Back by popular demand, we are going to be doing some reviewing of some tools that you need in your hospitality life. And today we are going to be talking about Rentals United. Now you may have heard of Rentals United, they are a channel manager. Now you may be thinking, well Mark, what's a channel manager? What's a pms? So basically you've got your property management software over here and on this side we've got a channel manager. Now what happens is your pms, your property management software that will act as a de facto channel manager, going off to booking.com Airbnb, VRBO Etc. Now this is a very light version of what a channel manager does. It basically sends over your rates and sometimes it sends over your avail, it sends over your availability rates, but that is it. Now channel managers are what you can get like a proper channel manager, which is rentals. You know, United is, as far as I am aware, the best paid channel manager that is out there at present. Now what a channel manager does is it will take that to the next level. Okay, so it links in to your pms. Okay, so PMS is here and what you're able to do with it is you are then able to send over so much more information via your PMS to the channel that you want to link to. Now of course it links to booking.com of course it links to Airbnb, of course, course it links to Verbo and etc. But it also goes further than that. It links you off to so many niche listing sites as well, which is really important. So it's a really important tool. It has fantastic API connection and what I love most, it's got a great team behind it. They're an award winning channel manager for a reason. So let me just share my screen so I'm on the rentals united.com right here page website, as you can see, really nice coloring. I love the branding. And again, just like with guesty, whenever you go to an event, the Reynolds United table always has loads of people around it. That is always a good sign to me of a good company that people want to be around. So as you can see it links up to the following PMS providers. So again, go have a good look. You know you've got people like ipro, like guesty ones you might recognize hostfully. Obviously we've, we've reviewed them before, a nice big selection. Now the way that the pricing works and again it is on the more pricier side but their minimum requirement is 10 properties. So this is not for your starters. This is for people that have got 10 properties or more. So it's a yearly contract, 199amonth. Now again, if you're between 1, 2, 3 properties, this is not for you. If you're at 4, 5, 6, this is not for you. 7, 8, 9, not for you. When you get into 10, this is the next step up. Now with Boostly websites, we have been working indirectly with Reynolds United for a while but now with the power of API and the new things that we are creating, we're able to take that level of relationship with Rentals United to the next step. Pasta Keys. I've got hundreds of properties. They've been with Rentals United for ages and they were one of our first clients that we, that we worked with when it came to Reynolds United on this, on the API. So now it means that we've got a direct link straight straight into the Channel Manager which is fantastic. So the rates are live synced, the images are live syncs, the title are live synced straight in via the Boostly website which again is, is. Is great. What I recommend you do, go and check them out, go and check out the awards that they've won. Real nice group of people. I've got to know. We've interviewed James who's One of the CEOs, one of the original founders on the podcast. We've also we brought on Vanessa who is again one of the founders of Rentals United and a massive. She's the founder and the leader of Thai on Stage which is getting more women in hospitality speaking on stages and bringing them to the forefront to show off her expertise. I've got nothing but respect for him. A great team, a good group behind it. Got to chat to other people's behind the scenes as we've been trying to figure out how we can work together more and I'm really excited to potentially be helping more Rentals United clients and customers with a direct booking website, WordPress website, which is, which is key. So do go check them out. Reynolds united.com if you would like more of these, if you want me to review your PMS or channel manager or tool, then please do get in touch.
