A short YouTube video by Mark Wickersham proposing building custom GPTs to automate email responses. He recommends encoding a user's greeting preferences, sign-offs, email structure, and general writing style into a GPT so it can reply to client emails with minimal editing, saving time.

What sort of GPTs could you build? And really the limit is your imagination. So some great GPTs that you may want to have is a GPT for answering emails in your writing style and in the way that you like to structure your emails. Where in that GPT you tell it, for example, how do you want to greet people? Is it hello first name or hi first name or Dear George? How do you sign off? How do you structure emails? What's your writing style like? We can take all that information and put it inside GPT and then use it every time that we want to answer an email. Because one of the things I found is that that's the number one thing that people say they use chat GPT for answering client emails. And so if we can automate that into a GPT to get better results so we don't have to do too much editing, we're going to save huge amounts of time.
