Before we start today's episode of the Boosted podcast, I have got some exciting news to share with you. For the month of July, I am giving away one month trial of the boostly content creator. Now, you may be asking and you may be thinking, well, what is the boostly content creator host that I have come into contact with in the five years of doing Boostly? And when I say to them, you need to be posting every single day on social media, you need to be emailing, emailing your guest and your list, they always say to me, I haven't got the time. And I can't think of a better month to promote the boostly content creator than July. Because right now everybody around the world is busy, busy, busy, busy. And they haven't got the time to think about the marketing or the social media or the emails, when in fact the best time to do marketing is when you're at your busiest because that means that you always have a pipeline coming through. So I created the boostly content creator for busy hosts. Now what do you get? Every single month you get 30 to 40 pieces of fresh social media content that you can use for your social media channels. LinkedIn, Instagram, et cetera. You also get video templates which are designed to stop the scroll on social media, which is really powerful. Email templates designed by expert copywriters that are working so well. Georgina Bearman messaged up in our Facebook group to say that she used one of the email templates and got free bookings, direct bookings instantly, which more than covered the cost. You also now get website headline generator tools. You get a money back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. The price is only five pound a month. And right now when you sign up, you go into the boostlycontentcreator.com you add to your basket in the coupon code section, you type in July and you get the first month free. Now that is only available for the month of July. After that it's five pound. If you don't want to continue, you can just cancel at any time. But please make sure that you go and you use the boostly content creator. My goal is a month in the month of July is to get 1,000 new hosts to register and sign up. This is how powerful I know this tool is because the email templates in itself are providing a massive return of investment and I would love for you to come and join. This is for new members only. Just go to boostlycontent creator.com add it to your basket, put in coupon code July and I'll see you on the other side. Right now we've got that out of the way, let's get on with today's podcast episode. You may remember a couple of episodes.
Back I was doing some reviews of some of the PMS's that have become under my attention and ones that I.
Think just needed a bit of a.
Mention and a shout out. Well, on the back of doing that I had a couple of people reach out to me saying you need to do a review of X, Y or Z. And one that's been come to my attention is Buckster. Now I've been sort of passively chatting to Buxter over the last maybe six months and again it's one that I've always known was there Kelly from, from Bookster, who's part of the team there. We chatted and Kelly has been part of the clubhouse 24 hour rooms that we've done in the past. And so I reached out to her and I said, listen, I think it's time that I have a bit of a demo and just have a little look at behind the scenes scenes and just see what you guys are doing. And she was fantastic, gave me access, showed me looms, etc. And it's definitely one that I want to let everybody know about. So Bookster is trying to do what so many of the PMS is trying but failing at, to be honest. And I think because it's more newer, it's had more of a blank canvas and what it's able to do is be a lot more flexible and give host a lot of the tools that they having to fork out and pay extra for. So for example, Air DNA is a, is a pricing tool. It helps you to sort of see what the market is putting out there. Well, that is built in. What I like about it, and I'll show you in a second, is the pricing is scaled up so even if you're starting or if you want something max, then it has options for you. They've got a really cool API which I'm looking forward for boostly websites to be able to link into soon. But also as well if you don't want to have a secondary website, they do offer custom websites as well, which is very unheard of in the world of pmss. So there's, there's nice options to check out. So let me just share my screen. So I've gone straight into the pricing page, just like what I've been doing with the other channels that we've reviewed. I've gone for like the 4 or 5 average property. Now if you compare it in prices with others, it's very reasonable. I think if you were going to go with Buckster, I wouldn't be looking at light or Pro. I'd be spending that extra money and going for the max. And I'll show you why in, in a second. But again, price wise, very, very reasonable. So when you look at what you get and again you see all this here, most of these you don't really need to pay attention to things like Yield Manager, X, Y and Z. But automated damage deposits is something that.
I think is key.
One of the hardest things is trying to get damaged deposits in on your pms, having to manually do it and manage sort etc, so to be automated, I really do like this. This is a big plus point for bookstore. And again what Kelly did is she showed me the page that is all automated. So basically this is the, this is the page that people keep going back to us. When a guest makes the booking they get sent to this page all the time checking date. It's basically like a confirmation page but it's updated in real time and it keeps people coming back to and that's where they then can submit ID or make a damage deposit, the damaged deposit payment after the booking has been made. So it doesn't matter whether they book through Airbnb or bookings, it always takes them back to here where they make the payment, which is, which is crucial and key. Again, if you look through here, there's loads of stuff that mean cool things but don't really mean much. But again, I think the one thing I would say is that if you're going to do this, go, go pro, go Max, ignore pro and light and go go for Max. I mean you can go to the website bookster hq.com you can go look at the features, the websites, the marketing channels. One thing that I did like and one thing that I did put here to, to have a little make sure I mentioned to, to everybody is that they've got a built in channel manager. So obviously they link up to booking, you know, Verbo, TripAdvisor, Airbnb. But also as well they link in to some of the more unknown and smaller channels as well, which is, which is a cool thing to see. Now one of the, one of the things that I was looking for is that duvet link into Rentals United. Now obviously with Rentals United, I mentioned this when we reviewed them, is that Rentals United give you the ability to do so much more with a channel manager and they do you know any question that I threw up to Kelly and at Buckster they were able to answer. They've also got built in email integration which I like. So for email marketing they've got so many features and from what it looks like they're trying to do more and more. They've got statements, reports, all the jazz and I know they've worked really hard on. So again I just wanted to give a little tip of the cap. Well done. Definitely one to check out. BooksterHQ.com is the place to go to to find out more. Obviously there are thousands of PMSs out there. I'm just basically highlighting the many that come to my door. The many of it come to my my notice. I'm highlighting the ones that I think people should be definitely checking out when you come to changing your, your pms. So Buckster, again Kelly, thank you so much for giving me the tour behind the scenes and if there are any Bookster people who want to maybe speak to Boostly about a website for the API, then come to us. We'd love to sort of test it out and see how the API would work when linking for a website through. But again thank you so much. Hope you've enjoyed this very little overview of bookstore little pros and cons cons wise. You know I don't see much to be honest. I think with the, with the websites it's, it's interesting that they do the custom build. It would still be interesting to, I mean they still add in everything that I the boostly does that they add in the reviews etc so there's not much cons. It's a big, big plus. Again I would pass the, the feedback on to you, your pros and cons of books to those of you that are using it. What are the pros and cons? Please let me know in the comments below. And yeah, I do these videos not to be affiliated, not to get rewards. I do it so I can have a nice video. When somebody asks me the question or comes into the hospitality community and asks a question, I've got a video that I can show them. So big thumbs up from me. Thank you so much for tuning in. I'll be back tomorrow. My name is Mark Simmson. I give hosts just like you the tools, the tactics, the training and the confidence to boost your diary bookings. Take care everybody. Speak to you tomorrow.
