Welcome to the Boost hospitality podcast. My name is Mark Simpson and this is season five. In this season, I'm going to show you how to run the perfect Facebook competition. I've been doing this training and this formula for the past three years now and every single time that I have run it within the Boostly community, it has had fantastic results. Hospitality owners have increased their direct bookings. They've gained over a thousand likes. That means more eyes are on their business and there's more people talking about it on online as well. I'm going to show you the step by step, day by day instructions on what you need to do to not only run the perfect Facebook competition, but how you can get bookings on the back of it. So all you need to do to take part, go to www.boostly.co.uk Facebook and I will send you step by step video tutorials to back up the audio that I am going to send you, as well as some bonus material. So it's www.boostly.co.uk forward/facebook to join in. All right, welcome to Monday, the 1st of October. Right now, your competition, if you're doing this live with me, will have had a weekend of further engagement and what you'll find now as we're coming into the final straight that the likes, the comments are starting to slow down. We did a boost on Friday. Now this is where and it's super simple, you're just going to go in to your post. Hopefully by now you've had hundreds of hundreds of people liking and commenting and sharing. What you're going to do is you're going to do what Facebook wants you to do and engage and create conversations. So I Recommend boxing off 30 minutes to an hour, going in to your competition and commenting when people are commenting. So if someone comments going liked and shared, would love to stay here, send a message back. So comment back to them and just ask them a question or when was the last time you were in the area? What you know, what do you like doing X minus Try and strike up a conversation. If you're stuck of things to say, just put a gif. The gif, just put a gif and just say thank you. Try and go through as many, many people as you can do because when you do they get a notification that you've replied to their comment and they will feel great and they will go in and they will check out the the competition. The final thing that I want for you to do at the very bottom would be add a post to everybody. So comment on the thread and go. We've got 48 hours before we announce the winner of this competition. This is your last chance to tell your friends and family members about this. Who knows if they win, they might bring you with you if they're going to do the stay, or they might share the prize with you if it's a hamper. All you got to do, tag them below, Tag as many people as you can do. The more people you tag, the more people aware, the more chance you may have getting to win. So it's that last bit of engagement, that last bit of boost. Don't forget, every day sharing into three to five groups. If you want to run another little boost, you can click on the boost again button and it will go to a totally different audience. So you've got the Facebook ad option now. Don't forget you've got the chatbot that is kicking in and hopefully by this time you'll have had over 10 subscribers, which is great. And yeah, as you can see, if you want to go see a live example, go check out the granary Facebook page, boostlead.co.uk Facebook to see all the videos and the tutorials around this, where I show you step by step instructions. But we're coming into the final straight now. When I go live and I come back on here on Wednesday, I'm going to show you how to pick a winner and how on the back of a popular competition you can get enquiries and bookings and it's all to do with a consolation prize. I will see you on Wednesday.
