This episode of the podcast is brought to you by Hostfully, the leading property management software in the short term rental industry. Now, according to Hostfully's researchers, property managers who upgrade from a basic PMS to top tools like Hostfully see at least an 11% boost in revenue. That's because Hostfully saves you time, letting you focus on growing your business with features like channel management, free listing on Google revenue management tools, and discounts on integrations. But don't just take my word for it. Hostfully has plenty of success stories. A property manager I know in Manchester saves about a day's work each month thanks to their Advanced Owner Report generator. Another in Liverpool has cut guest communication issues by a third and somebody that I know in Miami went from six properties to 50 in just a year. Now you listening to this podcast and you being part of my world, you get a special deal when you sign up. All you need to do is go to www.hostfully which is spelled H S T F u l l y.comboostly. there'll be a chat box. Start a chat, mention that you're part of the Boostly world and you'll get a unique discount. Now I recommend Hostfully to many, many, many people and we've built over a hundred integrations with our websites into them. And I know firsthand how much people love working with them. I love working with them. I'm so proud that they are sponsoring this podcast. So I would encourage everybody go and check it out. Www.hostfully.com forward/boostly. Right, let's get back on with the show, shall we?
All right, welcome back to the Bruce Lee Podcast.

This is the announcement and the launch of my new solo YouTube channel which is going to be launching on the 5th of February 2025, also known as Book Direct Day. You can go over to YouTube now, click on the link below or click on the link on the screen or find it somewhere online. I'm sure I'll have sent it to you in some way, shape or form. It's called the Mark Simpson Business Channel and on there I'm going to be talking about all things business, but obviously going to still be tapping into my short term rental route. The first video is ready to go. It's going to be going live on Wednesday 5th February and then every Wednesday was going to be a new video. It's going to be me coming out of this office. It's me going to be going and traveling around, focusing on short term rentals, talking about business, AI and all the other things that I want to talk about that I don't get a chance to on this channel. This channel is obviously going to stay exactly the same. It's going to be interviews. Liam is going to be showcasing hosts, spotlighting vendor companies. I'll drop in from time to time and do some solo episodes and also some group episodes. But this new channel is going to be a little project of mine for 2025 to see how it goes. So go ahead and over. Please go and subscribe and I will see you over there. For the launch video which is Wednesday 5th February 2025, I'm going to give you a little sneak peek and a teaser of the first episode that is going to be coming out. So go ahead and check that out.
