Before we start today's episode of the Boosted podcast, I have got some exciting.
News to share with you.
For the month of July, I am giving away one month trial of the boostly content creator. Now, you may be asking and you may be thinking, well, what is the boostly content creator host that I have come into contact with in the five years of doing Boostly? And when I say to them, you need to be posting every single day on social media, you need to be emailing, emailing your guest and your list, they always say to me, I haven't got the time. And I can't think of a better month to promote the boostly content creator than July. Because right now everybody around the world is busy, busy, busy, busy. And they haven't got the time to think about the marketing or the social media or the emails, when in fact the best time to do marketing is when you're at your busiest because that means that you always have a pipeline coming through. So I created the boostly content creator for busy hosts. Now what do you get? Every single month you get 30 to 40 pieces of fresh social media content that you can use for your social media channels. LinkedIn, Instagram, et cetera. You also get video templates which are designed to stop the scroll on social.
Media, which is really powerful.
Email templates designed by expert copywriters that are working so well. Georgina Bearman messaged up in our Facebook.
Group to say that she used one.
Of the email templates and got free bookings, direct bookings instantly, which more than covered the cost. You also now get website headline generator tools. You get a money back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. The price is only five pound a month. And right now when you sign up, you go into the boostlycontentcreator.com you add to your basket in the coupon code section, you type in July and you get the first month free. Now that is only available for the month of July. After that it's five pound. If you don't want to continue, you can just cancel at any time. But please make sure that you go and you use the boostly content creator. My goal is a month in the month of July is to get 1,000 new hosts to register and sign up. This is how powerful I know this tool is because the email templates in itself are providing a massive return of investment and I would love for you to come and join. This is for new members only. Just go to boostlycontent creator.com add it to your basket, put in coupon code July and I'll see you on the other side. Right now we've got that out of the way, let's get on with today's podcast episode.
Now, you may have seen the title and some of you may not even know what a copywriter is. You may not even know what AI is. So let me just share a little bit of the light. So before I do that, please make sure you hit the thumbs up button wherever you're watching this. Give it a like so that more.
People can find it.
It helps the algorithm. And this is the first time you've clicked one of these videos. Make sure you subscribe so you can get a video, a podcast, a blog post every single day into your inbox to help you grow your bookings. Now, copywriting, the best way to describe that for no, for people who don't have a clue, is anytime you read something and it persuades you to make a an action, take an action. Whether that's a purchase or a click, that's copywriting. And having good words on your website, on your marketing is everything. Now I know what 95 of hosts just do it themselves, just wish for the best. There's about 2% and maybe copy other people's and just paste it on theirs, which is a no no. But then there are the other 3% who actually do hire copywriters to help them create content. I know there's Nearly Khan from Nearly There, there's the amazing Louise Brace from Rental Tonic, and there are many other fantastic copywriters who are helping hospitality businesses actually make a difference with the words that they use on their site. And when you get the right words, it does make a big difference. But as with everything, the world is evolving. And I recently came across this blog post. Now you may or may not know or recognize the fantastic T bolt Masson from Rental Scale up and he put together a pretty comprehensive blog post all about AI. And the title is how AI can help you write more attractive property descriptions and even reply to guest refuse faster, even the negative ones. So do go and check it out, run a little Google search. I'll try my best to remember to put this in the link, in the description and in the blog post. But in it he goes to show you his experiences with using conversion AI. Now there's a lot of these new AI tools that are becoming available. This is not the only one and there's a lot of them and they're not yet there. But who knows, in five or ten years time it may be a an option. Who knows, The Airbnb and bookings and VRBO may actually offer that as part of their service. But the blog is really good. I don't want you to go and and check it out and really give it a good read and let me know your opinions below. My personal opinion is this is that technology does try and solve a lot of problems that are out there, but there are still things that need the human touch. I believe that I will enable copywriters and help copywriters out there to even create even better copy. But you still need that human element because when you watch someone like Louise or Neely in action and I've been very privileged to work with Neely who is currently helping me edit my book that's coming out this year, booster.co.uk if you want to go check it out. A little plug and the way that nearly just takes a word, finds the meaning behind it and then has other little variations and puts in what fit is fantastic. And again Louise and and how she's helping hosts with their website copy and you know she has an interview and a one on one chat with the host and it's finding out their guest profile and avatar and you know, and then goes and put these words together. I don't see AI to be able to do that for a long, long, long, long time. Maybe we're talking not this decade, maybe next decade or the decade after. So really interesting discussion, really interesting blog and I recommend everybody to go check it out because you know it always helps to stay ahead of the trend here. So my opinion is that I would love to know your opinion. Let me ask you for your takeaway. Leave it in the comments below. If you're watching on YouTube or Instagram or let know me LinkedIn or Facebook wherever you're watching this back or if you listen to the audio send me an email or an Instagram message. Let me know what your thoughts are around this. So again the the blog to go and check out if you haven't done so already. It's on rentalscale up.com if you just do run a Google search how AI can help you write more attractive property rental scale up. I'm sure that blog will come up.
