Review of Zeevou PMS and Channel Manager

Do you know is the most asked question I get. And bearing in mind the context around this is we do do a lot of work with these providers, but this is pms. So question only is who do we recommend for your property management software? Everybody wants to do the DARA bookings thing nowadays with Airbnb and booking.com taking the piss in 2020 and having a very strong property management platform or software, whatever you want to call it is part of it. And in this little series what I'm trying to do is educate you a little bit more with some of the best ones that are out there now. Bearing in mind that there are over a thousand, I just wanted to showcase a select few and I may miss out your favorite. Get in touch with me and tell me your favorite. Today I want to talk about xivu. So just like hostfully, zevu are an award winning platform. They were spoken very highly of by Mr. Terry White who is the property management software geek. Self proclaimed geek, Very, very knowledgeable, very high words of praise for xivu. And I know a lot of people that have switched from Tokit who had the market majority share when it came to service accommodation properties in the UK and moved to xiv mostly because of its leader, its founder, Naim. Naim is prolific on social media, on Facebook, on LinkedIn and he has built a community and now he's got this product and he knows the industry inside out. Very knowledgeable guy and he's got a fantastic team around him and he built this to scratch an itch. He has somebody who has got lots of properties and he couldn't find this perfect solution for what he wanted, so he went and created it and now he offers it. Not only are they property management software, but they are pioneering the book direct movement. They've got an academy, they've got a listing site which is all done for free, which is fantastic. And Zivu itself is a paid platform, but they do have some really good introduction offers as well, so we'll quickly talk through that. They have all the features that you would expect help with self check ins, automating the booking process, multi location pms. They also give you a free website. Bearing in mind these free websites do do nothing, they are very limited. But that's not just sivu, that's every PMS provider. They give you a free website but they do nothing. If you want a website that actually works, come to Boostly. You get a WordPress website. As we all know, WordPress is best. And the cool thing is that we also link in with Zevu. Again great team, great people, have got a real nice tribe being put together, a good community. Pricing wise they are on the more expensive but again you get what you pay for. They do have a free plan, no catches etc where you can start off using their service. It is very limited as you can see but as you upgrade it gets better and better. Now we're doing the five property average near on 200 pounds a month. So what $250 260. So it is on the, on the higher end more expensive than things like hostfully etc. But again you get what you pay for. You get a lot of really cool stuff in there and also as well you get training which nobody else does. Um, so again the, the training aspect is nice. Again boostly websites do link in directly with them via the API. We do have a client sorted stay that do this and again the first of many which is, which is fantastic and again we are very happy to partner up with XIVU for websites if you want to go find out more boostlywebsite.com so I would recommend everybody to check it out. Again if you've got more than 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 properties, if you've got a big portfolio, definitely the ones for I think anybody north of 10 properties is where you can really get the return of investment on there. Now that's not to say if you are less than there you won't but I think that if you're coming in at 10 properties plus you can really get a solid return of investment on this because you get access to a lot more tools. Again it was recommended by Mr. Terry White and anybody that Mr. Terry Wright recommends. I recommend that you also check out as well do go have a chat with the team.
