I will mention them throughout my series and all of my videos and the podcasts that we do. But I just want to say thank you. Please do go and say thank you to them for supporting this show. All right. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Welcome everybody. As the title suggests, I'm about to do something I've never done before. Slightly nervous but I think this is going to be a really nice new addition to a Friday end of the week. So this is the first ever. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Please leave a comment if you're watching live with me, please give your business a bit of a promotion. This is the first ever and I need a new name to help me out here the week that was. Welcome to the Boosted Podcast. This is a freestyle going off the dumb. Ready for my close up.
Good looking, let me tell you. Get more bookings. Aw, that'd be nice giving me tips, tools and advice. Yeah, you're gonna get em hun. You're gonna sit back, listen to Mark Simpson. Whoa. Having a blast. Gonna get it on the Bruce Lee podcast. Bruce Lee like Bruce Lee. Cause it's so hard and the tee is loose leaf making up those rhymes. Don't write it, just do it. Loose leaf. If you want my respect, you'll better put direct. Here are the words in the podcast. That's what comes next.
All right, we got here. So thank you very much for tuning in everybody. I can see a lot of people piling in live with me. So this is going to be a new addition to the Boosted podcast. It's going to go out every week. This is going to be part of the new daily podcast series that I'm going to be promoting, which is exciting and daunting at the same time time. So every day was going to be a new video for all the channels. Every day was going to be a new podcast audio for those like audio. And it's going to be a new blog post on boostly.co.uk and a couple of weeks back I chickened out of doing a video. Not chickened out, it's not the right word. I think I had the right assumption not to do something and it proved right with all the feedback and the comments that came back when I posted out something asking the question if it was the right idea or not. But from that born this idea. And what is this going to be? What is this episode going to be about? What is this video going to be all about? Well, I feel that, and I've mentioned this to a few people this past two weeks that I feel like right now where Boost Lee is and context and coming into the fifth year of Boost Lee started it in 2016. I think right now with so many people that now have eyes on Boostly, whether you are a paying customer or not, there are a lot of people who is watching and following and joining in the growth of what I'm doing. So bearing in mind my goal, and I say this on every podcast I go on, I say this in every interview. My goal in 25 years, and I'm five years into that 25 years goal is to get the OTAs to lower their commission cost. I want them to treat us with a little bit more respect hosts, give us more power, as in more data and treat us more like partners. And how am I going to do that? Well, I need to influence and help a lot, a lot of hosts. So I've got a really ambitious goal of 1 million hosts and after doing this for 5 years there are a lot of people Right now the hospitality community has come up to 6,000 members on the email list. But actively, you know, 61% of people on the email list are of about 4,000 people always open and engaging in emails which is fantastic. So many people following on social medias and there's people who are now have got an interest in how Boostly does because at the end goal is it's going to help them or help maybe the business when they pass it down to their family, their kids, etc. So I feel like I'm being pushed forward and because of this I feel like there's loads of mini stakeholders in the business that are always interested in seeing what goes on behind the curtains and you know, I'm always getting messages saying you should do this, you should do that, do this and do that. Which is great but at the same time it's like I wish I could explain to everybody exactly what I am doing and I try and document as much as possible but sometimes it's hard to get it all out in a story or a post. So I wanted to do this video and this is like it's not going to be educational, I'm not going to be showing you new things but I'm going to pretty much just peel the curtains back and show you what I'm doing, what we're doing. Because Boostly isn't just me, there's a misconception that I do everything which I don't. You know, I've got a fantastic team and I'm going to show you what like the work that they do over the course of these videos and if there's anything that you would like me to share and show, please let me know in the comments or if you're not happy putting in the comments, please do send me a message. But what I'm going to do in this video is I'm going to give a couple of shout outs, I'm going to share some wins and being a Friday, I want to do a follow Friday. So I'm going to give one host that I've been following on social media this week that I think everybody would get inspiration from. So I'm going to do a shout out as well. Now this is me being really transparent, even more transparent than what I usually am. And again this is the first time that I've done this so I would love for you to also let me know in the comments and I'LL go back and I'll read everyone over the course of the start of next week when I do get a chance to read it. What have you been doing this week? What have been your wins? What have you learned? What has not gone so well? And I'll promise I'll do the same because there's loads of things going on at the moment and like I say, it's, it's a blessing and a curse growing at the rate that this is growing. It's a blessing because my message is spreading the book, direct message is spreading and I'm getting to have some amazing conversations with amazing people and there's a couple of apps that are the reason for it. There's a couple of channels and I'll talk about them and I've already mentioned them before. But the curse is that there's a lot of people who want my time. I've just come out of a two hour clubhouse room and the guy who ran it, JP is a great guy. I've met him in London at the Short Stay show. You know, I've got a lot of time for him and he's never asked me to do anything before and he's asked me to do this. And you know, it's great because I was able to talk to a whole new people property people who maybe never have heard of the term direct booking before. But I was able to say a few things and I know that there was a few moments that they took away because I've had messages from Instagram on the back of it, which is great. So I've been able to help and influence maybe a handful of people. But at the same time, because I'm saying yes to a lot of things, what I'm finding it's taken is taking me away from doing a lot of my, what should I call regular tasks that I structure in. So I'm a very structured guy, I'm a very structured person. I have my calendar laid out on Sunday and nothing gets in the way of that. I do leave a room for a little bit of flexibility so I could do something like I did do tonight. But for the most part, if you once I got my Sunday planning, so what I do on a Sunday, for those who don't know, Sunday evening, once the kids are a bed, I look at the week ahead, I look at all my tasks and I, I write them down on a piece of paper and I got this, this tactic from Dan Meredith. All you need to do do is to go onto YouTube and type in Dan Meredith531 system and I pretty much use it. I adopt it slightly to my style, but it's the, the basis is there if you want to try and mimic it. And what I do is I look at everything, I look at the whole week and you know, I've only got five days of the week. I've only got four hours a night because I work 6pm to 10pm in Spain. Here the rest of the day is dedicated to Frankie the boys being the school bus driver and you know, being a husband and you know, life chat chores. So I cram everything into four hours. So I want to make sure that when I am sat down at the desk, at this desk or wherever I'm at my co working office, I know exactly, exactly what I'm doing every single minute. And so the reason why I know that is that I plan on a Sunday. So I don't know. When I was in my soccer coaching days, there was a guy who was coaching me, always used to say this to me, Mark, prepare. Preparing to fail is failing to prepare. I always just remember or another one, but basically get prepared. And so what I do on a Sunday evening is I lay out the whole week, I look at what interviews are coming up, what podcasts are going to be done, and then I block in everything else around it, the important tasks that need doing. And so that means that when I sit down to do these tests and do these tasks and then I get people messaging me, emailing me, saying, do you want to do this? Do you want to do that? I mean, it's super exciting, I'm super honored. But the next part of my learning is to be able to say no and say no nicely. Because, you know, I think that I always feel by saying no to a lot of these opportunities, it's going to hinder me in some way, shape or form and I need to snap out of that. So I've set a rule for March, for the whole of March, no phone calls, no podcast interviews. Because I'm going to be doing another five day challenge. I'm going to be running a five day challenge and that takes a lot of work, a lot of preparation. I feel like March is going to be a really, really good time to do it, especially in the uk, all over the world to do it. But I think especially in the uk, because I think that a lot of people will be starting to look at the next steps, as in when lockdown ends, whatever this lockdown is, vaccine and all of that. I think there are so many good news stories coming out right now and I want to give a special shout out to Ger Guerant Jones. He is always posting articles in the Boostly Academy Group, our private training group, about what's coming up and what's been happening. And it's really exciting to see. Because I don't read the news. One thing that I don't do is I do not read the news or look at the news or watch the news or hear the news. I just focus on what I can control. So I need Ger to come in and just sort of share this with us because we know what's coming and that's really important. So I'm going to be doing that in March. So with that in mind, if you are watching this or you whoever, do watch it or listen to this as the podcast in March, I am unavailable because I need to focus because not only am I doing a challenge, not only am I running Bruce Lee, but I'm also writing this book, 20,000 words I've got to now, which is amazing, really, seeing everything that's been going on. I started writing this book the day that I found out that we got Covid and it was about three weeks ago now. So we've come out of isolation. I've done this course and I'm still plugging away. Even with so many things that are going on behind the scenes outside of work that I am no way going to share, especially on social media. There's a lot going on outside of the work that is good and bad, but I cannot believe I've got to 20,000 words and I'm only on chapter two. So, Neely, I know that you'll watch this in some way, shape or form, but there's going to be a lot of words to edit. So Neely Khan, fantastic storyteller, fantastic copywriter. She's very kindly coming on board to help me edit it. She's going to basically take everything that I do and make it sound and readable, which is amazing. So Neely can go check her out. Nearly there is the business. She's so good, but again, she's oversubscribed, so she's not currently taking on clients, even though she is working with a lot of hospitality owners, which is fantastic. She's definitely craving out a fantastic niche. Just an amazing human I've got to know really well. And when she does take on clients, do not worry, I will be letting everybody know about her because I think the work that she's doing is phenomenal. So let's just. I've gone A bit of a rant there. Let's just look back at the week that was so like I say we I have been able to write 20,000 words which is fantastic. If you want to find out more about the book, it's called the Book Direct Playbook just go to boostly.co.ukbook We've got about 100 people who are part of the pre release squad and again thank you to those who have taken the time out to read the chapters that I've done already. Kay Taylor and a few others. I know Kay just gone through first and just proofread a lot of it which is phenomenal. I really appreciate it. So if you want to get the behind the scenes of how I'm writing this book, join the Trello board, go to booster.co.uk book I'll make sure that when it does come out you get a special discount when it on Amazon or wherever we publish it. And also as well I'll do a a special zoom call with the those in the squad and we'll go through all of the tips. So this week done that. On Monday I had a really cool session with Maver of Flying Cat Marketing. So again, if you don't know Maver, I really do recommend that you go check her out. The I think the best place to find out more about Flying Cat let me chase that would be LinkedIn or YouTube. But she she works really well with hospitality businesses based in Barcelona and she's worked with a couple of people that I know really well, Jasper from Get Paid for your Pad as well as others. And I've actually hired her agency to help put together some really cool articles over the next three months. Plus we're going to give it a go for three months and go from there. But it was an amazing call. On Monday she's going to be putting together some really cool content specifically for hospitality owners and it's going to be coming up on the Boostly website. So I'm really looking forward to that. And then I had a conversation on Monday with Wheelhouse so you may have heard me if you've been on my email list. So if you're on the Boostly email list or if you're on the Daily Boost channel, if you want to get on the Daily Boost WhatsApp channel, go to boostly.co.uk chat Wheelhouse is a really exciting pricing tool that is getting a full relaunch or launch in a couple of weeks time depending on when you're listening to this, go to booster.co.ukwheel to find out more. I had a chat with him, he gave me a full demo. I've been playing around with it and there are a couple of tools out there beyond price, in price labs, all in rooms, air DNA. I believe that this has got the potential, excuse me, potential to be the best. It's faster, it's quicker, it's stronger, it talks in human language, which is key for me. I think the problem with these pricing tools and reports is that they can often sound like robots when they're trying to give you graphs and stuff. So it's really easy to follow. But the most important thing is because it's got more, more depth to it, it can make you more money per booking. And right now it's free. Free to join. So go and grab your free listing, line up one of your accounts, Airbnb, your channel manager. They're adding in places and things all the time, so please do go and check it out. So a big shout out to Andrew Kitchell for giving Boostly members early access. Giving Boostly members all these cool reasons to join. And I'm a big fan. I'm going to be a big supporter moving forward. On Tuesday, it's Boostly Academy day. So we had Boostly Academy and we had the Boostly podcast. So the Boostly podcast, first Boostly podcast was the Roundtable. So we had Richard Vaughn and we had nine from Zevu, David from Hostfully, and we had Terry White, who's the PMS guy. And we were talking about PMS property management softwares, or we now call it BMS booking Management softwares, because this is one of the core parts of a business. And again, it's a chapter in the book. And I want every Roundtable discussion, or as many as possible, to be about chapters in the book, because it just helps me to know what I'm going to talk about. But also as well, I think this is so important and so many people still don't have a pms. We have so many people who book a call in with us for websites and one of the questions is, who is your pms? And so many people put, we don't have one and it's so important. If you want to know why this is so important, go on to boostly.co.uk PMS. There's a video at the top about why it's so important in 2021 and beyond to have an online booking engine where people can make bookings via your website. So that roundtable was really good. The feedback was amazing. I Know that at some point in that conversation, it got really high brow. It got really, I mean, it got technical for me. I always strive when I'm doing these sort of things to be the most stupidest person in the room because that means I'm going to learn and grow. And like, I was, at times I was like, wow, this is intense. And so I tried to, like, I tried to like, bring it back because they were talking. I like, they're talking basically just like they're in the pub in a roundtable. And I wanted to bring it back so everybody could understand. Understand mainly me, so I could understand what they're talking about. But it, it went over well. The response and the feedback was great. So I'm going to do another Boostly roundtable and the idea is I want in a couple of weeks time to feature hosts that are using Clubhouse. So we've already got Nikki Hutchman from Competa in Spain lined up. So if you fancy coming on and doing a Boostly roundtable with me and three other people, me, Nikki and three other people, and you're using Clubhouse, then send me a message. I've got people in, I'm gonna be messaging, but if you're brave enough and you want to come forward, let me know. Hosts, service, accommodation, property, people, whoever, just send me a message on Instagram, Facebook or wherever. Then we had Danny from Optimize My bnb, who is an Airbnb expert, probably one of the best Airbnb experts in the world, come into the Boostly Academy, our private training group, and did a live Q and A for over an hour. He. He dropped so many nuggets. Nuggets is like such a popular word at the moment. He gave so many really good bits of information, basically about how to use Airbnb, how to optimize your listing, how to hack the algorithms, how to treat it, how to use it, and most importantly, why you should be, which is something that I've been saying. So I'm so glad that he sort of reaffirmed this, why you should be closing off your calendar in advance via your channel manager, because it will just leave so much more room for these lovely direct bookings. So, again, Danny, I'll make sure you get tagged in this. Thank you so much for doing that. So that's Tuesday, Wednesday I had, which was two days ago, we did a webinar. So I've had this webinar idea for a while where I wanted to talk about the future of hospitality websites. And in the future, for those who didn't watch it that the main message was simplicity. You've got to have simplicity in your websites moving forward. If you confuse, you're going to lose. Which was like a very good way of summing up the hour. And we also launched Boostly onepage. So one page web designs by Boost Lee is something that we've been cooking up since November. We are going to have so many different variations of this one page and I'll show you an example in a second. But it's really exciting. It's ideal for everybody who is looking to target more than one customer avatar. So you may have a main website now, but it's catered to leisure guests. But because of the pandemic and everything that's going on, you've needed to pivot to offer work for contractors and business people. So we've got Boostly onepages that is specifically designed for that and again, they are working really well. If you want to go check out examples, just look at Liam Carolan's website, Ginger and Gold and then Norwich Contractor stays and then the portfolio builder that we're building for three different websites, still the same business, but every website you land on, it clearly speaks to the person you're speaking to. That was Wednesday. Now Wednesdays I normally only work a couple of hours. Simply being that on a Wednesday is my turn to put Frankie to bed. So I work from home. So I normally get in about, well, 8:30, pretty much after I get him to sleep. So that was the main thing I did. Then Thursday there was a lot of things that needed doing. I went live to document the wins from the Boost Lee Academy members. So if you've missed that, there are lots of people, Georgina, Louise, everybody who is sharing their wins from email marketing. And I'll flash these up on the screen right now so you can see them, which is, which is awesome. And also as Well, I had two really good conversations. I had a 30 minute conversation with Judith Nelson from Beyond Booking. So because of what I do, I don't really do any one on one work. Because of the growth of Boostly, we've got over a thousand clients. I haven't got the physical time or the mental well being to offer a one on one marketing service. So what I am doing now, because there's so many people in my world who would really benefit from that, I'm looking to reach out to people that do and Judith is one of them. We had a real good chat. She's based in Montreal, she's working with property managers, she's working with Hospitality owners. I think the portfolio would be that she's looking at anybody who's got more than 20 properties. So she's, you know, at the higher end. But the work that she's doing is phenomenal. Really clever, really switched on passion for property management software, property management, hospitality hotels. She's got a fantastic insight to all of them, very talented. So I'm looking forward to being able to recommend her in the future. And then we chatted to. I had about a two hour discussion with David at Hostfully. So David Jacoby, Hostfully, I've known him for a couple of years now. Everybody knows Hostfully and if you've got a Hostfully guidebook, please say hi in the comments. They do digital guidebooks and they do property management software and it was the property management software tool that you wanted to chat to me about. Because one of the big problems that we have doing the web design is getting the information from the host. Because we get it, everybody's busy. But one of the core things that what we do is we take all of your information, we put it onto a website, we make it look amazing. For a lot of people that information is on their pms, but there's no tool that we could instantly grab that and put it onto a Boostly website. So David's gone away and his team have worked on something which makes it possible. So this is my call out. If you are a Boostly website client and if Hostfully is your PMS and you want us to do some work, free work for you, we've been given the codes and everything that we need. We just need one person to put their hand up. If you are a Hostfully customer and you have not got a Boostly website, please get in touch with because we're pretty much willing to drop our rate totally to be able to implement this, to see how it works, we need an example to you. So get in touch. If you've got a Hostfully pms, not Guidebook, property management software because we need to test what the tools that we've been given to see how it works and looks and if it works, then be phenomenal. So that's my little call out and that brings us to today. So like I say, I've just done a two hour clubhouse room talking, talking to mostly property people. But I definitely brought it back to hospitality and marketing and you know, and how to educate your guests and direct booking, which was lovely. I apologize to anybody who came into that room thinking, what is this guy talking about? I know Michelle Gray was tuning in from France and she's got a property in Spain in Javert, nearby to where I am. I know that she said she's going to try something, so I'm excited for that. So that is the week of Boostly. Let me just very quickly give some shout outs to new Team Boostly members. Number one, a massive welcome to who we got here. Rachel Stratton Martin in Deborah, Tara McGrofy, Catherine Hardy Smith, Mandy Lindley, who has purchased a Boostly1 site, and Louise Gunningham. Welcome to Team Boostly. I'm really looking forward to helping you with your websites and also as well, a massive welcome to Jack Stiff. So Jack's been with us for a while, but he's a new member of the Boostly Content Creator. So if you don't know what we're doing with Content Creator, it's something that has been really popular this week with it being Book Direct Day on Wednesday. It was a massive day for the world of hospitality, a massive day for hosts all over the world. This is where we get to talk about the benefits to our followers, to our customers and to potential guests. The benefits of booking direct. And what I did is I took some of the content that we created for Content Creator and I gave it to hosts in the hospitality community and people on the email list and people who are part of the boostly WhatsApp channel. And they were able to take that and they spread it everywhere on social media. It was amazing. I was getting tags left, right and center. I was following the hashtag bookdirect on Instagram, I was following it on Twitter. I was following the hashtag boostly and it. Just to see it, see the content go everywhere was amazing. So what we do with Content creator, we create 30 to 40 pieces of content every month and we give it to hosts. So this means that they don't have to think about content. They can just literally copy, paste, download the image and upload it. And it's Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, you name it, you can use it. And it's amazing to see. It's so cool when people tag me in or share the links to see in the Wild. So it's five pounds a month and it's. And the reason why it's so low is that I want everybody to be using it. I say I want everybody to use it because I do a lot of marketing reviews and I always ask why the Facebook page isn't posting daily. I want there to be no excuse from any host to why they aren't posting on all the channels every day because they always say well I don't know what to post or I haven't got the time. The cool thing about this is that you can schedule it on the first of the month and you don't even have to touch it again which is so cool. And it's all done for you so it's really cool. And as email templates in there and there's something else that I'm working on so it's really exciting. So if you don't know what that is, please do go and check out boosted content creator. We'd love to have you on board. So Jack, welcome and let me just do this next part. So what I wanted to do just before I finish and just before anything else jumps in my mind, let me just share this screen. I'm gonna do my shout out, don't forget I'm gonna do my Friday follow. So somebody please remind me. So this is what this is Andrew Clark based up in Fort William. Andrew's website went live this week. So let me see if I've got my round of applause. So Andrew's website, this is a, this is a DIY or a done with you website. So we gave Andrew our template and he just very quickly turned us around. So we put the image in, he's got the words in, he's personalized it, got the reviews in, he's got all of his rooms on there. About, about the breakfast welcome, hamper reviews, blog, all of this. He did FAQs. This is the template of what every website should definitely look like for hospitality owners. And also a big well done to Roizali. So again this is a boostly one page website. He's looking to get more contractor bookings. So again instantly flexible rental solutions for business professionals. This website took him five minutes. We created 95% of the coffee. He just put in five minutes work. And you know there's a website now that he can pass around to businesses in his area nationwide. Businesses nationwide. He can give that and it looks a professional website. So one that instantly gets to trust. So again, massive well done to Roy and Andrew. Another round of applause. Okay, and finally, finally and I want to keep this under 30 minutes. I want to just give a big follow Friday shout out on Instagram to this lady here, Steph B. Murphy. So Steph B. Murphy, she's the better half of Opulent Living uk. I've got to know James, her husband quite well. Over the last couple of weeks we've done a lot of clubhouse Rooms together, chatted to him on the phone. Uh, but I really, really enjoy Steph's Instagram. She documents the day to day really well this week. If you've been watching and following Steph, you will know that they are getting to load up 36 units all at once. So the warehouse and all of that, the way they document it is fantastic. I was chatting to her very, very quickly today and I just said I really love her Instagram. Like for me, looking for what I think hosts and how they should use these social media channels, she's a prime example. So she definitely needs more followers. So please go and check out Steph B Murphy on Instagram. S T E P H B M U R P H Y on Instagram and I'll make sure we put the links in the blog post as well. So I really hope that you enjoyed that. This is the first one that I've done and if you enjoyed it, then I will do another one. So your comments mean everything. I can see that there's 73 comments on Facebook which I will go back through. Please do keep chatting on there. Please do spread the word. You know, I just think it's, it's fantastic to see so many people tune in to this live which, which is great and then leave kind words. If you could do me one big favor if you have enjoyed it, just pick up the phone and tap that thumbs up or love heart button. It just means that Facebook will let other people know and if there's somebody that you think you should be watching this, share it into a group, share it elsewhere and tap around And I just want to say thank you to everybody that's watching Team Boostly. We've got Aldrin, Joyce, Don, Tom and the team. Well done. I couldn't do this without you. All the moderators of the hospitality community in the Boothley Academy, Melanie, Alison. Oh, I'm going to forget names there which is going to be embarrassing because I've just been talking constantly for 30 minutes. So all the moderators of hospitality community which are. Where you all gone. Alison, Annette, Melanie and Emma, Sharon, Joyce and then in the Boostly Academy adding to that, Kay and Tracy and Ger and Liam. Again, I couldn't do any of this without you at all. So I really do appreciate it. Thank you so much for helping keep all of this and keep me sane. Like I say, this star of 2021 personally has been a shitter. There's been so much happen behind the scenes that any other time I think or any other situation I could Just easily bury my head in the sand and just go, nope, not today. There's been obviously Covid loads of other things with everything that's going on. Tensions and groups, Facebook groups, my direct messages. I'm dealing with things that I would never thought that I would have to deal with. But the main and that's not even talking about governments, schools, cities, nations, lockdowns and all of that thing. And I think what's really important here I want to leave on this. And I've been thinking about all day how to phrase it. I really have been thinking about this all day how to phrase it because I don't normally have to say these sort of things. But the one thing that I think everybody needs to realize is that you need to focus on what you can control. Don't worry about what's been on the news, don't worry about what governments are going, don't worry about chasing all of these things that you can't control. Just focus on what you control on a day to day basis. I've been listening, trying to get inspiration from every day. There's a YouTube channel, Evan Carmichael and it features somebody on there called Mel Robbins who's like a motivational speaker I think. But I just listen to her 15 minute videos every day, literally just before jumping in the shower and it really does help just get your mind just focused on what you need to do. I say with everything that's gone on I could really just stop and just wallow in self pity with all of the things that's happening, all of the things that's being pushed towards and whatnot. It would be just so easy to do. But I just, every day I just remember, focus on what you can control. And I really hope that somebody who is watching this, whether it's live on the replay or listening to this, get some inspiration from that. Because I don't know, somebody said to me the other day it's like lockdown fatigue or pandemic fatigue. A lot of people are just fed up. But the cool thing for hospitality owners is this, is that there will be revenge travel. There will be a time when lockdown ends and people can travel normally and freely and. And it is going to be so ridiculously busy it is just going to happen because everybody right now, everybody I speak to, everybody I interview, I ask them what are you looking forward to in 2021? And everybody, not one person has not said I'm looking forward to traveling, I'm looking forward to going places. What you need to do right now is focus on what you can control. Don't focus on any other thing. If you see somebody say something on the Internet you don't agree with, you can't, you can't affect what they say or think, but you can just focus on you. And I'm not speaking to anybody directly here. Just focus on what you can control. Focus on what you post, focus on how many times you email your guests, focus on who you message, Focus on how many times you show up, show up every day. Show that you're being proactive. And I guarantee you your business will be not only surviving it, but thriving on the other end. And if you need inspiration, you know where to go. Go to the Booster YouTube channel, go to the PODC. Listen to all the things we did last year. So thank you so much for listening. If you enjoyed it, let me know and I'll do it again next week. I love to showcase people that we're helping and you know those businesses that alive right now are Fantastic. And those two websites are two of 450, so 252 websites now live with Boostly, which is insane. My servers bill is ridiculously high. But it's amazing because we're helping so many people. And I will see you next week. Lots happening. I don't know what it is at the moment, but I'll know on Sunday evening because that's when I'm going to plan it. All right, everybody, time for me to go. As always, cheesy wave to end and I shall see you when I see you.
