Ann Louise Gittleman discusses detoxification and longevity with Marcelle Pick. She covers how environmental toxins affect aging, practical nutrition strategies, and her approach to radical life extension through lifestyle and supplements.
Today I had the delightful pleasure of interviewing one of my all-time favorite people, literally. I've known about Ann Louise Gittleman for a very, very long time. So Ann Louise Gittleman is with me. Let me tell you a little bit about her. She's an absolute pioneer and has been around for years teaching the most amazing information about functional medicine. As one of the world's foremost experts in functional and integrative medicine, Ann Louise holds an MS in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, has the title of Certified Nutrition Specialist from the American College of Nutrition, and a PhD in Holistic Nutrition. Thank goodness we have you around, Ann Louise. She has also served as Chief Nutritionist of Pediatrics Clinic at Bellevue Hospital and is the former Director of Nutrition at Pritikin Longevity Center in Santa Monica, California. She's won numerous awards, including the American Medical Writers Association Award for Excellence.
Congratulations.
Thank you. Continually breaking new ground in integrative and functional medicine, Ann Louise is a top nutritionist who is years before current trends like paleo and keto. She's internationally recognized as a pioneer in dietary environmental and women's health issues. And she's an award-winning New York Times bestselling author of over 35 books. Ladies and gentlemen, oh my God, on health and nutrition, including diet, detox, women's health, men's health, perimenopause, menopause, beauty and the environment. Thank you for all the work that you do.
Thank you for all the work you're doing, women to women.
You are welcome. We are both trying to make the world a better place. That's the deal.
Indeed.
So one of the things that's funny, I was just kind of looking at one of the things I have said for years, you know, your biology or your biography can become your biology if you don't change your life. And one of the things that you talk about is your biology is not your biography. I love it. So talk to me about more about what that means to you?
Well, it means that your genes are not your destiny. Your genes are not your destiny, but there are people that really do have certain mutations that allows for better cellular repair. And in that case, they get an unfair advantage. So we have to duplicate what they're doing. They get an unfair advantage of at least 30 more years, Marcel. So we have to do away with all the pesticides. We have to do away with all the bacteria that's out there, the virus, the parasites, the EMFs that really can affect our system so that you become more vulnerable to diseases of aging and autoimmune. illnesses. And that's what my new book, Radical Longevity is all about. You need to detoxify, you need to excrete all the toxins because we're constantly exposed and do whatever you can, body, mind and spirit, to be in tip-top shape. And it's never too late, no matter what your age and stage of life is. I'm 70 years young and still detoxing.
On a daily basis. Julie Corliss 2:34 so let's talk a little bit more about that because I love that idea. And I think a lot of people think, you know, look, I'm 70. How am I going to start now?
What am I going to do? I mean, I can't do that. You can, you have to love your liver because to me the liver is really the key organ in terms of metabolizing toxins and filtering out all the toxins that are in the environment, in the air that you're breathing, in the water that you're drinking, in the food that you're eating. So you're always going to be exposed, but if you can do something on a daily basis to really love your liver, that's what the key is. I'll be very honest with you, I drink something that really detoxifies the liver daily. I'm very concerned about mold and candida quite frankly. I think that's the tip off of many dysfunctional issues, particularly with hormonal issues with women, I'm sure that you see it. I look under the microscope, I'm constantly seeing yeast, yeast, yeast, Candida, Candida, Candida. It was very big in the 80s, it's made a comeback now in 2021. So I take a PODARCO T on a daily basis, which affects my immune system and enhances the immune system. And I take a supplement called Sulforaphane. Are you familiar with Sulforaphane? It's a very important phytochemical that is probably the most potent phase two liver detoxifier we have. And I do that because I don't detoxify properly because I've got the MTHFR genetic mutation. I do that on a daily basis. I'm making sure that I eat a lot of liver loving foods like artichokes daily, a lot of garlic, a lot of bitters. My motto in the book, Radical Longevity, is bitters are better. So that's very important to have a lot of arugula, grapefruit in the daily diet, ginger, which is a bitter herb, as well as some of the bitter vegetables in the panoply of all the vegetables that are out there. And that's where watercress comes in handy. So bitter is better, very important. That's where the sulforaphane can detoxify. I've seen many people that have estrogen related and fuel related, cancers and taking a little bit of this activated sulforaphane is very important to neutralize and detoxify the system. So you've got to be very proactive. You have to take control of your life, number one. You can't have a doctor or anybody else telling you what to do. And you can't just depend upon your genes, but learn to replicate with people that live longer, do better. And one of the things is the cellular repair and detoxification, and that's where taking that PODARCO T on a daily basis is also called the hebo is important. And taking sulforaphane in an activated supplement to me, those are the two most important things that were the aha moments when I wrote my new book.
Tell us a little bit more about sulforaphane. How do they get it?
Well, you can get it in broccoli. You can get it in some of your cruciferous vegetables. It's very high in the broccoli sprouts. But if you get an activated sulforaphane, it can actually be the most important phase two detoxifier known to man, and.
That'S the important aspect.
And all three carbonyl also, right? Very much so. But this can actually create problems in the system if you're getting something in the system which is not activated properly. So you want to get a supplement like sulforaphane, which is a thousand times stronger than even broccoli itself. So I talk about that a little bit in my new book. I take it daily myself. I've seen women that have cancer-fueled issues detoxify properly, neutralize their skin issues, their cancerous issues, and really overcome a devastating diagnosis. I don't want to talk about curing cancer. Of course, we can't do that, but we can modify some of the precancerous that are so important in this day and time. And that seems to be the consistent element that I see with women with problems with degenerative diseases, autoimmune illnesses, and particularly hormonal related challenges. So sulforaphane is where it's at, particularly in activated sulforaphane, and I talk about it in Radical Longevity.
I thought you were talking about curcumin. I was thinking, what is that? Curcumin I've heard about for years because I use it in my practice.
So important because it happens to be so important in getting rid of all the estrogen dominance that is so prevalent in this day and age with women that have PMS, MS, all kinds of diseases and disorders. And I think it's because we're not detoxifying the liver properly. You know, somebody once told me, Marcelle, that you need three livers in this day and time. So whatever you can do to help your body detoxify is really what the quest is. You're constantly going to be exposed to poisons, whether it's mercury, whether it's cadmium, whether it's aluminum, iron, or copper. But it's the concept that you have to eliminate an excreted and a lot of us are not excreters. I'm one of them. I have three of the four detox pathways blocked genetically. So if I can overcome all those things, everybody out there that's watching or listening can do so as well.
Absolutely. I also have the MTHFR, and I think that's really important for people to understand is even if you have that genetic mutation, you can absolutely still do something about it, and it's never too late. I mean, they've done enough studies in Europe even looking at elderly. over 75 that changed their diet, did that increase their life expectancy? And the absolute answer was yes, it did.
The answer is yes. And the concept here, I think, when I take a look at, after writing the book Radical Longevity, I looked at everybody that was radically longevity inspired. And that's the oldest people in the world that have come from certain populations and cultures. And what we find is that there are certain foods that they traditionally eat. One of them is olive oil. The other is foods that are low in iron, interestingly enough. One of the things that I learned is having a lower than normal ferritin level is a key trait in longevity. So people that intermittent fasting, do intermittent fasting, that exercise, people that drink a little bit of wine, just a little bit, not a lot because too much will really propel estrogen dominance. Individuals that take some green tea on a daily basis, and those that use an ingredient called IP-6, act as iron blockers. So the idea is that we evolved in an environment that's really low in iron. And as we get older, we're not menstruating, particularly women to women, we're not menstruating. So you start to stockpile iron, and it's one of the precursors to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and ALS. So keeping your ferritin levels is low, is good, especially when you get older. Sometimes we get anemic when we're younger because we're menstruating and losing blood on a daily, on a weekly basis, on a monthly basis, I should say, and perhaps we're not eating the proper foods. but as you get older, low is better. Lower than normal is better, and I give those levels in radical longevity. So taking a ferritin test is absolutely critical. I hope that's something that you do with women to women. We do.
Absolutely. We absolutely do. So tell me a little bit more about this whole notion of toxicity. We talk a lot about toxicity, and I think people aren't aware of, unfortunately, how toxic our environment is. You know, the average newborn has 287 chemicals in its soured blood.
Well, we're surrounded. We're living in an increasingly toxic environment on a daily basis. You've got the EMFs in the home. You've got the cooking utensils that you're using perhaps that are made from iron or copper or aluminum or even nickel. You've got the issues with the virus or more viruses that are coming down the pike. You've got the issues of parasites that are extremely immunosuppressive. And you've got the issues of heavy metals. You've got the aluminum, you've got the mercury, you've got the lead, and you've got the copper and iron that can actually stockpile in the brain. So you have to be very careful with all these things and just reduce your exposure as best you can. In the house it's very important to shut off the router at night to disable it, making sure that you're sleeping in an environment that doesn't have a lot of electronics and doing a digital detox at least once a week where you're out in the open air with your feet on the ground on Mother Earth and do some grounding and earthing. That's what's important so you can tamp down those nasty free radicals.
And what is the most that you're concerned about in the house? What would you say is the most concerning toxin that they have in people have in their homes?
I think one of them is a cell phone. And that's easier said than done, getting rid of it and limiting exposure because what the cell phone radiation does, it's considered to be non-ionizing radiation, not like an x-ray or a CAT scan. But it can actually activate something called voltage-gated calcium channels that dispel a lot of calcium within the cells that create problems in the brain and problems with cellular regular communication. So you need to take a calcium blocker on a daily basis. And you and I both know the best calcium blocker in that case is extra magnesium. Today, more than ever, people need magnesium. I tell everybody to take five milligrams per pound of body weight. So magnesium is very, very important to kind of block that. That's number one. And shutting off the router at night, maybe being grounded with a grounding Earth band or grounding wristband, very important as well. And then looking at your kitchen, so let's go into your kitchen, Marcel. What are you cooking with, my dear? Let me be up close and personal, woman to woman.
So I bought cookware years ago from a fellow whose name is Jeff, and I've still got the same cookware. It was the best at the time. It's not made with nickel, it's not made with copper, and it's not, it's steel, stainless steel.
That is the best. That was good back then, and it's good now. There used to be something called Royal Prestige. There's now something called Saladmaster, where the food cooks in a vacuum sealed container and it cooks under high... That is the very best of everything that's even out there now to me that's the very best. The food cooks in 180 degrees and lower than 180 degrees so the enzymes are kept intact. The food cooks in its own juices and it's quite delicious. What about cast iron? Do you believe in cast iron?
I don't have any. I mean, I think I have one pan of cast iron and sometimes I'll use that periodically.
So what we have found when we started measuring ferritin, which I started doing 10 years ago, is that people people that have elevated iron levels in their blood. Most of them were cooking in cast iron. You got rid of the cast iron, the iron levels went down to normal. The ferritin, the stored iron, went down to normal. And so doing people's headaches, their skin conditions, their brown spots on their hands all dissipated because of the lower iron. So you have to get the ferritin lower than 100. The reference ranges are very unrealistic in this day and age, but the people again that live the longest have the lowest ferritin in their bloodstream, including the Mediterranean people, the people from Sardinia and the people from Okinawa. So lower is better when it comes to iron. So getting rid of that cast iron is important if you're over the age of 51 and no longer menstruating.
I'm both of those.
I'm both of those way closer to 80 than I am to 50 in this same time. But the point being is the iron is important. Copper is not healthy because it eats up vitamin C and molybdenum and very unhealthy because you're going to upset your copper zinc balance, which is so crucial for mental functioning. You also have to get rid of your aluminum aluminum is very toxic. I remember my teacher back in 1974, believe it or not, said to us in a classroom in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I'd rather have a poisonous serpent in the kitchen rather than aluminum. So we know that aluminum can stockpile in the brain. We know that from the research that was done by Dr. Christopher Exley in the UK, who's known as Mr. Aluminum, who's written 150 papers. And people that when they die and they've done autopsies, they have extraordinarily high levels of aluminum in the brain. So we know aluminum aluminum is a real precursor, a real adjunct to the development of any kind of cognitive dysfunction. So don't get just rid of your aluminum. Get rid of the aluminum foil, the aluminum pots and pans, the containers that you're using. Use a little parchment paper instead. So between the aluminum getting rid of the cast iron, you've got some nickel and a poor quality stainless steel, you've got to get these better stainless steel cooking utensils. That's where the Saladmaster and the Prestige.
It was Royal Prestige back in the day.
That was the one that we bought.
Yeah. So let's talk a little bit then about there are a lot of people that use air fryers and they're using them to keep the oil down and not have fried foods and things like that. But my concern is always what's in the container that they're air frying.
My concern is what's in the container and also for the fact that the air fryers, because they cook high and dry heat, is a real precursor for the advanced glycation end products that are found in every disease known to man. so the best way to cook is with low heat and high moisture. So you have to say goodbye to high and dry to get rid of the advanced glycation end products and hello to wet and better because wet is better for the lower amount of advanced glycation end products getting in the food. So the way that you're cooking is critical. If you're going to be grilling, you have to marinate, marinate, marinate. If you're broiling, if you're frying, if you're air frying. But if you're going to be eating properly, you should be steaming, poaching, and you should be braising as well. So you want to cook with more water. You don't want to dry out the food that's very high in these advanced glycation end products that are found particularly in diabetics and people with high blood pressure and people that have cancer, God forbid. And when we see a lot of advanced glycation end products in the blood, we don't see any of the survival genes. So it's very much an aspect of aging. It really gets rid of the sirtuin 1. so you want to be very careful about how you're cooking foods and what you're eating. That's why you have to say goodbye to a lot of these ketogenic foods because bacon is the highest food of all in advanced glycation end products. You may be getting thinner, but you're getting older. So goodbye to bacon. Bacon was one that I found was really an aha moment in doing my research for the book. The other one was a lot of butter. Butter is still high in advanced glycation end products and cheese, particularly. The longest lived people do not eat a lot of cheese. Cheese is very high because of the aging process and the culturation process. It's innately in the food itself. So it's not just how you're cooking it, it's in some of these animal food products, which is why some of the vegetarian products are more acceptable for longer lived people because they're not so high in the advanced glycation end products and they're lower in iron and that's the key, lowering the ages and lowering the iron.
So Anne Louise, let's talk a little bit about that then. I mean people are so confused about what to eat. Do I do low fat? Do I do low carb? Do I do Mediterranean? Do I do balance? What do I do? So what is your recommendation for them in regards to do I do paleo? Do I do keto? Do I how do I eat?
Well, there's not one diet that works for everybody. I know that we agree on that. So that's number one. I personally like a balance of 40-30-30, which is what my fat flush and my radical longevity plan is based on. So you want 40% of the good carbohydrates, 30% of the protein, 30% of the fat. As women get older, they need a certain amount of carbohydrates to feed the beneficial bacteria they need it for their hormones, as I'm sure that you know, they need it for their mood and to be able to sleep, for God's sakes.
And fiber.
And it's got the fiber that's also feeding the good bacteria. So I'm a believer in a basic type of Mediterranean diet without the nightshade, because the thing that I have learned being on the planet as long as I have that many people are calcifying before their It's because of the solanine content in very popular products from the tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers, and tobacco. So I'm telling everybody that has any kind of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis or skin conditions or even calcification in the blood vessels to get off of nightshades for three months and see how they do. It's been the most magnificent thing I've ever found for people that have incurable diseases and autoimmune conditions. Nightshades are a real problem. That's why so many people have aches and pains and stiffness as they get older. They have stiff muscles, stiff joints, stiff tendons. And if you get off the nitrates for three months and then come back to me and let me know how you do, I'd be very, very appreciative.
Great idea. So let's talk a little bit about then the 30-30-40 because many years ago, Dr. Sears came out with the 30-30-40.
My good buddy, Dr. Sears, yes. And I think, I mean, he's such a wonderful fellow with all the best research with the EPA and the DHA and so forth and the importance of fish oils, which has been life-saving for for many people with brain injuries.
Absolutely.
So what I'm going to say with regard to that is that I think it's very important for people to know that a balanced diet is important and that's where I think the olive oil comes in handy. People that live the longest are the healthiest and the fittest eat a lot of olive oil which is high in polyphenols. Very important for the microbiome, very important for the blood vessels. So you've got the olive oil which is important, coconut oil and hemp seed oil. I talk about the importance of hemp seed oil for psoriasis and eczema. Hemp seed oil, very, very important. and it also gets rid of radiation. And then you want a basic diet that maybe does not have a lot of grains or a lot of dairy, but that has a lot of root vegetables so that you're getting your vitamin A, your beta carotene, and all your minerals that you need. And you're getting fiber in bulk, and we need that to go to the bathroom and feel satiated. So that's where your sweet potatoes come in handy, that's where your squash comes in handy, that's where your peas come in handy, and that's where your beans come in handy. The healthiest people in the world eat a lot of beans, and they also eat a lot of barley. So if you're going to do any.
Grain, do a little bit of barley.
Because because it's very healing with its B vitamins for the gut.
So when we talk about detox and we talk about toxicity, is there any kind of peace that's going to give us a little sense of hope here with regards to what's going on in the world and our environment?
Hope is very healing, as is gratitude. So you've got to affirm that on a daily basis. I would say that after looking at everything that people can do to detoxify, I like the modified citrus pectin and alginates I think that gets rid of the most. I've just seen the clinical studies. It gets rid of the most cadmium, the most mercury, the most aluminum, the most lead of anything I've seen. And it's now combined with a little bit of valganate to get rid of the radiation byproducts. So that's what I like the best. So it's not just what you're exposed to, it's that you're detoxifying daily. And of course, with the P.O.D.A.R.C.O.T. to get rid of the yeast, the fungus, and the mold, I think we're in good shape. So it's the liver, it's the brain, not cooking with copper, not drinking out of copper water pipes, getting rid of iron and copper in your vitamins and minerals, all that's important and people can do that quite easily. And also there's a mineral that I've been writing about in Radical Longevity that people need to start taking on a daily basis. It's called the Cinderella mineral. Can you guess what that might be? No, I cannot. Well, I couldn't either until I read the research. It's lithium. Lithium has been found in many clinical studies from the 70s, 80s, and 90s to be something that not only is is important to get rid of depression when it's taken as a medication, but taken as a micro-dosage supplement, it can get rid of the neurofibrillary plaque, the tangles that are so characteristic of Alzheimer's, and just taken in maybe 5 to 20 milligrams a day can start to reverse Alzheimer's. I've spoken to many researchers who are now talking about lithium as part of their anti-aging routine. And it's cheap as can be. you can get it online, the lithium orotate. I take 10 milligrams daily. One of the researchers that I spoke about that wrote a book on his ability to reverse Alzheimer's, takes 20 a day. He was well on his way to advanced Alzheimer's. It absolutely brought him back. So it starts to disintegrate all the plaques and the neurofibrillary tangles.
Amazing. So the approach that you have is really oriented towards detoxing. and the environment, where does mindset come into this?
I think a shift in mindset is very important. I think it's very important to understand that you can turn setbacks into success. I think it's important that you can bounce back from everything. And I tell people as they get older, they should learn to bend and not break. So mindset is incredibly important. It all starts in the mind. And having a positive mindset, not being around negative people, very important. To express gratitude on a daily basis. People that live the longest have a purpose in life, and they have a strong and I think that's something that we all have to approximate and simulate.
So one of the things that I talk to people about also is that not only just doing a gratitude journal, but really staying in touch with what it feels to be grateful. So as you're kind of approaching that notion, I'm grateful for this, I'm grateful for that, I'm grateful for that, but really feeling it and having kind of a sense in yourself of what it feels like.
That's why I like to use the botch flower remedies. I use them on a daily basis. I'm a big believer in getting in touch with those emotions. and that's the one. The one that I like the best in terms of gratitude is Holly because it opens up the heart.
Yeah, and don't we need that right now?
What the world needs now is peace, love, and more joy, yes, and more openness, and more forgiveness, and more civility. And I don't know if there's a pill for that, but I'm up for that right now.
Yeah, me too.
Exactly.
So one of the things that you talk about is me-search. Can you really explain what me-search means and turn it into research?
Well, it's enlightened self-interest. I've had all the issues that I write about, from issues with the heart and palpitations to hormonal challenges to a little bit of osteopenia, the precursor of osteoporosis. So I've had to do research on myself to know what really works so I can share with everybody else. So whatever I write about, I've tried out on myself, my family, my friends, my clients, my fans, you name it. So everything is tried and true. And it's also based on ancient healing wisdom and the latest advances in science. I have a foot in both worlds, that of alternative and that of kind of medical clinical, and I'm a little bit of a hybrid that way. So people can feel assured that whatever I write about, I shoot from the hip. I'm pretty honest. I speak very quickly because I want to get the information out. We all need a lot of healing, a lot of healing now more so than ever before. Julie Coraccino 2:15 2:20 Absolutely.
So if I were to look in your cupboard and you were to tell me what were the supplements that you think are most essential for everybody to be on, what would they be?
Magnesium is the original chill pill. And again, I love magnesium. I created a magnesium supplement that has four different co-factors. And I find it's important because it's helpful for the heart, it's helpful for the mind, it's helpful for the muscles, and it's helpful for the brain. But again, that's five milligrams per pound of body weight. I think magnesium is the original chill pill. Lithium, lithium, lithium to start to reverse Alzheimer's and prevent it from occurring in the first place. in the first place. And then the third one would be boron. And you know why I like boron, Marcel? Because people that eat a lot of prunes don't get osteoporosis, and it's a very high source of boron. So there you have it. Get back to those dried plums, please.
Is there anything else? So you've got boron, you've got lithium, and you've got magnesium.
Those are the unusual ones. I also drink a lot of Fiji water to your health, as they say, Fiji water. The reason I drink Fiji is high in silica. And silica is known to be a neutralizer of a lot of aluminum and we're getting aluminum from the chemtrails, we're getting nano aluminum all over the place in the air that we're breathing. We get it from the aluminum foil that we used to use, but will now use after this Facebook live in the podcast. So you want to use more silica in a liquid form to kind of neutralize the aluminum. So there are things you can do on a daily basis that don't cost a lot of money that you can just implement in your lifestyle that will start to neutralize the panoply of toxins in the environment that's just epidemic. You're not going to stop them from coming but you have to to just make yourself into an invincible fortress and work these things into your lifestyle. And that's what I've tried to do.
So, okay, if we kind of sum things up, because I really like to put that together for people, because we've talked about a lot today. We've talked about getting rid of tinfoil. We've talked about changing the pans that they're using, using glass for cooking pans, turning off your Wi-Fi at night, looking to see if you have one of the snips we call that, that prevents you from detoxifying properly. and if you do, then you might want to be mindful of using the prodok or tea on a regular basis and also suburethane as well. And we talked also about the notion that we need to also be eating olive oil, a lot more olive oil, more of a 30-30-30 balance.
Yes.
And being aware that we have an environment that's very toxic and also emotionally toxic as well, that we need to do some more gratitude. We also talked about lithium for the prevention of Alzheimer's. We talked about also silicon, which would be also very helpful for people. And we talked about how important magnesium is that everybody needs to get some magnesium and boron. Anything else that I missed?
No, but what I would suggest that people really recognize is that aging is a privilege.
Tell us more about that because that's not what our society tells us.
I know and we should approach it with reverence. Aging is a privilege and it's denied to many of us. We both have friends, cohorts, associates, professional associates that have left us before their time. So you have to do whatever you can on a daily basis to preserve your health of your body, your mind and your spirit. So whatever that takes, from looking at the words that I've spoken today to listening to them again, to working with you and women to women, to reading my book Radical Longevity, you have to make this like a divine, it's like your divine responsibility. It's a sacred responsibility to take care of yourself. And I truly believe that it really becomes very true to you the longer that you live. And the more that we see that we can actually live till 100 and the best of health, vitality, resilience with gratitude.
I think that's so true. And I think that as a culture, we forget that. We think of, oh my gosh, when you're 70, well good luck. It's like, no, no, no, no, 70 is the old 45. And now we can be vibrantly healthy into our 80s, 90s and 100s. And I really do believe that.
I've always believed and I've always believed that as well. But now we have more tools, whether you want to use some of the fancier tools or just get rid of the iron and the copper, which are two simple things that anybody can do. Getting a little boron, getting a little silica, getting a little lithium in your diet. I mean, those are inexpensive supplements for heaven's sakes. You can even do more peptides. You can do redox signaling molecules. You can do cell salts. You can do even stem cells. I mean, you can do this on any different level that you want, depending upon your economics. economic status, but whatever it is, you have to embrace it, respect it and sanctify it.
Absolutely. So if people want to learn more about you, obviously your book is coming out or is out. We need to have people read it.
It's out, it's out, it's out, and they can buy it. Which we would love them to do at radicallongevitybook.com, they'll get three free downloads and two gifts of a bath oil of broccoli seed oil from the thyme it's a wonderful little gift and a little silver cleansing cloth which is antibacterial and antimicrobial. So radicallongevitybook.com they'll get the book. I'd love to hear from everybody because I think they're really going to find things in here that nobody's written about before.
Fantastic and how else can they find out more about your work and program?
RadicalLongevityBook.com will take them to AnnLouise.com and they'll find out the blogs, the podcasts, they'll see whatever they want to see on there as well as all the newspaper articles we've done over the years. the past 40 years. So they're welcome to peruse, to visit, to check us out and come back again and visit.
Awesome. Thank you. Well, this is a heartfelt thank you for all the work that you've done over the years and how you've inspired people to really learn about themselves. I'm very, very grateful. Thank you so much.
