We fear those conversations because we worry about losing clients. But if you are working crazy hard, long hours, then you need to lose some clients. Particularly if you look at your client base and realize that there are some clients you just do not love working with. Life is too short to deal with people that we don't love. So there's probably clients that are just holding you back, that are draining your energy. You need to lose some clients, and you need to put your prices up.
