Using a Book Direct Marketplace to Drive Direct Bookings
22 Jan 2024 · 34 min
Bradley Den Dolk built Getaway Go Go, a marketplace for last-minute vacation rentals where hosts pay $10 per booking and guests pay no service fees. The platform connects to property-management systems so hosts list for free, and Dolk explains how better photos, headlines, and pricing strategies help fill empty dates.

And we have the mini series on this podcast where we interview people who are services or people that you need to know about as a host wherever you're based in the world. And today we've got a special guest, we've got Bradley Den Dolk and he is the founder of Getaway Go Go. You can go and check them out@getawaygogo.com and they're an awesome place to consider listing to help you drive direct bookings. And I'm really excited to dive into that because Bradley's got lots and lots of experiences. He's had multiple businesses, likes to talk about entrepreneurship which we're going to touch on today. And you're going to get a lot of value out of the next 20 to 30 minutes. So stick around and, and listen for this podcast. So let's welcome along Bradley. Bradley, welcome.
Thank you, Liam. I'm super excited to be here.
I'm excited to have you here. So I know I've given a little taster there, but can you give elevator pitch on your business? What is Getaway Go Go?
Sure. Getaway Go Go is a last minute vacation rental book direct marketplace. And we really combine the convenience and marketing power of an ota, the pricing and direct communication of direct booking, along with the high demand and excitement, I think of last minute discounts.
Nice, nice. And ultimately everybody listening to this can get value out of, out of this. I know you guys are looking to, to grow and, and of course people are looking to get more bookings. So this goes nicely with everybody listening to this. But before we dive more into the kind of how and the, you know, sort of the, the nuts and bolts of it, can you give us a brief history of, of how Getaway Go Go came around? What is, what, what is the reason it started?
Yeah. So I was a vacation rental property manager. We owned a company called Beachside Vacation Rentals in Southern California. And our territory was an hour north in Orange County. We're in San Clemente, California. And an hour north up into South Los Angeles County, Long beach, down through Huntington beach and Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, San Clemente and then down into San Diego county as well. So Oceanside and Carlsbad. And what I realized as the head of revenue management and as well as marketing is that even though we were a super high occupancy company, we had a hundred Thousand followers on social media and we had newsletters and we had, you know, great headlines and all the things that go, beautiful photos, professional photos, everything. But every once in a while, hey, we would have last minute openings at our properties and I was trying to come up with a strategy to, to, you know, to minimize those and what I really needed, I mean, so we did a lot of those different things. But I realized that what I needed was like a hotel tonight for vacation rentals where I could tell people about my awesome deals in a way that was, you know, easy for them to find. And of course, you know, we're targeting, you know, know, last minute travelers at that point. So I realized, hey, you know what, we need this. And there's a lot of booking barriers really with the OTAs with you know, high commissions for the property manager, you have a high service fee for the traveler, you have filtered communication and their reservation policies and those things really impede last minute bookings. And so I decided, hey, you know what, it's not out there. So let's do it. Create, let's create a place, let's create a last minute marketplace. It's book direct. And, and so we called it Getaway Go Go. And, and that's how we started.
Nice. There's two things I really love about this. First is that we're all about direct booking. So obviously this, this helps with that. But also the second thing is that it's from a place of experience. Like you say you've, you've had your short term rental company for, for 10 years and, and you actually know the problem that your new platform is, is trying to solve just for, for the listeners as well. So have you still got your short term rental business or is this now are you fully into Getaway Go Go?
Yeah, we actually sold our property management business about five years ago to a company called Vacasa and it was, it was a, it was a great move for us at the time and it gave me an opportunity to build, to build Getaway Go Go. I do still own vacation rental properties so we have five vacation rentals that my wife and I have as well. But we don't, we actually don't actively manage those. We have a property manager taking care of those right now.
Nice. Nice. So, but it all is experience, isn't it? And all of this is then poured into Getaway Go Go. So let's talk more about Getaway Go Go. How does it actually help hosts and what do they need to do? So I'm a short term rental host many of the people listening to this are hosts.
We.
What would you say to us that we need to do to help get some of these last minute bookings?
Yeah. So are you talking about in general for Getaway Gogo or are you talking about like what you can do in general?
A little bit of both. Let's start with the Getaway Go Go and then we'll move into the general.
Okay.
Yeah.
Well, I'll tell you whenever, whenever there's an opportunity to list your property for free somewhere, I would say take the opportunity and getaway on Getaway Go Go, you can list for free. So you're listing your properties for free through one of our connected PMS partners and you need to be connected to a PMS in order to do that. And even if I could just say, even if you have just a few properties, I would say connecting to one of the PMS software packages is really just the way to go when we go to the trade shows and people will say, hey, we're just going, getting going. 2, 3, 4, 5 properties. I'd say the first thing you need to do is get a PMS get organized. I'd say that's one of the first things as far as like Getaway Go Go again, you get the list for free and you have the opportunity of making creative headlines. You know, right now on some of the other platforms, headlines are hidden on Getaway Go Go. You know, promote your property with an amazing, with an amazing headline. You could do that again for free. And once you do get a booking, it's just $10 a booking. Uh, there's no, and there's no service fee to the traveler and no commission to use, just $10. $10 a booking. So what we can do for you is really give you a free, a free listing and you only pay us when we've done our job and you get a booking.
Nice. Really nice. I mean that's one of the biggest worries of hosts is as you know, as I know is that we don't want to spend a lot on Commission but $10 for a book and more, more than happy every day of the week to, to pay for that. So that absolutely makes sense. And yeah, talk know the headline. There is one of the things that Mark Simpson, our founder at Boostly, actually wrote about in his book, the book Direct Blueprint talks about PMSs and how you need to consider those. Obviously the whole industry is getting more and more professional. Having a PMS is going to help hosts listening to this to be more professional and of course allow you to be listed on many more platforms such as Getaway Go Go. So that's really awesome. But the, the point I was going to make about the headline is they say after the photo, that catchy headline is so important. And this is why when you look at OTAs like Airbnb that restrict you to just a few characters and you can't really say what you want to say, it's very restrictive. Whereas it sounds like Getaway Go Go doesn't have that issue.
Yeah, no, that's, that's exactly right. When we are vacation rental property managers and one of the things I write about is in my nine ways to reduce last minute openings as well is utilize that space. You have like maybe like two lines, right? And one of some of the things that really worked for us were last minute discount, cancellation, you know, cancellation special, 20% off, whatever it is. If you're within that 14 day last minute window, you want to be creative, you want to let people know. And it was amazing in our markets how few people. I think there was only one other competitor that we had that was actually utilizing that. Especially within that 14 day window, you have the opportunity, get in there and you know, make a simple adjustment. Don't just let that just sit there, be static, always testing, always testing. Right? That's one of the goals of marketing that we want to find out, you know, what message is working. And we found out what, you know, those messages were last minute discount, you know, whatever the percentage off is, last minute special, people are looking for those things. Everything else looks the same. You know, don't, don't be that person in the market where you're not changing, you're not changing that headline.
That's such a great tip. And as we record this, many people, especially if you're in the northern hem hemisphere, are in the offseason. So this is that perfect time to be, you know, we're more likely to have those gaps. So this is the perfect time to be looking at that copy and those headlines and just making the changes. Because even by making the changes, nobody really knows the algorithms, right? But just by making the changes on these titles, you're more likely to, to get seen. And then it's words which me as a potential guest would look at and go, hey, it's worth a click. Let's just click through. And by that time you've got your chance to, to convert them, which is cool. So let's move on to how it helps guests instead. So how do, why would guests use Getaway gogo and what's what's the benefit for them?
Yeah, number one, we, we only work with professional property managers. So I think there's a level of trust there. Right. Because they're going through a pms. There's, you know that, that risk of fraud is, is, is very low to non existent. Right? So that's number one. Number two is there's no, there's no service fee. So let, let's say, you know, one of, one of my properties in Newport beach, you know, I can go to that property right now and I can tell you that, you know, for a full week, you're going to save several hundred dollars just by booking through Getaway Go Go, because at the very end, pricing may look the same on some of the bigger, the bigger sites, but when you actually get to the checkout and you see that service fee, that, that's not going to be there. And so Getaway Go Go is going to really help with that. And I can tell you another thing is that, is that the, what, what most travelers don't know is that, is that the, the OTAs charge a commission to the property management company, to the host, right? But the host isn't typically going to eat that. They're going to mark up the nightly rate in order to cover their costs because of course, you know, that cuts directly into their commission and that, that boosts that nightly rate. So by working with Getaway Go Go, they're going to get that book direct price because they're not going to need to yield up $10, you know, to the traveler. So the traveler is really going to get, number one, they're getting trust. Number two, they're getting a book direct price. And number three, here's, here's what I think is really important too is the power of a marketplace is that they only need to go to one place. Let' there's 10 companies in my market and they have, they have websites which are really good and I had one too, and I'm a big believer in that. I think you should have one. But the reality is that 65 to 85% of the people use some kind of a marketplace, a travel marketplace, to shop. And so they're going to go to a travel marketplace where they can see everything together. And now they can go through easily and see all the deals all in one place. Also on Getaway Go, we're going to show the discount. So what we're doing is we're tracking, we're tracking what the prices were, you know, up to 60 days ago for the same prices today and now we're showing like 20, 30, 40, 50% off. Most of the time people don't know. They don't know that you've just reduced the price from what it was 60 days ago, you know. So we, what we're doing going to do is be able to increase value for your listing by showing that you've reduced this price 20%. You're serious about, about getting it booked. And let's have a conversation that's really cool.
And like you say, the trust is such a big thing for guests. Having the trust to go on somewhere and know that they're getting genuine deals, which I'll be able to show on there. And also from the host's point of view, it's a great point where so many hosts listening to this, they'll even be on if we take Airbnb is the biggest one either on the 3% and then be charging the guest when they get to that end checkout, you know, 12, 14%, you know, to actually that's, that's the money that the OTA gets out of it. Or for me here in the UK, because I'm connected to a PMS. I just have the, the simpler pricing, which is 15% commission to Airbnb. They don't charge the guest. But of course I do exactly what you've mentioned there as a host. And many people listening to this will be using their software to increase their prices to cover some of that cost that the OTAs eat up. Whereas already just by getting, you know, on, on getaway. Go go. $10 is, is neither here or there, is it? So it's quite easy to. For us to display an attractive price for the guests and get them to convert, which is really cool. I'm, I'm liking the sound of this, Bradley. This and I imagine many of us listening to this are at the moment.

And if you are interested, then all you need to do is go to Boostly B O O S T L Y call and booking an appointment with one of our sales team.
So what would you say has been the biggest challenge, obviously you've, you've started the STR company, you've, you've had successful businesses in the past. Now you know, you've got getaway. Go, go. What's the biggest challenge at the moment and how are you either overcoming it already or, or how do you plan to overcome it?
Right. I think the biggest challenge for us right now is, is that there's a lot of PMS that want to connect with us and just having the time and the resources to do it. We have eight in the queue right now with tens and tens of thousands of properties that are ready to come on board. But it's just, the challenge is just having the staff and the resources to get it done quickly.
Yeah, I mean, it's a nice challenge to have. It's better than not having any coming on board, isn't it? But, yeah, I get what you mean. I mean, it sounds as though it's really exciting to be part of it and it's growing. So what are you most excited about? In general? Obviously there's a lot going on in hospitality. What are you most excited about and why?
You know, I think that, you know, just kind of, it does have to do with last minute. I grew up, my dad was an airline pilot and so we would fly standby and sometimes we didn't know exactly where we were going, depending on, you know, where the flight would end up. So that meant that we didn't have a place, you know, booked in advance, you know, where to stay when we got to where we were going. So this is how I traveled. I loved to travel last minute and it was spontaneous and, and that sort of thing. And now what's great is that you don't have is, is that there's all these great tools, marketplaces like getaway, go go, YouTube channels and Instagram, where you can make a last minute trip and know exactly what you're doing even while you're traveling to where you're going. And I think that the opportunity for spontaneous travel is, is the most exciting and the most fun than it has ever been even, even up to five years ago. I mean, right now it's, it's a lot of fun and if you love to travel, now is one of the best times to do it.
Thank you for such a good answer because I've obviously, I asked that to, to many of our guests and actually it's an answer which I've never had before. And you're absolutely right. When you think about how you used to travel, you know, sort of 10, 15 years ago, you would still be either using, you know, maybe some of the booking sites, but it wouldn't be unusual to go to a travel agent, you know, an actual storefront and actually book in there. And because of that, you'd need to be planning way ahead. Whereas you're right, even last year, within the last 12 months, I've literally just waited until a few days before I knew at the time off I went. I don't mind where I go, but I want there to be a place where there's lots of snow and where I can go snowboarding. And yeah, we booked something last minute and it was fantastic. It was great value, really good place.
Right?
Yeah, you couldn't do that, could you, before, so that is.
No, I mean, yeah, now you have the visibility to be able to see like exactly what your room is going to look like. You know, even in 20 years ago when I was traveling with my wife to Europe and, and you've got a book like Fromers or something like that, Rick Steves, which I love. Steve's stuff is great. Then you would go and you're like, this wasn't what I was thinking was going to be even the neighborhood or wherever it is now. Google Maps and like I said, all the different travel influence influencers that are out there, you can really travel at the last minute and really know what you're doing without, you know, really blowing it. Right?
Yeah, yeah. And, and because of places like Instagram, you can get inspired to go so many more places. Right. And this is what we, we, we're telling people at Boostly is, is you need to have a social media presence to be able to attract the people. The vibe attracts the tribe. If you put in certain vibe out there, you're probably going to get those people follow you and potentially come and book with you, which is cool. So that's, that's a really good answer. Thank you so much for that. So what would you say? Obviously you've got your lessons from general entrepreneurship and you've got the hospitality experience, but what are some tips that you can share with the audience either when they're looking to build their businesses or just general hospitality tips? What would you like to, to share with our audience?
Yeah, I would say that probably the, one of the most important things is to know is, you know, what is your unique ability? What is your core strength that you have as, as a, as a business, you know, as a business owner, as a founder operating a company, and they're really just focusing on that, focus on that One thing, then everything outside of that, really hiring people that are obviously better than you at implement, implementing the rest of it. Because when you are focused on that one thing that you're super good at, then it's going to drive and accelerate your company and it's going to, it's also going to keep your passions fresh and your fire for your business fresh. And people know this is that when you do the things that maybe you're good at or you're not so good at or you're incompetent at, then guess what, you get tired. You get tired, exhausted, grumpy, then your team doesn't like you anymore. And I mean there's all kinds of reasons. Staying focused on that thing that you know that you're super good at and then really concentrating on that, that would be, that'd be number one. I would say if I could just give some general tips, I would say, you know, to property managers is that there are, and really to reduce last minute bookings. These are kind of some more specific recommendations I would say is that. And people say them all the time. But if you want to reduce the amount of last minute bookings that you have in your, in your company, there are several things you can do really in advance. And people talk about this all the time. Professional photos, right? You got to have professional photos. People don't like the photos, they're going to go to the next one. The person that has a professional photos, their property looks better and you're going to want to stay in there. I would say white, you know, number two, white duvet covers, please. You know, no cover, colored duvet covers because it looks old, it looks outdated. Hotels don't do it. They have white, crisp duvet covers. We studied hotels at Beachside Vacation Rentals, our company, and we said that's what we're going to do. We're going to do exactly what hotels did. And you, you again, why do they cover as professional photos then continually yielding your prices. Always be looking at your prices in advance. Because if you're, if you're getting a lot of last minute bookings or your last minute openings, potentially your price is not, is not correct. And you know, one of the really when you look at marketing before the four Ps of marketing, product, place price and promotion, the price element of it is what we look at, you know, a lot of time kind of in our last minute, our last minute aspect. But the other three, we forget about, you know, in advance, product in place and promotion. And what are the things you can do in advance, really looking at that marketing mix to boost your business. Right. And then I would say the last is. Is, you know, well, last two, really building a direct booking website. What, what you guys at Boostly, what market Boostly does a really good job at. And then add more booking channels, like for incremental. Like a lot of people are just, they're just, well, I'm just on Airbnb or just on the. On booking.com or whatever it may be. But adding more booking channels will give you incremental additional income, and it also spreads the risk of where you're going to get. Where you're going to get your. Going to get your bookings from as well. I mean, there's, I think there's a, There's a ton of tips that are just kind of like rattling around in here, but those are just a few I can, I can share on this short time that we have.
Yeah. Wow. I mean, that is. That is amazing. There's so many gems dropped there. And as you say, cast your net far and wide to get as many bookings, as many eyes on your business as possible. Hopefully there's. There's nobody out there who's listening to this, who's still got unprofessional photos. It is one of my bug bears when I go on a listing and sometimes I'm interviewing hosts and, you know, I'll, I'll talk to them and I'll say, hey, just out of interest, is that a professional photo? Knowing that it's not. Because you wouldn't ask the question if it's not, would you? So, yeah, some fantastic tips. And it certainly speaks to me what you said, you know, to, to start off with the entrepreneurial ship where focus on what brings passion, gives you energy. Because this is one of the things one of my mentors said, which was on every task you do during the day, just put a little code next to it. Everyone should be monitoring how we're spending our time and just looking at that and going, does it suck away energy or do you get energy from doing it? So when I get to speak to people like yourself, Bradley, I get energy. I enjoy this when it comes down to looking at cleaning schedules and making sure, you know, that. That I have staff who would prefer to do those sort of tasks than speaking do, you know? I mean, so this is. Each person's got their own unique ability, as you say, and it's really great. Share from yourself there. So thank you for that quick break.
From the podcast to let you know that the two boostly books that we brought out, the book Direct Playbook and the book Direct Blueprint are two of the top rated and the best selling in the hospitality category on Amazon for just two pounds. You can grab both of those books right now the foundations and the structures that you need to put in place is in the blueprint. And then for 101 marketing tactics that is in the Playbook. So go and grab a copy on Amazon now just type in book Direct Playbook or the book Direct Blueprint and we'll see you on the other side.
You mentioned earlier on there was some, some books and you mentioned the 4Ps which I'm sure is, you know, sort of from marketing in general. But are there any books that have had an influence on you which you'd like to share? Some, some ones which have helped you along your journey?
Oh yes, absolutely. And for each business that I start and I actually, when I decide to start a business then I actually review all these books again. I have some, I have some new books but I would say the classics for me and I have eight books I want to share today. So the 22 immutable laws of marketing by Alreiss and Jack Trout. Oh my goodness, I love that. And I think my friends just, you know, who are business builders as well, you know, they, they probably say that's probably my favorite book because I talk about it a lot. The other is I'll just kind of go through the list. Lean Startup by Eric Reese, which I think is really important. I made a lot of mistakes in kind of the early part of my entrepreneurship which is making sure that everything was like perfect before I launched, you know, before I launched something. But by then it's kind of too late because you don't know, you just think, oh, it's got to be perfect. They're not going to try it out, whatever. But the lean startup model really kind of blows the doors off of that and like hey, let's just get this, let's, let's just get this up. I mean, get away. Go, go. When we first, it was first launched like two years ago was really kind of that mvp, super broken, slow, whatever. But I wanted to just get it up there and see what, you know, what people would say. Positioning the battle for your mind by Alres and Jack Trout. Again, positioning is so important. People, people really don't appreciate I think branding enough. And so this is an amazing branding book. So Positioning, battle for your mind. Service, profit, chain. This was a mind blower for me. Kind of like how unreasonable hospitality. That book is, you know, kind of really making the circuit right now, really. The Service Profit Chain by James Heskett Stasser and Schlesinger, those Harvard professors really, when I had a couple of my service businesses, was really instrumental in understanding how putting our employees and our internal culture and everything else really and how we respond to problems can, can make all the difference for your. For your company. Building a Story Brand by Donald Miller. E Myth by Michael Gerber. Those are just a core book. Right. And I would say that most property managers absolutely need to read the E Myth Emyth revisited because they're working, you know, they're really working in their business and not on it. And I think that's a, that's a huge distinction. And then two new books that I think are amazing as well by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy. I'm part of a coaching group called Strategic Coach where I'm being coached as an entrepreneur and who not how. That's a, that's an amazing book which kind of talks about the principles of unique ability and then also the gap and the gain. And I think Mark actually read that book and I had commented on it on LinkedIn as well. That was for any entrepreneur, kind of the mindset of measuring backwards as opposed to measuring forward because the horizon is impossible. Like you'll always be discouraged if you're measuring the horizon. You can never get there. Right. But if you're measuring backwards and you're saying, hey, this is where I've come from, even the last couple days or the week or once we started this business, wow, total mind shift change. For me that was a game changer and I think my wife appreciated it more than anybody else. She's like, you've changed since you've read this book. This is so good. They are my, my doc recommendations.
There's some titans there of books of some of them I've not read. So immediately after this I'm going to be going back through getting them downloaded on Audible and I'll let you know how I get on with those. Bradley. But you mentioned who, not how, which I know Mark is a huge fan of. And the gap in the gain I think is that one. Yeah. So he's, I see him post these from time to time. And the great thing is about any journey and entrepreneurship and any business is a journey and you can level up just by having access to all this information as well as things like masterminds. I mean we within boostly host a mastermind. I'm part of a Mastermind myself outside with, with others. And I find that by being part of that, discovering tips, inspiration and that's how we level up. Right, using these things and those books which you've just mentioned. Please, everybody listening, please take note. If there's only one thing you do off the back of this podcast, apart from go and sign up to get away, Go, go. But then also go and listen to some of these, some of these books, which is awesome. So, Bradley, this leaves us with our last few questions which. Yeah, let's dive in first of all to what the future of your business looks like. And then in a moment we're going to be sharing how people can come and find out more information.
Yeah. So the future of business, I mean, currently where we have properties in, in 42 countries around the world and we're expanding to 100 within the next couple quarters and adding a lot of properties. So that's really our goal right now. Really haven't done like a, a big public launch yet because I really wanted to have an experience where, where when I do start marketing, it's super efficient and people can find properties from everywhere and that's happening, which is really, which is really exciting. But we're, you know, again, we're bringing on a lot of PMS systems right now and is going to give, give companies, property management companies from all over the world, Australia, Latin America, North America, Europe, an opportunity to get on getaway, go again for free. Just $10 a booking. So that's really the future, I think, adding AI into our business as well. Super fun. I mean, I use chat GPT every day to help, you know, with my editing and other things, ideas, whatever else. So that's going to be incorporated and I'm looking forward to that and adding other, you know, really fun tools. We have brand new native apps. So on the Play Store and the App Store, which I think are awesome, our speed of our website is, is incredible. I'm just so excited about where we are today. Kind of moving out of, from our MVP product and really into our production product. And then, and then again when we start doing public advertising, I just think that people are just going to love it because there's no service fee and they can see all the great deals and they can talk directly to property managers who know the properties better than anybody else. And the word of mouth I think is just going to be incredible. Here's an example. It's kind of funny. I was at the gym talking to somebody about what I do and the website and that sort of thing and somebody who was nearby kind of chimed in and said, what's the name of that website? And when you hear stuff like that. Oh, that just, that's just music to your ears, right? That's exciting, right? Because people, people get it right away.
When you've got people who are talking about the product without, you know that, without having to, you know, where they're interested in it, that's the best way, isn't it? And I can definitely see Getaway Go Go being one of those things that people, you know, you get them TikTok videos where it's like, hey, here's a great website to go and check out, you know, like where people will naturally do that just because they're sa. But I'm excited about it from a host point of view as well as a guest point of view because the more places on there, the more chances I'm going to find a deal. And especially if it is, you know, the, the host isn't having to pay loads and loads in commissions, 15 commissions. So I know that I'm going to be getting a good deal. So that's fantastic. So, Bradley, how can we find out more? Where do we. And the people listening to this podcast or watching on YouTube, where should we go and check out? Yep.
So you can go to getawaygogo.com, you can click on how to Getaway Go Go. And whether you're a traveler or a property manager, just select that and it'll tell you a little bit about Getaway Go Go. You can also then sign up as a traveler. I would say do that first. Sign up as a traveler, find properties that you want to go to. Of course, you don't have to to look for it, but if you want to book, then you, you would have a free traveler account. And then also take a look at the very bottom of the site is how to connect your PMS. You can see the 6PMS is that work and channel managers that we're connected with right now. And then you can always email me at bradhetawaygogo.com or connect with me on LinkedIn. Bradley Dendul, thank you so much.
I mean, we'll put those in the show notes. So however you're listening to this piece of media, have a look around the show notes. You'll have those links in there somewhere as well. And Bradley, this has been so much fun. I mean, I've certainly got bags of knowledge from it and some gems. I'm definitely going to be going back through those books as well. And if you're listening to this on the Boostie podcast, this is your first time here. You want to carry on the conversation around hospitality. You can come and do so in the Facebook group called the Hospitality Community, which is a free group started originally by Mark Simpson, where you can come and talk about anything to do with hospitality. This has been so much fun. If you've got others who, you know, who will get benefits from listening to this content, please do share it with them as well or share it on your social channels. This has been so much fun. There's been so much knowledge shared by Bradley. And of course, make sure you go and sign up for that. It's great to cast your net wide and to go and sign up to getaway. Go, go. And potentially get more lookers which you can convert to bookers. So, Bradley, is there any, like that closing words of wisdom or any mottos or mantras or anything you want to finish this off with?
You know, I. I do. I actually have. 25, 30 years ago, my dad gave me a little plaque that was actually sitting on President Ronald Reagan's desk for a long time. And it's actually this one right here. So it can be done. And this is. I. This is something. It's literally sits. Sits on my desk. And it's just a theme that basically just says, hey, here in this day that I'm alive and have this opportunity, this amazing opportunity to be alive. And the opportunities that we have in America and the world right now, that it can be done. And oftentimes we can have doubt as entrepreneurs and as people in our lives or relationships or whatever it is. And it's like, hey, look, it can be done. The opportunities are out there. And that's something that I live by.
Nice. I really like that. I really like the fact that it's on your desk as well. So fantastic answer. And I mean, in general, this has been so much fun. I really thank you, Bradley, for coming onto the Boostly podcast. And I thank you too, for listening to this. We know there's lots of places you can put your attention, and we really thank you for putting it with Boostly. So that's it for this episode. That's bye from me. Bye from Bradley, and we'll see you on the next one. Thanks very much, everyone.
