Okay, so thank you. If you're tuning in on the Boostly podcast or if you're watching this on the YouTube channel, you are listening in to the podcast that helps give hosts the tools, the tactics, the training, but most importantly, the confidence on how you can go out there and get more direct bookings. My name is Liam Carolan. I'm Mark Simpson's co host and this is the Spotlight series that shines the spotlight, the booster spotlight on services and businesses that you need to know about as a hospitality owner. Things which can help you and really improve your business and also is at the cutting edge of technology. And that's especially what we have on today. So in a moment, I'm going to introduce you to James Hatfield. He's the Chief Revenue officer at a company called Live Live Switch. And if you haven't heard of liveswitch, I certainly hadn't until Mark put me and James and Ryan in touch with each other. And it's an amazing company. What it does is it builds human connection through, through technology. It provides critical video infrastructure that means you can have a one click live phone call within your hospitality business. And we'll dive into that on today's episode on how you can utilize that within your hospitality business. So, James, welcome along. Thank you for joining me this morning.
Oh, great to be here. Thanks for having me, Liam. I'm excited to be here to talk a little about technology and hosting and, you know, how we're crossing paths with host. And so thank you again for having me today. I really appreciate it.
I'm really excited to get into this. And me and James had a little phone call before we jumped on this podcast and we got talking about all sorts of things like Web 3.0, you know, future of crypto and all sorts. So I know this is going to be a good one and an exciting one just, just to, just to listen into. So first of all, James, would you mind giving yourself an introduction and really fill in what is Live Switch?
Yeah, I'll start with an introduction again. My name is James. I'm the Chief Revenue Officer at liveswitch. I've worn plenty of hats in my time with the company, but my focus right now is to really get our products into the hands of people all over the world. We're really excited about that. The thing about Liveswitch and the reason you hadn't heard about us, but I bet you've used us and you never knew it. Like we're kind of the intel inside type of thing is we're all about Web, real time communication. So that's audio, video and data at hyperspeed. So as an example, something very cool, we have two sides of our business. One side of our business is we build boutique custom video with all kinds of companies. So you might have watched the television and watched American wrestling, like the WWE wrestling. And we filled the stands of the Tampa arena with camera, a video with, excuse me, video streams where the fans could see the wrestler and the wrestler could see the fans. During COVID we're still going through Covid, but that way when the wrestler did the body slam, the whole, you know, arena would erupt with fans that we brought in from all over the world to watch that event while it was live broadcast on television. It was fantastic. We had over 100 episodes with them. But we do all kinds of stuff. You know, our stuff is in the metaverse. So if you wear an Oculus headset, you wouldn't know you're using our audio video communication. These applications come to us, these companies come to us, and we help to move that data. We can be in medical devices, prison monitoring all over the place. You didn't know we're a 14 year old company, but how in the world did we get connected with hosting? So that's kind of the story. We'll talk today. And that's really one of my big focuses at the organization.
I mean, it sounds exciting and there's certainly some questions I've got around that, which is first of all, wow, you mentioned, you know, sort of is it Oculus, the game gaming software, which is amazing from meta.
Yeah, yeah.
I've definitely used like you say, your technology. So this is exciting. I guess the first question that I have as a host is what makes that different from like just a live kind of WhatsApp phone call and that side of things. What would you, how would you answer that?
Yeah, well, I would tell a story. So before I was a revenue officer, I was a product officer for the company. So building products, building our engine. And I get to meet with people and all interesting kind of jobs. So I was meeting with the chief of police and commanders up in the Washington D.C. area to reinvent the 911 phone call here in America. So now when what's your emergency? It's all done over the phone. Right. So in the future and things just take a while to get there in the future, what will happen is when you make the call, you'll also get a text to your phone and so you'll be able to click that text and then click allow the camera and point that camera at the emergency and that video feed can go right into the police car, right into the fire truck, right into the medical, and they can see what they're getting ready to drive to. And there's no delay because a seconds matter. So it's, there's no, there's literally, it's no delay with that body slam eruption I was talking about earlier. That's what's important. And I can put that video anywhere. So what's different than WhatsApp is that there's no software. Like, it's frictionless. So, so when we talk about hosting today, talking a little bit about what liveswitch can do for host, this is where it gets really interesting, what we can do with video, and we've only scratched the surface of what video can do. People think about, you know, all of the different beating, you know, platforms that there are, you know, out there. Liveswitch has one as well. There's just so many of them. Excuse me, I'm losing my voice today. But there's so many of them. But we haven't thought of all the amazing ways that video can transform our daily lives as well as your business. So I'm excited to talk about that part of it too, definitely.
And there's some which, as you say, how this can help hosts businesses, I'm excited to see. But one of the things which I read before this call was that one of the stats that only about 20% of people read written emails, you know, written, written text, Text is a lot higher. However, when it comes down to video, the engagement is just so much higher. As soon as you can get somebody on video, you've got their attention. You know, people are listening, they're watching. And the utilization you just mentioned in the 911 phone calls, I mean, I can instantly see how important that is that you'd instantly be able to press a button and be able to see what's going on there. My question, I guess to yourself is how is this technology helping hosts, first of all?
Right, okay. Well, this is where it comes in. Right. So we were trying to reinvent the 911 call and sometimes eureka moments happen. So I'll get right to your question, but again, I'll further their story. So after I'm still working with the chief police and commander up in dc, I started talking think of big arenas and arenas. They want to keep them safe. So all these arenas have folks that were in, you know, police or FBI and to protect that arena. So I started talking to those security folks I was like, could you use this in security? And they were like, oh, absolutely. And then this one guy AD at the Memphis arena was like, hey, James. But I have a stupid question. I'm like, go for it. He's like, I'm in a huge arena and sometimes my guy is all the way across the arena and I have to hop in my golf cart and drive over there. Could I just send him a text? And he clicks the link and shows me where the trash cans fell over so I don't have to drive over or if I'm at home and I don't have to go through traffic. And I was like, yes, you can. So then we started talking to moving companies, people who. I think they're called removal companies in the uk, if I'm correct. So they start using it, they're like, oh, well, we can just give a bid without having to drive through traffic. And then property managers and then vacation rentals. And now hosts, right, Are seeing the value in this because they want to help with guest resolution really quickly. So now not everybody has an iPhone, right? And not every. Or an Android or a Mac or a PC. And so all of these ecosystems, we're like, forget that we're agnostic. I don't care if my PC is talking to the Android or the Android's talking to the iPhone or the iPad or. It doesn't matter, right? There's a phone. As long as there's a camera and a microphone and a browser, we're good to go. So you can send a text to any phone in the world and click that link, allow the camera, and then point the camera. And there's a couple subtle things that are going to happen that make it very specific to hosts. As an example, it's called remote assistance, right? So if, let's say the toilet won't stop running, you know, just running, it's just the toilet just keeps running like, ah, this is frustrating. So the host or the guest calls the host or text them, hey, the 12 will stop running. Well, now, instead of just explaining it, texting it, say, hey, do you mind if I send you a text link so you can show it to me? So here comes a text link, comes right to the guest. And now maybe you FaceTime before, where the little video is super small, you know, and of you and of the person's large. Well, we flipped it for remote assistance because we need that guest to see the camera. They're your eyes. So we made that video large and use small so you can still give that warm experience you know, like, hey, can you walk me over? Can you lift it up? Oh, the little flapper, a little chain in there, Boom. Instead of having to send a plumber over, which usually cost the host an extra couple, you know, a lot of money to send over, that can be fixed and it's recorded. If you, if you say, can I allow the recording? Allow the recording. Because maybe we hear from hosts all the time. Just getting into the building or getting into the home or the flat, whatever, just punching the keypad. Well, because you've recorded it, person's like, hey, I'm having a hard time. You can just send a video and if, hey, if you still can't figure it out, let me know and I'll send you a text and we can live do it. So we're really trying to save that time and get that quick connect, rather than having to drive, you know, through town or to get to the, to the. Where the host just takes time. Like the guest wants that immediate help.
That makes sense. And there's, there's a lot to unpack there, James. I mean, first of all, the fact that it does any. There's no software that you need particularly for this. So at the end of the day, like you say, as long as you've got the actual hardware, you've got a browser, you're able to do it. You've got an Internet connection. One of the things which I think of as I'm host myself, and one of the times, I mean, we have plumbers, we have handymen go out, and that moment where we have to go, hey, actually, do you have WhatsApp? Yeah, I have WhatsApp. Cool. Do you mind if I message you on WhatsApp? Yeah, that's no problem. Okay. Open WhatsApp video call. You know, it's, it's longer than, like you say, if we can just send, hey, if I send you a link, can you open it and we'll, we'll look at the problem together. That is so much quicker. And also because in hospitality, we host people from all over the world. WhatsApp has got like 2 billion users, and we use it a lot here in the uk, but actually, and you'll know, obviously, based in the US it's not particularly big. You might use Telegram or you might use, you know, something different altogether. And this is one of those things where just having that text link just makes so much more sense that somebody can just click on it instantly. You've got that video. And the other thing that truly struck me about what you've just said there is that you've switched the camera around so actually that person is showing you around. It's not just like a normal, I mean a video call would be like, hey, turn the camera around, I can't see what you're looking at. And you're like, literally. This happened to me this week where my business partner was out trying to show me if he's repressurized this, this boiler. And I was like, yeah, all I can see is just, I can just see the white shell of it. Yet now I'm looking at the ceiling. Yeah, now. And that is just one of those things where having a video which is aimed directly at what you need to show someone, I mean that's a game changer in itself. And the fact that it's all instant is, is, you know, or no lag, which is, is so important, no delay.

Oh, it's fabulous and it's so fun as this has come to life, right? We, we are a 14 year old company but this particular solution is only, you know, three to four months old. Like we built it, we built, you know, months to build it and then we've launched it into the market. It's, it's, it's. We're old but the, this use case is what we call or this, that use case. But this problem that we're trying to solve is new and what people don't see is you got to go a layer deeper, right? A layer deeper under video. Video. Moving it at lightning speed is really difficult. We are on the cutting edge of technology. So in my company, the majority of people that we hire are computer scientists and people talk about launching rockets and bringing them back. That is hard, right? Really hard. But people don't think about how hard it is to move video all over the world. It's almost like shooting the rocket up, putting it into thousands of Pieces in the air, rebuilding it in the air and then bringing it back down. I mean, people like video. No, it's extremely difficult. So when we rip back the layer, hey, the, the simplicity of clicking a text and being on anywhere with no software. Fabulous, right? It's kind of like that Nextel walkie talkie, if you remember that from way back in the day where people would use that. You know, if you don't know what I'm talking about, no big deal. But what is interesting under the hood is that you're going to see the video. Our video is extremely high quality because it's remote assistance. Like we built this tool with a very large company where you can put augmented reality glasses on, where they'll have an engineer back at their home and the mechanic on an oil rig in the middle of the ocean and they can draw on the video. So we, we help them build that in their augmented reality classes. But with our. Not that it's the same engine, same engine we have using for Live Switch. Kinect is what the name of the product is, is this high quality video and it takes up the entire screen. It's good for the guest because they can see it. You know those especially for older eyes where they're looking over the limb, you know, and also because it's not everyone's tech savvy, you know, it's got to be simple. Like even downloading an app nowadays is like, I guess you don't have the WhatsApp, you know. Now forget that, just click the link, allow the camera and it's called a one to one connection. So they have these things called one to one connections, fsu, mcu, all these things people don't care about. But like having that one to one connection at a very high quality and dealing with different bandwidths is really difficult. So while we record it, all of that is happening under the hood. And that's what makes this very difficult to do. But yet when you're using it, you don't have to worry about all that. So that's the fun part about building technology.
I mean like you say, the ways that it can help guests in so many ways, especially older guests, you know, door lock entries, hey, how do I fix this? Where is. You know, all of these type of questions can be solved with a quick message. And I guess my question is how does a host use that service? So would they have to sign up and then, you know, do they get access to sending these links? How easy is it to send that link out to a guest?
Okay, so yeah, so if you just go to, you know, our liveswitch.com, you can see LiveSearch Connect. You click on that, you can purchase the software and you log in. If you have a Google login, you can just one, you know, one connect or you can set up your account, log in. And when you're, when you come to the login screen, it's very simple. It's two big buttons. That's it. Our thing is keep it simple so people will. Because I want people to use the snot out of it, right? So you click the button and it brings up a little window. And in the window you can put any phone number in the whole world into that and then the person's name so you can remember their name. We call it just like customer or guest. Put in their name and then a custom message. Some people get a little weary about clicking links. So I can say, hey, Liam, it's James, your host. Click, please click the link and allow the camera. And you can make a default message too. But you can make it a little bit warmer. It's all about human connection, right? So then you click start and all happening through. And I can do this through my phone, my iPad, my computer, it doesn't matter. I like to do it through my computer because it makes my screen really big. Especially if I'm trying to read little numbers or see something got it really big on my screen where the guest has it on their phone and I click start. What will happen after I click start with my little phone number is it sends a text and it opens a browser window for me. And I'm waiting. I'm ready to go. They click the link. Hey, you know, James, it's Liam. Allow the camera. Boom. We're connected just like that. And usually what happens, I show people for the first time, it's that magic moment. They start walking around and giggling. They just can't believe how easy that was. They're like, how did you do that? You know? And then from a host perspective, I have control. I can hit the little record button. I can talk to them. And on the guest side again, what's different is they're seeing themselves large, but they can. We made big buttons. Big button to end the call, a big button to flip the camera around so I can use either camera as the guest, a mute and unmute and just big buttons. Real simple. That anybody could do it, right? And the only thing that ever gets in the way of with us is if someone doesn't allow the camera. If you don't Allow the camera, we can't see you or hear you. That's our only stopgap. But that's it. I mean, you go in, purchase it and you're off to the races and there we don't nickel a dime. It's just use it, abuse it, record everything. And one other cool thing I'll say about recording is that if every time you got to tell people how to get into the building or if every time how to plug in the heater, right, well, you can record it and you can make. And you can download these videos or share them and you have a host faq. So here's. Here's my property. Here's what you can expect even before you get to the property. And you can put them right on. If you have a page, you know our links or put them on YouTube. Have you do YouTube station, right. Of all these recorded videos. So what to expect when coming to the house. So there's a lot of different ways hosts can take advantage of the technology.
I think that's brilliant. And for me, one thing that we always talk about is we talk about every host needs to be documented. I document in my business something which I thought I used to do well until I actually started doing it well. And just having video is so much more important. And like you say, you could literally be using your technology there for not just even a handyman or your cleaner to be able to record what you need. I mean, this, truth be told, there's things that we need to go out and record processes of right now in my hospitality business. And hopefully people listening to this must think, actually, yeah, it would be handy if I did record how to use I know, the boiler or. Yeah, that would be handy. That is a bit of a tricky gate. There is a knack to it. I wish I'd have recorded that sort of stuff. And we've actually got to wait until, you know, somebody who's able to go out there, film it and do it. Whereas actually, with your technology, effectively, we could literally just send our cleaner and say, hey, you know, click this link, do you mind pointing it at this? And we'll record how to open the gate. And we've then got that instantly without having to go to the property, which every host doesn't want to have to constantly go to their, their properties and, you know, spend time. So, yeah, I mean, it sounds like a proper time saver. The, the benefit that you mentioned there as well is that it's the host which is diving into the. The actual service and they're just sending out that very simplified link which guests don't like complications. So just having that link pressing allow on the microphone, easy as pie, you know, really quick and easy, which is amazing. So I'd love to. James, I'd love to dive more into where this technology can go and we'll go there shortly. But beforehand, how did you get started? What is your history in I guess this kind of industry? I'd love to find out more about you. You know, take me back before Live Switch even. What were you doing?
So at my heart I'm an entrepreneur first and foremost. I love the stock market. The first thing I ever wanted to do is create my own hedge fund. I just love numbers and watching stats and that has taken me a number of places as one example. So I was changing jobs and I, I just can't sit still. And this is when YouTube first, I'm dating myself but YouTube first came out and they first started putting cameras in computer. And so I like American football. American fantasy football, right. And I love watching stats. I actually like to watch the stats more than the game. And I like building and inventing things. I come from a family of inventors. One of my grandfathers invented cable television, another one invented airplanes. Was asked to be a founder of Boeing. So it's like in the blood, you know. Uh, so yeah, no. And I'm always thinking and so I started making draft guides, like when people draft their team, you know. And so at this, when the first iPad was ever launched, I found some developers and we created the first, you know, for the iPad draft guide. So I put in all the data, they put that and then we were selling in the app store. We were in the, you know, top of app store in sports and so people would use that. I like starting, I've started nonprofits before. I've moved to like build out nonprofits. I'm on a board of a nonprofit that I helped to get started. I've been part of very fast growing companies. Some of my partners and owners of Live Switch, we also did previous businesses together. We were Inc 500 which was one of the fastest growing companies in the world. So we love scaling and growing and we've been, I think, I mean we've been excited about things in the past but we, we see this new Live Switch contact technology and like we are like little kids like giggling because we know that the value is so clear and it's not just for host. Imagine it being used in next generation policing. You know, imagine if it saves a life because there's no delay. I mean, that for me is like, wow, you know, But I love web three. I'm a weirdo. Anything technology you want to talk about. Early adopter. I don't know if there's something before an early adopter, but like the earliest, earliest adopter, that's me. Like, I want to play the technology I love. When the Internet came out, it was like the wild west. You know, we were having a blast. And now, you know, with video technology, with Blockchain, I'm doing some stuff in Blockchain with a group of developers globally. Like, I just can't get enough of it. So that's me. I'm an inventor, I'm a sales guy. I talk too much. You know, I'm an entrepreneur, I'm a dad, a husband, all those things give me all the titles. You know, the older we get, the more gray hairs we get. More time.
Quick break from the podcast to let you know that the two boostly books that we brought out, the book Direct Playbook and the book Direct Blueprint, are two of the top rated and the best selling in the hospitality category on Amazon. For just two pounds you can grab both of those books. Right now, the foundations and the structures that you need to put in place is in the blueprint. And then for 101 marketing tactics, that is in the Playbook. So go and grab a copy on Amazon now, just type in Book Direct Playbook or the book Direct Blueprint and we'll see you on the other side.
Hey, I'm excited. And I know from the chat we had, you know, sort of previously, this, this sort of stuff, I mean, I can talk for hours about any of the cutting edge technology and I guess good question for yourself is where can you see this going? Where? What is the future of Live Switch? I mean, for me, some of the stuff you've already said, which is, hey, if it's that quick and that instant, then what's to stop somebody from being able to, you know, have that video and do an operation from the other side of the world, you know, I mean, that sort of stuff is amazing, but how far can this go? What is the future?
Well, I can get really weird with it, but I think a lot of stuff that you already said is the near term future, right? Connecting anyone in the world with no delay to do anything to have that connection. People, I think we were talking, they don't read like they used to. The texts aren't even engaging. But when you're on a video, you tune in, you can tell when Someone's tuned out on a video. So the best thing, obviously is to be together, right? Person to person. Nothing beats that. But this is second to that, right? To connect globally anywhere. To read your child a bedtime story before bed, to do a surgery, to save a life, to help a guest at your property, right? That is the near term future. Now you start mixing it with the metaverse and augmented reality and, oh, boy, it's going to get really interesting. Okay, that's where we're headed. That's some stuff we're already doing. If you've ever used Meta, you know, Facebook, they have Horizons. And my team was on a cover of a Canadian tech journal because we met in Horizons workroom a lot. And when you're sitting with the Oculus on and you can talk to someone, it's really interesting when they're in a cartoon form. But on around the table puts up a screen like what you see, like what we see right now for people who don't have Oculus and yet they can see me and the team around the table, you know, so it's starting to really mix. Human connection anywhere and anywhere you are, even in the metaverse. So that's where we're going to go. Not today. Today. What? Me as a host. You know, another cool thing I didn't say, there's a couple of cool things I want to say is that if you're a host, that is maybe helping to host for someone else. Maybe you're more of like a property manager. You know, people really want that proof. So, you know, hey, the proof that the toilet wasn't was running to show from the guests proof by, hey, the plumber went out and fixed it all in video and put it all into the property file. So you save that. The other thing, that's brand new. Our customers give us the answer to the test. They tell us, you're like, well, hey, James, did you think about this? What if my guest has a problem at the property but is downtown eating dinner? What do I do then? Well, we created this thing. It's already in live search content called the Video Dropbox. My father was a science guy and he was rebuilding an engine for a car. And he was also a pharmacist. So on the way to work, he would drop the T240Z is what he was restoring to get painted. And he'd leave the key because the mechanic wasn't open or the body shop wasn't open. Well, it's the same thing with video. So it's like, don't worry, you can go in now and hit There's a second. I mentioned two buttons. So when you log in, button one is a live connect, button two is a recorded video Dropbox. You can text that number a link and say hey, when you get back to the property, click the link, allow the camera and it's self guided. So it's just, they can record it right there. And then when they hit done, you get an email or notification. Hey, you've got a new Dropbox. So I forgot to mention that they.
Instantly have access to that straight after their meal. They've finished their meal, they've got time to see it, they're back at the property and able to do whatever it is, you know, whatever the, the problem was to be solved, which is amazing. And you know what, I'm excited just, I mean the idea of first of all, from a host's point of view, I can clearly see as a host myself how I could implement this in my business. And hopefully people listening can, can see this in their business as well. I'm also very, very excited about the thought that one day, I mean I do a mastermind with people based across U.S. and Canada and the thought that instead of us looking at each boxes on the screen, you know that we could actually put on Oculus and actually be sat there and actually be talking. You know that that sort of stuff is amazing.
Oh yeah, it's going to happen when, when we have augmented reality glasses on. It's going to be a game changer for how you get how you drive, how you, how you host, how, how you host will change when augmented reality glasses are, are everywhere like that.
I mean glasses. I hadn't even thought of you blowing my mind, James, because the, you know, right now I have to get a phone out and record whatever it is. If I can just press a button on my glasses, you know, like that I'm looking at it just makes it even more personable because then the guests could even have the experience of walking through the property before they come and stay. You know, like, and then we're getting into the world of, you know, sort of tourism, technology tourism where we could actually not even have to be there.
And, and well, with your phone you'll be able to do a full space. Then you put your AR glasses on and like you said, walk through the property, put it in the metaverse before they even show up. Right. And yeah, you can do. It'll be incredible. But for now, for today, like what is exciting is this one click video technology and all the ways it's going to be utilized and that it's super affordable and it's super easy to get going. Like that ease of use is like our clear thing. Like ease of use just make it so simple because people, sometimes technology is really difficult, sometimes actually gets in the way. But when it doesn't and when it's elegant and it works, then it saves you time and traffic, saves you time going places. The value is just so clear, you know, it's just one of those things, like, you know, another app, another thing. We totally get that. We hear that, you know, but when it, when it's simple and elegant, it works. It's like, man, why didn't we think of this? Like this one guy I was talking to when we were talking about reinventing the one call, he's like, james, what? This is so obvious. Like, why hasn't anyone done that? I'm like, because not everyone had one of these in their pocket until now. And we're just starting to think about even more ways to make it fantastic. So anyway, I'm excited about it and you know, it's exciting staging to see.
It'S an exciting space. And shortly we'll share with everyone how they can come and get in touch. But before we do, we'd love to just ask a couple of fun hospitality based questions. So what was the last spontaneous stay.
That you had and why? Yep. So my friend is a host and he built geodesic domes. You ever seen these things? We saw. He saw them in Australia. There's these domes that that hosts are using and he built them himself. And so he was like, would you like to stay at one with you and your wife? And we're like, sure. So we hopped in and the, the dome sits over a creek. So you're in this geodesic dome in the middle of the wood looking over a creek. And it's one big. You should just look it up after this. Like, geodesic domes is fantastic. So we went out there and had a blast. My wife and I gotta get away. We've got four kiddos. So any chance we can even get one night away at a quick stay? You know, we'll do it. So that's what he does for a living, actually, he's a host for a living. He builds geodesic domes and he's super popular here in the States. But we saw it in Australia first, so that was my.
Check that out after this, James. And that sounds like a wonderful place to stay. Quite, quite new and exciting again. How would your Relatives describe what you do for a living.
They would be like, I don't even know what does James do for that? I mean, I think he does some with video is what my family would say. But when they, when they see the cool stuff, sometimes, like my kids actually think my job is cool now. So when they see the stuff on the tv, especially around sports, wow, that's cool.
And I've got to ask this, obviously, if you could have a live switch call with somebody, celebrity, living or dead, who would it be and why?
Man, this is my stock, people. Mitch. I love stocks. Peter lynch, who is that? Peter lynch is like, he is the most amazing fund manager. He's a great storyteller. And I also want him to review my portfolio too. But he had a fantastic run in the stock market. I think he's like a no nonsense kind of guy and I would really appreciate, you know, a quick meeting with Peter.
Amazing. Great answers. Lastly, is there a mantra or a saying that really resonates with you?
Oh, yeah. You ever heard of this singer, Bruno Mars?
Yes, yes.
He has a song called Don't Believe me. Just watch. Because I'm always talking about the future, always, like I can get real nerdy and people are like, dude, come back to earth. And I'm like, don't believe me. Just watch, you know, and so that's been my mantra, you know.
Love that. Absolutely love that. And I'm, I'm ahead in the clouds kind of, kind of guy as well. I love all this future stuff. My business partner is kind of boots on the ground kind of what can we do right now? But that don't believe me. Just watch. Definitely suits the nature of this podcast and I feel like I'm excited. I feel like I've learned a lot about what is possible. So I'm going to throw it open to you. James, how can we all get in touch? How can we follow, I guess yourself or the company as well?
Yeah, follow our company first. Liveswitch.com. if you go to IO, that's our developer side. Go to.com, liveswitch.com, check out Liveswitch contact. That's my baby right there. I love it. It's cool. I'm sure you're gonna have lots of hosts reach out to you based on this and yeah, I'm just excited to see the future of what you guys do and the big problems and, you know, the solutions that, that you're going to come up with, the big problems you're going to solve. And yeah, it just makes sense, doesn't it, for that live video call from the text just instantly. So thank you so much for this today. Thank you too. If you're listening in on the Boostly podcast or watching on the YouTube channel, we know there's a lot of places you can put your attention. So that kind of brings us to the end of this episode. James, was there anything I missed or any last moment shares before we bring things to a close?
