A mindset and money coach, a first generation wealth builder and a woman on a mission to help you master your finances and live your best life. Money is not all we are covering though, because in order to live your best life, you have to become your best self. So we are diving deep into all things personal development and bringing you the mindset shifts, money, tips and inspiration. You need to go out there, be bold and build the life you can't stop daydreaming about. It's time to get busy babe. Busy getting better. Well, hello my friend. Welcome back to the podcast. I am really excited for today's conversation for a couple of reasons. One, it is the third and final part of my three part money series. All about how the heck to utilize money to build the life that you can't stop daydreaming about. And today we are talking about part three. We are pulling it all together with how to actually go out and manifest your dream life. If you are just tuning in, go ahead and pause and start at number one. Make sure you're listening to these in order because they all stack on each other. You cannot go out and manifest your dream life without doing the mindset work, without learning to master your money mindset. And you can't go out and build your dream life if you don't have a plan for what you're going to do. So that is why this is the third and final part of the series and also the third place and the final place that we go to within my coaching programs. Because first we've got to make sure that we believe we can do it. We've got to go out and work on those limiting beliefs and then next we need to go figure out an actual plan. What are we trying to accomplish? What's the roadmap and what are the things that we are actually going to go out and do with our money? But here's the thing. Having the mindset component, having the plan is not enough. You then need to go out and actually do the dang thing. And so today we are talking all about manifesting your dream life and we are going to cover all the things that you want to know about manifesting. What is manifesting actually mean? What are the keys to it? What do you need to do to actually go out and do it? But another reason that I'm really excited for this is I am pre recording these episodes because I'm about to go on a couple weeks of travel to Europe with one of my best friends for a little girls trip. And so I obviously had to pre record these so I could get them out to you while I was traveling. And I am recording this episode right now on August 8th, which is 8 8. And for any of my spiritual girlies out there listening, this is the peak of the LionsGate portal today. 88 is the most powerful day of the year to manifest your dreams. And so what I'm doing by recording this on this day is I am bottling up all of this 88 energy for you, and I am pouring it all into this episode. So obviously you are not going to be listening to this on 8 8, but just know that I'm tapping into that energy for you and I'm going to put as much of it as I can into this episode so that you can feel it and you can go out and be empowered to. To manifest your dreams. And obviously we can manifest at any given point, but 88 is just a really special day. So I love that it has landed on the day that I'm sitting down and recording this episode and having this conversation with you all about manifesting. So let's go ahead and get into it. Let's talk about what manifesting is and what manifesting is not. So manifesting, I feel like, is very popular right now. People are all online talking about going out and manifesting your dreams and your life and all the things that you're working towards, which I love. But I want to get clear on what manifesting is not. Because manifesting is not sitting in your chair at home and being like, I'm going to be a millionaire, and then doing absolutely nothing about it and just expecting you to wake up the next day with a million dollars in your bank account. That's not what manifesting is. Manifesting is not magic. It's not just saying something out loud and expecting it to happen the next day. So I just want to be clear on that. People, I feel like they, like, roll their eyes when you hear people talk about manifesting because they think you're just delusional. Which, listen, I kind of am delusional, and I think you do need to be delusional. So there's some fact to that. But it's not just sitting there and saying something's gonna happen and just expecting it's going to happen. What manifesting is, is bringing a vision in your mind, a goal that you are working towards, into reality. And in order to manifest something really at the core of manifesting is all about identity shifting. It's all about becoming the version of yourself that has the dreams that you're working towards. So at the root of manifesting, what we're talking about is shifting who you are in order to have, in order to hold, in order to acquire the goals that you're working towards. And so that is the piece that I think people really need to understand is that the reason that you want something and you don't have it is because you are not the person. You're not the version of yourself that can have it. So if you're talking about manifesting a lot of money, you need to become the version of yourself that can not only attract that money, have that money come into your world, but you also need to be the type of person that can hold that money. And so there is just a lot of identity work that comes along with actually manifesting the goals that you're working towards. Because here's the thing, if they were goals that you could have as the current version of yourself, then you would have already achieved them, but they're not. You're setting goals for a version of yourself that you need to become. And so in order to do that, you've got to get really clear on what that version of yourself looks like. How does she show up in this world? What sort of daily actions is she taking? What are her regular habits? What is she doing to put herself into an environment that these goals are going to be easily attained? If you want to have more money, what are you doing to increase your skills? What are you doing to put yourself out there so that money can find you in new and different ways? You can't just continue to sit in your current reality, your current daily habits, your current actions, and expect to have different outcomes. Right? That's the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over and hoping for and expecting a different result. So we're talking about being delusional, but we are not talking about being insane. So we are not going to keep doing the same exact daily habits and operate through our lives and just accept expect that we're going to get different outcomes, that we're going to make these different goals that we're working towards just come to fruition via magic. That's not what we're talking about. So when you're really figuring out what the goals are that you're working towards, right? In this case, we're talking about changing our financial reality, you need to think about the version of yourself that is going to make those things come true. So if you're picturing yourself being somebody that has really good money management skills, you gotta adopt the habits of having really good money management skills. If you're somebody that wants to hold big amounts of money, if you want to build wealth, you need to be the version of yourself that is going to take those daily actions, take those habits, make those sacrifices, make those changes in your day to day life so that you can have more money, so that you can hold more money. So it really is at the core, again, it's all about shifting your identity and moving into the version of yourself and that has what you're looking for. And the first thing that you need to do in order to really start the process of manifesting your dream life is to get crystal clear on what you want. I feel like I cannot preach this enough that if you are struggling to bring your goals into reality and you don't have a crystal clear plan, that is what you're lacking. Because here's what most people do when they set goals. They are going to set goals based on either what they think that they should be doing, or they're going to set very vague goals. And you cannot accomplish goals that are undefined. So if you're just saying, I want more money in my life, okay, like do you want a dollar more? Do you want $5 more? Will a penny make you happy? Like, how much more money do you want and why? What is that money going to do for you? Is it going to allow you to take additional vacations? Is it going to allow you to buy that first rental property? Is it going to allow you to max out your IRA so that you can be on track to hit your financial independence number? Is it going to allow you to pay off credit cards so that you can actually move forward with building your net worth and getting away from being in debt? You need to be super clear about what it's going to do for you, but also how much you want and why. So looking at your goals and having a number behind it, like, hey, I really want to manifest 7,000 additional dollars this year so that I can max out my IRA so that I can be on track to hit my financial independence number of two and a half million dollars in the next 25 years, that that sounds like a clear goal to me. Because now you have an actual number that you're working towards and you have a purpose behind the number. And so you want to be crystal clear about what it is that you're working towards. And you could even Go further than that so that I can retire at this age and. And I can start living this life. And then when I retire, this is what my dream life is going to look like. Here's how I'm going to spend my time. So this is really a really big point that people are lacking when they're working towards any goal in their life. It's not being clear enough on what they're working towards. And it's really easy to not accomplish your goals if you don't have a really clear picture of what you're working towards. And it's even easier to hit your goals when you know what it is you're working towards. So clarity here is super, super important. And once you have a really clear vision of what it is that you're working towards and what you're trying to bring into the world, you can start to use different manifestation tools like visualization. But you can't utilize a tool like visualization if you don't know what you're trying to visualize. So get really clear on the things that you're going to see, feel, hear, smell, taste when you accomplish your goal. And then you can start to step into these activities. So I think once you have a really clear vision, visualization's a really great place to go because it allows you to get closer to living that reality in your mind. And your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is not. So the more that you're visualizing your reality, the more you're going to walk and talk and act like that reality is already yours. And visualization is one of the most powerful tools that successful people utilize in order to accomplish their goals. I've got a great example for this. It's right around the Olympics right now. Well, I guess we're still in the Olympics, but prime example is I just got done watching a lot of women's and men's gymnastics. And there were examples of visualization going on in the middle of the Olympics. And you can see, for example, Simone Biles sitting on the side of the floor before she goes out and does her routine. And she's got her eyes closed, and she's sitting there and she is visualizing time and time and time again her routine. What hits does she need to make, at what beat, at what turn does she need to do? Where does she need to make that flip? She is getting crystal clear, getting in the zone before she goes out and does it. And the more that she visualizes it, the more likely she is to go out and crush it, because her mind has rehearsed hundreds and thousands of times or before you actually go out and do it. There was also this guy that was going viral, like the pommel horse guy, where he was just sitting on the sidelines and he had like, his eyes closed at the glasses. There's like so many memes about him being like, Clark Kent and that dude. He only does that one event. So everybody else on his team is out there performing the whole day during men's gymnastics. And his event is the very last event, and he's the very last guy to go out and perform for the team. And you see videos and images of him sitting on the sidelines. And what is he doing? He's sitting there with his eyes closed. And they interviewed one of his teammates and they're like, you know, it's funny, people think he's napping, but that dude's just sitting there visualizing his routine because he is the last person to go on the last event. And he only has one event that he performs in. And so he does not want to mess that up. And he needs to be in the zone and he needs to be in the energy. And usually you need like the warmup. You need to be like in the vibe of what you're trying to accomplish. And so he's sitting on the sidelines visualizing his routine time and time and time and time again until he goes out there. And when he actually performs it, it's easy. He's like, oh, my God, I just got done doing this 100 times. This hundred and one time. I'm going to absolutely crush. And he did. He crushed. And they won a medal. So just a real life current example of who utilizes visualization. It's everybody. And so you need to be utilizing visualization in your daily life as part of one of your routinely habits to help you get closer to. To that reality. Visualization, again, is just, it's so key because the more that you have it in your mind what you're working towards, you are going to start showing up differently because you're like, oh, yeah, of course I do these things. Of course I have this money. You're getting normalized to the type of life that you're trying to live via visualization. So this is a really great tool that you want to utilize to remind yourself what you're working towards and that you can live that life and you are worthy of that life and you do deserve it and you absolutely can, can go out and accomplish it. So that is a really great Place to start is to get super clear on what you're working towards and then really focus on visualizing what it is and really do that regularly. And this brings me to the overall topic of what it looks like to manifest your dream. Life is. It's all about the daily habits that you have in your life. You really need to take a look at how you're spending your time and have a genuine, honest conversation with yourself. Of do you think the version of yourself that accomplishes everything that you're trying to accomplish and holds the amount of money that you're trying to hold and utilizes resources the way that you're trying to utilize resources? Like, is that what your life looks like right now? Or is there an opportunity for you to really adjust your habits? Are you waking up and, you know, treating yourself right? Are you having a good morning routine? Are you managing your money effectively? Are you paying yourself first? Are you going out with the mentality of how can I turn this money into assets? How can I turn this money into something that is going to appreciate and value and grow over time? Or am I going out and spending my money on reckless things that are filling my immediate need for instant gratification? Because that version of yourself is going to have a very hard time building long term wealth. That version of yourself is going to have a very hard time accomplishing your financial goals. So really start to look at what your daily habits are, how you are spending your money, how you are showing up for yourself, and really start to figure out what are the other habits in your life that you could make some changes for. Because here's the thing about your life is that you are constantly creating your own reality based on what you believe that you're worthy of. You set your own standards in life. And so if you are looking at your life and you're saying that you're not happy with certain things, but you're not doing anything to change it, that means you don't actually care about the changes, or you haven't gotten to a point yet where it's been so painful, or it hasn't gotten to a point where you're like, okay, this is just really not working for me. And the habits that I'm doing right now are leading to the life that I'm living and something's gotta give, something needs to change. And the one thing that you absolutely can control in your life is you and the habits that you have and how you show up and how you respect your own time and respect your own money and respect your own Energy. And so I think a really big part of the conversation of going out and manifesting your dream life is having a good conversation with yourself about what you are allowing to be your standard, allowing to have as your regular part of your life. And you have to get really honest with yourself and recognize the fact that you are the one that is control of your reality. You are the one that lets stuff continue to happen to you. You are the one that continues to swipe that credit card when you said you wanted to work towards different finance goals. So having a really honest conversation with yourself about what you want your look to life to look like in recognizing that it's going to be challenging to change your reality at first. Once you start to see small shifts and you start to say no to the things you know you need to be saying no to, eventually those things start to fall away. And it opens up space in your life for you to start saying yes to all the things that you want to be saying yes to. Yes to all the things that are going to be helping you get closer to the life that you want to be living. And so you really need to have that conversation with yourself and get clear on what am I allowing to hold me back? What am I letting be a part of my life right now that is not helping me get there? And what can I do to change it? What can I do to shift? What can I do to move closer to that version of me that has everything that I'm working towards? And so getting really clear on what your own standards are and what you want to do is super, super important here. And just listen to yourself complain. Honestly, what are you complaining about that you wish you would change? Is it a job? Is it a relationship? Is it a habit that you have that you know that is just not helping you get there? And just really ask yourself, okay, if I keep complaining about these things, but I'm not doing anything to change them, how is that honoring me? How is that honoring the version of myself that I'm trying to get to, that has everything I'm working towards and then figure out maybe what you can start to shift. How can you start to show up differently? Okay, I want to circle back to something that we talked about on part one of this series. And this is the idea of self fulfilling prophecies. Our mind is so important. I think I hammered that home on the episode all about mastering your mindset and why it's so important. But this comes back into play when we're talking about manifesting our dream life because if we haven't shifted our beliefs about what is possible for us, you're going to constantly continue to fall into victimhood. You're going to continue to fall into a reality that you don't want to live because you don't think it's possible for yourself. So much work to be done around shifting your beliefs. And when you genuinely trust that you are going to figure out whatever you need to figure out to get where you want to go. Not that everything's just going to be 100% easy and that there's going to be no hiccups. Again, that's not it at all. I'm not saying any of this is going to be easy. Actually, it's going to be the opposite, because it's definitely harder to choose this path up front. But it gets easier as you go, and it gets easier once you obviously are able to master this stuff and you are able to benefit from the abundance that you're trying to bring into your life. But if you are constantly thinking that it's not going to work for you and that you can't have the dreams that you want and that you can't manage money effectively and you're not somebody that can build wealth, you are never going to break through to manifesting your dream life. In fact, you're going to manifest the opposite. You are going to manifest whatever you think that you are worthy of. You are going to manifest whatever you think is going is what you are deserving of. And so you've really got to be crystal clear here on what you're working towards and also removing the limiting beliefs that you can't have it. That's all manifesting is. Manifesting is bringing into reality what you think you deserve and what you think you're capable of. And this is because of something called the Law of Attraction. We talk about the law of attraction in a sense of almost like vibrating with the things that you want to have. So like attracts like. And when you are able to get into a level of belief about yourself and an energy about yourself that you absolutely can go out and accomplish your dreams, and then you are going to start seeing all of the opportunities that are going to help you make your dreams come true. You are going to start seeing opportunities pop up. People are going to be naturally attracted to you. Because here's the thing about managing money and accomplishing wealth is that it doesn't always pop up into your life as an exact dollar amount. It's not like, oh my gosh, I want to be a millionaire and now all of a sudden you have a million dollars in your bank account. No, but maybe it is you want to become a millionaire and all of a sudden you have a million dollar idea or you make a relationship. Somebody comes into your life that has an idea or has a connection that connects you to a new opportunity that leads you to the path of a million dollar idea or a million dollar profit on something, or million dollars compounding over time, whatever it is. But you've got to be able to be in the energy and have the belief about yourself that you can accomplish it so that opportunities can naturally flow, find you. And one of the best ways to start to get into that energy, to get into that vibration, to start attracting the things that you're trying to attract, is going to be adopting a gratitude practice. This is the best thing you can do for yourself, honestly in life. But especially when you are trying to grow, when you were trying to attract new things, when you're trying to bring your goals and your visions into reality. And it's to be grateful for everything that you already have. Sometimes when we are working towards something, we really get ourselves into a state of lack. We are like, ugh, if only I had this thing, my life would be so much better. If only I accomplished this goal, I would be so much happier. And what you're doing when you're in that state is you're removing yourself from that feeling of having it. You're in a state of need and wants. And that is not the energy that you want to, to be in. You want to be in the energy of gratitude, of being grateful for all that you already have. And I think that this is what people get wrong sometimes, is that you can in fact be grateful for what you have while also working towards and desiring more. That is actually the secret to getting what you're after. Instead of being in this like, just I'm so far away from my goals mentality and thinking that it's going like everything that you want is on the other side of this individual goal or dream that you're working towards. Because let me tell you a little secret. Once you get to that goal and once you get to that dream, you're just going to want a different goal. You're just going to want a different dream. Everything that we are in right now, the life that we are living right now is a reflection of the things that we have said that we've wanted in the past, of the habits and the decisions that we have made in the past. And so you're constantly Going to be, you know, looking for more. That is just natural. That is just exactly how we are built. But you need to learn to be grateful for what you have right now. And so adopting a gratitude practice is a really, really great thing that you can do. And some of the ways that you can do this is by waking up in the morning and thinking the world, thinking something. Thanking the bed that you're in for giving you a place to lay your head at night, thinking the roof that's over your head for keeping you safe, thinking your eyes for opening and being able to see how beautiful the world is. Thanking for me. I live in Arizona, so thanking my air, my AC unit in the middle of summer for keeping me cold and not letting me sleep in 100 degrees year round. So just finding little things to be grateful for. And especially when we're talking about money. Be grateful for what money has already done for you. Be grateful for how money is providing for you in this moment. And be open to receiving more, of course. But also just being really grateful for what you have right now versus being really negative about all the things that you still wish you had. And you know how you're not there. So having a gratitude practice is definitely something that you want to adopt as one of your daily habits. Because the version of you that has everything you're working for is grateful. Is. It does have a gratitude practice. She is grateful for having those things. Because think about it, aren't you going to be grateful when you hit those goals? So you need to learn to be grateful now for the goals that you have already hit and finding just, you know, grace for yourself as you're on that journey of working towards what is next. Okay, once we've got what we're working towards, right, you've got super clear vision. You're really crystal clear on what it is that you're working towards. You have got the visualization down. You are grateful. You're changing your standards. I want to tell you one of my favorite ways to stay focused on manifesting your dream life and this is by utilizing a vision board. I know vision boards are very popular. I have loved them for years. And every year that I've made them, I've gotten better at making them. And the better I've gotten at making them, the more shit I've been able to manifest. So I want to tell you some of the hacks and tips that I have used specifically to make this year's vision board, because 2024 is vision board. You guys is on fire. I have never Manifested more things in a year so far off of one vision board than I have on this one. And I think there are a couple of reasons why. So let me break it down for you. So, first of all, I know there's like this old school style of cutting out magazines and paper and gluing it together. And until this year, that was how I had always made my vision boards. But I think I have switched. I think I've switched sides over here. My new favorite way to make a vision board is actually in Canva. You can get really, really specific and clean, and it just looks crisp and it was just obviously, you know, less arts and crafty. So if you're into that, by all means, keep that model. I'm not saying that you need to switch to Canva, but if you want to utilize a different strategy that's less arts and craftsy and, I don't know, kind of like easier to make esthetic and more specific because you can really get anything off the Internet and create anything in Canva versus just like whatever you're finding in the magazines that may or may not be speak to you. So I have been loving this year's vision board because I was able to put pictures and things in there that actually aligned with what I was trying to go after this year. So Canva is a really great tool. So I would recommend starting there. And what you want to do is get as clear as possible, right? This is where that visualization of having a really clear vision of what you are trying to focus on and you can get really clear with your pictures. So you can utilize pictures off of Pinterest is what I did for a lot of them. And you can also utilize your own photos and you can also manipulate photos. So let me break down some of the different types of photos I used in here first. And this was a hack I learned is if you can put yourself on your vision board subconsciously, your mind is going to connect with that vision board so much easier because you're looking at it and you're like, oh, shit, that's me on there. Like, that is literally me in my vision board. So if you are trying to manifest a car or a new piece of jewelry or a trip that you're gonna go on or something like that, do you have another picture of yourself on a vacation on a beach that might make you, like, remember that feeling of being on that beach? Could you put that picture on there? Or like, if you went to go test drive a car that you really want to have in the future, Take a picture of, like, your hand on the steering wheel or take a picture of you in that car. Get as close to that reality as you can in some of those pictures. So go ahead and figure out, like, what that makes sense for, based on the things that you're trying to manifest, and try and put yourself on the vision board. I think this is one of the most powerful pieces because, again, you're seeing yourself on the vision board and you're like, yeah, that's me. Like, that is me. I'm going to go ahead and make that happen. The second thing to think about is to put something on the vision board that has already happened or is about to happen, because as soon as one thing on that vision board comes true, your mind starts to be like, whoa, okay, if that came true, what else is gonna come true? If I've already made this happen, what is stopping me from making everything else happen? And that is an epiphany. I just had myself about this vision board. I actually took some time to look at it because again, it's 8. 8 today. And I'm focusing on manifesting. I'm in that energy. And. And I was like, oh, shit. Like, I've already made half of this vision board come true. And so now my energy for the rest of the year is, well, what the heck is stopping me from making the rest of it come true? I'm going to go out and do it because of course I can, because all the shit has already come true. So of course everything else is already going to come true. So put one thing on there that either, like, you, like, you're close to making it come true, like, you know it's about to happen. That's been a goal of yourself or something that you just accomplished that was really exciting for yourself. Some sort of picture or image that reflects that to kickstart the energy of your vision board. The next thing I want to talk about is manipulating images. What do I mean by this? If you have a number that you're working towards in your bank account or a number that you want your investment portfolio to look at, take an actual screenshot of that image of your bank account, of whatever it is, and then go in Canva and you can, like, change the numbers. So if you want to have an extra $10,000 in your bank account by the end of the year, go in and take an actual picture of your bank account, and then go into Canva and change the numbers in there. So it actually looks like you're opening up your bank account, but it Has a new number in it again, the things that we can do to make it feel more real subconsciously, we're going to feel so much closer to that reality that it's more likely to come true. If you are making a vision board, you want to make sure that you're putting stuff on there that you believe you can actually attain that feel kind of far away, like it's a stretch where you're like, oh, shit, if I actually made that come true, that would be dope. But, like, there is a world where this is possible. You don't want to be putting stuff on your vision board that is just so wildly outrageous for you in this current state of what you believe to be possible for yourself, that you look at it and you're like, ugh, that's never going to fucking happen. There's no way I'm going to make that true. That is going to make you feel less motivated. So this brings me to the next lesson that I learned here and what I think I was doing. Not wrong, but just wasn't feeling as convicted about the possibilities with previous vision boards that I had made is I made vision boards for the dopest life that I could ever imagine, which is cool, but make it for the dopest life that you could ever imagine. For this year, what are things that are actually plausible and possible for you to accomplish within the next 12 months? Verse this really incredible mansion of a home that I definitely know I can live in, but probably closer to like five to ten years from now, not this year, because you want to build little micro wins for yourself. Because the more that you're able to see things start to come into your reality, see things come to fruition, you're going to feel motivated to keep going. You're going to be like, okay, again, I did this one thing, I'm going to go out and do the other thing. So focus on this year. What are some really specific things that you would love to happen in the next 12 months? If you're making a vision board right now, what are some things that you can accomplish before the year is up? Just make a vision board for the last couple months of the year and get really specific on what those things are and make them something that you're like, yeah, I think I could do that. Maybe I don't know how. You do not need to know the how when you are making a vision board. You just need to think that there is a world that this is possible, there is a place that this could come true. And that is the type of energy you want to pour into your vision board. And I keep my vision board in a place that is visible in my office. So when I'm sitting down and I'm meditating or I'm journaling, I can glance up at it. But it's not necessarily something that is like up in my face all day, every day. Because what you also want to be cautious of is you can't just be like holding the bat so tight where you're just like staring at your vision board and you're like, come true, come true, come true. Oh my God, are you gonna come true today? Like you need to be embodying the energy of the version of your yourself that is going to make that stuff come true. And you kind of just need to like have it there in the background where you're like, okay, I know I'm working towards this, but like it's not a hundred percent of my attention right now. I'm not staring at it every day going, is today the day? Is today the day? Today the day. That's why in my example I kind of just looked back at my vision board and I was like, oh shit, like this is working. Another really fun thing that I know some people do is they set their vision board as like a lock screen on their phone or on their computer. So then it's just kind of like always in your vicinity, it's always around and kind of just subconsciously in the background. You're getting very normalized to the things that you're trying to attract. You're getting very normalized towards the goals that you're working towards because it's just kind of always there. You're not necessarily like staring at it all day, every day like, oh my gosh, is today the day? This is going to come true. But it's just again operating in the background and becoming part of your normal life. So it's going to be like a, aha, a duh. This became real because you're just going to become so used to seeing your goals that it's a no brainer that these are going to become real. These are going to become part of your reality. If you just keep moving forward and you just keep taking the actions and you just keep raising your vibration and you just keep living in that state of gratitude and moving forward, operating in a state of happiness and bliss and abundance. Like those goals, they are going to come true. And I think that that is a great way to just, yeah, keep them front and center, keep them in your mind's eye and just know that you are always working towards those things. So remember when you are going after your new money goals and you're trying to embody your wealthiest self that there is such a holistic approach to this. You've really got to focus on the mindset and trust and believe in yourself that you can accomplish these things. You need to master your mindset. And then you move into the logistics. You build an actual plan for what you are going to do with your money. And then once you have the belief in yourself and once you have the plan, this is where you bring in the power of manifestation. You go out and you do the dang thing. I just want to reiterate the fact that manifesting is not sitting here and hoping and wishing. The piece that I think most people miss when we talk about manifesting is they're missing the action. They are missing the actual work that you need to go out and do. You have to move forward in aligned action towards the version of yourself that you're trying to become, towards the dreams that you are trying to bring into reality, towards the life that you want to live. You have to move, you have to take action. And when you are moving forward and you're moving forward towards the things that you're working towards and you know without a doubt that you can make it happen and you know exactly what it is that you're working towards and you're making all the steps to make it real and you're moving forward every single day. You, I promise, are going to manifest your dream life. It is without a doubt it is going to happen in some way, in some possibility if you just don't lose faith and you keep moving forward. I know it is possible because I am continuing to prove myself right. I'm continuing to see different ways that things are manifesting in my reality and you have to continue to keep faith. That is going to work out. But don't miss the part of action. We're not just sitting on our couch daydreaming about this life. We are action takers. We are the people that are going to go out and make it real. So I hope that you have enjoyed this entire three part Money series. I just want to mention again that this, this is all the stuff that I cover with my clients in my coaching programs to help you make your dreams a reality, to help you go out and build the life that you can't stop daydreaming about. And I just want to formally extend an invitation if you are somebody who wants to work on Your money goals. If you're somebody who really was excited through this three part series and is interested in potentially exploring what coaching might look like and what it might look like for us to work together, send me a note on Instagram and let's have a conversation about you, your money goals, what you're after, and if working together is going to help you accomplish those goals. With that, I hope you have an incredible rest of your day. Go out, get busy getting better, and start manifesting that life you can't stop daydreaming about. I'll see you next time, babe. As I'm sitting here re listening to this episode and editing it, I just felt the need to mention that I totally understand that I am coming from a place of privilege as it relates to where I live and the opportunities that are available to me and the fact that I do not struggle with major things like depression and addiction. And I just felt the need to add in that I understand that there are very big and real things that might be holding people back from being able to live a different life that need to be addressed first from a mental standpoint. And also I understand the privilege that I have of living somewhere like the United States, where we do have endless opportunities to go after our dreams. And I get that not everybody has that level of access and there are very real things going on in the world, like war and like poverty, that are real and those are hard to get out of and hard to get away of. But I still believe in the opportunity to get through all of that. I still believe that you absolutely can find a way. It might look a lot different, it might be a little bit more challenging, but I still believe in you. And I hope that you, if you fall into any of these categories or, you know, people that fall into these categories, just to remember to try and bring them along with you and try and do anything you can to lift the people up that might have more hurdles to jump through, more challenges to overcome in order to get to the point when they can actually start living their dream life. And just to remember that we're all in this together. It's all about the collective and all about us being able to collaborate and lift each other up and get there together. And just recognizing that everybody's journey and everybody's starting spot is going to look so different no matter where you were born, where you were raised, what sort of limitations you are starting with or needing to overcome. And I just respect that and I just want to, I don't know, I just felt the need to. To mention that, because sometimes it's really easy to get caught up and lost in this life, in this vision of making everything sound like it's so easy. And that's definitely not the point of my message. And I just want to respect wherever you're starting from and just understand that I believe in you and I believe you can get where you want to go, no matter from where you're starting from. Okay, that's all. I'll see you next time. Bye. Hey, before you go, I just want to go ahead and say thank you for spending a little bit of your time with me today. And also congratulations for finding a chunk of time to carve out and focus on you and moving the needle and becoming a better version of yourself.
