Kevin, it is so great to have you here. I am excited. You're such a blessing. I've been enjoying your videos over the years and just what you're sharing because I think too many people nowadays are too focused on only money and they don't care about relationships or they only focus on relationships and they don't care about business, let's say. Because I'm not saying money is the end all, be all, but what is unique about you is you've been able to bridge that gap, which I can resonate with because I like to do the same things with my clients. So welcome.
Yeah, thank you, Mario. It's great to be here. This is the culmination of a full circle because I met you and came across you over three years ago when I first started really putting the pedal down on Facebook Live.
How have you been enjoying Facebook Live so far?
I mean, it's incredible. Besides Twitch, I think it's the best and most used streaming platform out there. So it's treated me very well. And I think there's a reason Google and YouTube have included a live stream feature.
So what inspired you to get into it? Why did you even want to jump on live streaming? And you know, what was the inspiration for starting your company?
Well, I started out wanting to be an author and a blogger and that was my first, like, entrepreneurial attempt. Right. And I quickly Realized that I was a much better speaker and facilitator, started doing workshops and events and, you know, long story short, being in the, the nutrition world and the mind body, you know, health and wellness world, I just saw the power of video. And that video is the future. And specifically live video, because highly produced videos like commercial advertisements, you know, people had built up a resistance to that, especially the younger generations. And so for me, you know, it was not easy at first. I was definitely fumbling over my words. I was terrified being on camera and then just, you know, putting in the repetition. Now, now it feels like a friend. Like I love the camera because what it allows me to do, the impact allows me to create.
So what's the impact your goal to create? I know you've shared it with me, but for our listeners, expert authority world, what's your goal with all of this? Why are you doing it?
My goal is to reach 2 million people this year through all my platforms combined to help them understand the dynamics between men and women and more importantly, the dynamics between the masculine and feminine energies or male and female energies within themselves and how that shows up in business and relating and in their health. And yeah, I love the smartphone. It's the most powerful tool ever put in the hands of man. And if you use it with intentionality and create great art with it and great impactful content, it doesn't have to be this addicting, scrolling newsfeed. And that's, that's my commitment to technology. And actually I love what it allows me to do.
How has it allowed you to reach out to people? How are you helping them using it?
Well, what I can do, you know, I'm a, I'm a speaker and a voice. That's definitely my superpower. So if I get inspired and like, I'm a, I'm an avid reader and consumer of, you know, psychological, spiritual dating, you know, entrepreneur information. So if I can put out a video that calls people into more integrity, more fulfillment, more expansion, more income, more impact, then I can create a bridge and those people can reach out to me. And this is how I acquire my private coaching clients. This is how I meet business partners, how I met you. I mean, it's an amazing networking tool and also an amazing canvas. Like, I really see my social media channels and my online presence as a canvas where I can create whatever I want, but specifically where I can reach out and be of service to people, which is what I'm most oriented towards.
So tell me more about the services you do provide. You were talking about coaching and your training. I know you emcee international events and you lead workshops and retreats, which is really impressive. What is the biggest transformation that you're giving people? If they say, you know what, I want to learn more about you, what can you do for them?
Yeah, on a, on a low level, there's a lot of value and you know, just going to my YouTube channel, listening to my podcast or my Facebook live streams, because I'm just, I'm laying it all out there. Like I'm not holding back, I'm giving you all the information as I understand it. So I think a lot of people just get value from just that. Now if you are, you know, pot committed to transformation in your health, wealth or relationships, you know, the most powerful transformation I can offer is private one on one coaching. And even beyond that, it's, you know, doing immersions and VIP weekends or weeks where we can tactically and strategically radically implement all of these ideas and concepts to the best of my ability. And I can at least bring you to where I've gotten with, you know, entrepreneurship how to create income that is taking your heart into account and isn't bypassing what you actually love and creating the best kind of relationship you could imagine and the best body and mind in the mid tier. You know, I'm cooking up multiple courses and like online programs that are more of an investment but not quite the coaching level, as well as retreats. So more of a retreat with more people, less one on one attention, but really powerful group spaces for clearing and owning, you know, limitations you've placed on yourself and then stepping into your greatness.
What is a self limiting belief you see that's recurring whether it's male or female?
Yeah, I mean, I can see it so clearly because I have had them in the past. But money, money is number one. It's, it goes money than time. Most people believe they can't afford to invest in themselves, especially in personal development or like taking that trip, taking that vacation, quitting the job, you know, becoming an artist, whatever it may be. And meanwhile, you know, they'll go into debt to get the new iPhone and to lease that new car and to, you know, pay all these bills that are actually contributing to the very limit they're creating. So there's a big paradox there. And I, I actually, I get great joy in helping people and coaching people through that, that overcoming of that limiting belief.
You're probably the perfect person in the world to go deeper with this because I've encountered it with my coaching clients and mine is Definitely more geared towards the book publishing, the live streaming, podcasting, how to take your expertise and build assets with it. But it does come up no matter what it is, and you've nailed it. Where someone's like, well, I don't know about this. Let's say it's publishing a book. I know a lot of people. I got more people getting started this week alone, and in four, eight and 12 weeks, we're going to have more published authors in the program. And it's great, but some people go, well, well, I'm going to be doing that next year. It's on my bucket list. Oh, when I have more time. There was someone recently, I go, you know, the time you're never going to have. And I said, what's the real reason you're holding back? What have you found to be true as to why someone would go spend $1,000 on a phone that's outdated a year later?
Right, right.
But they won't spend or invest, I should say, 100, 200, 500, 5000 in themself. Is it more the attach them personally in a subconscious emotional thing, or do you really think there's some boogeyman in business that's it might not work? Or. I think. I personally think that's a cop out. I personally think it's more the emotional side and subconscious of something that they haven't resolved in the past and it's manifesting itself in such a way where they're just making BS excuses. What's your take on it?
Yeah, I love that breakdown, Mario. I think, I think it's actually a bit of both.
Especially companies like Apple who are just dominating so clearly the market, they understand, you know, and whether this is planned obsolescence or real advancements in technology, they understand that you will buy the new phone with new features and new bells and whistles because it satisfies this like, primal urge for instant gratification and like, tool use, for example, for a phone. So I think there's definitely an emotional aspect of like, you know, as humans, it can be hard to delay gratification. So if you tell me that you're going to help me publish a book and I have to spend five times of my new iPhone costs, but I won't reap the benefits until a year from now. Meanwhile, you put that phone in front of me. Yeah, it's hard because the genius marketers at Apple and Google and these companies, they understand how to hijack that limbic system and get in there and influence your decisions. And this is why you know, discipline and all kinds of other practices will help you make the real decisions that invest in your future.
So do you do any work with the reticular activating system.
You do. So what tools have you found to hijack that so you can get it to work for you instead of against you?
Yes. I mean I love the RAs. And I got into that research through studying flow psychology and how to get into a state of peak performance and lose sense of self and actually enter like hyper efficient work states or creative states. And this is what I've, I've always been doing it my whole life. But as an undergrad I actually started to study the literature and the data and for me, the practices that may seem woo woo, they definitely did for me at first. But every morning I do breath work, I charge my body up, I get high on oxygen, literally. And then I write and I write in a very emotionally charged way exactly what I want. I write out what kind of body and mind I want, I write out what kind of lover I want, I write out what kind of money specifically I want to make and from what. And then I'll use affirmations as well. So I'll positively fill my nervous system up with highly charged creative information. So that way when I'm going through my day and I start to get into the overwhelm of data, right, like the inboxing and all the things coming at me, my body and my brain importantly knows exactly what to look for because I told it exactly what I wanted the first thing in the morning when I was most receptive.
And then the rest of that crap you can just filter out and ignore. Right?
Exactly. And that's most like on some level it's 80, 20 rule. 80% is not going to be a big return. 20% will. But even more specifically, it's more like 95, 5, 95% of information you can immediately dismiss because it's not going to help you achieve your goals.
I love that. And again, I love the perspective you bring on it because you can have the same conversation and go, oh, the 8020 rule. And I like telling people the, you know, do 8020 twice. And it brings down like you said, 95, 5. And it takes you down to, you know, 4 in 96, 8020 of the 80 20. And what's interesting about that is like when I was starting the show and everything, it was like I had to focus because I set a big, big ambitious goal. And it's shocking how much crap that you can get rid of that really doesn't make a difference. And so many people teach on the 80, 20, are you being efficient? Blah, blah, blah. But to bring it to, you know, one of the questions I had for you is, what's your daily success routine? And you just shared it because so many people, I found there's people that start off early in the morning, they just run into work, they're all over the place, and it kind of continues throughout the day. And you and I, we both have our time in the morning and before we even go into the office. And it's very, very, very intentional. I was just sharing with another guest. I, you know, have the affirmations in the shower with the water to charge the cells and also have aqua notes where I can read that off in that situation. I don't know anyone who's not creative. And it's that it gets stifled, or they were creative as a kid, but it gets stifled as an adult. How have you managed to be able to bring that into your adult life?
Yeah, and it's. It's funny you ask, because as a. I was writing a blog post about this the other day. As a child, I was wildly creative, like artistic and writer. And actually, like a lot of my teachers were, like, wanting to, like, you know, cultivate that. Meanwhile, as I grew a little older, I wanted to be going to law school. I wanted to be a lawyer.
You too?
Oh, yeah. I got hyper intellectual in college and disconnected myself from creativity because I was like, this isn't going to get me money or status, so what's the point? And much later, after a lot of pain and hardship and injuries and breakups and just life beating me down a little bit, I started to reawaken it and reawaken it through play. I would say play is not something that just children do. We know this from the animal kingdom, and we also know this from FMRI studies. Play. When you're an adult and you're in play, so when you're dancing or you're singing or you're just, you are. You're letting yourself flow in the direction you want with language and your body and your thoughts and your ideation, you're actually in a state of hyper learning. So it's much easier to absorb new information. It's also much easier to produce novel information. So any, any great scientist or artist will tell you that their breakthroughs and their great advancements were preceded by play. Maybe they just went on a long walk or they played with their dog, or they went on a hike, or they went dancing. That's what Helps you prime your subconscious to release that creative information. If you get stuck in the more conscious day to day mind, it will prevent that because it's not safe in the spontaneity that play brings.
That is a huge thing because I don't know anyone who wouldn't like to have more fun. And when you said that all the breakthroughs came, I was thinking back going, yeah, every time I've been writing a book or launching the podcast, or working on video training, I've always, always, always have the music on and very frequently even just take dance breaks. One reason I wanted to start my company was to never be on someone else's calendar. You know what happens if you start dancing in the middle of the office?
Not good things. I mean, for you it is, but generally that's shunned upon. So I, I'm trying to think of who it was with the quote that said, if, if you still have your creativity and you still feel like a child and you've grown up, you've won.
Right?
And it sounds to me like that's, that's what you're saying is make sure. How often do you incorporate it? Do you schedule the time? Do you let it flow? Do you allow, do you allow time knowing you're going to enter flow state? So that way, I mean, I'll give you an example. One of mine, I was speaking in California and I was just, you know, I'd like to think I'm ambitious. Scheduled stuff for when I get back. I was so in the zone, I forgot I had some calls and stuff those the next days and I get a call out of nowhere and I'm like, whoo, yeah. I'm like, oh, that's today. So what do you do to get that benefit of the flow state but not completely lose focus on life for like, I don't know, a week and a half, two weeks, hypothetically.
Right, right. No, I know there's, there's a deep balance here. And I know because I've gone completely the other way. I've gone completely into flow and, you know, just backpacked Southeast Asia with no income. And so I've lived that life and it's very exciting, but it also is very uncertain. And too much chaos will just create stress in your life and chronically wear you down. For me, it's all about the morning. Like, for example, today I did a live stream before this podcast that I knew I needed to do today, but I couldn't produce it until I was in a flow state. So for me, it is Dancing, it's breath work. I went on a hike, I went rock climbing and then I also did freestyle. So I freestyle poetry and rap and that really supercharges my language and my creativity. So I can be in that like state of non attachment to outcomes. But I also have things on my calendar. So I just know like, I don't know what it's going to be specifically or when it's going to happen. But this is a lot in the work of Steven Kotler and Jamie Wheal. They wrote Stealing Fire, Rise of Superman. They're like the experts on flow right now and they have this idea of flow triggers. So I make sure to build a lot of flow triggers into my day. And I know what my flow triggers are intimately and I'm learning more all the time. And so if I'm not encountering flow triggers, I'm lowering the probability I'll be in a flow state, thereby lowering the probability that I'm going to be the most efficient and effective in my business.
So how often do you intentionally put them in there? Is it every couple of hours? Every, you know, 9:00am, 12:00am, 3? Is it twice a day? 10 times a day?
I mean I, I have three major ones I have to hit and most of them are in the early part of the day because once I hit a big one, it's like surfing. Like I like, like before this, I hit a big wave. Like this video I just made was. It was wild what was coming out of my mouth. And so that one I'll be good for the next four or five hours because I hit such a big wave now if it's getting, if I'm more into my head or I'm spending a lot of computer time or organizational stuff, which more and more I'm outsourcing and delegating that. I'll do the pomodoro technique and I'll take five or ten minute flow breaks. So whether that's a sprint, whether that's a dance party, whether that's some wim hof breathing, I'll pop out of the work mode or whatever you want to call it, or coaching mode. If I'm seeing a lot of clients, I build in flow triggers in between that.
That's perfect. That is perfect. I do something similar and make sure that if I'm doing something overly fun, maybe there's not something scheduled within five minutes afterwards. If we're doing just tactical and, you know, logistical crap, let's get all that out of the way, then have a nice two hour break. Right, so you're talking about your coaching here. What would you say is the biggest transformation you've seen in an individual that's come through a retreat or worked with you one on one? Where were they before and where were they after?
There, there's so many. But one of the most radical ones was a gentleman, Bay Area, San Francisco, doing real estate finance in a codependent loveless relationship with a girlfriend of many years. He comes to a retreat where I was facilitating with my two business partners and Mystic Misfit, which is another brand I work with. And he in that moment had massive awakening, decided to come do a whole immersion with us and with me at our house in San Diego. In the course of that immersion, he had just broken up with his girlfriend right before moved out. He quit the job he was doing and he free fall into this experience and just brought his full self, like showed up like a warrior and just had breakthrough after breakthrough. Just blessing after blessing. Not even from us, but we were a part of a community and you know, we're taking him to events with us and all these things to fast forward. After that immersion and after that coaching experience, he moved his entire business in real estate. So being a digital nomad so he could work from anywhere. He moved to San Diego, got grounded in the community, and then ended up being in like 17 different states in five different countries last year. So he's working from Bali, he's working from Costa Rica, Chile.
New York, California, Montana. Like the guy just became what he was experiencing and what we had like showed him tactically and just implemented it like a, like a damn champion. Like 10x, all the stuff we had imagined for him. And he's still, to this day, one of my good friends and I still stay in contact because he's just, you know, he's, he, he's the one that I would say had the biggest quantum leap I've ever seen.
That's huge. And what age range is he?
You know, he's, he's near to my age, like late mid to late 20s.
So he has his entire life ahead of him instead of 40, 50 years of drudgery.
Exactly, exactly. He didn't have to live out that timeline of not being embodied and impassionate and still making six figures, like he's running a successful business. However, the other things weren't in place.
That's huge because, you know, I heard long ago you can't be a winner in one thing and a loser in another.
Right.
You know, you can have the money, but if you don't have the love. You can have the love, but if you don't have the money, if you, you know, there's so many different combinations. If you're miserable, what you're doing, is there any amount that's even worth it?
Right?
I mean, it's your life. You only got one of them. You know, one of my favorite things I share with people is don't live the same life 75 times. Don't live the same year 75 times and expect to call it a life.
Right?
That's a great one right there.
So let's get into the emceeing and the events. How has speaking and just having an audience helped your business?
I mean, invaluably. And this was, you know, the number one fear is public speaking, not death, which is so, so telling for how human beings, you know, and how I used to take my cues from the environment and our people, you know, validating me and seeing me as XYZ competent, attractive, successful. And I had a lot, I had a lot of great mentors and I had a lot of great experience. I was blessed to work for a very high profile nutrition company and be at their events and do sales like Frontline sales. And so that taught me just about everything I needed to know about public speaking and being around powerful people. But then going on stage and then speaking at retreats and doing music, like I've led a lot of musical circles as well and workshops, you know, every time it's like purification. Like it purifies my fears and makes me more competent. And then what I always find is no matter how anxious I was before doing it, afterwards, I feel profoundly more connected. People come up to me and tell me how much that workshop or that retreat experience changed their life. Then I see it happen later. It just brings me great fulfillment and it's the most powerful way. I've acquired new clients from my own private coaching. All the ad money spend and all the online outreach, I've found amazing people through that and the best clients that have been the most successful and the most fun, fun to work with. The dream clients I met at events.
So the relationship, you'd say is key. Why do you think that is? Connecting one on one versus keeping it all digital?
You know, the proof is in the pudding. So if someone wants to spend a lot of money and invest their time, attention, energy in you, they want to see the product, right? If you're the product or you're the service, you know, they want to be around it and experience it firsthand. You Know, like there's a saying in India, you know, you don't, you don't buy the cow until you taste the milk. And you know, it's like the online world is amazing for getting reach and it can still be amazing to create the bridge to those in person connections. However, you know, in person experiences are the most transformational, not the, not always the easiest, because to be seen around that many people and to be in that can be very scary, especially for someone who's never done that. Like my first retreat experiences, I was an attendee and I was terrified. And now like I almost feel like I can't attend an experience unless I'm facilitating, unless it's I'm there to learn and be mentored.
So as far as your clients go, who would you say is your ideal client?
It's a great question and this is something I'm in the process of. You know, I'm definitely a student. I've only been coaching clients actively for only three years. So I recognize how early in the game I am. And I have two ideal clients. One's a woman, one's a man.
The females become really clear because I already have these clients. These are powerful women, either in corporate or entrepreneurs, who have figured out the money game. They figured out status and influence, but they have not figured out how to control their routines, their mind, body, so, so their rituals, their health and wellness can definitely be upgraded. All the stuff we've been talking about, about flow triggers and they're desiring a real king, a real relationship with a powerful man. And for whatever reason, it's not in their ecosystem and usually it's a lot of inner game and it's their own beliefs and routines that are preventing them from meeting them. So I help those women very powerfully step into their queenship. On the other side, for men, I can really help men that are like my past self if I had gone full corporate or full entrepreneur, but a very mental side, right? So this is a man who, you know, has financial success, has his network and his power. However, he's stuck in his mind. You might think spirituality is bullshit or there's no evidence or it's too woo. He's not sure how to meditate or if he should go to yoga. He might also be addicted to gaming, which I was. So this is a big male client I've been able to help is gamers of all kinds, whether that's gambling, video games, pickup artists, someone who's been gaming women and females, or someone who's in a masculine power mode. But he's stuck in his head. He doesn't know how to relax, doesn't know how to integrate and become creative. So he actually wants to relax into his creativity. And what's funny is the thing he's most afraid of, like talking to a guy like me or being around a guy like me and receiving training is what's going to make him 10x more effective and get past his plateau and income and his plateau with women. Because he's probably reached his plateau in his performance and it's because he's only playing with half a deck that that is happening.
Would you say he feels alone also and at the top of his game?
Potentially. Potentially. Or he's surrounded by men that don't get it and don't feel the itch that he does. So a big part of that's having masculine community. Just part of the men's work idea.
Fascinating. Absolutely fascinating. Because so many people, you know, I would say don't, don't discredit yourself for only doing it for three years. That's three years longer than most people and you have the results to prove it. And also you kind of nailed that. You really know who you're looking for. And you know, I tell people all the time. That's why it's so important to, you know, know your ideal prospect and avatar. But I mean especially to have two of them.
Good for you.
Good for you.
So what we're going to do now is go to the imperfect action round and we're going to have 60 second questions when we come back.
Invest automatically, save for later and spend today. That's why I love acorns. I used to think spare change didn't make a difference and saving and investing was an old fashioned manual process. It's not and it's a game changer. If you're not leveraging compounding interest in your business and life automatically, you're missing out. Acorns not only makes saving and investing.
Easy and automatic, it makes it even more valuable.
By investing with diversified portfolios, spare change, extra cash and rounding up everyday transactions. You can even set recurring monthly investments in the amount you desire to make good.
Great.
There is also a debit card option that will continue to help you save and invest even further when you spend plus no minimum balance and overdraft fees. Now for the cherry on top. Once again, that's eainterviews.com acorns and we are.
Back with the imperfect action round and we're having a good time over here over an expert authority world. Kevin, are you ready to take imperfect action?
I'm ready.
So the first one, what is the biggest problem you see your audience make and how can they fix it today?
Yeah. Number one problem is underestimating what they're capable of right now. I see most people in my audience on sales calls and private messages, emails, just break themselves down before they even have a chance. They want to quit their job, they want a new relationship, they want to start a business. But they put it like a year ahead of them as if they can't do it right now, which is untrue.
Number two, what is in your experience, the fastest path to the cash?
Fastest path to the cash, in my experience and opinion, is owning your core wound. So there's great wealth in your wounds. So if you can be vulnerable and integrate and own the parts of you that have least gotten love and you can become an expert on that, people will follow you anywhere and will pay you any amount of money to solve that problem or close that gap.
That's great advice and I agree. The question is, do you think whoever's listening to this right now is going to be vulnerable enough to do it? How would you say to get to I know it's true. 100%, unequivocally. How can we help them move past it right now in this moment? Hopefully that agitated them and they're feeling uncomfortable right now.
Yeah.
But not keep them there.
Yeah. The hardest part's identifying may be in your blind spot. So this is where you know the five people you spend the most time with and you trust the most can help you see it. So the hardest part's identifying it and just admitting that you have it. I think some people are living in fear of their shadow or in denial. It's like we all have it. It's part of the human experience. It's amazing. It's actually where your superpowers are. So if you cut yourself off from it, you're cutting yourself off from the best parts of life, too.
That definitely ruffled some feathers and I love it. So do something about it. Don't be afraid anymore. Last question for the imperfect action round. Customer lifetime value or client? Lifetime Value. So you've taken the time to start the company. Time, energy and money to grow it, Help people, give them the transformation, have your own breakthrough. How do you maximize that? How do you not live on that roller coaster of the same year every year and create a life with it? How do you maximize the customer lifetime value?
It really involves being super clear about the intersection of what you're best at and what you can be paid for, and also what you love and what you enjoy doing and how you would choose to spend your time if money weren't an object. And so I really subscribe to the goal of uniting them and one and the same. And I've done a great job as far as I can tell, but I still have a lot of room to go. So to not live the same year, it's like you got to prioritize the reason you got into business in the first place to enjoy life and live it fully. So if you get lost in the details, you get blocked from that. If you enjoy life too much and don't build structure, you can go into chaos. So it's riding that fine line in between them.
Excellent. I love that. And you know what, it's my show. I'm gonna ask, tell me more about this going in the chaos thing because I have no problem with the fun. But how do you prevent the chaos but not be so structured? You don't have any of the fun.
Yeah. This is an idea from Taoism and a lot of the ancient philosophies that like the line between order and chaos, which is the center of the yin yang. Right. There's like the two paisleys and the line between them, that's the zone of proximal development and the place where the flow state lives. So you want one foot in chaos because uncertainty is exciting, especially in romance and business and creativity. But you want one foot in order because you want to be structured and able to cope with the chaos should it become overwhelming. Because too much chaos will just kill you, but too much order will suffocate you. So the goal is to have structures where you can experience chaos. And that's how we can keep the fun and the passion alive. And this is a bit radical view, so take it with a grain of salt. This is just for me. Sometimes I want to fling myself into chaos just to test the boundary. And I always know I can come back to order. But this would be like buying a one way ticket somewhere. This would be like going on an ordeal or a rite of passage, or doing a silent retreat or Going into the mountains to train a new discipline, something like that. That's something that I feel like I need to do at least once a year to feel like I'm pushing my edges.
I can relate to that. I don't find it radical. Someone else might be thinking, that's crazy. But I can tell you, from launching this show, every single book I've done, a new speaking engagement to a new audience. Almost every time, I feel that it's a little chaotic, but I know on the other side, it's gonna be miraculous. And most people aren't even willing to do it, let alone who cares if it's successful or not. Forget the fear of success and the fear of failure. Most people aren't even willing to try. Right. But you can always go back to it. But that excitement just. I mean, you pretty much nailed being an entrepreneur. I think we're all a little bit, like, things are going a little bit too well. We're not going to jack it up too much, but where can we add some innovation? It's like, oh, that's what we're doing. It's innovation. Let's get the whole board on. Everyone on board with it. So I appreciate that.
Let's talk about books. What's one you would recommend that's made the biggest difference in your business?
Yeah, the one thing. The one thing methodology and the focusing question. The author's name's eluding me. I'm sure you've read it, Mario, but the. The whole one thing methodology, basically the focusing question being, what is the one thing you can do right now, such that by doing it, everything else becomes easier and necessary. When I started applying that to my life, relationship business, my day, like, I just created a lot of freedom for myself because as a creative person, I can get lost in the ideas and, like, the innovation, as you were saying. And structure gives me a lot of momentum. Just the right amount of structure. Too much structure, and I won't. I won't thrive. So that book helps me get clear on that.
Very good. I appreciate the recommendation. And I like what you said about that. Too much structure of suffocating, but not enough is chaotic.
Right.
That hit home for me because it's like, huh, what's on the agenda today? We'll see. No, generally it's pretty structured and to the. You know, there's fun in there, but it's to the point where it's designed through the week for efficiency and productivity. Absolutely. But then it's like, maybe there's a dance party in there. So yeah, we'll see what happens. But I have sincerely appreciated you for sharing and it's been an honor. I'm really happy for you. Congratulations on all your continued success and I look forward to reading your book. Not just the videos. I know you're going to keep, keep making a bigger impact and reach those 2 million people.
