Homes & Villas By Marriott Bonvoy

How would you like to be put in front of over 100 million new potential users who are not on Airbnb, that aren't on booking.com that aren't maybe on VRBO that could potentially book with you? It's a listing site with a difference. It's something that you will all recognize the name. But I reached out to Pierre from Homes and Villas by Marriott and he's got a very important message that he wants to share with all of the Boostly community. Now, if you've got more than 20 properties and you would like to potentially speak with the team, they are open to anybody to potentially go through their structure, the systems and the procedures and accreditation and if successful, as a couple of other Boostly members are being right now, then you are going to be put in front of a whole new potential audience. So let me hand over to Pierre the link that you need to go to to find out more to put your name down is boostly b o-ostly.co.uk h o m e S so listen to the video, watch the video and good luck.

My name is Pierre. I work for Homes and Villas by Merit International, the curated short term rental offering that is backed by the world's largest hospitality group. That's Merit International. Today we're looking to partner with the best property manager to advertise their home on our platform. And I wanted to do this video and tell you a bit more about the benefits of working with Homes and Villas. But maybe to start with a little bit of background, we launched in 2019 and that was in response to to the members of our Bonvoy loyalty program who were looking to stay in curated homes that meet certain standards in terms of quality, safety and service. Today we have 160 million members and counting and these members wanted as well to have the opportunity to collect or redeem points by choosing different types of accommodation. Today we have over 65,000 properties on the platform and we're looking to partner with the best professional property managers that would look after a portfolio of 20 homes or more. So what's in it for property managers? Well, two things. The first one, the property managers have access to a different demographic of Bonvoy members that are affluent travelers and tend to stay longer. So that's the first element. The second one, because Homes and Villas by Marriott International only advertises curated homes that are managed by vetted property managers, it is a good opportunity for those property manager partners to stand out from the crowd. And I was a property manager myself before working with homes and villas and myself like other property manager partners have used the partnership to showcase the quality of the service and the standards for for example potential homeowners that would be looking to join and work with you and advertise their home through you and that's a good opportunity for those that are looking to grow their portfolio. Some other property managers have been using it as well for example in the pitch deck for investments. So that's in a nutshell the elements that I think would be of benefit to you. We very much look forward to discussing a potential partnership. I have attached a link with the video for you to complete and get in touch with us and thank you. Thank you very much for your time and we look forward to hearing from you.

Having a blast gonna get it on the Bruce Lee podcast Bruce Lee like Bruce Lee cause it's so hard and the T is loose leaf making up those rhymes don't write it just do it loosely.
