Hello and welcome to the new episode of the Boostly Podcast. This is the podcast, as you know, that gives hosts the tools, the tactics, the trainings, and most importantly, the confidence to go out there and get direct bookings. My name is Liam Carolan. I'm Mark Simpson's co host here on the Boostly podcast. And today we're going behind the host with another successful and interesting host who we've been lucky enough to make contact with. So today there's actually two hosts, I should say is husband and wife, who are coming to us from a company called hello Sunshine OC I'd like to introduce to you, we've got Casey and Angie Coram. So welcome along to you both.
Thanks for having us.
Yeah, awesome. Let's do it then. Let's dive into your business. So first of all, if you can give us an introduction to whereabouts in the world that you host, also, you know, your favorite thing about hosting and how many units and who you kind of host to too. I'm throwing a bunch of questions at you there.
Yeah, you start.
Okay. Yeah. We're on the very northwestern edge of Orange County, California, Louisiana County's a stone's throw away. We are four and a half miles from Disneyland. We're 15 miles from the ocean. We're about 25 miles from Hollywood. And we're in a city that's just north of Anaheim called Fullerton, California, which is, if you look at a map of of la, Orange county, it is basically dead center. So most of our guests, I would say 95% of our guests are families going to Disneyland. That's the simplest version. Of course there's a lot to do in Southern California, but given our proximity to Disney, that's almost always a piece of the puzzle. We're empty nesters. We have four daughters, grown daughters. We started very young and we bought a two unit property with a back. It's a house with a back house. Our house is a mid century ranch style house, kind of classic Southern California neighborhood house. And that's the house we rent. We live in a one bedroom, one bath adu back house. 400 square feet.
Yep.
So it's.
And that crazy lady that's always wanted to live small.
Yeah, it's our empty nester adventure. This. Hello Sunshine OC when you have four.
Daughters and a million shoes for most of your life, you are, I look forward to having a lot less.
And, and of course as a wrinkle of it, it's, it's, it's a house hack. So that, that's an extra, extra bonus for us in this season that it's, it's not only going well, but we have no, no additional housing costs as well. So that's, that's really cool.
And it's something which Airbnb is bringing a lot of attention to, especially as we record this, as we record this in 2023, Airbnb launching all of their adverts and you know, rent out your spare spaces and that house, which as you say is now everybody's sort of grown up, flown the nest. Well, you've actually got an Airbnb there or a short term rental as we like to say, instead of Airbnb or Boostie. But it's one of those things that you can now cash flow, which is really cool. One question I've got to ask Casey and Angie, whereabouts are you at the moment? That looks like a very professional setup.
Well, I'm a professional musician, so what that actually means is I have lots of different jobs can attest. So this is a, I'm at a university called Biola University. So one of the things I do is I teach, I teach songwriting and music stuff here at Biola. So this is my, this is my Biola day. So I'm in one of their studios. We, we fit this in and, and it let me borrow some of their tech too. So that's also helpful.
Yeah, he's a busy guy. He's so busy. I tend to like adjust my life to like wherever he's at for the day. So I, I came here, it's not.
Far from our house.
That's cool. That's cool. So one thing I'd love to know is what is your favorite thing about hosting? And that could be the same for both of you or both different. What are you enjoying about this hospitality journey that you've, that you've kind of set out on?
Well, one thing is, it's kind of given us a really new fun thing to do together as a team. But I really enjoy making people happy and I love providing a place where I know people could enjoy themselves and relax and have a great time together.
That's cool.
Yeah. Yeah. This is a, I mean we've done a lot of, of creative work together. I mean, Ange's, we're both musicians, but she's also, she's, she's a, she's the design, design genius at, at hello Sunshine. O.C. i, I, I generally handle the back end stuff, but it's interesting. As much collaborative work as we've done together through the years in different, different lanes. This is strangely the most kind of like hand in glove, you know, side by side thing that we've done. And this has been a fun adventure. We've been dreaming about kind of launching into short term rentals for a while. But this has really given us a vision for the next chapter of our life. And you know, it's our plan to. Obviously this is like an extrapolation of our own, our own, our own home. But our plan is to build and to scale and do this together. Because I think this is as a couple, this is something we're very complimentary in the things we bring to the table. So I would probably just in terms of what we enjoy about it, it's the same, it's working together. That's certainly a piece of it. But it's just been such a delight to. Again, our guest avatar is kids with wide eyed dreams of going to Disneyland. So there's a lot of fun moments of interacting with the guests where it's sort of like a magical spot. So it's, it's fun to kind of provide a place where people kind of extend the magic, as it were from, you know, from, from Disneyland and the rest of what people come to Southern California to do.
That's cool. Let's, let's dive into that in just a moment. And one of the things which you mentioned there, Angie was living in a one bedroom place, you know, and there's a book I read which was Essentialism and that's a fantastic book which really says that actually most of the stuff that is around it we just don't need actually the stuff which makes us happy is probably less so. It's fantastic book and you've just inspired me to put that back onto the top of the audible list. How did you feel when you set up your home as a short term rental? Was there any kind of emotional attachment? One thing that I think of my loved ones, my parents and things like that, if they was to let their home, they'd be very emotionally attached. So was this something that both of you struggled with when you've done this house hacking?
No, it's not the house we raised our kids in so we didn't have that attachment to it. But it was a big change to downsize to something that is small and the kids aren't going to come back to. So there is.
Yeah, the kids were out in the, in the process of, of doing what we're doing.
Yes, we waited until they were established a bit before we kind of jumped.
Into it all so that sounds, I mean, it sounds like something my parents would jump out is quickly decorate the room so they can't come back.
We would have, we would.
Well, I mean one thing that was really, we did actually live in the house for, for a solid five months for, for a couple of different reasons. One of them being just the kind of the permitting process and, and, and some renovation stuff. But just, it just reminded me that one of the, one of the helpful things, if it's your house, and in our case it was, it was our house for a shorter window of time, you definitely get familiar and aware of the various issues. Like had we not had that window of time in the house, I think some things would have surprised us as we, as we actually started.
And also to get new eyes to a house too, because when you've been in a house for a lot of years, you tend to be blind to the things that are issues.
So, right, if you're struggling on how to get direct bookings and overwhelmed on where to start, then I recommend you go and book in a call with Boost Lee and our team right now. B O O s t l y.co.uk call and booking an appointment with one of our sales team.
It's great as well because if you ever do want to, you know, have those family occasions, you just block out some dates and you can go and enjoy the place as well. So, you know, this is a great thing about house hacking in general. So let's talk more about. You mentioned that the avatar that comes and stays is usually people visiting Disney. Is there anything you do in particular to appeal to your target guest is what are the reasons that people come and stay with you?
Well, one of the things when I put together the design for the house was to keep in mind that everything about three feet and below was going to be touched by a child. And so as a mother of four kids, I knew the stress of traveling somewhere with my kids and hoping the whole time that something is not going to get broken. And so when I went to design the house, like all the things that are three feet and below are things that cannot be broken and they're decorations that are actually encouraged to be played with by the children. But they're retro toys, they're retro things. And therefore when the grownups come into the room, they're like, I played with that when I was a kid and so there's some of that. So even in the pictures every room looks adult, but there's aspects to every room that brings the kid out in the adult and as something for the kid. So our pictures show that we're not advertised as a kid place. But when you look at our pictures, the kids are seen in all of our spaces.
Yeah. And we aren't particularly Disney themed. Like I know a lot of places. Like there's a place in our town that's 100% haunted mansion themed. I would suggest people go look at it. It's unbelievable sound effects and the whole thing. I think they help work at the parks at one point, but it's, it's incredible. That's not us. That said, there's little echoes of California and sunshine of course, but also Disneyland. So like there's, there's a, there's an Etch A Sketch and there's a, you know, kind of a, like a, like a little toy phone. Like echoes of like Toy Story moments.
We got Lego logs that light bright.
Yeah, yeah. There's, you know, kind of like throwing back to the, kind of like it's almost like a reimagining the, that kind of mid century 50s, like when Disney was.
It's not.
Again, it's not just Disney focused little golden books. There's a bunch of little golden books that are about California, they're about Disneyland. Like all these little. And that's, you know, that's almost all Ange. She's got, she's got the eyes to see and to, and to kind of speak to the child. But like she said, it also, you know, with these retro things, it also speaks to the adults. I think one of the things that gets played with a lot is a, is a retro game of Rock Em Sock Em robot.
That's right.
So you can see that kind of sitting there.
So as far as the design though goes though, I just wanted the house to feel like a vacation. So when you, when, when you look at the photographs that it looks like you're in California on a vacation.
That's nice. And you've, you've kind of gone down a different aspect of that retro gaming because like you say is, I mean it's the adults at the end, they who are emotionally booking and putting their money, you know, hand in their pocket and paying the money. So I guess that appeals to them certainly. So as well as the children when they get there, which is cool. Before we move on and talk more about, you know, sort of how you operate the business and, and you know, some of the tech that you use in your business. And I didn't catch what you've done before this, so in obviously you're now in this hospitality sort of world. And uh, what did you do before this?
Well, I did a lot of years of raising kids because we had all four of our daughters by the time we were 26 years old. So we were busy with kids. Um, I took on a job working at a church for the children area and I was one of the teachers for the second, the elementary age kids. But one of the biggest jobs I had was creating all the sets for their plays and creating the atmosphere for the different themes that they were having their vacation Bible schools. And so I would decorate a huge building, you know, from one place to the other. I, I'd build like a 60 foot boat on the stage, you know. So I, I was kind of in set design before, but it was definitely at the kid level because I am a kid still at heart going from.
Designing stages to designing interior of homes, which is, which is amazing. And same for you. Casey. What, what was it always the music teaching before this?
I mean I, I kind of do all things music, so I'm a, a freelance record producer. I help run a, I help run a record label. I play numbers of different instruments. I teach here, here at Biola. That's kind of a new thing. But yeah, I mean for years I was a songwriter. I've, I have songs sung in churches all over the world. I have songs on, on film and television. I, I kind of like I said professional musicians these days means like, can you do this? And the answer is sure, yeah, I can do that.
I like it, I like it. It's good to find out a bit more about the people behind the business because that's one of the things we talk about on behind the Host is really to get the idea of what you've done in the past and you can already see some of those transferable skills. I mean to do music producing and that side of things, you've got to have an idea in the tech, you've got to be able to talk to people. The design and that side of thing, Angie. And again, being able to, if you can deal with kids, you can deal with guests. Do you know what I mean? It's one of those things. So let's go and have a look at the business. So what kind of tech do you use in your business? And is there a particular. You know, I guess if we go to each of. Is there a particular aspect of the tech that you like, the problem it solves?
Yes, I think. I don't know if the angel is just kind of goes along with. This is my. Mostly my area. I will admit that I am a bit of a. A tech junkie, a new tool junkie. So like I try just about everything. So these days our tech stack's pretty, pretty typical. I am in between PMSS at the moment. Property management software. Is that the S? I always forget the S. Yeah. So we just got up and running. We've. It's been fine. I've been. I've been trying to streamline our direct booking site. So I'm kind of in the middle of getting to a PMS solution that makes that more elegant. So there's that on top of that dynamic pricing, we use Price Labs which is. Took me a while. I'm learning all these tools. Like my first few months of using Price Labs, I was changing the price up and down on a daily basis just like ah, trying to learn all this stuff. Learning to trust, learning to use the tools, learning to Trust the tools, PMS Price Labs and the WiFi and all that. I've been using Stay Fi as from Mark's suggestion. Gradually building our email list. I've been using Rank Breeze lately which has been a helpful tool to kind of help track where we're landing specifically of course they only work with the airbnb algorithm. And then. And I'm again I'm. I try literally everything. So there's. On the research side I, you know I definitely. My initial journey into that was mashvisor and Air DNA. I still use Air DNA quite a bit. Even the track between Price Labs and Air DNA kind of tracking our marketplace and dreaming of other places we split time. I work for some churches here in Orange county, but then we also. We also work together at a church up in. Up in Santa Barbara County. So uh, we have, we have dreams of that might be our next, our next move. It's tricky with the regulations. So like tools like Mashvis or Rabu is a new one. So there's, there's that. So again like any sort of interesting tech tool, I, I have to resist the urge to, to have a. Actually at the end of the year when I was. I was pulling together last year's expenses, I'm like I need to dial back.
They say it should be maximum like 10% of your of your profit, isn't it? But I'm, I'm, I'm guilty of that as well. Casey.
Y I like we were going a.
Little Jurassic park there. Spare no expense.
Yeah.
The great thing is about a lot of these tech these days. I mean most of them will give you some sort of free trial or you know, sort of trial period where you can go and test it out and you can see if it works for your business. If it sticks, keep it. If it doesn't, get rid of it. And PMS wise as well. If you're looking around at pms, it's a great option to go and give them a call. Most will give a free trial or at least a demo. So definitely advice for everybody listening in. So how do you both split the day to day roles? Obviously you both, you know, you got, you got things going on. Both, both busy individuals and as well as your hosting, how do you split the roles and the demands of, of the hosting side of the business?
Well, most of the, certainly the tech side of like kind of managing pricing and, and updating listings and that sort of thing lands between me. That's primarily me. I also have a va so, so between me and my va, she, my VA helps me do everything. So she's, she's handling a lot of socials. We just, we just added on. Yeah, she, she manages our social media. Hello Sunshine OC So that's kind of the, the back end of you know, kind of the management of the kind of day to day stuff which also leads into guest interaction. That's usually me. Although our RVA is one of our. Is listed as a co host as well. So she sometimes jumps in. Although I would say it's probably 95% me, 4% Ange.
And then yeah, I'm the shy one. So if you hear from me it's because I knew Casey wasn't going to.
Be able to answer and then why.
Don'T you talk about pretty much everything that's hands on is all me. I feel like it's like putting on a party, you know. So I just make sure everything is right. I have the person who consistently comes in and does the cleaning for me.
Yeah.
But I do the walk through and I make sure everything is perfect and I get all the supplies. I make sure everything, I mean like I look at everything in the drawers and if that looks like it's wear down, I replace it. You know, I, so that's all what I do.
Yeah, just to, just to add to what she's saying there, like, like her staging is pretty elaborate. So it's like, you know, like, like. Well, I'm not saying it's too much, but it's like, like silverware lined up. It looks, it looks. It looks amazing.
Inside every cabinet, inside every drawer, I want everybody to smile when they open it. So I want it to look beautiful.
And we have a. We. We do. We have one cleaner, other Angie, sort of the backup. We're living in kind of a hybrid space where we do live on site, but we are. I travel a lot, but then when we go up the coast to the central coast, that's three hours away. So we're sort of like semi, semi remote. So we need to shore that piece of what we do up a little bit. But we kind of have to function as remote hosts all the time most weekends, to be honest. So. So we, so our systems are. I would call them mostly built out. Right.
I mean, we do have the kids too. So if we ever needed to call.
On them, there's a few around.
Go open the door for the service or go, hey, go. See this person needs something.
Hey, friends and family is. Is the way forward. You know what I mean? Like, if you're, if you're traveling and if you're having to do it remotely, then. Many times my friends and family have helped me out with nip into different properties and stuff. So what is. How long have you been hosting now for? How long has this been going on?
It's been pretty, pretty short. I think we're at nine months.
Nine months, Cool. So still under a year, which is cool. Is there any perceptions which has changed from before you started hosting to nine months in now?
I don't know. I mean, I'm having a ton of fun and I thought it was actually going to be harder than it is, if that's safe to say. I don't know. How about you, babe?
Yeah, I mean, we do, we do work with especially like, we end up in sort of like we end up in like, public situations a lot. We work with different people all the time. So I think, I think there's a lot of the. Was a lot of the unknown of like. I think some of the things that keep people away from this thing is they're afraid that they're going to have terrible guest after terrible guest or what will happen if this happens. What, you know, you. I think that's human nature to go into the worst possible thing that could happen and you know, I think in hindsight the worst thing almost never happens. The best thing happens occasionally, but like, usually somewhere in the middle. So like. But at the end of the day, we're talking with normal people who have normal expectations. And as long as you are a human, a warm face, a warm voice on the other end or a warm messenger on the other end of the line, it's way more related to the rest of our lives that like, the worst case scenario. We've had a few, we've had a few stories and then, you know, but they, even the, even the worst versions were, they weren't as bad as we thought.
So, yeah, I'll have to say that, you know, I designed the house in such a way that design it as if they're going to eat everywhere, jump on everything and, you know, and things will get broken and so the colors of things. I've been pleasantly surprised that it hasn't been too bad.
She's, she's very smart.
Prepare for the worst and hope for the best sometimes with some of the, the bits and pieces, the furniture and stuff. So what would you say has been the biggest challenge so far?
Well, I think initially we're in a, we're in a very regulated market which, which is, which is fine. I knew that. We knew that going in our city that. Well, like the city of Anaheim. We're not in Anaheim. Anaheim is not issuing any more permits. So that's, that's, that's the situation. We're just to the north, so we're in one of the cities that's as close as you can get to Disneyland. Still get a permit, but our cities put a cap on permits. And so one of the first challenges was managing my fears as we waited for our permit.
How long is it going to take?
That took a while. We're still figuring out year one. So every new season is a learning curve. And so January, February has been. That's just when we're recording it in January here. January has been a. Yeah, a learning curve to say the least. It's like. And trusting that this. We got an early booking for January. That 8 ate up half the month. We got a, we got, we booked through, through the 18th and then we've been managing our prices and moving now. And now we're. Now things are moving again. For a while there, it was the slowest it's been, but, but January is the slow season, so. So I, that's probably just managing my emotions. That's probably the biggest challenge.
It is managing the emotions.
I'm an artist.
Yeah. But I think for me the biggest challenge has been training more than one person to clean and stylize the house the way I like it. Because since we are close to Disney, we get long bookings, you know, so my stager cleaner sometimes only works like three or four times a month, you know, because our bookings are long and so I don't want to take work away from that person. So I'm just balancing that how much, how many people to bring in at once and. But I know I'm going to have to do more, but that has been a little bit of a challenge because I want to spoil this person because it took a lot of time to train him to do it exactly how I like it.
Quick break from the podcast to let you know that the two boostly books that we brought out, the Book Direct Playbook and the Book Direct Blueprint, are two of the top rankings rated and the best selling in the hospitality category on Amazon for just two pounds. You can grab both of those books right now. The foundations and the structures that you need to put in place is in the Blueprint and then for 101 marketing tactics, that is in the Playbook. So go and grab a copy on Amazon now just type in Book Direct Playbook or the Book Direct Blueprint and we'll see you on the other side.
You know, you've touched on two, two key things. I mean in any business which is, you know, the mindset of handling, you know, sort of fear and you know, sort of things that worry and expectations not going ever so well. And that is just part of it. Definitely the going 12 months round, seeing the full seasons and then year in, year out you just get more used to those quiet periods and the busy periods and you know, you get more used to that cycle. And then Angie, what you're talking about there is in when to take on team and how to train them is something which any size business we talk to some people with 400 properties or four properties or one property. There's always that challenge of when do you take on that extra labor cost? Can you commit to them in terms of give them the work they need and also will they do a good job. I mean ultimately three times or four times a month for this person to be going in. It must be quite easy to forget certain things. One trick that I found in my hospitality business is just video is king. We just film everything now and just go this is how we do it. And that way once you've filmed it once or twice you know, and you've got that final kind of, this is how we do it. Anybody who is on holiday or somebody leaves and you employ someone else, you've always got that kind of resource where you can send them, which is quite cool.
So that's a great idea.
Yeah, definitely. So that would be the sort of challenges. And what would you say is the biggest success so far within the business?
Well, I'd say that looking back on our reviews, honestly, we set the stage for people to really feel at home and feel special and our reviews really reflect that and I believe that's, that's success right there.
Yeah, I mean it's, I mean it's, it's humbling but it's, you know, it's a sign of, of a, it's social proof, I guess. We're, we're at, we're at 100% five star reviews. Granted. We're only nine months in and our reviews are gushing like I, like, I don't, I don't think I've read as many reviews. I'm sure they're out there for other properties. Like we, we feel like, wow, this is, I think we've hit the, we're hitting the mark here.
They feel cared for. They feel cared for and taken care of. And I, I, this is, this is.
The system systems money, money guy sliding in here. Like we, we've been between 85 and 95 booked since we launched. Even moving into the slow season so far. So granted I know that our market is, is kind of a year round market. Our, you know, all the proximity to all the things. So we're still learning that. So, and we may slide out of that but January seems to be January, February seem to be tracking. So that's the, that would be the hurdle. So so far so good. Maybe I need to raise prices.
It's always the option. Dynamic pricing. You've got all the market data there, which is cool. But what would you say are you most excited about either in hospitality in general or just for the future of the business or just in life? You know what you're most excited about?
For me, I'm excited about the next one. You know, I can't help but think about the next one. And this one has gotten a lot of attention from friends of ours as well. And we've had people reach out to us wanting us to come be part of their team. So that's, that's exciting too.
You've got the hospitality bug.
That's right. We're definitely dreaming about that. And again, this Is sort of a. This is. This is an us thing. So it's. We have lots of us things, but this is more of an us thing than we've had before. Yeah. So looking forward to the. To the next. We've got some things in mind. We've got some friends that. I mean, Hawaii is a tricky spot, so not everything's going to have a sunshine, but we've got aloha sunshine on the brain a little bit. So fun. We'll see where we go next. That's cool.
Well, as we reach towards the end of these, we just love to ask a couple of some fun questions, really. So one question I'd love to ask you both, and we'll see, sort of, if you agree on this, is where would you like to be your next travel destination? You know, the dream holiday?
I'd like to go to Italy personally. What do you think, babe?
We've talked about Europe. We've certainly talked about interior Europe. Italy would be wonderful. Switzerland, Austria.
It's kind of funny when you live in a place where people vacation. You know, both of the places that.
We live, California, off the list.
It's. It's hard sometimes to think outside of that.
We keep trying to go to Montreal, but it has.
That's right.
For whatever reason it has. Covid would have been one of them, but we've been kind of held off doing that.
Hey, you're in the communities. You're in the right community. So wherever you're looking to go, reach out in the. The team Boostly I know you're part of and the hospitality Facebook group, you can reach out. And I'm sure. I'm sure there'll be some wonderful hosts who will look forward to hosting you. So one thing I'd love to ask is what would you both consider to be your superpower?
I just keep going. So that's the first thing. That's the first thing that came to mind. I'm. I'm. Well, I'll just. I don't know if people know the Enneagram, that's just one of those. Those weird things that float out in the ether. I'm an enneagram3. And I. And I apparently prove it all the time. So I just keep going. I guess that's. It might be a superpower.
Yeah, definitely.
I mean, for Ange, I just think, you know, she has such a great designer's eye and she. Not only for the things that are now, but the things going forward. So she's, She's. She's always surprised at Me again, I'm in creative fields and I work with, you know, I work with designers that are working with our social media or working with album cover art or that sort of thing. And Angel's, you know, been a stay at home mom here and there and she's, she's not in this, in these circles, but she somehow intuits design where colors are going. I think, I think that's a creative genius, might be your superpower.
I just like to have fun and I like spaces to be fun.
That's cool.
That's cool. And I definitely detect that throughout this, you know, throughout this podcast, the, the fact that hospitality has brought you both closer together. You know, you're really getting to use your skill sets, which is amazing. And yeah, that's just that that house hack that goes to show that at any level and this is why we do behind the host is that any level you can have a really great hospitality business in almost any market and with different kinds of strategies. You know, this house hacking strategy has been a fantastic one for you both. So yes, if people want to come and check out your socials or come and check out your, you know, you guys, where's the best place to, to connect and where's the best socials to follow?
Yeah, Instagram hello Sunshine OC hello, hello Sunshine oc.com Pretty easy to find I think if you search hello Sunshine oc We're the first ones that pop up. Nice. As per, as per the direct booking blueprint playbook, all the different things we're building, our Google review reviews and all that, all that sort of thing over time. So we'll, we'll see where that goes. But yeah, we're pretty easy to find with, with that in mind. So.
Nice. Nice. And I know you've just become members of, of Team Boostly, so all that stuff is, is going, is, is starting to get going which I'm excited to see the, the results in that we always have to end with our, with our favorite question. And in fact I'm going to make it a two parter question which is what would you say is a motto that you like to live by or one that really resonates with you. And lastly, is there any closing advice for any hosts thinking about doing house hacking?
As you have, my motto is kind of everybody needs a little bit of sunshine. That's why we did the hello Sunshine and to be that sunshine because you have the opportunity to make somebody's day every day. So and the advice I was going to talk about was just the to spend time in your house too, you.
Know and yeah, book a week or.
We stayed sure that you know, go there, spend time in your place and make. Make the place someplace you want to be.
I like that. That's a nice way to. To bring it to a close. So thank you so much to you both for sort of spending your time with us. And yeah, I'm sure people are going to reach out to you and it's just nice you can now direct them here to share your story on hospitality and I look forward to seeing what you guys do in the future. You know that second one that you talk about in the future, which is going to be cool. So thank you so much for spending your time with it. Was there any questions or anything that I missed along the way?
No, you asked every possible question.
