Marcel Fernandes argues that excuses like being broke, high taxes, or low pay are planted by Satan to keep you stuck. He reminds viewers that God created humans in His image, implying that divine identity gives you the power to reject those thoughts and change your life.

that you can't do it. You can't change your life. Nobody before you has ever done it. You think you can do it? You're broke. Taxes are too high. The government is corrupt. Your job doesn't pay you enough. You can't do it. You can't ever change your life. That's why Satan puts these thoughts in your mind. You know why? Because God did something that Satan hates you forever because of this. You know what God did? God created man in his image and likeness.
