I always tell people this, I am as good as I am at this thing right now in this moment. I will never be better than I am right now at this thing in this moment. I will never be worse than I am at this thing right now in this moment, because this moment is literally just this moment. And whatever events, struggles, and learning and whatever has led up to this moment has already happened. And anything that will happen after this is going to come later. So therefore, who I am right now is who I am right now. I cannot change that. I literally cannot change that. I can become better over time. I can improve and I should improve over time. But right now in this moment, when I'm hitting record on my camera and I'm about to shoot a video and I feel nervous or I'm scared or I have these things about me that are making it a struggle, all of that is reality and it just is what it is and I can't change that right now. But as I do this more and more, I will get better and better at it.
