One of the biggest questions that I get asked is about the PMS or property management software that I recommend. As you all know, there are thousands out there. I could go into any Facebook group right now and I could post up who are the most recommended PMS's and for every 10 responses I would get 10 replies. There are so many. And what I wanted to do in a little series as part of our daily episodes is cover a few of the most recommended what ones and and break each down. And yesterday we did free to book and today I wanted to talk about uplifting. So let me just share my screen as I bring in up listing. So as you can see, it's up listing IO it is a PMS channel manager. It's. It's a bit of everything. I really like the team behind this. I've got to know Vince really well over the course I said the last six months and I'm really impressed with what they are doing. They have got a service that is readily available and I believe if you are a short stay accommodation self catering owner, whether it's service accommodation, Airbnb, they're definitely ones that you want to be looking at. I believe anybody that's got maybe four or more properties definitely the way to go. One of the their USPs is that they have got a very good automation and they've got fantastic API connection to tools like zapier. So for those tech savvy, savvy hosts are watching this and like to have a lot of things automatized, like to have things going in the right places and linking into things such as maybe Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign and you know, Google Sheets and cleaning, all those technology and gadgets and all those lovely things, then uplisting is definitely the one for you. They are ahead of a curve a lot of the time and their community is very strong. We have been speaking to them because for what we do with Boostly websites and again, if you not checked out Boostly websites yet, please do go to boostly.co.uk website and you will see that a lot of the time the host that we work with, they already have pmss and uplisting is one that more and more people were saying, oh, our PMS is uplifting. So I wanted to check them out and we've been able to work with them and now we've got a direct link in via that fantastic API technology. So as you can see here with lukesdays.com based out of the UK but also has property in Dubai and Looking to acquire property in Portugal and further afield in Europe. He's got an extensive portfolio and all of this information that you see here is a direct link straight into the uplisting API. So we didn't need to duplicate listings or anything like that. The guest can come into here, they can put their dates and location in and they can do their 99% of their booking through the website. So it's very much ahead of the curve. It means that we can create even more groundbreaking websites that just convert lookers into bookers so much more easily and, and that is through the power of something like uplisting. So if you are looking to change your PMS provider, maybe you've been with, I don't know, Toki for a while and you're looking to change or you're lucky being with somebody else. And it's not quite cut in the mustard. Again my recommendation with uplisting kind of different to the free to book, free to book are looking for guest houses and, and small hotels, big boutique hotels, you know, maybe you know, seven rooms plus 10 rooms plus with uplisting this is very much rental accommodation. They know their market, they appeal to their market really well. I would say four or five properties north uplisting is definitely the one for you. Pricing as you can see, starts from let's just say four or five properties. It's working about $100 a month. You can even change it, pounds, euros, etc. So again, very reasonable for everything that you do get. And their guarantee is that you will never, never get a double booking, which is that nice peace of mind. Their booking engine, their API is very good. I know a host in Birmingham who uses them and he raves about them. So really good active community, nice group of people. Definitely want to go and check out. If you want to go find out more boostly. So type in b O-O-S-T-L y.co.uk forward/up listing up. I'll leave a link in the description so you can go check them out. That is a referral code. By no way means impact my decision on recommendation and or talking about them. But if you do use them and if you want to support the channel, then please do click on that. So tomorrow I'm going to be back with another property management software that I want to talk about in this little mini series. Hopefully by the end of it I'll give you plenty of food for thought and it will just make the decision making process in something like this ten times easier. So my name is Mark Simpson, and if you are tuning into this for the first time, I give hosts just like you the tools, the tactics, the training, but most importantly, the confidence to get more direct bookings. These property management software tools are a large part of you getting more direct bookings and having the confidence to go and get more direct bookings. So it's starts here. So if you've not got one, or if you're looking to change one, then hopefully this little miniseries will give you the confidence and the kick up the bum to do something about it. I'll be back tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by. And whatever you do, just be proactive, do not be reactive. Let's go. Get lots of diary bookings and I'll be back tomorrow.
