From Poor in Brazil to Millionaire: The "WHY NOT" Mindset

I'm here in San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge here, and I want to talk today a little bit about opportunity cost. You know, this bridge, the construction of it was finished in 1937 during the Great Depression. You know, if you don't know, the Great Depression was a great economic depression that happened. Thousands of people went homeless, thousands of people lost their jobs, like the whole world went to a halt basically, and people were dying on the streets. It was, it was a horrible thing. And against all odds, this bridge right here, everybody said it wouldn't be able to be completed in time, or it's, it's too impossible, the architecture is too complex, or whatever. Yet they did it. And after they did that, they connected the two, the north and south of San Francisco, and they were able to open up way more opportunities to travel, to trade and everything. And so, you know, it's interesting how that can connect a lot with your life right now. You know, you're thinking you're not able to do something. You are thinking, right, like in my situation, Marcel, you don't know my situation. I can't do it. You know, I'm broke. I don't have money. I can't start a business. I'm scared. I failed many times. You know, I'm going through an economic crisis. I'm going through, you know, insert whatever. And I just want to shoot this video because I was inspired by this. And I want to tell you that, you know, you can do it. You know, if you just do it without knowing how to just yet, but you trust that God is going to show you the way and you trust that God is going to build the bridge for you, just do it, you know. And you know, bringing that analogy to yourself in your life, you might be thinking right now, you know, Marcel, you don't know my situation. I'm in an economic crisis. I'm in a whatever crisis right now. I can't do it. I can't take that first step. You know what I can tell you? Whenever you are living according to what God wants you to do, which is your original purposes in Genesis 1:28, is to have dominion over all things. And so to have dominion over all things, first you need to have dominion over yourself. And the first place you got to start is your mind. 'Cause if you can't have dominion and govern your own mind and your own thoughts and your own mindset and what you gotta do, you can't have dominion over anything else. So you first start by having dominion over yourself and then over the earth, right? And so that's your purpose, Genesis 1:28, have dominion over everything. And so you gotta start with your mind. If you can't even have dominion over your mind, how do you think you're gonna do anything else? So first of all, start with your mindset, change your mindset. And the funny thing is, Once you are living according to your purpose on this earth, you know, to your God-given purpose, which is to have dominion over all things, you will see how living under God's obedience will grant you God's favor. And that is amazing. So that means that all you got to do is take the first step and God will build the bridge for you. You see what I'm saying? But you got to take the first step. And the first step in order to follow the, the, your God-given purpose, which is to have dominion over all things, you first got to start with dominion over your mind, because that's where 99.9% of people are failing. You know, it's like the author Napoleon Hill said in the book Outwitting the Devil, 99% of people, uh, can't even, you know, control their minds. They're slaves to their own mind. So that's what the— that's the first thing you got to start controlling. And once you start doing that, man, God is gonna see, you know, I, I got another war general that's rising up to fight for my kingdom, and he's gonna grant you his favor. He's gonna grant you everything you want, you know. Seek first the kingdom and his righteousness, and everything else will be granted to you. And so once you start fulfilling your purpose on this earth, and Genesis 1:28, right, which is having dominion over everything, and you start by your mind, you start by changing your mindset, changing the way you think, changing the way you speak, changing the way you act. Stop saying I'm broke. Stop saying I can't. You know, Will Smith said, "He who says I can and he who says I can't are both usually right." So once you start changing your mindset, God will see, "Oh, I have another son that's starting to rise up and another son that's starting to walk in my purpose and what I want him to do with his life. And so I'm going to grant him my favor." And so once you wake up to that and you start changing, right, in any way possible, and the first thing I will recommend for you to change is your mind, you know, if you want If you want to know how I would recommend you start doing that, search on my YouTube channel a video called Best Life Ever by Jim Rohn. It's on my YouTube channel. This video changed my life. It's a 4.5-hour-long seminar that Jim Rohn did in the '90s. And 5 years later after watching that seminar, I found that seminar on YouTube actually at 21. At 26, I became a millionaire, you know, coming from a poor third-world country, born to poor parents. If you don't know my story, you know, I was born in a poor third-world country. I'm from Brazil, right? The average salary The minimum salary there is $300. The average household salary, and household means mom, dad, 2 kids, is $600 a month, right? And my dad was a Domino's Pizza delivery boy, my mom cleaned houses for a living, right? She was a maid. And I became a self-made millionaire in my 20s 5 years later after watching this seminar. So that's where I would start if I were you. Start there. And the amazing thing about God is, Once he sees you start practicing his purpose for you on this earth, he's gonna grant you his favor. He's gonna grant you his favor. So then anything you want, he'll give to you. You know, the business, the business success, the money success, the family success, the marriage success, everything in your life will start to change. So I recommend you start by there. Start by watching that 4-hour-long seminar by Jim Rohn. Search it, it's on my YouTube channel. So I just wanted to get this message out there, you know, man, because a lot of people are feeling desolated. A lot of people are feeling like they can't do it, like they don't, they don't know where to start, or they're not capable of doing it, or, you know, their situation, uh, uh, can't do it, you know, I gotta wait till XYZ. Stop waiting. Do it now. There's no better time than to do it now. So do it now. Don't wait a single minute longer. You can start now. You can change. I was 21 years old. I was You know, I used to make $150 a month and my rent was $50 a month. No, I used to make $150, my rent, yeah, $150, my rent was $100. And so I had $50 a month for whatever else I needed. And I started there. You know, if I could do it, you can do it. That's the sort of attitude you need to have. I came from a poor third world country, born to poor parents. You see? So if I came from a poor third world country, I was making $150 a month, my rent was $100, you know, if— and I made it. There isn't anybody in this earth that can't make it. You know, I'm from a poor third world country, now I'm in San Francisco, you know, looking at this beautiful bridge. How about that? You know, I'm a multi-millionaire. I don't have to work a day else in my life if I don't want to. But I know why God called me on this earth and my purpose is to is to rise up as a new war general for God's kingdom to fight in his spiritual warfare before Jesus comes back. And so now what I need to do is before Jesus returns, you know, I have to help God rise up and help more people change their lives, change their mindset, start making more money, better relationship with their wife, with their family, and change all areas of their life. Because once they do that, they're gonna understand their purpose on this earth And then once you elevate to that frequency, God is going to call you on his walkie-talkie, which is your heart, and say, "General, you're now ready." And then, bro, once God calls you on your walkie-talkie and he says, "General, you're now ready. Now do this, do that, do that. This is what I want you to do. This is what I want you to do," bro, your whole life is going to explode into change. You know, but you got to start there. You got to start elevating your frequency. Your frequency is so low you can't even tune your heart to God's frequency, to God's kingdom. You got to be able to access the kingdom's frequency, and to do that, you got to elevate your own frequency. And once you elevate your own frequency to the point that God can call you on his walkie-talkie, then, man, your life is going to explode into even more change. And that's what I want. That's what I want. I want to help people make more money, develop better relationships with their wives, with their family, you know, in all areas of your life. I want to help you to just make all the money in the world that you want. I don't even give a shit about money,— but why I start with money is because if I talk about the kingdom, nobody will pay attention. So the reason I start with money is I want to get you rich first. Let's get you rich and then I'll talk to you about the kingdom and then I'll talk to you about, okay, now you're rich, now you're going to rise up as another war general for God's kingdom and you're going to help share your story of how you change your life, how you got rich so that you can inspire other people to change their lives as well and we can have even more war generals rising for God's kingdom. And that's my whole purpose on this earth. You know, people think I'm talking about, oh, he's just another make money online guru. You got it all wrong. You know, the only reason I use make money online is because I know that that's one of the ways I can reach your heart. You know, if I were to talk about, hey, let's talk about Jesus today, you wouldn't listen. But if I talk about, hey, you want to become rich? Yeah, man, I want to become rich. And once you start elevating your frequency, you're going to be ready to hear the message of the kingdom. You're going to be ready to tune your walkie-talkie to God's frequency. That's what I want for you. So anyways, just wanted to share this message. Start today, start right now. You know, I'll give you tonight to think it over max, right? But start, start doing something with your life. You know, take the first step. If you don't know where to start, start where I told you to start. And you know, it's crazy because once you start changing, once you start elevating your frequency, the people at a lower frequency will start saying, uh, look at him, oh, he's now the prosperity guru. Oh, look at him, he's now talking about mindset. Bro, you're, you're broke, man. You come from the wherever you come from, you know, you can't change your life. This is how we're supposed to be, man. There's a natural order to things. That's a lie. That's a freaking lie. That's a lie. And you know that's a lie. Deep down inside, you know that's a lie. You know, like I said, if I could do it, anybody can do it. I came from a fourth world country, born to poor parents. Dad was a Domino's Pizza delivery boy. My mom was a maid. I became a self-made millionaire in my 20s. If I can do it, anybody can do it. That's the sort of attitude you got to have. If I can do it, anybody can do it. If he can read it, I can read it. If he can get it done, I can get it done. If he can build businesses, I can build businesses. If he can do it, I can do it. If he can take action, I can take action. If he can get rich, you know, from a poor third world country, born to poor parents, you know, making $150 a month and my rent was $100 a month, you're probably starting off way better than I did. So if I can do it, anybody can do it. Come on, man, start. Just do something. I want to urge you to start and do something. My heart is burning to see you change and rise up and say one day, Marcel, You know, that one video you shared with me, that one lesson you taught, that one thing you said really changed my life, really got me going. You know, I started reading the books, I started acquiring the skills, I started, you know, buying the courses, I started changing my mindset, changing my life. You know, I started a little business here, it failed at first, but then I started again, it failed again, and then I started the third time, it— the third time it worked out, and now I'm making money, and now I'm doing this, now I'm doing that. I just want to say thank you, Marcel. And now I want to rise up and help other people as well change their lives. I want to share my story, I want to share the story of the kingdom, I want to share how you helped change my life so that other people can be inspired by that and other people can start rising up as well. And we can create this whole movement to rise— war generals rise for the kingdom of heaven. And that's all I want. That's all I want. Do you understand now why I talk so much about make money online? Do you understand now why I talk so much about, you know, let's get you rich, let's get you filthy rich so that you don't even have to worry about money ever again in your life? Because when you get to that point when you reach that frequency, I know because it happens to everybody that reaches that frequency, you get to that frequency and you're like, I'm unhappy, what do I do now? I mean, I thought the money was going to make me happy, but then you realize there's something missing. And what's missing is tuning into the frequency of the kingdom. And once you reach that frequency, God's going to call you on his walkie-talkie and he's gonna, he's gonna go like, General, I need you now. I'm ready. Uh, you're ready for me, so let's go. And that's when you start exploding, you know, when you start creating movements, you start creating change, you start creating these, these type of content to help inspire other people to change their lives as well. You start, you know, having the capability of having the money to open, open schools, help people in poverty, help children, you know, adopt children, you know, you, you're, you're gonna be able to actually make a change in the world. But you can't make a change in the world if you're broke. You can't build schools if you're broke. You can't build orphanages if you're broke. You know, you can't help cure diseases if you're broke. You can't help people around the world if you're broke. So let's elevate your frequency. Let's elevate what you, what you are here to do in this earth, which is to number one, Genesis 1:28, to have dominion over all things. And start by your mind. Start by your mind. 99% of people are slaves to their own mind. So you have to have dominion over your own mind at first, then you're going to be able to change your whole life. Then once you elevate that frequency, bro, God's going to call you on his walkie-talkie, which is your heart, and your whole life is going to explode into change, man. I can't wait to hear that from you, man. I can't wait to hear that, man. I'm so excited, so excited for you, man. This bridge is very inspiring for me, right? Because in 1930 they said it wasn't going to be possible, and it was finished during the Great Depression, the greatest economic depression crisis in the, in the history of the modern world. And so if they can do it, anybody can do it. If I was able to do it, anybody can do it. So what I want you to leave with today is if you take the first step, God is going to start building the bridge for you as long as you're under his purpose. Genesis 1:28, have dominion over all things. And that starts with your mind. So if you start dominating your mind, God's going to be like, that, that son of mine, that daughter of mine is fulfilling my purpose. Now I'm gonna give him anything he wants. I'm gonna build the bridge for him, you know. You think you're gonna be under God's favor, you know, once you start having dominion over your own mind, you know, you're gonna be able to be under God's favor. Once you start having dominion over your own mind, that's Genesis 1:28, have dominion over all things, you know. And so then God is gonna be like, that is somebody that's obeying my command, obeying my purpose for him on this earth. So I'm gonna give him my favor. Start walking, son. Start walking, daughter. I'm gonna build that bridge for you. And then all you gotta do is start walking. That's it. You don't need to run yet. You don't need to run yet. You can just start walking. That's all. You can just start walking. God will build the bridge for you. God will build that bridge for you and he'll help you. Close your eyes right now. Take a deep breath. Repeat after me. Lord, I give you thanks because you are good and always listen to my prayer. Thank you for your love, your grace, and your mercy that is renewed every day. Thank you, Lord, for this Golden Gate Bridge. Thank you for showing the people in 1930 that it was possible to build, it was possible to engineer, it was possible to architecture. Thank you, Lord, for this bridge being able to symbolize the message I'm trying to portray now, Lord. Repeat after me now. Lord, give me the wisdom to have dominion over my mind and to be able to change my mind, Lord, because that's where I need to start. Give me the wisdom, Lord, to have dominion over my mind so that I can follow your purpose and obey what you want me to do on this earth. Lord. Give me dominion over all things, Lord. Hey, repeat after me. Give me dominion. Give me dominion over all things, Lord. Help me change my life and help me rise as a war general. Now put a big smile on your face. Do this with your hands so you can warm up. This is all physiological. This is all a psychological— okay, this is all for real. And now say, it's done. That's it, man. That's it.
