about money, this could be learning about personal development, this could be learning about manifestation, this could be learning about mindset, this could be learning about anything that's gonna change your life, right? But just like continuously staying educated on those things is absolutely a game changer. Okay, Last Habit. Habit 7. To beat the most important one, celebrate like you've already made it. Celebration calibrates your nervous system so that it can receive more. And then wealth multiplies when you start to actually honor your journey. We are caught up in a society where it's like, more, more, more, better, better, better. When I get to the destination, everything's gonna feel good. And that's fucking backwards, let me tell you. You feel good and that is how you get to the destination. Simple period facts. You've got to feel good on the way to the destination. And there's that super cliche saying which, let me tell you, it is so true. It's all about the journey. It's not about the destination. It's all about who you become along the way. It's not about hitting the goal or hitting the milestone. And you've got to be able to celebrate the wins along the way. I said it calibrates your nervous system so that you're able to receive more. You've got to have like, set up little milestone wins for yourself. Have money check in dates, have habit check in dates. Share your wins with your friends, drop em in a chat, tell your coach like, oh my gosh, this finally happened. Don't think that anything is too small to celebrate every accomplishment. Whether it's an aha moment, it's an epiphany, it's a small win, it's a mindset shift, it's a big thing, it's a promotion. Don't underplay anything. You finished a book, you read a chapter every single day for the whole week. Hell yeah, sister. Hell yeah, you did. When you start to celebrate those wins, your body and your brain releases dopamine. And that is good. That's a good drug that we want in our body because it helps us feel good and happy and motivated. And the more that you celebrate that, the more that your brain is going to rewire. Oh, we liked that. That was good. We should do more of that. And that's how you start to create more habitual wins and how you start to actually enjoy the journey. So often we just are like, oh, that wasn't that big of a deal. No, that wasn't too big. Again, throughout this whole conversation, I've said these smallest Habits change your life. They compound over time. Every single day, you show up for yourself. Every single decision you make that backs the life that you were trying to build is absolutely a win. Every time you say you're going to do something and you do it, it's a win. And you should celebrate that. A little happy dance, a smile, a high five, right? Text your partner, text a friend, like, oh, I did this. Like, hell yeah, I'm on a hot streak. Like, whatever it is, show up for yourself. Celebrate yourself. It's just going to get easier to continue to do the next habit, to show up the next day when you feel really good about it. So again, we just were like, oh, it has to be this big major milestone. I can't celebrate until I'm, you know, a hundred thousand dollar net worth or until I get that fat promotion. It's like, no. You put $1 in your savings. Hell yeah. You set up an automation. Hell yeah. You just decided to listen to this podcast and it hyped you up. Hell yeah. Everything counts as a win because all that matters is what you're doing right now. All that matters is what you're doing right now. You cannot change the past, you cannot change the future, but you can control what you're doing right now. And you should be able to celebrate those things along the way. And also changing your financial reality can feel really daunting. And so when you can gamify it, when you can enjoy it, it just gets easier and it gets more fun. And money gets to be fun. This journey gets to be fun. It really does. Okay. And like I said, this was a lot. I'm looking. I've been yapping for a while now about all these different habits. Start small. If you're like, I don't do any of these right now. Cool. Pick one that feels easy. Get going. Start to build a habit. Start to habit stack as you feel confident in moving these things. And remember these things that I do, they've taken me years to develop, years to build these skills. You cannot just wake up a new version of yourself overnight. It takes consistent dedication and a reminder of what you are worth. And you are worth the life that you were trying to build. So show up for yourself, like it. Build these habits. Have fun with it. Don't beat yourself up. And just remember that as you step into and own this millionaire energy, you become your millionaire self. And millionaire net worth. Millionaire status becomes inevitable because of who you have become. Now, the identity shift comes first and then everything follows. So if there is any habit in here that you're like hell yeah, I can't wait to add that or something that's really impacted your life or if you have a habit that you feel like has totally shifted your life it needs to be on this list. I want to know please DM me. I want to hear it. If you know of a friend or a family member that needs a little kick in their rear is ready to step up their game, wants to tap into that millionaire energy, shift their identity, build their new habits at 2025 is the year that they are going to go all in on their dreams.
