Welcome back to another episode of the Boostly podcast and welcome to another episode of the STR Collab. Now, I couldn't make this session because we were busy with the Book Direct Virtual Summit, but we had the fantastic Alex from Can Monkey join Maddie from Mount and it was a really good discussion. This is the replay of it last about 30 minutes, but please make sure you jump in the comments, share, do all that good stuff. If you want to be part of the STR Collab, we come together at least once a month bringing guest experts from around the industry, specifically helping those hosts who have got between one and 20 properties. So if you want to find out more, there is a QR code within this video that you can scan to go to our exclusive Facebook group and you can go and find out more. It's totally free. We're looking to do not only virtual meetings like this one was where we meet up at least once a month, but we're also looking to do in person meetups as well. You've got to be in the group to find out more, but without further ado, let's join Maddie and Can Monkey and we'll see you in the next one.
Awesome. Hey everyone, thanks so much for joining us. We're going to dive in and then today's webinar is an educational webinar brought to you by Alex from Can Monkey. So he's going to be talking all things waste management. What happens when you have to take the trash out, you have multiple properties and just everything along those lines and probably a lot more. I didn't even just cover as a reminder, these webinars and just this community we're building is called the STR Collab. It is brought to you by myself. I'm the CEO and founder of MOUNT we have Mark from Boostly who is semi offline today because he is running his own Book Direct summit with over 5,000 attendees stay fi which we have Ivan today representing and our newest founding member host gpo. So hopefully we'll be hearing from them shortly as well. So to dive in, just to give you guys some context, if you don't know who I am, I'm Maddie Rifkin. I'm the CEO and founder of MOUNT At MOUNT we're all about guest experience and basically what we do is we go partner with local businesses to bring them online, make them experiences and then you as a host can curate your list of experiences that you want to offer to your guests via us and you can actually make some commission from that. I did start my company when I was 12 years old. So it's been a journey and a half. We've raised over $4 million for mounts and really are building for this nomadic traveler, this adventure traveler, someone that wants to come and have a good time. So we're happy to be in the industry and definitely love what we continue to learn. So that's about me a little bit about Mark Simpson, although everyone seems to know who he is, so I don't really even need to intro him. But he is all about the book Direct movement. He's the founder and CEO of Boostly. If you don't know about book direct websites, he's your guy. All about getting you off of Airbnb, the OTAs, and really moving you into your book direct strategy and taking your power back, essentially because Airbnb should not have that. So he typically is on our webinars as a co host, but today not so much. So Mark, we miss you, but he'll be back soon. Arthur is also not here today. He's out of office. But Ivan has joined us from Stayfi. So Ivan, I'll let you take the mic now.
Yeah, sure. Thank you. Of course, Arthur, Brian, Ivan, and program manager Stephie. We're also about all about the Book Direct Bookman. Our mission is to help all program managers and hosts build a strong independent brand that helps drive direct bookings and repeat bookings and as we call it, break free from OTAs. We do that mainly through Wi Fi marketing and guest data collection through WI Fi and we also offer marketing and email marketing and text marketing services to provide a whole guest journey experience where you can connect your guests after next day and get them to stay directly with you the next day.
Fantastic. Thank you.
Hey, we'll be right back with the show. But in the last couple of months, I've heard that property managers and holiday owners were seeing a decline in revenue, which is not good. Operators have started cutting spending in anticipation of what could be a downturn. And this is where I want to bring your attention to Hostfully. Hostfully is one of the leading property management software programs out there with all the bells and whistles you need to manage and automate, but at a crazy affordable price for the average manager. Visit www.hostfully.com SLBoostly to get an exclusive deal just for you. So Hostfully is H O S T F U L L Y and when you book a call tell them that Boostly sent you. All right, let's get back on with the show.
Awesome. On to the next. So we added some new segments here. First of all, the STR Collab. If you guys don't know what this is, this is really the community we're building. There's three core pillars of our collab. We do one monthly webinars and we have a Facebook group where kind of our online community lives. We also have launched in person events so around the country if you want to host one. If someone in the colab wants to host one, we help support that. And then we also do events at conferences under the STR Colab name. So there might be a fun one coming towards the end of the year at Verma International. We'll have to wait and hear what that one is. But if you want to be part of the collab, go ahead and scan this QR code because it'll allow you to join the Facebook group where you can see all our previous recordings because we do monthly educational webinars on just various topics that you need to become a better host and level up your your listings and your properties and the full work. So if you do want to join the Facebook group, that's what you can do here. Other than that, a few news tidbits because this is really interesting stuff happening this week. If you didn't notice, Marriott Homes and Villas launched and tested a new generative AI search tool so their travelers can actually now input stuff and it'll spit out search results based on this AI tool. They actually beat Airbnb to the punch on this one. So Airbnb has not launched their AI tool although they did acquire a very large AI business recently. So you know, first I think segment where Airbnb is not the first to do it. So interesting competition on the landscape and then additionally is kind of a bigger bucket item. But Florida is cracking down or at least trying to crack down on Airbnbs and just the regulation of short term rentals. There's a bill in the house that has the potential to change the vacation property regulations across the entire state. So it would put it at a state level instead of a county level. Something to just be aware of. And if you aren't in Florida, that's fine as well. But I put this on here because if you're not involved in your local advocacy group or either through responsibly like, this would be your time to do that. Because better to be driving the policy than being in the backseat and having to deal with the changes that come. And I know Alex knows this really well, having been in Arizona where they are quite strict these days. But you know, better to be on the advocacy side of it and fight for it than not. So thought I'd throw that in here. Awesome. Well, some upcoming events in case you want to meet in person, a few of us will probably be at these we have the VRMA Spring Forum, the Can Stays Rental Alliance Conference. We have some events in the UK if you happen to be across the pond, and then the Northwest Vacation Rental Conference as well in Boise, Idaho. Alex, I don't know if I missed any events that you guys are going to.
No, those are the VRMA and the Northwest one I am going to be attending, but I don't think anything else that I know of in April besides those ones.
Yes. So if you if you can't tell April is going to be a busy month for all of us. Had to pick and choose. Well, without further ado, this is where I introduce you to Alex Shapiro, the founder and CEO of Can Monkey. I put a little catchy title on here, but I bet he's talking about even cooler things. What do you do about garbage day? Alex, I'm going to turn it over to you because I believe you have a presentation and this is supposed to be educational. So for those on the webinar, if you want to put in questions, put them in the Q and A. If you have funny things to say, put them in the comments. We control Alex a little and really just have a good time as we talk about waste management solutions and honestly just learn what this is all about.
We were established in 2018 and a lot of people even asked, what is CanMonkey? Can Monkey? We automate Trash Day. Very simple. That weekly tedious task that comes up every week. Taking the trash can to the curb day before pickup, returning it after it's getting emptied by the city back to its original location and recycling cans. That's what we take care of. It's there to never miss Trash Day to avoid cans getting overflow with extra trash, not getting in trouble with hoas Keeping your neighbors happy. It's an essential service for vacation rental properties is what we found. It's not what we started off as. We started off as homeowners, but we realized the niche in the short term rental industry. Management companies that have 10, 20, 100 properties. This gets really hard and people don't really have a system or solution for it. And if they do, what we found is sometimes it's 50 to 75% at best. And what we created on the back end is a platform that is our own technology, our own proprietary technology, where essentially a homeowner, an Airbnb, a property management company, can put their properties on our platform, go into our website, and that property automatically gets put into a operational route that is already existing. That property will go onto a route. If we, if it is next to a property that we already have, it's even better for us and we just start servicing it from there on out every month until someone cancels it. We're a monthly subscription. We're not trying to hold anyone hostage with contracts. We really just try to keep this as easy as possible. We know that sometimes properties come and go with different management companies and we're not trying to hold anyone hostage. But essentially the property comes onto our platform, get it into a route, and the can runners take it to the curb and back. Very simple, nothing really complicated about it. And what the technology in the back end really helps us make sure that we're dotting our I's and crossing our T's, making sure it's actually getting done. Why Cam Monkey? We know now, since we've been around for five, almost six years, that there's other companies doing what we do now. It's not very hard taking cans to the curbing back. You don't really need much except a body and a car to get you to those locations. But what we have found that when we invest our money into our technology, it really helped us create more transparency. I like to call it transparency, but more transparency for our clients. We have a client dashboard that you receive for your 1 property or 100 properties. You can see them all in one location. You can see when we were at your property, when we took the can to the curb, when we took it back. And if you have any other, you know, notes that come up, say you put a gate on the code, the client has access to, go in there and change things. Some of our clients have padlocks on the locks. Sometimes they change every quarter or whatnot. They can go in there and update all the information. They have a guest coming with an animal. They can let us know that there's an animal staying there to give us a heads up. But we really give our clients the ability to update their account because each property is different, and that gives us the information. We're really good instruction takers. That's what we tell people. If the cans are on the side of the gate with the gate lock, you know, let us know that. What's all that information so we can take the can to the curb efficiently. Like I said, we take photos. That's something that's different than other companies that we provide these for you. We're not trying to hide anything. We get calls from people because maybe a client got a call from a guest or got a call from a housekeeper saying that the cans are full, that you guys never took the cans out last week. Well, if they didn't want to look at in the dashboard themselves, we have that information too, so we can show them. Hey, the property. Is this your property? We did get the cans, the curbing back, you know, is this all correct? Oh, yeah. Like, why is it still full? Did you have someone check out afterwards? You know, maybe, you know, the tuners came in after we were done, and maybe they filled it up after. So this kind of helps us kind of come up to some different scenarios, because at the end of the day, these properties, for the most part, are now public. They're not private. And sometimes there are neighbors that know that's an Airbnb. Sometimes they throw their trash in those cans. Or maybe, like I said, the cleaner came after we empty, brought an empty can back, and then they filled up the can with trash after they cleaned the property. So there's always moving parts in these properties that we make sure that keep everything documented when we're at the property to make sure that we're doing an efficient job. Also showing that the cans are back at the location that they need to be on the right day. If there's any issues at the property, you'll get an issue and you get a real time notification. Said this example right here. We brought these cans back and they put a padlock on the gate that we didn't know. So we let them know, hey, we can't get in behind the gate. We left the cans right here. Can you guys. The property manager, can you make sure that these get behind the gate now? Because we can't do it. So making sure that we have open lines of communication and showing the photos and is key to making sure that even though we're doing a simple task of taking the Kansas curb back. Different idiosyncrasies come up. So we're making sure that we're protected on all ends and making sure that they know as well what's going on in their property. Because sometimes these hosts and owners don't even live in the right state or live in the state. They're managing it from another state. And they're really using us for their eyes and ears on these properties and making sure that everything is getting done efficiently. They use their guests and cleaners instead of cam monkey. And what we found is that 50 to 75% at best. You know, sometimes the cleaners are there on the to take the cans to the curb, but who's going back the next day taking the can back? Or you ask the guest to do it, but they forget to do it. And now you're left with trash that's overflowing. And you get that removed. And it's just going to cost you even more money calling 1-800-JUNK REMOVAL or a local junk company to come and remove all that trash for you than it would have been just having Camucky service it every week for you, making sure that it was done. We also help our clients stay compliant with HOA regulations, different city ordinances, kind of what Matty just alluded to. Some of these states are really cracking down on some of our industry. And one of the easiest things that we found and for us, is that a lot of neighbors complain about their. Their Airbnb next to them, the trash can at the curb with the city ordinances and regulations, with these HOAs. Some of these have to be back at a certain time. The cans or that can't be at the curb that long. And these guests or these neighbors who are not really happy with the Airbnb next door, they'll use this as a way to get them in trouble. I remember I had a conversation with Gov Os once and they showed me an example in Sedona where the neighbor next door had called like 200 times in a month complaining about the. The property. That was an Airbnb that the trash can was out. And it was like 601-603-6605. Just kept calling the same day, just kept saying, you know, so it wasn't really a problem. It's more like a neighbor problem, just calling it complaint. But with us, we have that proof, knowing that the can is back at a certain time or at the curb where we have already gotten our clients out of these erroneous Fines because we're able to show these timestamp photos saying, hey, actually your can was back behind the curb or back behind the gate at 585. And getting them out of these fines, making happy neighbors is another reason why can Monkey. Neighbors like to know that, you know, someone's getting these cans managed. We've actually got a lot of clients signed up from us that are homeowners because the neighbor next door was an Airbnb property, and they see someone coming to their property four times a week, 16 times a month, taking these trash and recycling cans back, and they say, hey, what is that? And they find out it's Cam Monkey. And they say, I want that. So neighbors are happy when someone's managing the can, the curb, making sure trash cans are not sitting at the curb way over long, sometimes days, you know, bringing them back for you. Cam Monkey is a monthly subscription. Like I said, we're starting at 49 for one trash, one recycling can. In most of our markets, there's some markets that have trash twice a week. Little bit different pricing, but we try to keep our pricing as low as or as close to $49 when we can. If you have multiple cans, there could be an extra, extra charge as well for more cans. Some of our properties have six trash cans, four recycling cans. They sleep 12, 15 people, so those take a little bit more time taking those cans to curb. So we, you know, have to charge a little bit more. But still very competitive in our pricing. We also also offer on demand trash removal. So if any instances, like maybe trash gets picked up on Thursday and you have guests checking out on Sunday, with new guests checking in on Monday, you don't want the new guests to see the old guest trash. That's where we would come in and remove all that trash from the property so the new guests don't see the old guest trash. Even though you're three days away from the city coming. Some of our clients will have this scheduled automatically on all their departure dates, just making sure they're always clean. Everyone runs their properties in business differently, but we will adapt to what our clients would want and imply those solutions for them. We also offer can cleaning subscriptions, whether it's monthly or quarterly. We found quarterly is more likely for a lot of our clients. They don't really need it all the time. So quarterly subscriptions, where, if your cans are stinky, especially in Florida and Arizona and some of these markets that are really hot during the summertime, put trash in there and all, you know, fish or whatever, you know, guests put in there, it gets really gross. And so having another solution, making sure those cans are clean for when guests are at your property. It's just helping with the whole esthetics of everything.

Camonkey just got on the 5000 list for our southwest region as one of the fastest private growing companies and we also made the Skift travel tech company top 250 as well. So we're getting some momentum as a small startup company getting our name out there helping individuals or hosts and owners with our solution. And we're really honored to be able to do that and keep providing the same service to everyone and continue to grow. Currently we're in over 20 states, over 135 cities across the country. You can see that we're still not in some, you know, South Dakota, North Dakota. I'm not sure you know how big they are in short term rentals, but we haven't had any interest there. But there are some markets that we have interest in that we're, we're not in yet. For us to get into a new market, we need anywhere from 20 to 25 properties to get started. Doesn't have to be all with one management company. It could be several management companies. Maybe one has five, one has 10, one has 15 properties. With all those combined we can put a route together and get started within five to seven business days. And if you don't have anyone like Bluey, as you know, his bingo and Bluey take the cans out for their family. If you don't have anyone for that, please give Kamoki a call and we'd love to see how we can add you on a route that's already operational or get started in a new market. And that's my presentation.
Awesome. Thanks Alex. If anyone has any questions, you are welcome to put it in the Q and A and we'll ask if you have them for StayFi, myself for Alex, who. Whoever's on this call, we can definitely answer them. Alex, question for you. If we're. If we have properties in an area you already serviced, how fast could we get up and running?
Hypothetically, the same day. Depending on the time we have, people have reached out to us and say, hey, my cans at the curb right now. Can you get there today and bring that can back? I'll sign up right now. We say sure. Like we'll do it as long as the route hasn't been completed yet. We can get that route probably right on a route and we already have someone scheduled, but we'd like to ask for a little bit more time just to kind of get all of our ducks in a row. But if we need to hypothetically, we could get someone on the same day, next day, same week or. But typically the next week.
Yeah, absolutely. Patrick had a good question as well. He said, who handles the communication? Trouble with receiving response when having issues.
Who responds?
Yeah, I guess.
Who.
Yeah, who's handling the communication?
Oh, well, we depends on who they are reaching out to. I mean, they reach out to can. Supportamonkey.com we have a virtual assistant multiple that manage that. We have teams internally in our office here in Tempe that respond to those questions as well. We have a cam monkey number 480745-9800. I actually have it on me right now, so someone on the team always has it. We can answer as you know as well. It goes to several different numbers. So Patrick, email me if you have any questions. I'll respond to you as well. But yeah, we have several different people that manage our emails and communication.
That sounds great. Alex. Curious to know what some use cases are. So like if you're a large property manager that has like 200 units all in the same market, what does that look like with working with CanMonkey?
I had an example in our Newport, California market. We had a client that had about 60 some properties that was using a local person and they were paying $140 a month per property. And we were able to get them down to $59 a month per property. So from right there they were saving thousands of dollars just from switching over to us. And now they knew that it was getting done with the technology in the back. And so our client dashboard is open for all of our clients. They get in. Patrick signed up a long time ago. Maybe he didn't get that new notification because it's all fairly new as we are. You know, always evolving. But I can send Patrick, you know, log into his account. All your history is there. So for clients that have 200 properties, you're able to go into your client dashboard, see all 200 properties. If a guest calls, a neighbor calls, you can have access to yourself and look at it or reach out to us and we can look at it for you. But what we found the most is that with us, they know that the job is getting done. And we hold ourselves very accountable. If we don't have photos or we went to the wrong property by accident, or we took the, you know, a neighbor's can out or whatever it may be, we're not hiding it. If we don't have proof that we took the can out, then obviously we didn't do it and we'll make it right. But at the end of the day, we are working with humans. And sometimes even that's why I asked for, like, as much information as possible so we can make sure that we get these properties done correctly. If we do have any issues, usually it's in the beginning of just kind of getting used to that property, making sure that we can figure it out. But for the most part, it's never complicated. We have some properties that have, like, long driveways on, you know, in a gated community, in another gate as well. And sometimes we have some issues in the beginning because we only get one gate code. But once we get everything done, we just repeat and repent, or repeat and rinse. This the product service sounds good.
So my other question is around if people weren't using CanMonkey, like, what are the solutions out there that you see that are like, kind of hacky? Like for us at Mount, it's, you know, a guide book that's printed and put on the counter table, or it's just like a list of recommendations, but, like, what is it for you guys?
Right now they're using like, their cleaners, they're using guests, they're using the neighbors next door. I. I think personally, like, if you have a property and you have a neighbor next to you that doesn't mind doing it, that is kind of a good solution, you know. You know, obviously our. It's not good for me, but our biggest competitor is the, the kid next door, Johnny next door, where you're paying him maybe $10 a week to service your property. The only issue is that when they go on vacation or if they are not there to do it, then who are you relying on? And that's what cam monkey, where if a camera falls off or getting someone else on that route, we're always making sure that that property is taken to the curb and back. And another good thing is we're not just doing one property. We're have anywhere from 15 to 20 properties on a route. So we will make sure that the whole route gets done because we have to get it done. It's not just one property on a route, it's a whole route. So. But yeah, usually it's like cleaners and guests is their solution or the neighbor next door, but still, you're not getting photos. You don't know when they get it done. You're just kind of hoping and you're just waiting for, like, no news is good news. And that's where with us, like, you can reach out to us, or you can go onto your client dashboard, like I said, and have access to every single service history that we had completed on that property with the photos that are timestamped.
Yeah, that sounds good to me. I mean, it seems so much more efficient. So I'm here for it.
Thank you. Yeah, I mean, it's just. It's one of those things that everyone has a trash issue. Not maybe an issue, but it comes up. And that's where we didn't really realize that in the beginning of how much of a need it was. And like I said, we're now in over 20 some states, over 100 some cities, and. And people are having this issue. And one of our issues is that people don't know that our service exists. So when people find out that our service exists and that we have this technology, and like I said, we're always evolving. So maybe Patrick was a client for ours for a long time, and we didn't have the client dashboard that just came out about four or five months ago. So a lot of our clients are benefiting from us. So where we were three years ago, two years ago, is way different than we're at now. And we're just always evolving our technology. But once again, we're still very much of a bootstrap company, and we're still trying to grow very methodically in the markets that we are in. But if a client calls with 200 properties in a market that we're not in, like you said, Matty, we can look at their properties. They sent us the Excel file, we get their service days and any other pertinent information on those properties, and we can add it into our application, and we can get started within five to seven business days in a market that we're not in right now. And that's what we've done consistently in the markets that we're spreading into. It's just the. The hardest part is like the song and dance of having enough properties to get a route going on the right days. And then finding can runners is not hard for us. You know, at first we thought it'd be a difficult task, like, who's going to take trash cans to the curb? And what we found is that a lot of people have been taking trash cans to the curb their whole life. You know, they were their own cam monkey, in their own family. And they said, you know what? I can do this. And we really are looking into the gig economy individuals who are doing grubhub, instacart, Uber, where they're already working with technology, they're already working on their. With their car running around town. And what they like about cam monkeys, that we're giving them persistent and consistent routes, the same routes almost every week. We like having came runners run the same route because they get to learn those little idiosyncrasies and learn, you know, the little different, you know, stuff that goes on these properties. And they also like it because we're all creatures of habits of humans, so we like knowing what we're going to go to and kind of understand what they're going to make. And if they're doing Uber or grubhub, they're not really sure what they're making that day. And with us, they know that, okay, I'm going to accept this route. And this route pays, you know, $28. I'm going to do another route right after that. That one pays $32. Maybe that fills in that dead time in the day during, you know, Uber eats in the morning and, you know, Uber at night. And then now they know with cam Monkey, they'll do one to three routes during, you know, 12 to four and make steady income. So we're going from a world of where people are looking into how do I make 60, $70,000 a year to how do I make two to $400 a day? And Cam Monkey helps just a little bit of giving that consistent, persistent schedule for them.
Absolutely. Yeah. That was a really good explanation. We did get a really cool question. I've actually wondered this myself, too, from Phil from Future Stay. Hey, Phil. He asks, are there more services that you'd be able to offer like can monkey that would hope or help host improve their overall guest experience? More like gig economy stuff, I would assume. He says, it seems like you could expand into other outside of the home. Weekly services.
Yeah Phil, you must be in our weekly meetings right now. So we actually have beta tested in the Phoenix market starting this month. Guest inspections, pre guest inspections. A little bit different than using a can owner. What we have realized that everyone can take, not almost anyone can take a can to the curb. Not everyone can go inside a house and maybe talk to in, you know, people. So what we found is that we're finding we're getting someone that can do inspections that you know is going to be W2 with us. That's background checked obviously that can, you know, that we trust. And while they're at that property doing a pre guest inspection or a post guest inspection, they can also take the candle curb after that. So we're looking to see how we can take our client base that we already have right now. We already have all this data of all the properties here in Phoenix alone we have over 2,000 properties. So I can see all the clients that we have. I can see where they're at in the valley and reach out and say hey, would you need help with something like this where I can go to your property if you have a check in at a checkout at 10 and a new check in at 4 and the cleaners are going, we're just going to make sure that the job was completed. Like I said, we're just beta testing this still in Arizona. But the thought process is that we are a logistical technology company and so since we are that what else can we add into this and be a one stop shop not just for trash solutions but for other stuff like that. You know, in the Phoenix market we also have Pool Monkey where we offer pool services and on demand trash removal in all of our markets. But it's definitely been a thought process Philip, or where we're looking to see how we can add in other services since we're already at those properties or we already have the routes and we already have an abundance of people looking for to make extra income. How do we make it a win win for our clients and for ours, you know, for ourselves as well.
Would maintenance ever be a issue too? You know if someone's like AC broke and they were like we need someone right now, that type of stuff.
Yeah. And through the Pool Monkey we do. We have offered that to where we did the repairs for the pool equipment and they're like hey can you actually go fix in my, in the shower? The, the, the door is not working. So we have done that. It's just at scale now. How do we do that here in Arizona? We're here locally, so it's a little bit different. And I can like have people come to my office and meet them. You know, we. We've been able to figure out the cam monkey side of it and expand in those markets. That would definitely be something that we would want to do it do in other markets as well. It just be a little bit different than where we're at right now because we do operate all of our cam monkey business from Tempe, Arizona as a. A platform U but doing maintenance and stuff like that would just be a little bit different. But I could definitely see that we're. I think where we could be really good is is partnering with these different vendors. People who have boots on the street or you know, in these markets where they're coming to us, we vet them out, we get them in our platform. And then if I get a request from, you know, Maddie saying, hey, can you go to 123 West Elm and please fix my shower? I would have boots on the street say, hey, can you go to this property for before 4 o' clock and get this done? We're doing it like I said here in Phoenix right now. We've been doing it this month, so I don't know why. And we're doing, we're completing it. So yeah, we could do it eventually. But I like to crawl before I walk and walk before I run. But yeah, good idea. And you're not alone. That idea that came from us, came to us from other clients as well, saying, what else can you do for me? Like I said, they're in Colorado with a property in Arizona and a guest calls them and they don't know what to do. And since we're at the Property already sometimes 16 times a month, they're like, hey, can you help out? Also asking us to check their mail. Also asking us to, you know, it was raining a couple weeks ago. I had a client reach out to my cell phone and said, I got an Amazon package in my front porch. Do you mind putting in my garage? Here's my garage code. So little things like that were definitely has come up. Since we're going to be at the property anyways, how do we leverage that a little bit more?
That's super cool. Well, we just got a sneak peek as to what can monkey is up to in the future. I like it. You heard it first at the STR collab.
That's right.
Awesome. Well, if there are no more questions in the audience, we'll give this webinar a wrap up. If you haven't joined the Facebook group, definitely do that so you can stay up to date with more of these webinars. We have one coming up next month later in the month of April, so stay tuned for that and until next time, we'll catch you at the next STR collab.
